Absolutely not recommended due to below reason: 1. There are 3% charge by using credit card. And you have to pay for it since booking will not charge the fee. You have to pay it onsite. 2. The apartment photo on the booking web is inductive. It is actually apartment A and apartment B. You only booked half of the photo. 3. The shower is leaking therefore you can’t enjoy the bath with perfect water pressure. 4. The most important thing. Don’t touch anything as you may get extra charge. There is a folding bed in the room we used it as we preferred to sleep separately for better relaxation. The management team initially charged $50 with excuse that extra person added, after we clarified there was no extra person, the new excuse was extra clean work needed. However there was no any guidance that the bed cannot be used. What a shame excuse for the $50! 5. There is no any seasoning except an empty, cold apartment. I paid nearly extra $100 for those traps. Nice work!

Easy location to walk to the central shops/lake. Nice outdoor deck area.

The pillows were a tad high for me, but I understand that this is not a five-star hotel. There is no fencing, and the place is next to a laundry so you will expect a few passersby if you are having dinner at the place. The fencing issue may be to do with building restrictions as other places around the neighbourhood are similar with no fencing.

Kitchen spacious, bedroom temperature and bath room we like the most. If there are supply of kitchen tissue paper at the kitchen will be more convienent to us.

The platform area for star sight seeing at night is not large enough.

It's a modern big 3-bedrooms and 3-bathrooms house, with a view of the mountains from the lounge room. Clean and comfortable. Walking distance to the lake and the shops. It felt like home and we enjoyed our stay here.

The owner could supply a better choice of instant coffee and tea for the high price we paid for the accommodation. Also there was no hair conditioner provided.

It was very modern and clean. The kitchen was a dream and with a very nice table and sofa it was the perfect space.

The location was great - slightly away from the centre of town but only a couple of minutes away from it. Great views.

Clean and quiet. 2 units are connected and accessible for a big group like us. Each bedroom has ensuite bathroom and a unit has bathroom that is wheelchair accessible.

The hotel is surrounded by beautiful natural scenery, with fresh air and stunning views. The rooms are clean and tidy, well-equipped, and the beds are very comfortable. Although breakfast is not provided, the kitchen facilities are great for cooking, and there are plenty of restaurants and cafes nearby, Whether for a family trip or a getaway with friends, this is an ideal choice.

Fantastic start for our Alps to Ocean adventure. Great to have an ensuite in each room. Fabulous location and didn't lack for anything. Very modern and clean.

A lot of money for an average property

The property was perfect!

When we arrived we were extremely impressed with the bungalow but we found that the patio is right opposite the laundry with a full stream of people who kept looking into our lounge window so we had to close the curtain which made it dark. The kitchen equipment is aimed at the Chinese market with rice cooker etc…

There needs to be a hedge around the patio or net curtains in the lounge. It is 4 bedroom bungalow and yet there were beds in our wardrobe which we felt should be stored elsewhere. We couldn’t get the tv to work as all instructions. The rug in the lounge was dangerous as it kept curling up and unnecessary.

The house is new and super size. 3 big bed rooms with 3 bathrooms (super). close to lake with 10 min walking distance. YOu will get the code for key box outside the door one day before check in. Easy to find.

This property was very clean, tidy and looked lovely. It had pretty much everything we needed for the nights stay and each bedroom had its own ensuite which was amazing. It is pretty close to town and you could walk if you wanted to but we drove as the hill home is steep. Beds were lovely and cosy which was great after a day of travelling.

Nothing to not like and even if you were staying longer than a night it would be fine.

Comfortable spacious accommodation with great views over Tekapo and a lovely big kitchen area.

Discovered that the bedroom drawers were filthy, including human hair. Yukk. They obviously don't get cleaned. There were no instructions about putting out the waste bins. When we arrived the general waste bin and recycling bin were full to overflowing and the area outside the front was therefore very smelly. We looked up the collection timetable and put the general waste bin out. However, it still stank after collection because it was clear that previous guests had put in loose waste which was still stuck in the bin. Not the fault of the property, but clear instructions to guests might help with this. There wasn't a coffee plunger, which we would expect as standard. All the above were a surprise given the price.

Large space for a family, good location

Poor attention to detail. Dishwasher hadn’t been emptied, no tea towel in kitchen and we found an electric blanket that must have been left on from last visitors. Rug didn’t appear to have been vacuumed as it had several strands of hair on it. Expect better for the price.

As the location is back from the main area of restaurants and cafes the walk is not great in rainy weather. A few umbrellas provided would be appreciated.
