Casa Areias Boutique Apartments

Estive de férias com a minha esposa, na Casa Areias - Hotel Apartamentos e a experiência foi simplesmente mágica, superando todas as nossas expetativas! O quarto era extremamente limpo e tinha uma vista maravilhosa. A localização é perfeita para quem procura tranquilidade: fica afastado do alvoroço de Albufeira, mas a apenas 6 minutos do centro. As instalações são fantásticas: uma piscina maravilhosa e muito limpa, um jardim com decoração tropical cheio de lindos recantos e, à noite, transforma-se num verdadeiro paraíso de luzes e num conto de fadas! O pequeno-almoço foi surpreendente e delicioso, com uma variedade incrível. Um agradecimento muito especial à Laxmi, ao Nihad e a toda a equipa pela simpatia fantástica e pelo carinho com que nos receberam. Fez com que decidíssemos logo voltar no próximo ano!

The staff were extremely welcoming and always checked in to make sure we had everything we needed and that everything was fine. Whenever we asked for anything, they were quick to help or bring it right away. The property offers plenty of amenities if you plan to stay on-site without going out to explore. Almost everything matches the photos they posted, with a few minor exceptions (such as the fitness room, which doesn't look like the photos). Inside the room, there is a fully equipped kitchen with tableware for anyone who wants to cook.

First of all, the pictures look much better than the reality on the ground. The kitchen furniture is old, chipped, and scratched, giving off a feeling of being dirty—you really don't feel like touching anything there. The room furniture is similarly old; it’s just painted on the outside, and it smells musty inside. The bathroom is just as old and unsightly. The toilet paper holder kept falling off, and the shower cabin was very small and moldy. Inside the shower, there was shower gel and shampoo in a wall-mounted dispenser. At the sink, there was only one small bar of soap, which was replaced after 3 days. The bed linens and towels were also changed after 3 days, but only after we specifically requested room cleaning. Overall, the room looks like it's stuck in the 1980s (we stayed in room no. 10—the one in the photos with the red pillows on the bed and air conditioner). Breakfast remained unchanged for 7 days and was very basic. For vegetables, there were only tomatoes and cucumbers. For coffee and eggs, you had to ask a staff member to prepare them for you. The fitness room opens at 9:00 AM, is very dark, and lacks equipment. Being an early riser, I ran around the city until 9:00 AM, when breakfast started. Overall, we managed fine because we are not picky and every day we left in the morning after breakfast and returned late in the evening. However, compared to other places we've stayed, this property definitely doesn't deserve its 9.0 rating on Booking.com.

La chambre agréable, le petit déjeuner ( même si 9h c’est un peu tard ! ), le calme du lieu, le wifi efficace

Être réveillé à 22h30 parceque je n’avais pas pu garer ma voiture à sa place avant d’aller me coucher … Ce n’est pas bien de faire ça

Super séjour, nous avons pu profiter de notre petite terrasse privée, de la piscine, du billard, du terrain de tennis, ... Il y a une place de parking qui nous était réservée gratuitement. Nous étions facilement en ville et à 2km d’un supermarché. Le personnel est très gentil.

Le terrain de billard était un peu usé tout comme le matériel de tennis. Dans la chambre il n’y avait que 1 prise électrique, nous avons donc du débrancher nos lampes de chevet pour pouvoir charger nos télephones/ appareil photo. Petite remarque mais le frigo ne s'ouvre pas dans le bon sens du coup on doit se contorsionner pour y accéder.

Gostamos de tudo, desde a nossa chegada até a partida todos os funcionários foram incríveis e super prestativos, o café da manhã é muito bom, com bastante variedades, com toda certeza iremos voltar.

Everything excellent

Piscina, billar, bar, tenis, gimnasio todo eso genial. La limpieza muy buena. El apartamento bastante bien. Terraza genial. Las camas muy cómodas. Se respiraba tranquilidad.

Los baños necesitan actualizarse. La vitrocerámica muy pequeña con solo 2 fuegos que no entran las 2 sartenes. Las sartenes muy malas, se pegaba todo. Menaje de cocina muy justo.

