Traffic could sometimes be very noisy witch motorbikes and pick-ups on free/modified exhaust AC was working hard but not enough capacity, walls towards the sun was very warm

The hotel did not provide basic amenities such as toothpaste and a toothbrush. The air conditioning was not working properly, and when I called for assistance, nobody came to check it. One staff member also spoke to me in a very rude and disrespectful manner. Breakfast was included in my booking, but there was actually nothing available for breakfast.

1. The sewer smell was present, mostly in the bathroom, especially when you leaner over the sink, like brushing your teeth. 2. The bed doesn’t have a mattress, it is a box spring with a thin pad on top. Mine was old and had hills and valleys. 3. The television was a very cheap model and the sound was bad. 4. The hotness of the shower water was limited. It wasn’t cold but it took a little time to acclimate to it every time that I showered. 5. Traffic noise was very noticeable but it just comes with the location, nothing the owners can do about it.

Очень шумно от дороги, даже ночью. Полотенце после первого дня меняли на рваные, при замене постельного- меняли все раздельно в разные дни. Почему нельзя заменить весь комплект постельного белья сразу?

I booked and was asked for confirmation two times during the week. On both times I replied with confirmation. However, when I arrived, I was told they had no room, even though I had confirmed that I would be there. I have stayed at Grand Residence Jomtien in the past and have always been happy with my stay. But with different staff, the hotel has gone backwards.

The staff were friendly, welcoming, and always ready to help. The location was great, close to Jomtien Beach and convenient for exploring nearby places. The peaceful atmosphere made the stay even more relaxing.
Honestly, there was very little to dislike. Everything was well managed and comfortable during my stay.

Can be a bit noisy at night with passing traffic. Also, we arrived early after having an early check in between 9 and 10am approved, but on arrival we were told no room available until at least midday. Not ideal but never mind.

Reviewed May 8, 2026kein Frühstück, in der Nacht sehr laut durch Motorräder, das hotel liegt direkt an einer durchgangsstrasse. Die Zimmer sind sehr gut, geräumig und sauber. Eine Mikrowelle und ein großer Kühlschrank gab es.
eine bessere Fensterisolierung wäre nötig, ansonsten wwar nichts zu bemängeln.

Så prisen bør ikke være høyere mener jeg....som sagt at det er sentralt er et stort pluss.... Mangler at man kan betale med kort...mener det hadde det tidligere.

Reviewed Apr 10, 2026Location was excelleny; a block away from Jomtien beach and just a cross from Rompom market. The cleaning staff wad very nice & polite, and left water bottles and toilet papers in front of the door regularly when DND sign was on the door.
Single pane windows let through ALL noises from the street that is busy with lots of traffic and big contruction trucks even at night. I was on top floor (7th), but it didn't help with the noise. The shape of small balcony seems help amplify the noise. The matress was old and very hard, but it is no different from other hotels in similar class.
