Location is great and close to everything. Room was clean. Owner was responsive when I asked about extra bed sheets.

Starting from the elevator which is a safety hazard, someone will get hurt eventually if nothing is done to fix it. Wifi was useless, I asked the property manager and he was not able to do anything about it. Literally you can't even open youtube. Also, don't book this place unless you want to gamble on no plan change. I booked an extra night that I needed to cancel but the property manager refused any kind of middle ground and insisted on charging a full night although I gave enough notice and I was claiming only a partial refund given that my circumstances changed and I didn't need the last night...The property manager categorically refused any kind of goodwill and charged me a full night I haven't used Not gonna book there again and I honestly regret going with this property.

La ubicación, a 5 minutos de la plaza y el metro de Monastiraki y por ende con todas las tiendas y bares cerca. Al estar en una perpendicular te ahorras de noche escuchar ruidos de fiesta.

Ya contaba con ello pero no hay personal más allá del de limpieza de habitaciones cada 2-3 días. En cualquier caso el correo que te mandan con los códigos lo deja todo muy claro.

Nous avions prise l’unique suite au niveau du rooftop : rien à dire, c’était merveilleux La vue sur l’Acropole à couper le souffle, la chambre est merveilleuse La localisation est parfaite, quartier des arts, à 5min de Monastiraki à pied.

L’accueil cependant par la femme présente la nuit laisse à désirer. Elle nous a limite hurler dessus car nous ne comprenions pas comment obtenir le code de la porte et la clé de notre chambre… dommage Une fois tout obtenu nous avons eu besoin de personne heureusement

La camera, al piano terra, ha soltanto una finestra non apribile che dà sul corridoio di ingresso del palazzo, per cui si avverte una sensazione di soffocamento e di mancanza di aria. L’indicazione “ affaccio interno” in sede di prenotazione non è assolutamente esplicativa.

Οι καθαρίστριες εκαναν πολυ φασαρια το πρωι αρχισαν να καθαρίζουν και να μετακινούν επιπλα απο τις 8 το πρωι με αποτελεσμα να ξυπναμε απο τον θόρυβο

Great property clean modern and nice

It was ruined by people making a lot of noise i assumed it was guests all night and then in the morning people making a lot of noise. Also room 4 i was next to the gym and there were people playing loud music and yelling a lot.

Non c’era neanche una finestra, solo un mega finestrone che dava nell’atrio della struttura .. ma non potevo neanche aprire le tende perché si vedeva tutto dal corridoio e dal finestrone di fronte… Non c’era un bollitore o una macchinetta per il caffè

Mancavano delle finestre che affacciavano all'esterno, le uniche che c'erano affacciavano nella struttura stessa ed erano molto sottili e si sentivano anche in piena notte gli altri ospiti passare, quindi mancava privacy.

The hotel is well located, clean, and very safe. The room was very comfortable and perfect for a few days in central Athens.

It can be loud in the hallway sometimes at night/early in the morning. I assume that this is because other travels are coming in/out of the hotel. Lots of doors slamming and talking loudly in the hallway. I don't think this is not the hotel's fault; people can be very rude and self-centered.

We paid for a room with a jacuzzi, however, when we arrived the jacuzzi was empty. After asking we were told it would cost an additional €50 but we’d have to inform them the day before. We weren't told this before out stay so we could not inform them the day before and were unable to use it

The location is great and close to everything. The place was also super clean, which I really appreciated. However, the soundproofing is very poor—you can even hear conversations from other rooms. At night, the noise can be quite uncomfortable. Overall, a clean and convenient place, but the noise insulation definitely needs improvement.

Μονο η τοποθεσία

Ηταν μια χαλια διαμονη. Εκλεισα απλο δωμάτιο και μου εδωσαν loft, στο οποιο δεν χωραγες ούτε για τουαλέτα. Επίσης Φοβόσουν να ξαπλώσεις στην εσωτερική μεριά του κρεβατιού, μηπως και πέσεις κάτω από τον οροφο. Γενικά τιποτα από αυτο που περιμενα και απο οτι ειχα αλλες φορες στην περιοχή. Λυπάμαι 😣

Zdecydowanie na plus jest lokalizacja - ścisłe centrum Aten, blisko zarówno do starożytnej części, jak i nocnego zycia restauracji i klubów. Mieszkanie czyste, schludne.

