La camera era troppo piccola, il bagno ancora più angusto, il materasso e i cuscini erano vecchi e molto scomodi. La pulizia era scarsa. Le camere sono situate sopra ad un bar che mette musica ad alto volume fino all’1 di notte.

La ubicación era ideal, justo en el centro cerca de todo a pie.

La cama era un poco incómoda, se le notaban los resortes, pero bueno, por lo que cuesta está bien. El baño es muy pequeño y los sumideros no funcionaban bien, cada vez que abres el lavamanos o la ducha se queda el agua emposada.

The location of this place is great. It's a few minutes walking to Monasteraki station. We arrived at night and only stayed 1 night. We were able to take the metro from the airport for 9EUR, about an 1hr-1hr20 trip and then get off at Monasteraki station and walk a few minutes to our room. Even though we were tired, because the hotel is right in the middle of all the hustle and bustle we were able to go out for a drink at night. The room is very basic, the bathroom looked new and renovated. The bed isn't great, some springs stick in your back at night. They did however have the AC on in the room when we arrived so that was a nice gesture as it was a hot summer night! The cafe below is more of a bar at night, it gets crowded and a little loud. The windows were good enough at blocking the noise and by 1am-2am it's practically dead. Probably not great for a long stay where you want more comforts and quiet nights, but for a short stop in Athens where you want to be close to the sights and will be out at night, it's very good.

Ενώ όταν έκανα κράτηση μου έδειχνε ότι το δωμάτιο είχε θέα στο δρόμο,βρέθηκα σε ένα δωμάτιο που επί 3 ημέρες έβλεπα σε ένα φωταγωγό.Η πτήση μου έφευγε βράδυ,όταν έφθασα ,ρώτησα πού μπορώ να αφήσω την αποσκευή,μου είπανε στο ημιόροφο ,ρώτησα πόσο κοστίζει,μου είπε ο κύριος στο τηλέφωνο που είχα επικοινωνία 4-5 ευρώ.όταν πήγα να αφήσω την αποσκευή από τις 11.15 έως τις 18.00 χρεώθηκα 10,50 ευρώ ,αν ήταν παραπάνω ώρες 24 ευρώ η μικρή αποσκευή καμπίνας .Η μεγάλη αποσκευή 30 ευρώ,αν έχετε πάνω από μία τη βάψατε!!!

Το δωμάτιο βρίσκεται σε εξαιρετική τοποθεσία . Στο κέντρο σε πολυσύχναστο δρόμο δίπλα σε όλα . Η τιμή του ήταν fair για την περίοδο του Ιουλίου που το έκλεισα .

Το δωμάτιο ήταν υπερβολικά μικρό , δεν είχα καν χώρο να ανοίξω τη βαλίτσα μου . Στις φωτογραφίες φαινόταν λίγο μεγαλύτερο .Γενικα χρειάζεται συντήρηση καθώς οι τοίχοι κ το μπάνιο δεν ήταν σε πολύ καλή κατάσταση.

The storage lockers were faulty and hard to use. The staff saw me struggling and were chatting instead of helping. Surfaces in the room were all dirty. No drinking water in the room.

Głównym atutem jest lokalizacja. To jest nad restauracją NOEL. Stamtąd wszędzie jest blisko pieszo. Monastiraki, plac Syntagma, park, Little Kook, Diporto, Flea Market, Stani, Akropol, Plaka i Anafakita. Szok. Ogromne miasto, ale gdy masz nocleg w odpowiednim miejscu to oszczędzasz siły i czas. Aaa Kostas (soulaki) jest tuż za rogiem, Niecała minuta pieszo. No i klimatyzacja działa jak należy.

Dostaliśmy jedną kołdrę na dwie osoby. Niefajnie. Łazienka delikatnie mówiąc średnia. Kapiąca woda w toalecie, zbierająca się woda pod prysznicem, niesprawny zegar. Tanie wrażenie. Luźna klamka od drzwi wejściowych.

The location of the property is excellent, with many very nice restaurants nearby. Check-in was easy and convenient. However, the cleanliness left a lot to be desired, especially when it came to the windows. For a short stay of a few days, the accommodation is perfectly acceptable considering the price.

La cama era horrible, no se podía descansar, se sentían los muelles. Está dentro de un restaurante con música alta, al menos cuando yo me quedé, hasta la 1 no paró.

Η τοποθεσία σίγουρα είναι η απόλυτη μέσα στο κέντρο ναι μεν αλλά ήσυχη γειτονιά ταυτόχρονα

1) Το στρώμα δεν ήταν τόσο άνετο αυτή τη φορά 2) Χρειάζεται ένας μεγάλος καθρέπτης στο δωμάτιο 3) Η τιμή του δεν ήταν η κατάλληλη για τις συγκεκριμένες παροχές 4) Επίσης δεν είναι κ τόσο θετικό το να είναι το check in στις 15:00 κ όχι νωρίτερα καθότι όποιος καταφθάνει με το καράβι πρωί πρωί στην Αθήνα τι θα κάνει τόσες ώρες μέχρι τις 3 το μεσημέρι...

