The ad on your site said parking. There is no on-site parking. That is very misleading.We drove 500 KMs them had to try and find a car park spot 500 metres away and carry out bags to the Hotel. If I had not prepaid, I would not have stayed there.

At jeg hadde bestilt og betalt for frokost for alle 4. På Booking står det er det er barn helt til 17år og registrerte dette med 2 voksne og 2 barn på 15 og 16 år. Og står inkludert frokost på min bestilling. Fikk frokost for voksne men de forlangte betaling for frokosten til barna. Jeg viste til bestilling og viste dem på laptop at det står inkludert frokost. Men de var arrogant og avviste meg for barn var under 12 år. Men jeg sa at når vi er 4 stykker og det står med frokost skal 2 stykker sitte uten frokost. De må betale ekstra sa de på hotellet og ville ikke engang registrere at jeg hadde gjort korrekt gjennom Booking.com. Vi ble bare behandlet arrogant og de giddet ikke si god morgen engang til oss. Vi byttet hotell selv om det ble dobbelt opp for oss. Men kan ikke bo en plass der e viser så tydelig at vi ikke er velkommen. Og rengjøring er under all kritikk,de skiftet håndduker på badet. Og bare slenger dynen over i sengen og ikke rer opp. Helt under all kritikk dette hotellet. Og under all kritikk på Booking.com som registrerer barn og hotell i samarbeid gir blaffen i hva kunder betaler. Jeg vil også sannsynligvis bytte booking plass på nettet. This would be great for a group of young people who just want to party, The outside swimming pool was very small but nicely kept

My room hadnt had a thorough clean, and there was stains on the bed linen and also a cigarette burn. The bathroom was also not as clean as I would expect and I wouldn't use the shower due to hygiene reasons. Even for a well priced room I still expect it to be clean and it wasn't even close to being clean. Lights behind the bed were broken. The big issue I had, which was clearly my own fault for not doing proper research, was that the area was not what it was made out to be. As soon as you step out and walk up the road its just full of, let's just say extremely seedy bars, it was the first time I did not feel safe in thailand. I would advise family's to really look into the area first. I booked 7 nights but only stayed for 1. I was really disappointed and felt I had been sold something that was not reality. Some people might like it here but it definitely isnt for people wanting to experience the true cultural thailand

The location is excellent, near to the beach,bars and restaurants.The room has a fully equipped kitchen with kettle,hob,micro wave oven and pots pans and cutlery. 7/11 and market very close. I will stat there again. THANKS FOR EXCELLENT SERVICE AND CLEANLINESS

Non mi è piaciuto nulla.La colazione non è quella mostrata in foto.Manca la zuppa, l'uovo al tegamino,e normalmente vengono vendute le paste dolci a esterni ( a cui danno la precedenza) e i clienti rimangono senza( perché è già da loro tutto pagato in anticipo).La posizione è pessima,con ingresso costituito da 2 scalini sulla strada,da cui si accede a una stanza per la colazione con 4 tavoli e soffitto basso con annessa cucina ,bar e vetrina per pane e dolci.Ho visto 2 scarafaggi grandi,alle ore 22,uno sul gradino e l'altro sul pavimento cucina.All'esterno a sinistra dei 2 scalini di ingresso,vengono depositati i sacchi per l'immondizia; le moto bike sono parcheggiate lì, e l'unico spazio per entrare sono i 2 scalini.In 4 occasioni ho visto un tubo collegato ad una cisterna che attraversava la sala colazioni fino ad una autocisterna all'esterno.Questa struttura,ha un hotel annesso di cui al piano terra,con ciabatte e scarpe del personale ,in bella vista a sinistra del bancone della reception,e nulla è scritto o mostrato in foto di tutto questo, nemmeno l'ingresso.

Ho visto cumuli di lenzuola di ricambio, vicino all'ascensore; benché la camera fosse spaziosa e abbastanza ben arredata,ho visto 3 piccoli scarafaggi chiari in bagno;gli infissi delle porte sono troppo bassi( non per chi è 190 cm); la cassaforte è lunga circa 35 cm con una serratura da incubo ,cioe' mafunzionante,il letto ha solo 1 lato libero (quello dei piedi),gli altri 3 lati sono chiusi da bordi di legno incastrati col letto;manca 1 comodino e la luce sul latte destro;in piscina le sefii e i tavolini sono a fianco delle stanze a piano terra,a vista dei clienti che vi abitano ( ma in foto non è mostrato);ho visto portacenere pieni di mozziconi di sigarette.Quello che mi meraviglia è come mai ci sono dei giudizi come" fantastico,ottimo, favoloso" ,ma come è possibile?Anche il giudizio " buono" che ho letto sotto la foto dell'hotel,non è assolutamente paragonabile ad altri hotel,( es.Grand bella hotel,anche questo con giudizio buono). Andate a vedere! È un vero incubo,quell'ingresso sulla strada con le moto bike parcheggiate che bloccano l'ingresso e un via vai di gente che entra ed esce..Non lo classifico come hotel,ma come camere in affitto,e non merita certo 3 stelle ..Cosa bisognerebbe fare per migliorarlo?Si salvano solo le stanze ai piani superiori; sotto all'ingresso,sala colazioni,reception e stanze contigue, credo che sia tutto da rifare ed isolare l'ingresso dalla strada e fare una completa disinfestazione.

There is no private parking, as announced on Booking.com. The friendly girl at reception advised us to use a parking space at the Meridian htl, further down the soi. No big deal, but a bit of a hassle when you're counting on direct parking at yr hotel after a long drive 🙏