Bardzo małe, bez włączonej klimatyzacji szybko robi sie cieplo. Malutka łazienka bez okna, w ktorej bardzo szybko robi sie gorąco podczas brania prysznica.

The view we had was okay, but we didn't have grand expectations of it. We got the hotel just for sleeping and it served its purpose.

La posizione centrale nella zona di Monastiraki e vista dell'acropoli dal terrazzo. Meno male che funzionava l'aria condizionata perché essendo ultimo piano e monolocale su un terrazzo si riscaldava molto.

Che non funzionava il frigorifero. Essendo un posto centrale la sera anche tardi si sentivano abbastanza schiamazzi che non aiutavano il sonno.

The location of the property was very well placed for access to all areas of the City with a good choice of bars and restaurants very close to it too.

The strength of the wifi in the hotel wasn't very reliable, not great if you are reliant on this service with no other option to connect to the internet etc.

There was quite a lot of noise from others guests and in the mornings someone was always boxing (?) which was very loud and woke me up.

Nous avons été déçus par notre séjour. Plusieurs équipements étaient absents ou insuffisants : aucune machine à café, aucun verre à disposition et une climatisation quasiment non fonctionnelle. L’immeuble ne propose également aucun espace pour déposer les bagages, ce qui est peu pratique. Par ailleurs, l’annonce met en avant un jacuzzi dès les premières lignes de la description. Or, celui-ci n’est accessible qu’à partir du 1er juin et avec un supplément, une information qui n’apparaît clairement qu’en consultant le détail des équipements. Cela nous semble trompeur. Enfin, la propreté n’était pas au rendez-vous à notre arrivée, avec notamment un paquet de cigarettes laissé sur la terrasse. Dans l’ensemble, le logement ne correspondait pas aux attentes créées par l’annonce.

Hôtel sans réception, mais la communication avec l’hôte via Booking était rapide et efficace. Chambre propre, un peu juste pour deux personnes avec des bagages. Emplacement idéal dans la vieille ville.

Aproape de fff multe taverne,central,curat,liniștit,nu cum au spus alții,zona sigura,nu am avut probleme,chiar și la ore mai târzii,bancomat,umbrele,pliante cu tot despre transport,atracții,restaurante,etc,la nga lift.Check-in self foarte ușor.

Fără mic dejun,dar totuși erau aproape multe opțiuni de mâncat,deci nu a fost chiar atât de rău.

Τα καταλύματα του ισογείου έχουν πάρα πολλή φασαρία από τον δρόμο αλλά και από ό,ποιους μπαινοβγαίνουν στην πολυκατοικία.Επισης λόγω της κατασκευής του κτιρίου ακούγονται τα πάντα από πάνω-δεξιά-αριστερά- και έτσι ακούγονται ακόμα και τα βήματα των ενοίκων και το προσωπικό καθαριότητας που από τις 7 κάνει θόρυβο με σκούπες κλπ.

Πολύ φασαρία, θόρυβος στα πατώματα από τα πάνω διαμερίσματα! Καθαρό μεν αλλά η γενική εικόνα λίγο μέτρια. Δεν υπήρχε οδοντόβουρτσα στο μπάνιο κλπ

_ The room smelt the cigarette when we arrived. _ The bed sheet was a bit dirty by a stain. Cleanness of the rest was good. _ lot of light in the room at night. Il comes from outside the room, under doore from the coridor. It comes from the emergency panel. And by the early morning, the sun light comes from between the wall and the curtains. The room is not sun-light-proof. _ The hotel is not soundproof at all. 1st night, a lot of noise from 8H AM. I guess that was for cleaning. Doors slamming, furnitures creaking on the floor. Not possible to sleep correctly in the morning, in spite of my earplug I use to sleep with. 2nd night, we were woken up by garbage truck at 7h20, and 3rd night we left early at 7h30, however a construction grinder could be heard from the street as early as 7:00 am in spite of the double glass of the windows.

L'Hotel et très bien situé pour visiter, a proximité du métro Monastiraki.

Avoir des lumières tamisées pour lire le soir. Très petit et sans fenêtre extérieur ce qui peut être étouffant. Mais j'ai vu qu'Il ya des chambre plus grandes avec fenêtres.
