The position is OK. And that is it. But I would not recommend it to anyone. Not even to your worst enemy's.

We said from the first day that the windows does not close. The friendly guy that everyone is saying named Sami promised that it will be fixed the next day. Guess what? It wasn't. Said to him that we are allergic to dust and that the air conditioning needs to be cleaned. We were promised again and, again the bullshit with a smile on his face. Very miserable.The entire 4 the floor smelled like bleach and other things trying to cover the smell of mold. Full of black mold, human hair and filthy. The breakfast space full of knives and forcs that were not clean at all.Would not recomand to anyone. It does not even make sense to tell you everything that was there absolutely disgusting.Especially to people comming with their kids. Biohazard is is a kind word. BTW this is Alex

Eingangsbereich sehr klein und direkt beim Frühstücksbuffet. Kein Lobby, keine Bar wo man sitzen oder etwas trinken kann. Das Frühstück war schlecht, Kaffe ungenießbar und Probleme um einen Tisch für 4 zu finden.

Bell'hotel in posizione centrale (Sultanahmet). Tutto molto pulito e accogliente. Personale bravissimo e gentilissimo, sempre pronto ad aiutarti. Buona colazione sia dolce che salata. Acqua sempre disponibile in camera. Servizio di navetta (a pagamento. Circa 55 euro in 2) per andare in aeroporto. Da ritornarci sicuramente

We had a very nice stay at this hotel. The location is great and very convenient. The staff was amazing. Everyone was very friendly and helpful. When we had a problem, they found a solution very quickly. Our room was clean and comfortable. The breakfast was very good and had a lot of different food.

There were also a few small problems. For a 4-star hotel, we expected a little more. The toilet seat was almost falling off, but it was repaired quickly. The safe in the room also did not work. Overall, we felt very comfortable at the hotel. The great location, friendly staff and good breakfast made our stay very pleasant. We would recommend this hotel.

En plus, le personnel de l’hôtel a été très compréhensif au moment de laisser nos bagages un jour de plus pour notre logistique de voyage. Je recommande vivement cet hôtel. We absolutely loved this hotel. It is located in a nice neighbourhood, and is close to the Çemberlitaş tramstation from which you could easily get anywhere in Istanbul. The breakfeast was great, and so was our room. But I want to especially point out the kindness and professionalism we experienced by the hotel's staff. The moment we checked into the hotel, we were greeted with professionalism and kindness by two guys named Sinan and Ridvan. They made our experience at this hotel very pleasant. They always kindly greeted us, and were always happy to help us out. The cleaning and kitchen staff were also very kind and professional. If I ever visit Istanbul again, I would easily pick this hotel again just because of the very kind staff. Thank you again and keep doing what you're doing!

We had a great stay. The property was very clean and the staff were excellent and always available, even late at night. Everyone was very helpful and welcoming. A special thanks to Mr. Malik Sami, the Relationship Manager, who was extremely helpful, polite, and professional. You can really see how well he treats and looks after all the guests. Mr. Sinan and Ahmad were also very helpful during the night shifts and always ready to assist. very professional and always available… specially Mr.Sinam… The location was perfect — right in the centre, with many good places within walking distance. Overall, a wonderful experience and definitely a 5-star stay!

Hotel situado en el barrio sultanahmet, a 5 minutos andando de la mezquita azul. Sin duda su punto fuerte es la ubicacion.

Al hotel le hace falta una renovacion. Habitaciones pequeñas y con muchas carencias. La tele no iba, las almohadas muy incomodas, la ducha muy mal y para apagar el aire acondicionado teniamos que llamar a recepcion. Un incordio. Ademas, durante el check-in nos dieron una charla de 10 minutos en unos sofas simplemente para vendernos excursiones y atracciones turisticas. Nos agobiaron un poco y no nos gustó.

The service from Sami was exceptional. He catered to our every need and made sure we felt comfortable throughout our stay. The rooms were also spacious and clean. We really liked the family-oriented atmosphere, and Sami helped create that atmosphere through his warm and welcoming demeanour. We regularly saw him provide the same level of service to all the hotel guests, and he would also help with taxis and other services wherever possible. Thanks again to Sami and his team, he made our stay amazing, and we will definitely be visiting again very soon because of him!

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The breakfast was outstanding, with a great selection of fresh and delicious traditional Turkish foods that made each morning a pleasure. The location could not have been better—just a short walk from some of Istanbul’s most iconic attractions, including Topkapi Palace, Hagia Sophia, and the Grand Bazaar. The area is also full of excellent restaurants, cafés, and shops, making it easy to enjoy the local culture and cuisine. The staff (Sami, Radwan, Şarkan, and all others) were exceptionally friendly, welcoming, and always willing to help. The hotel was comfortable, clean, and provided everything we needed for a memorable stay. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Istanbul and would gladly stay here again.

