員工態度及報價續亂，當日入住跑馬燈在刊登特價，提早即便是會員預訂仍比網站貴，到當日現場房價跑馬燈卻更便宜。網站預訂限17:00後，有說欲提早可詢問，16:20到現場仍說網站預訂只能17:00後，提問房間還沒好嗎？我們已到現場等沒彈性嗎？才由另一位出來處理打圓場。我住過很多次也是有貴賓卡（還是您們主動提供）且向來都是平日入住，怎麼越來越不親民？這次主動推薦家人、朋友們來住，給親友們觀感很差，我也很沒面子。

Reviewed Mar 5, 2026號稱溫泉飯店不就是讓旅客泡溫泉嘛！為何浴缸小的可憐，大人只能坐在浴池裡無法全身泡到，這就是溫泉? 房間USB都已經壞了無法插著充電，詢問櫃檯時說押300元給一個插座式的插頭，問題是房間根本沒有多餘的插座讓我插充電器，尤其電視音量無法轉小聲，只能靜音與大大聲亮，這一晚住得很不舒服
