Reviewed Mar 3, 2026I was able to check in early and get the keys from the cleaning staff. The alternative was to collect the keys from the predetermined location as confirmed by the host.
A comfier couch in the room as the wooden frame was a little difficult to get comfortable on for us.

Reviewed Jan 31, 2025The sea view from the balcony was fantastic, and the unit was well-equipped with amenities like coffee and cleaning products. Having 2 bathrooms was a great advantage for a family of 4 with teenagers. There’s a nice swimming pool, and the aircon conditioning in the separate bedroom works well, but the main bedroom, being part of an ope-plan space doesn’t cool as efficiently.
Our room was the 1st one at the top of the stairs, meaning other residents passed it by. As someone who values privacy, I didn’t like having to open the curtains with others able to see in. Just a personal preference

1. I booked a 2 bedroom apartment on the APP, but was given a studio apartment. When I asked why, I was told it was because the charges are per person. Bookings APP still indicated I booked a two bedroom. The door to the other bedroom was locked. When I enquired with the host, she came to my room, no introduction , and just “ what is the problem” the tone she used with me was demeaning and very disrespectful. She insinuated that I lied about bringing my son and that my son must pay, while there was clear communication on the bookings app that I had mentioned I am bringing my son but could not amend the app. I didn’t sleep well that night, even thought of changing my flights. 2. When you shower, for some reason, the water comes out somewhere in the kitchen, a mess. 3. At night, there was an irritating beeping sound, which sounded like a bed. 4. I don’t even want to mention that I couldn’t use the stove because I had to pull up some lever outside, which I couldn’t reach. 5. WI-FI is horrible, had to ask for the password by the way, was not given upfront. Overall, the nice thing about being at this place was the fact that it is a walking distance to the airport.
