Tolle Atmosphäre, insbesondere der Onsen, sehr freundliches Personal, gute Lage, sehr saubere Zimmer, absolut empfehlenswert.

Absolutely beautiful and cozy atmosphere at a traditional Ryokan, with crispy new rooms. Rotemburo and private onsens are just gorgeous, amid a small garden covered in moss and green trees. The staff was the best, they pamper you, recommend and book restaurants in town if needed ( highly recommended, there are few options in town and they tend to be small, so book ahead).

Some rooms have just a toilet and no shower, it's not a big problem with so many private baths, one in the building and 5 more just across the street. It's still one of my favourite lodgings in Japan so far.

Beautiful rooms mixing old school design with modern installation, staff was very friendly and helpful. They also provide a great selection of onsens, it was my first time experiencing an onsen so I really appreciated the variety of private onsens here

Un séjour parfait : l’endroit est fabuleux, la chambre magnifique, la possibilité d’avoir accès aux bains privés sans réservation (Tattoo friendly). Le personnel est vraiment présent, agréable et aux petits soins. Je reviendrai avec un immense plaisir.

Wyjątkowe i magiczne miejsce, z cudownym ogrodem i niesamowitym wystrojem. Wszystko jest skupione wokół natury, ciszy i spokoju. Cześć wspólna sprzyja relaksowi przy darmowej herbacie i słodyczom. Wieczorem wszystko jest pięknie oświetlone. Obiekt posiada różne rodzaje onsenów - wszystkie zadbane i klimatyczne. Personel miły i pomocny, odebrano nas z przystanku autobusowego mimo iż obiekt znajduje się w bliskiej odległości.

可以自由使用对面のし湯的温泉。有一个露天温泉和五个私汤。不知道是不是因为淡季，我看私汤本来标注需要预约的，但我住的时候都是直接拿钥匙就可以使用。露天温泉也只有我一个人泡。对注重私密性的客人很友好。 从フロント进去二楼有一个自助酒吧，泡完缓一缓喝点很舒适～ 距离黑川温泉的商业街也很近，随时都可以出入，但商业街大部分的店都四五点就关门了。只能回来继续泡温泉。 房间虽然不大，五脏俱全。很干净，完全够住。 跟酒店提前咨询了接送相关的事情，最后也有享受到到巴士站的接送服务～但我看到评论说旺季有可能没法提供接送服务。我自己感受是从车站到酒店走路也不算太远，是可以接受的距离。 工作人员态度都非常好，宾至如归。非常满意！

所有房间都在二楼，我住的201楼梯是木质旋转的，还有一点点滑的感觉。对搬行李箱的客人和腿脚不便的客人可能会有点不便。

It was the coziest and most well located of all the guest houses. And the onsen were so good. I loved the sulfur large pool, and there is a whole variety of other baths here as well. Really nice staff as well but that almost goes without saying. Thank you so much, I would stay here again🙏🏽

Superbe endroit. Petite annexe avec une touche contemporaine d’un ryokan traditionnel. Accès à tous les espaces communs du ryokan principal, dont un onsen externe très beau. Rapport qualité-prix excellent. Village paisible, pas de groupes, ambiance hors du temps. Y passer 2 nuits au moins.

They picked up and dropped off since i was taking bus, which really made it so much easier since i didn't need to haul my luggage. The room was great and the onsens were nice. The staff were attentive and caring

Both the private and public onsens were absolutely gorgeous! Our room and the facilities were spacious, quaint, and one of the favourite locations we have stayed during our whole trip around Japan.

Good size room, well designed, modern but still felt like a traditional inn. The open air spas were special, staff were very helpful, second floor lounge at sister facility was nice.

The place offers a quiet and relaxing atmosphere. A highlight of the stay was the outdoor onsen at the sister hotel just across the street, which was very relaxing. The room was on the smaller side, but very cosy and equipped with all the necessary amenities.

This only applies to taller guests, but the ceilings are occasionally quite low, so it’s worth watching your head in some areas.

與同天入住的一名客人名字很雷同導致入住有疏失，有提供護照給飯店人員確認不過帶位及check in先後兩名員工都沒有發現，已經把行李拖進房間並到黑川商店街許久，回飯店被告知請打開房門並要求收拾行李離開房間，當下蠻錯愕…搞烏龍的外籍員工在旁邊一臉緊張說著抱歉要我們稍等，於是在大廳等待直到另一名日本籍員工出來解釋要我們換房，當時時間約莫晚上六點眼看也來不及訂附近晚餐，好險行李還有一點零食泡麵. 雖隔日退房有給一個果乾茶包表歉意…但因飯店提供的房間數本身已經不多，收費也高昂，發生這種錯誤顯得不夠專業

I think this was one of the loveliest inns in Kurokawa. The garden was so beautiful and the outdoor onsen was amazing as well. The interior was also extremely cosy and well-decorated. Highly recommend this place.

En sois il n’y a aucun soucis, je dirais que je trouve cela un petit peu cher pour ce que c’est mais c’est et c’est la seule raison de pourquoi ils n’ont pas 10 pour moi mais je recommande quand même.

タクシーの手配などお手数おかけしまいましたが、とても丁寧に対応していただけました。街全体で雰囲気がとても良く、どこの湯めぐりでも源泉が引かれており、泉質も豊富で感激しました。

There’re no private bathroom in the room only toilet. You will need to use shared bathroom and sometimes there’re a queuing in case other guests use it.