Las instalaciones aunque completas y amplias en servicios están un poco antiguas especialmente las puertas que o no cierran bien o son correderas y no cierran del todo.

El sitio es genial, muy tranquilo y relajante pero con todas las comodidades, parking privado, piscina preciosa, pista de tenis, mesa de ping-pong, billar... Los anfitriones de 11, amables, pacientes y buenas personas. Nos trataron genial. Viajamos en plan familiar y no pudimos estar mejor. Muy bien ubicado, varias playas y pueblos cercanos. Hemos quedado encantados. Seguro que volveremos.

Passamos so uma noite, num apartamento confortável e com espaço para 5 pessoas. Os funcionários são simpáticos e sempre prestáveis, a piscina foi muito boa e tivemos uma boa surpresa de não pagar extra por snooker, ténis, e pingpong! Foram dois dias muito agradáveis e sossegados. Ideal para famílias e grupos de amigos que não se importem de um sitio mais sossegado e com horas de silêncio a partir das 11. Tem estacionamento mesmo no alojamento, e fica perto o suficiente de Albufeira para dar um saltinho a praia e à cidade se se quiser.

Os lençóis tinham algumas manchas, mas estavam lavados. As casas de banho, apesar de estarem em condições estão já com sinais de muito uso e idade. A mesa de ping pong infelizmente não tinha redes, e a mesa de snooker também já tem alguns anos. Convém trazer os essenciais de casa se se quiser utilizar a cozinha (sal, azeite, etc) ou o churrasco (carvão, acendalhas, etc), não têm lá os materiais para o fazer disponíveis.

Excellent staff, Nihad and Laxmi are fabulous hosts. Great location, wonderful apartment and great facilities. Very close to old town, zoomarine and shopping centre. Wonderful breakfast and great service throughout the day.

Het is net buiten de drukte, dus lekker rustig

Er was alleen airco in het woongedeelte en niet in de slaapkamer. Keuken is wat verouderd, onderhoud is daar echt wel nodig, maar ik begreep dat ze de appartementen aan het opknappen zijn. Douchegedeelte in de badkamer is opgeknapt, maar de rest is ook nodig.

Loved my stay here, so relaxing, exactly what I was looking for. Both Laxmi & Nihad were lovely and very helpful, ensuring I had everything I needed, the Casa Areias itself was beautiful, and it was such a treat being able to have my breakfast next to the pool each morning. Loved it all!!! And can't wait to go back.

Just a little bit out of the way for me to walk to the closest restaurants, (as i have a painful knee) about a 10min walk, however, taxis are reliable and very reasonable.

De eigenaren Nihad en Laksmi zijn hele gastvrije eigenaren, voor wie niets teveel is om je verblijf tot een succes te maken. Service hebben ze hoog in het vaandel staan en daarnaast zijn het hele lieve, aardige mensen, die samen met hun team je graag in de watten leggen. Ontbijt wat je kunt regelen ter plekke en dagelijks kunt aangeven is heerlijk en tegen een prima prijs. De accommodatie is rustig en heeft een mooie ruimte die je kunt reserveren om te bbq 'en. Bij het zwembad kun je een heerlijk drankje krijgen in de bar. Ook de bedden waren goed. WIFI ook uitstekend.

Er zijn altijd kleine dingen die beter kunnen. Wellicht wat meer tennisballen voor bij de tennisbaan, en de airco van appartement 2 lekt buiten waardoor je dagelijks even de opvangemmer moet legen. Maar dat zijn geen dingen die ons geirriteerd hebben, het zijn voor de toekomst kleine verbeterpunten.

Do ambiente em si, muito calmo, ótimo para famílias. Com a piscina acessível e com bar junto à mesma, snooker e campo de ténis, pequeno almoço para quem quiser, funcionários sempre disponíveis. Apartamento com tudo o que é essencial, respeito pelos horários de descanso. Churrasqueira ótima para quem quiser utilizar.