No sabría decir qué me gustó porque las fotos no tienen nada que ver con la realidad.

No me gustó la habitación, le hace falta un buen repaso. El espacio de la habitación era pequeño y el baño muy pequeño, no había ni posibilidad de poner un vaso para poner los cepillos de dientes. El plato de ducha estaba viejo y la manguera negra. El desayuno era frío y faltaban muchos alimentos, carecía de opciones para desayunar y el aire acondicionado lo tenían muy alto. Las fotos que vimos del desayuno nada que ver con la realidad.

A special thank you to Sami, who was there for us from the very first moment we arrived. He was extremely helpful, attentive, and always made sure we had everything we needed. His kindness and genuine hospitality really made us feel welcome and at home. We would also like to thank Siran, who was always very friendly, cheerful, and welcoming whenever we saw him. His warm attitude and kindness definitely added to our experience. Overall, the hospitality was exceptional, and all the staff were wonderful. Honestly, there was nothing we didn’t like. Everything was excellent, from the room and facilities to the location and, especially, the wonderful staff. We truly enjoyed our stay and wouldn’t change anything.

The accommodation was more than adequate, the location is perfect and close to all the main tourist attractions as well as having loads of restaurants nearby. What made the stay extra special was the staff who were really friendly and incredibly helpful.

The staff were welcoming and the rooms were what they advertised. Although this hotel was as on a slope, it is a very good location. 5 minutes walk to the high street, several food and shopping spots and around 10 minutes walk to the Blue Mosque. Lastly, we had connection rooms which was perfect. Both rooms were a good size and perfect for our stay.

Breakfast spread was not great. It was very basic. No omelettes station nor any sandwich breads. However, Mir was as very helpful and requested the kitchen staff to make us egg fry ups so we could eat well. The cleaning staff did not always refill the soaps, only 1 of after bottle per customer per day and sometimes took time to give us fresh towels. There was always an awkward smell but it went away once we’d open the window.

Отель не понравился. Бронировали в последний момент и понадеялись на хорошие отзывы и рейтинг. Рейтинг необоснованно высокий. Обо всем по порядку. Размещение. Заселение у нас было ночью. Должен был быть семейный номер 45 м. Вместо этого заселили нас в смежные номера по 20 м, но между ними не было двери и каждый закрывался картой. Ночью мы ничего не выясняли, так как были очень уставшими. На утро, при обращении на ресепшен выяснилось, что нам дали не тот номер. Завтраки очень скромные. Даже омлет по просьбе не готовят. Круассаны ужасные на вкус. Номера маленькие и уставшие. Матрас твердый как и подушки. Балкона нет. Вид на соседнее близко расположенное здание. Шум с улицы не дает расслабиться. Персонал. Ничего плохого не могу сказать. На просьбы реагируют быстро. С багажом помогли, утюг дали по требованию. Женщина, которая занимается уборкой (к сожалению, не знаю ее имени) старалась всячески помочь. Ей отдельное спасибо.

Zentrale Lage nahe der Altstadt, Sehenswürdigkeiten in wenigen Minuten zu Fuß erreichbar, Zimmer war sauber und leise und sogar mit seitlichem Blick auf die Meerenge, , reichhaltiges Frühstücksbuffet, Restaurants mit guter Qualität und schöner Dachterrasse direkt nebenan. Versehen bzgl. Tour (siehe negativ) wurde vom Hotel anerkannt und wir bekamen unser Geld zurück.

Leider enttäuschende Erfahrung mit der Ausflugsvermittlung. Uns wurde von einem sehr geschäftstüchtigen Mitarbeiter eine umfangreiche Tour durch Istanbul verkauft, wobei wir dreimal ausdrücklich nachfragten, ob diese so machbar sei – jedes Mal wurde dies bestätigt. Am nächsten Tag stellte sich bereits nach fünf Minuten mit dem Guide heraus, dass die versprochene Tour so nicht möglich war. Wir mussten daher stornieren, verloren daruch sehr viel Zeit unnötig und auch der Guide blieb ohne Tour zurück. Hier wäre eine ehrliche und kompetente Beratung statt vorschneller Versprechen wünschenswert gewesen. Quitschender Toaster beim Frühstück und wackelige, schiefe Tische sowie Lärm bot eine wenig angenehme Atmosphäre.

