밤에 도착했는데 주변이 완전 어두워 숙소를 찾을 수가 없었음. 메세지를 제대로 확인하지 못하니까 숙소 찾느라 1시간 이상 헤멨음. 사전에 업그레이드 해 준다 해서 accept 했는데 가보니 호텔이 아니라 에어 B&B 형태의 그냥 살림집이었음. 게다가 직원근무후에는 요금을 추가로 지불해야 하는 게 서비스도 제대로 받지 못했는데 합리적이지 않음. 두집이 함께 현관을 사용했는데 옆집 엄청시끄러워 잠을 설침.

Reviewed May 31, 2026"Our stay here was absolutely flawless. The property was incredibly spacious and exceptionally comfortable, providing the perfect retreat after long days of exploring. From the moment we walked in, it was clear that the hosts had thought of everything—every single amenity we could possibly need was fully provided, making our visit entirely seamless and stress-free.
"While the stay itself was excellent, it took some time and effort to locate the specific lockbox for Room C upon arrival. To save future guests from confusion, I would highly suggest placing a clear notice on the front door with direct instructions on exactly where the lockbox is located."

There was a weird smell when we arrived, I had to spray my perfume around the place to get some relief. The mat under the coffee table was filthy and needs to be replaced. There was also no place to put our toiletries by the tiny sink, there should be a little shelf or something next to the sink, I had to put everything on the floor.

렌트하시는 분들은 문제가 없겠지만 뚜벅이들은 테카포 버스 정류장에서 1키로 정도 도보 이동이 필요하며 숙소에서 체크인이 안되고 테카포 버스 정류소 근처의 숙소 사무실에서 체크인후 숙소 사용설명서와 룸키 비밀번호를 알고 숙소로 이동 해야합니다. 사전에 숙소 사무실에 전화를 해 확인 하세요.

This was not simply an inconvenience, but a serious failure in access systems, emergency support, and post-incident handling. Future guests, especially families, should carefully consider these risks.

The place was comfy, clean, neat and had all draws / cupboards labelled for easy to find utensils. The bathrooms were modern and clean and it was great that the neighbourhood is quiet and safe.

Wir haben per Mail ein kostenloses Upgrade bekommen, was uns aber im Nachhinein in Rechnung gestellt wurde. Das haben wir per Mail reklamiert, worauf wir keine Antwort mehr erhielten, sondern das Geld wurde einfach unserer Visa Card belastet - sehr ärgerlich!!!