Da falta de estores na sala e quarto, para quem só dorme sem claridade fica mais difícil descansar. Poderia ter guardanapos e máquina de café para completar ainda mais o apartamento como sugestão.

Casa Areias to piękne, spokojne i bardzo zadbane miejsce, idealne na rodzinny wypoczynek. Apartament był przestronny, czysty i świetnie wyposażony - mieliśmy osobne sypialnie, wygodny salon oraz kuchnię ze wszystkim, czego potrzebowaliśmy. Dużym plusem są basen, kort tenisowy, bilard, siłownia i miejsce do grillowania, dzięki czemu również dzieci były bardzo zadowolone. Śniadania były świeże i smaczne. Właściciele przyjęli nas niezwykle serdecznie, zawsze byli uśmiechnięci, pomocni i dbali o to, abyśmy czuli się komfortowo. Lokalizacja jest spokojna, a jednocześnie stanowi dobrą bazę do zwiedzania Algarve. Z przyjemnością wrócimy.

Nie mamy żadnych zastrzeżeń. Pobyt spełnił nasze oczekiwania i bardzo dobrze go wspominamy.

Estudio muy pequeño y con una terraza que no se puede disfrutar al no tener ni toldos, da todo el día el sol y tuvimos que tener el aire acondicionado puesto todo el finde, y estar forzosamente dentro del estudio, baño demasiado pequeño 😞

La amplitud de los ambientes, la vista al mar, la decoración, el anfitrión muy amable. La ubicación muy tranquila.Volvería sin lugar a dudas!!!

Casa totalmente equipada com tudo o que uma família precisa. O pequeno almoço é óptimo e vale a pena. Os donos estão sempre disponíveis para tudo o que precisarmos. Foram incríveis com a nossa família. Quem quer fazer umas férias num ambiente calmo em família, é o sítio ideal. A piscina é ótima também. Voltaremos.

Lovely traditional looking apartments with pool tennis & pool table. Hosts were very friendly, informative & helpful.

This isn't a negative comment but the apartments are in a quiet location, 10 mins drive from Albufeira Old Town. Car or Bolt/Uber required. This didn't detract from our stay in any way. Was advertised as 2 bathrooms but 1 en suite & other was toilet & sink only.

Todo nos gustó. El personal genial, muy amables. Las zonas comunes , la piscina... todo muy bonito. Desayuno muy completo. La habitación bastante cómoda. Todo muy familiar y cercano. Muy limpio que es una de las cosas que más deberíamos valorar. Volveremos seguro.

Eine sehr schöne gepflegte Anlage mit Pool und Bar. Echt alles ganz toll hergerichtet. Billard, Tischtennis und Tennisplatz sind auch vorhanden. Betreiber ist sehr nett

Kalt Wasser beim Duschen - wir waren nur eine Nacht auf der Durchreise und haben dies nicht beanstandet. Denke aber es wäre gleich zu unserer Zufriedenheit geändert worden, da die Betreiber sehr bemüht sind es einem recht zu machen.

Funcionário que me atendeu não falava português, nem inglês. Quarto infestado com melgas que não me deixaram dormir. A não repetir.

The garden and pool area were very nice with pool, tennis, ping pong, and billiard. The area is quiet. Staff is nice.

Ping pong was lacking a net. Shower leaked (if you were to take a long shower, water even leaked into the kitchen). Some dishes, pots, pans were not clean when we checked in. Floor didn't look freshly washed.

La tranquillité et toutes les commodités sur le site. Déjeuner buffet exceptionnel, activités diverses tel que le tennis, table de ping-pong, table de billard et piscine. On nous a recommander des restaurants et activités incroyables. Personnel super avenant et sympathique.

Si une personne n'a pas de voiture pour aller là-bas, ça peut être un certain inconvénient, mais sinon, nous avons tout aimé.

Keuken en badkamer gedateerd, maar wel schoon. Keuken prima voor ontbijt en lunch. Bedden erg hard, maar dat is een kwestie van smaak.