La zona è centralissima, in 5 minuti si arriva in piazza Sultanahmet, camere confortevoli e pulitissime, colazione abbondante e molto variata. Personale di servizio cordiali, gentili e costantemente a disposizione, Sami e Sinan sono stati eccezionali e molto professionali.

Lo staff è il vero punto di forza. Molto gentili e disponibili. La camera era di giuste dimensioni e pulita, ben rinfrescata e dotata di tutti i confort. Il bagno un pochino piccolo ma confortevole. La zona è perfetta per visitare il centro di Istanbul e vicina a tutto. La colazione è buona ma migliorabile. Ma la cosa migliore sono i dipendenti. Semplicemente meravigliosi ed hanno soddisfatto con simpatia e professionalità ogni nostra richiesta. Grazie

2 choses principales : l’équipe et l’emplacement. L’emplacement était top car animé et proche de pas mal de choses tels que restaus commerces, tram etc….et l’équipe a été au top ! Et entièrement de la femme de ménage au bagagiste et réceptionniste. Une équipe formidable toujours prête pour répondre aux questions et résoudre les problèmes. Merci à tous !!!

Le point faible serait le petit déjeuner que j’ai essayé une fois, bon mais peu de choix à mon sens ….mais je suis très exigeant sur le petit dej et je le consomme rarement donc ça a été au final !

Locația este excelenta, aproape de majoritatea obiectivelor turistice, micul dejun variat și bun, personalul foarte atent, în special Marco care ne-a ajutat cu tot ce am avut nevoie.

Aerul condiționat se stingea de la recepție fără a se indica vreun program, astfel comenzile din interiorul camerei nu mai funcționau și trebuia să solicităm sa fie pornit.

Muy buena experiencia. El hotel está muy bien ubicado, las instalaciones son cómodas y limpias y, en general, todo ha cumplido perfectamente con nuestras expectativas. Queremos destacar especialmente al personal del turno de noche, que ha sido increíblemente amable y atento con nosotros durante toda la estancia. En especial, Sinan, que nos ha tratado genial desde el primer momento, siempre dispuesto a ayudarnos y a recomendarnos lugares que visitar y cosas que hacer en Estambul. Su trato ha hecho que nuestra estancia fuese todavía mejor. Sin duda, un hotel que recomendaríamos y al que volveríamos.

The hotel is in a great location for exploring the sights of Konstantinoupolis . The staff were very friendly, helpful, and always willing to assist with anything we needed. The breakfast was also very rich and had a great variety of options. I highly recommend this hotel! We had a wonderful stay and a great time.

I can’t think of anything negative to mention, as we had a wonderful experience and have no complaints.

Słabe śniadania, brak kanałów sportowych w TV (był finał MŚ w piłce nożnej), Brak jakiegoś baru, basenu, itp Hotel na przeciwko ma za to super restaurację na dachu z niesamowitymi widokami na Bosfor

Super Lage zur Erkundung des Moscheenviertels. Einige Restaurants rund herum. Frühstück prima. Zimmer auch in Ordnung

Abzüge bei Sauberkeit gab es nur, weil es jeden Abend aus dem Bad heraus angefangen hat nach Kloake zu stinken, was erst am kommenden Morgen wieder aufgehört hat. Das Interesse für die Beschwerde dazu war beim Personal eher gering mit der Info: das ist in Istanbul oft so. Ob dann versucht wurde etwas zu verbessern, ist mir unklar. Die letzte Nacht hat es jedenfalls nicht mehr gestunken.

Φανταστικό σημείο! Εύκολη και γρήγορη πρόσβαση σε οποιοδήποτε μέσο δημόσιας συγκοινωνίας. (Τραμ, λεωφορείο κτλ) Παρά πολύ καθαρά δωμάτια και φανταστικό πρωινό. Το συνιστούμε ανεπιφύλακτα. Όλοι ήταν πολύ εξυπηρετικοί και φιλόξενοι και άμεσα διαθέσιμοι να σου λύσουν κάθε σου πρόβλημα. Ευχαριστούμε για όλα! 10/10

The staff were incredibly kind and hospitable accommodating everything we asked for. The breakfast was fresh and delicious. The hotel is very centrally located and is close to key historical sights and has a tram line six minutes away.

It is slightly difficult with a wheelchair because of the entrance and how steep the roads are.

Lo único que podría mencionar es que el grifo del lavamanos estaba flojo y que por las noches se escuchaba el ruido en el desagüe cuando drenaba el agua de las otras habitaciones.