每個角落都非常用心打造

Access to the Onsen of the partner hotel was amazing. Lots of beautiful private baths available. The hotel itself (Inn noshiyu) was cute as well. Breakfast was nice (western style)

Options for dinner are very limited in Kurakawa. It’s a shame there is no possibility to have dinner at the hotel. We had the cheapest room next to the entrance and it was a bit noisy and there was light coming in until midnight. Maybe better to chose a slightly more expensive room.

Stayed a night and visited awesome onsen. :) Few buses, maybe rent a car if you plan for more.

Everything was top! The ambience, the baths, the info cards everywhere explaining in English as well.

I have had better breakfasts but can’t complain. It was a mix of western and Japanese.

This place is magical. NOSHIYU includes two main building groups: the traditional Ryokan and the Inn, which is a modern take inspired by european Chalets (I think), and I stayed at the more affordable Inn. The big advantage of the Inn is that you still get free access to the amazing selection of Onsen, both indoors and outdoors, that Noshiyu offers. I booked the double room upstairs (203) and I absolutely enjoyed every corner of it, from the big bathroom to the comfortable beds. The Inn also has beautiful common spaces for breakfast, reading, relaxing and even a private indoor onsen. While the Inn was amazing by itself, the true highlight of this place are the Onsen located by the Ryokan, which you can enjoy from 6:30 am till night. The feeling of taking a dawn bath while it's -3°C outside is unmatched. The staff is super professional and helpful, you can tell they are proud of this beautiful place.

I loved everything, so the following shouldn't be taken as a harsh criticism. The Inn does not provide dinner, even though technically it's still part of the Noshiyu complex, while the Ryokan does. I understand that since the price difference between the two parts is not small, a more premium service is granted to the ryokan guests, but I also think that the Ryokan has the facilities to host 4 more guests coming from the 4 rooms of the Inn. Maybe the could give the upgrade option to add dinner for a price, I would have definitely tried it.

Det var et dejligt ophold med venligt og imødekommende personale, og dejlige oncen faciliteter. Der er både offenlige og privatebade. Morgenmaden var virkelig lækker og værelserne var meget stilfuldt indrettet. Et ophold her kan varmt anbefales.

Breakfast and dinner were the best meals of our trip! We stayed 2 nights so got to enjoy 3 days and they make sure each experience is unique.

They only have shared baths, which wasn't clear when booking. It was a great experience just a surprise. And the outdoor baths had a few spider webs but otherwise everything was well maintained and cleaned.

I had a lovely stay at Noshiyu. Both the inn and the room were nicely decorated and the Onsens were beautifully located. Next to this, the staff was very helpful and friendly. It was a relaxing stay.

Heel fijn verblijf gehad hier. De warmtebaden ernaast zijn echt SUPER! Echt heerlijk tot rust gekomen hier.

Geen eigen douche, die bevond zich bij de warmtebaden. Opzich prima, maar had ik niet verwacht gezien de prijs.

Nous connaissions déjà ... c'est pour cela que nous y sommes revenus ... pour le rapport qualité / prix de Inn Noshiyu, mais aussi pour l'ambiance du village que nous adorons.

시설이 너무 예뻐요 여기는 별관이고 야외온천은 본관을 사용할수있어요 본관 온천이 정말 좋습니다 꼭 다 이용해보세요 물이 정말 좋아요 엄청 매끈합니다! 여행가기전에 료칸측에서 버스타고 오면 픽업도 해줍니다🥰(체크아웃도 데려다줘용) 그리고 일단 직원분들이 다 엄청 친절하세요 료칸 이용 설명할때 의자에 앉히고 자기는 바닥에 무릎꿇고 설명해줘서 민망했습니다ㅎㅎ 조식도 꼭 드세요!진짜 맛있어요 그 양파스프?그게 진짜 최고입니다 다음에 부모님 모시고 다시 가려고요✈️

1층이였는데 옆방이 목욕탕이라 에어컨 틀면 실외기 돌아가는 소리가 좀 시끄러웠습니다ㅠㅠ

Inn Noshiyu is the no frills affiliate of the more conventional ryokan — Oyado Noshiyu. I’d say it’s a modern take on what a ryokan is, not intimidating but still as welcoming and comfortable. They don’t serve dinner option so be sure to plan ahead. Breakfast is at 2,500yen. Pricey? I’m not sure , similar breakfast in the city can be at least 1,500. They have just few rooms, maybe avoid room 101 if you’re particular with noise or being across the kitchen. But trust me the space is well designed. Inn noshiyu has its own private bath that you share with every other rooms, you take turns in using. But Oyado Noshiyu is always an option and you can access their open air baths.

Sister accomodation of Oyado Noshiyu. More budget friendly than other accomodation in the town. Breakfast is an additional charge and was great, personal chefs cook fresh each day. You are able to use the outdoor spa facilities of the onsen across the road, in addition to having a private bath in the accomodation building itself. Service was friendly and the staff met us as we drove in and explained to us all the details when we arrived.

We booked the large room with a bathroom upstairs, so if you have large heavy luggage be mindful you will need to carry them up a steep windy flight of stairs. May not be wheelchair accessible.
