不喜歡旅店一進門就有潮濕的氣味，房間中浴室泡湯池清潔程度不夠以及排風扇馬達聲響很大，影響到睡眠，房間很小，不適合一個家庭使用，行李讓人的動線受限。

枕頭是比較軟的那種，但還好一人給兩顆枕頭比較不容易落枕，廁所沒有放置衣物的地方(架子是斜的很容易掉進馬桶)

Reviewed May 12, 2026最滿意的大概是櫃檯的一家人老闆或員工他們的服務態度非常得好讓人感覺賓至如歸
覺得房間的衛生可以更加強地板還是會有一些髒污灰塵或頭髮，浴室部分霉味非常的重，所以必須打開廁所的門然後開冷氣以後一段時間才會消除，裡面的浴缸也可以再更乾淨

我不喜歡沐浴乳的味道，希望可以提升香氛的部分，會讓飯店非常加分，頂樓自助吧，水果的品項非常少，也不是很新鮮，這是附加服務的話，可能可以不提供或是變成當日的客房供應，否則橘子剝皮後，明顯放了非常久可以更改為其他替代的食品。

交誼區提供的杯子有明顯髒污沉澱 房內不時有煙味飄出（甚至半夜都有），疑似從冷氣吹出，讓人不太舒服 剛好這次遇到吵鬧的鄰居 半夜12點多鬼吼鬼叫持續快10分鐘 一早不到8點小孩就在尖叫也持續10來分鐘

Reviewed Apr 18, 2026L'hôtel est très bien situé quand on est à pied, proche gare et route pour les cascades. Le personnel est gentil. On peut déposer les sacs avant d'avoir la chambre. La chambre est spacieuse et la salle de bain dispose d'une baignoire d'eau thermale. Il y a un espace commun au dernier étage avec boissons, glaces, biscuits et fruits offerts. Je recommande.

早上還在熟睡時，遇到兩次員工（一男一女）先後敲門並直接刷卡進入事件。經告知櫃台才說因為早上櫃台有張房卡，以為住戶退房來查看，試問如果當時我沒把房門鐵鍊上鎖，就直接被破門而入了，感覺真的很差

Reviewed Feb 27, 2026The owner and his family are very welcoming and friendly from the very beginning when we arrived. Rooms are very comfy with air-con built in. Nice atmosphere and worth the money to stay in this accommodation with hot spring built in in every single room. Well experience!
Lift is too small to use. Have to use the stairs most of the time during the stay.
