Staff, efficient check in and out, breakfast

One of the most comfortable beds we have slept in. Staff was friendly. Food at the on-site restaurant was delicious and reasonably priced. Will stay here again.

Our room smelled a bit weird. But not terrible.

Standard modern hotel located on 18th Street. Next door to Keystone Centre and convenient for restaurants and shops but not downtown. There is a leisure pool but no good for adult swimming (great for kids - slides). There is a fitness centre (not used). On site restaurant but also plenty of other restaurants within close walking distance. Had facilities in room such as fridge, coffee maker.

I didn't bring a car so distance (in 30 degree heat) was a bit far to walk to downtown (about 40 mins). No Uber in Brandon at this time, but taxis available and cheap.

The staff were very friendly. The room was nice and clean. Parking was easy too.

This was the most expensive night's stay on our trip and it didn't include breakfast. There were only 2 coffee cups in the room and no other cups, plastic or glass for drinks.

Staff were exceptional. The fact we could bring our 4.5 week old kitten that’s a bottle baby with us without any fuss was the best thing, sure it was a $15 fee but it’s better than being told no with a tiny little kitten.

Very funny smell in the room, arrived late and tired so just wanted to sleep, but it was sweaty/fausty.

The staff was friendly and informative. The floor seemed quiet, no noise through the walls. Express checkout was a nice touch

Comfortable bed

Shower wasn't great, could hear people walking above even though it's a concrete building, one staff member had an attitude right from the start as our booking was managed properly but he seemed to think we were to blame, he should reconsider working in the hospitality industry and learn some customer service skills. Dirty floor.

Bathroom was dirty, there was no working fan in the bathroom so it steamed up horribly. Coffee pot is shit

Room was clean except the bathroom when we got there had hair on the walls, countertop, floor, shower, and tiles needed cleaned.

Housekeeping didn't come around until 4. We had just returned to the room for a break so it wasn't a great time. We opted to not have them clean the room so the kids could rest but the ladies were very kind and gave us more supplies that we needed to get through day 2.

The staff were kind and accommodating. I felt good that there was security for the building given how large the building was.

This is obviously outside the hotels control but the party hockey parents were absolutely out of control loud, and kept waking family up. They were obviously all congregated outside in the hall or had a door open, and their children running wild. I’d be incredibly embarrassed if I were them. There were plenty of other families who had large travel days, early morning outside of the hockey groups.

Friday night we were awoken at 3am with what sounded like a bar fight going on in the room above us. This continued for about 50 minutes.

The shallow pool for very little kids was very cold and the cold air was blowing cool air right on that pool.

Location was excellent as I was setting up our booth at the Manitoba Ag Days. Staff was quick for check in and the room was clean.

There was a lot of traffic noise that I could hear, which is odd as I was on the 6th floor. Pillows could be better, maybe have a few different options for pillows to choose from as there were 3 pillows in the bed, but they were all the same. Price of the room was very high compared to what the room offered, and breakfast was not even included. Great location, but way to expensive for a simple room.

The reception staff were exceptional both on check in and check out. So impressed.

The serving staff at the restaurant. They would stand and visit in view of people waiting to be seated. They would say they were coming back with refills and then not come back. Their sections maybe had 2 tables for them to service. It was consistently bad over our 3 day stay.

Showers, water pressure, prices are too high for what you offer. Only reason I paid that much is because I wanted to be near there. And the nicer hotels were full.

Excellent hospitality and facilities!

We enjoyed not having to leave the hotel to attend our concert.

Due to the horse event in the hotel, it smelled like a petting zoo everywhere in the hotel. For the price of the stay the room was very basic. The first night there was very loud base coming from the bar until 2 am. The following night there were people fighting in the hallway all night long. For the cost, it should have at least included breakfast.

The beds are uncomfortable and the showerheads are terrible.

We were very happy with the hotel. Rooms spacious and clean. Lobby and property clean also. Our only disappointment was the water slide was closed due to needing repair of the stairs. This was our main reason for booking this property. It should list on Expedia that the water slide is not working although the pool and hot tubs are usable. Other than that everything was fine.

The pool and water slide were the main reason we booked this property. I believe it has been out of service for a while as the stairs to the slide are in need of repair. This should be stated on Expedia so guests booking for pool and slide can make an informed decision. We would have choose to stay elsewhere in a less expensive accommodation.

Nice room though friends found bed bugs in a room on the same floor…. Easy access to the horse barns