Everything was well above my expectations. From the owner, what a nice guy, to the room, quite spacious, super clean. The pool area is so welcoming. I loved the peaceful atmosphere, I will DEFINITELY come back.

I liked the property because it is very clean, spacious. It has a huge balcony, lovely see view from our apartment, tennis court, tennis table, gym, swimming pool, play sandy area for young children, barbecue, a lot of sitting area for relaxation, tanning inside the resort. The whole vicinity is absolutely beautiful! ♥️♥️👍🏽

Localização e atendimento e instalações.

Geweldige locatie, erg goed onderhouden, met een prachtige tuin en supervriendelijke mensen. Laxmi is een van de prettigste mensen die ik ooit heb ontmoet. Erg klantvriendelijk, geweldig met namen en altijd bereid mee te denken in oplossingen. Comfortabele bedden en verder heel compleet en schoon appartement. Een mooie upgrade zou zijn om insectenhorren te installeren bij ramen en deuren aan de tuinkant.

De woonkamer heeft een goede airco, maar de slaapkamers hebben helemaal geen airco. Op het bed lag nog een dubbel winterdekbed terwijl het buiten 34 graden was. De eerste nacht nauwelijks geslapen door de hitte. De tweede dag de airco in de woonkamer de hele dag aan laten staan, een dunner dekbed gekregen én de slaapkamerdeuren open gehouden hierdoor ging de tweede nacht stukken beter.

Das Casa Areias ist eine Oase der Ruhe fernab vom Trubel in Albufeira. Wir haben uns sofort wohlgefühlt dank Lexi und den Mädels die den ganzen Tag beschäftigt sind die Anlage sauber zu halten. wir hatten eine sehr geräumige Wohnung alles hat einwandfrei funktioniert. Es ist unbedingt notwendig ein Mietauto zu haben, in der Nähe keine Busststion.

Das Frühstück war für uns ausreichend und gute Auswahl. Die Brötchen jedoch recht hart und trocken konnten aber dank dem Toaster aufgewertet werden. Wenn man aber das Preisleistungsverhältnis sieht ist es einfach top und können den Aufenthalt wärmstens empfehlen

Ambiente sehr gut; Gastgeberin sehr nett und hilfsbereit; Ferienwohnung sehr gut eingerichtet, vor allem begehbare Dusche; gut funktionierendes W-Lan;

Brötchen beim Frühstück waren meist hart und trocken; Esszimmer und Küche renovierungsbedürftig; keine Lüftung im Bad;

Ganz tolle Gastgeber, eine super gepflegte Anlage und ein schönes Frühstück mit Pancakes. Wir hatten noch etwas zu kühles Wetter für den Pool, aber das ist sicher super bei ausreichend Wärme.

Fantastische locatie, mooi, schoon en hygiënisch. Geweldige, behulpzame, dienstbare, vriendelijke eigenaren met een geweldige crew. Alles wordt uit de kast getrokken voor een fantastisch verblijf. Heerlijk ontbijt. Heerlijk zwembad. Tennisbaan op de locatie en een prachtige tuin. Kortom een topper. Goede uitvalsbasis om de Algarve te verkennen. Kleine gym aanwezig.

Niets viel tegen, het was perfect! Ik ga geen foto's toevoegen, de foto's op de site van Booking.com kloppen.

É pena estarmos no nosso país e tirando a senhora que nos fez o check in que falava alguma coisa de português, todo o resto do staff só falava inglês

Villa Areias gave me a vibe of being more driven to be a family hotel than a romantic one: a nice swimming pool, a small tennis court and a very well kept garden/landscaping. I really like the athmosphere - probably designed for summer time. The property has a parking place inside the gate which is always a nice thing. Beds were comfy and the room was clean. There is a dining room and a small but well equiped kitchen at the unit - with a big fridge and enough appliances to cook a decent meal. The bathroom is not very big but the hot water was nice. Breafkast was also very good - the lady that serves the breakfast was very attentive to our needs, making fresh brewed coffee and homemade things like omelet and pancakes. The breakfast takes place around the pool since there is no big space for dining inside - apart 2 or 3 small tables.