Chiusura notturna del portone di accesso. Ogni volta devi chiamare una guardia e sperare che ti apra: un po’ scomodo se sei in vacanza.

Sehr nah am Bahnhof/Zentrum. Man bekommt einen Pin für das Zimmer - trifft somit kein Personal. Es gab Spinde zum Aufbewahren für vor check in und nach check out - leider Zahlungspflichtig aber nicht zu teuer. Aber Lage und Preis Leistung ist TOP

Sauberkeit im Bad war nicht die beste.

La posizione estremamente centrale, a pochi minuti a piedi dalla piazza di Monastiraki (e quindi dalla metro), non abbiamo mai dovuto usare i mezzi pubblici per girare il centro. L'Acropoli è a 15/20 minuti sempre a piedi. Zona piena di ristoranti, bar, locali e negozi di vario tipo. Buon rapporto qualità/ prezzo vista la zona, ma per un massimo di 2/3 notti.

Stanza estremamente rumorosa a causa della presenza di un bar al pianoterra dell'edificio che ha musica ad alto volume fino all'una di notte. In più, abbiamo trovato la camera molto umida e senza servizi essenziali quali sapone per le mani e bagnoschiuma / shampoo (ti danno solo una boccettina minuscola a testa anche se siamo stati due notti).

La cosa migliore della struttura è la sua posizione che è fantastica e perfettamente centrale, inoltre la metropolitana è a soli 5 minuti dall’alloggio. Inoltre la stanza è piccolina ma pulita e fornita di tutto il necessario, la consiglio per un soggiorno breve

Solo la posizione che era perfetta

Inizio col dire che la stanza non era in condizioni ottimali, c’erano formiche, moscerini, uno slip non so di chi dietro ad un mobiletto ed un odore appena entravi non gradevole. Per non parlare della “bellissima” veduta fuori alle nostre finestre

El baño. Le lavamanos era super super pequeño y se botaba el agua al abrir la llave, algun sello le debe de faltar a la tubería. Dejaba todo el piso mojado.

BUT: 4.There is a frequent occurence of water/flooding on the floor of the comfort room (not the bath area). We have to clean & drain the floor of water constantly. La ubicación, está muy céntrico

Me dejé unas zapatillas en la habitación y el personal del alojamiento dijo que no las había visto. No pude recuperarlas aunque sé con toda seguridad que las dejé allí. El colchón es horrible, el baño es muy pequeño, las cortinas no llegan a cubrir toda la ventana así que entra mucha luz, el ascensor del edificio es muy viejo y solo soporta 100kg, los muebles están muy viejos y desgastados.

La refonte de l'appartement dans une conception moderne. La situation du quartier.

Le café presque vide avec une sono à fond jusqu'à 1h du matin. L'ascenseur hystérique. Et surtout la fenêtre sur une cour sordide et salle, sinistre, des laines de verre pourries.

Excelente ubicación. La habitación estaba limpia y las instrucciones de llegada fueron muy claras.

La cama no era muy cómoda y la habitación era bastante chica. Aceptable para una estadía corta. Teniendo en cuenta el precio y la ubicación, estaba correcto.

Las fotos no se parecen en nada al hospedaje, el baño super sucio, paredes llenas de hongos y con un bote de agua que sonaba todo el dia y noche, cama incomoda.

Per andare nell'entrata alle camere si passa dentro un locale bar molto particolare e bellissimo infatti bisogna fare attenzione all'indirizzo che è del bar tutto vintage sembra di stare in sudamerica. La camera è essenziale per chi cerca la praticità e non i particolari e di essere in una posizione eccellente in centro . Ottimo rapporto qualità prezzo. Consigliato

The noise from outside and the toilet is very small and one table would be good or some furniture to put belongings on.

È già la seconda volta che soggiorno in questa struttura, dovendo passare una notte ad Atene. La posizione è ottima, centrale, servita dalla metropolitana. Le indicazione per accedere alla struttura e le informazioni per il check in online sono chiare e precise. La camera è spaziosa e confortevole, molto semplice ma pulita. Se dovessi ritornare ad Atene tornerei qui

We love Athens Commercial. This was our second stay at the facility. Communication with management was easy and amazing as always, especially considering all situations. We booked it at the very last minute, since we were already in Athens and had a room booked in another hotel, but we couldn't stay there because of the room conditions. When I booked Athens Commercial, I was in a panic and didn't have much time to choose the room; I just needed the room at 11 p.m. Regardless, we were satisfied with the room and we will book Athens Commercial again once we stay longer in Athens. Location is the best!!!

We had a better view during the first stay. The bathroom was small... still functional, I am just comparing with the first room in Athens Commercial. Overall, we are still super happy with the hotel

All the tourist spots are at walkable distance

There are luggage lockers available in the property but we should pay hourly basis to use it. We had asked for an early check in as we arrived early in the morning and had health issues and we were checking out at 2am the next day, even upon multiple requests the room was allotted after 3 pm. The elevator didn’t work. Room seemed to be okay but too noisy because of the cafe below. Bathroom was very small, especially we faced difficulties in entering inside. There was water clogging in the shower as well as in the basin.
