A refundable security deposit of EUR 200 must be paid upon check-in. Reviewed Aug 5, 2026Large, clean, well presented house. All the necessary bits and pieces were provided such as sugar, cooking oil, cleaning clothes etc. excellent wifi included. The beds are very comfortable. The grounds are lovely and there is plenty of walks close by. Obviously it is ideal for golfers. Great outdoor space for children to run around and play as the communal gardens are huge. Some good restaurants and takeaways close by. Plenty of bathrooms. Ideal for families of groups.
The smoke alarms were very sensitive and piercingly loud. They went off about 4 times every day. When the grill was turned on, when the grill door was opened, when the frying pan heating up. You need to be ready to turn them off by pressing the button. This would not put me off but it was rather irritating. This house has communal outside areas, this has advantages as the space is huge, but if privacy is very important to you it may be a problem.

I was very happy amd will 100% return. Just note you must strip all beds and bring rubbish out before leaving

Falta de mantenimiento y limpieza de algunas estancias (olor a humedad en uno de los baños; grifo de la cocina suelto, tuve que ajustarlo), asi como mala impermeabilización de la casa (por las ventanas entraba mucho aire)

Reviewed Aug 26, 2024The location was fantastic and ideal for taking the family pet for a walk along with my daughters one of which has autism and requires assistance/support with everything in her life, the location was perfect for me to take her out without worries as there was a speed limit sign and everyone kept to it. with lots of different paths to go on adventures even a woodland walk and an easy access route to the town to post some postcards or pick up a few shopping essentials.
There was nothing we didn't like, even the weather was good while we where there.

I would have liked if there was a children play area . We did not have access to the hotel swimming pool which I was very disappointed about.

Reviewed Nov 23, 2023The location was gorgeous and the house was perfect for a family holiday- extremely spacious and well appointed. The furniture was all in great condition and comfortable and we had a wonderful time.
Nothing really to improve on- bigger mugs in the kitchen maybe? Genuinely, everything was very easy and the communication with the host was great too.

Cobwebs. Patio door didn’t lock. Had to take the bins out and away along the road to the bin store. Had to strip the beds and unfortunately this revealed how dirty and stained the mattress and duvets were!!

Check-in time is entirely too late, especially with a 10:00 check out time. It is difficult to rationalise this when the accommodation was so expensive.