Our unit came to be a ground unit and perhaps this was something that I did not like that much. I Think the ground units are more propense to humidity so that might explain the smell of a room that was not being airy for some time. It is nothing that cannot be tolerated but it does bother me a little. I also had the sensation that the decor needed to be updated - things like curtains and couch. I think the upper rooms might be a better choice - since they tend to be more airy. Improvements also needed for the toilet paper: it was the cheapest one.

Obiekt bardzo ładnie położony, z wygodnym dojazdem do centrum Albufeiry, blisko sklepów i restauracji. Śniadanie skromne ale smaczne, bardzo ładna i klimatyczna część rekreacyjna z basenem. Miła i uczynna obsługa. Całkiem wygodne łóżko.

Pokój określony jako "studio z widokiem na morze" (w ofercie ma najmniej zdjęć, ten z Buddą nad łóżkiem) jest położony na drugim, ostatnim piętrze bez windy i jest w koszmarnym stanie. Meble kuchenne są obdrapane i ledwo trzymają kształt, część wyposażenia (np. wyciąg) po prostu nie działa. Łazienka jest brudna, ewidentnie stara, a z mebli łazienkowych odpada okleina. Bardzo słabe ciśnienie wody w słuchawce prysznicowej, która ciekła na wszystkie strony. Mieliśmy tam rezerwację tylko na jedną noc i daliśmy radę, ale więcej nocy w tym pokoju byłoby straszne. O pozostałych pokojach nie mogę się wypowiedzieć, ale na zdjęciach na booking wyglądają znacznie lepiej.

Idéalement situé pour visiter l’Algarve. Petit hôtel familial très agréable, les propriétaires et le personnel sont adorables. Le petit déjeuner sous forme de buffet est très bien.

El personal fue muy agradable, la ubicación es buena y tranquila. La zona de la piscina y alrededores es muy bonita. Las vistas desde la terraza eran muy bonitas.

El olor de las tuberías era insoportable al entrar a la habitación, el baño necesita una reforma si o sí, se salía el agua por abajo y la ducha es muy antigua. El desayuno muy escaso, poca variedad y cantidad, casi nada de bollería dulce. Es una pena porque el sitio tiene mucho potencial para ser perfecto pero tiene bastante que mejorar.

Personal muy amable, todo muy limpio y con todo lo necesario para unos días de relajación o conociendo el Algarve.

O pequeno almoço era bom, na área exterior junto à piscina, que nos proporcionou um momento maravilhoso de tranquilidade e alegria. Os proprietários foram extremamente simpáticos e muito atenciosos para connosco e com as nossas filhas. O espaço exterior bem arranjado com cadeirão baloiço, poltronas, mesas e espaço de churrasqueira. Tinha ainda campo de tenis, ping-pong, mesa de pool e piscina, que infelizmente não conseguimos desfrutar devido à nossa curta estadia.

Só o chuveiro do apartamento é que pode precisar de um pequeno reparo.

El tamaño del apartamento adecuado para 2 personas. Las instalaciones externas son amplias. Dispone de aparcamiento gratis en el alojamiento. Personal amable. El último día pudimos acudir a desayunar un poco antes del horario establecido porque debíamos salir temprano.

El baño bastante descuidado y anticuado. La ventana externa no cerraba bien y olían fatal las tuberías, tuvimos que ventilar la habitación porque el olor era insoportable. La segunda noche encontramos un par de gusanos en la pared, tal vez de la humedad. El desayuno escaso en bollería dulce.

Non fate affidamento sul divano letto perché chi ci ha dormito non ha chiuso occhio: era durissimo! La Colazione alle 9 è davvero troppo tardi.

Perfektne ubytovanie v pomere cena /vykon. Úžasný personál ❤️, výborne raňajky. My sme žiaľ využili len na jednu noc ale verím že sa ešte vrátime na dlhšie.
