Ancak bizim için en güzel tarafı, personelin güler yüzü ve yardımseverliğiydi. Her konuda ellerinden gelenin fazlasını yaptılar ve kendimizi gerçekten çok özel hissettirdiler. ❤️ Otelin huzurlu atmosferi, temizliği ve çalışanların sıcak yaklaşımı sayesinde konaklamamız çok keyifli geçti. Ayrılırken gerçekten üzülüyoruz. Bali’ye tekrar gelirsek kesinlikle yeniden tercih edeceğimiz bir yer. Her şey için çok teşekkür ederiz! 🌸

The resort is located outside of Ubud (downtown), and there are only a limited number of shopping options available. The only thing that bothered me about the room was the open shower in the bathroom; because of it, the entire bathroom was flooded.

1) ежедневно рядом с отелем что-то жгут, каждый день стоял едкий запах дыма днем; 2) устроили шумную вечеринку с диджеем у бассейна до 22:00 (все окна гостиницы выходят на бассейн), музыка играла слишком сильно, мы не могли уснуть с моим 2 летним ребенком. Было очень много недовольных на ресепшен. Отель даже не извинился. Просто ужасное отношение к гостям; 3) долго ехать до Убуда. По этой улице постоянные пробки. Мы ехали от 25 минут до 1 часа ежедневно

1) гостиница устроила вечеринку для группы у бассейна с 17:00 до 22:00. Сильно играла музыка (все окна выходили на бассейн). Мы не могли уснуть. У меня был 2 летний ребенок. 2) запах гари и дыма ежедневно. Около гостиницы ежедневно что-то жгут, стоял сильный запах дыма. 3) долго ехать до города Убуд. В этом направлении и обратно сильные пробки. Добирались около 50 минут в одну сторону. 4) большое количество собак в округе. Невозможно дойти до магазина в безопасности. 5) гостиница не заселяет раньше 14:00, хотя номера есть готовые и свободные. Мы ждали до 14:00. На следующий день после нас заезжала свекровь и тоже ждала до 14:00, хотя с бассейна было вино, что есть много готовых номеров, где люди выехали (еще до 12:00), но персонал все-равно не идет на встречу и не заселяет

Reviewed Jul 22, 2026Het eten! Wauw, dat was heerlijk. Dat heb ik nog erg gemist achteraf! Goedkoop en echt veel sterren waardig! Positief was dat het personeel verder erg vriendelijk was en het eten werkelijk ontzettend lekker. Dat heeft ons verblijf zeker beter gemaakt. Het zwembad is ook mooi en lekker verkoelend. Op de avond van onze trouw werd het bed ook erg mooi versierd!
We verbleven met een grote groep in Kahayana Suites en hadden ongeveer 14 kamers geboekt voor onze gasten rond ons huwelijk. Over het algemeen was ons verblijf prima, maar er waren ook een paar teleurstellende punten. Bij één kamer had ik per ongeluk de verkeerde datum geboekt: de reservering stond een dag later dan we de kamer nodig hadden. Omdat we al zoveel kamers en dus een aanzienlijk bedrag hadden geboekt, hadden we gehoopt op wat meer flexibiliteit of tegemoetkoming. Helaas was omboeken niet mogelijk en moesten we een extra nacht betalen, terwijl de kamer de dag erna leeg zou blijven. Gelukkig konden we dit uiteindelijk onderling met familie oplossen, maar de manier waarop hiermee werd omgegaan viel ons wel tegen. De kamers waren over het algemeen oké, al was het beddengoed niet overal volledig proper en vonden we hier en daar een haartje. De badkamer had soms een wat vreemde geur, mogelijk door de warmte en vochtigheid, maar dit was verder nog acceptabel. Op de kamer van mijn nichtje zat helaas een flinke hoeveelheid mieren, zelfs een heel nest. Housekeeping zou langskomen, maar ook hiervoor werd geen verdere tegemoetkoming aangeboden. Ik kreeg de indruk dat men hier anders omgaat met klachten en financiële compensatie dan wij gewend zijn. Al met al een verblijf met mooie kanten, maar gezien het grote aantal kamers dat we hadden geboekt, hadden we bij problemen wat meer service en flexibiliteit verwacht.

Reviewed Jul 6, 2026Our stay got off to a difficult start, as when we first arrived we had to move rooms twice because the bedding wasn’t clean and had blood stains on it. As we had just come off a long flight, we were exhausted and ended up sleeping on top of the sheets for our first night until the issue could be sorted the following morning. To the hotel’s credit, they handled the situation really well. The next morning they apologised, resolved the issue promptly, and upgraded us to their best room, which was absolutely amazing. From that point onwards, we had a brilliant stay. The staff were fantastic throughout - friendly, helpful, and genuinely wanted to make things right after the poor first impression. Their excellent customer service completely turned the experience around. We’d definitely stay here again and really appreciated how well they looked after us.

O grande problema nesta propriedade foi a limpeza. A casa de banho tinha bastante sujidade entranhada principalmente na sanita, o que era claramente falta de manutenção. Quando dito na receção, e apesar de terem chamado a limpeza, ficou totalmente igual.

Reviewed May 28, 2026Lovely people working at kahayana greeting you warmly every time. They served us in every request and overall quick to respond. Quiet place good for relaxing by the pool and the topaz café next to it helps when you are tired from the day and want to grab some dinner. You also need a taxi to go around or rent a scooter as there is not much close, for us this was not an issue as we wanted something quiet.
Sometimes the room had a smell probably coming from the humidity. Not sure if that could be fixed though in such a humid environment. The pool towels could also be replaced with new ones.

Voor onze activiteiten lag het hotel iets te zuidelijk. Het ligt aan een hele drukke straat, dus alles met de taxi gedaan/moeten doen.

Het is ongeveer 15-20 min met de Gojek naar het centrum van Ubud. Dat was geen probleem voor ons maar daardoor zit er ook niet heel veel in de buurt.

Die Badezimmerausstattung ist schon etwas in die Jahre gekommen und da es keine Abtrennung zwischen Dusche und Bad allgemein gibt, war nach dem duschen das ganze Bad nass. Dementsprechend sah auch die Toilette aus. Viele Roststellen an den immer nassen Stellen.

Reviewed Apr 24, 2026Zeer sfeervol en schoon hotel. Personeel is ongelofelijk aardig en niets voor hen is te veel. Het personeel is enorm beleefd en ze zijn erg persoonlijk. Ze onthouden meteen wat je kamernummer is, waardoor je je gezien voelt. Ook in het restaurant onthouden ze je kamernummer. De was service werkt perfect en het is ook mogelijk om er een scooter te huren. Bij het hotel hoort ook een restaurant waar je voor een goede prijs heerlijk kunt eten. Het ontbijt eet je ook bij dit restaurant en je kunt de avond van te voren aangeven wat je wilt hebben van het menu. Wij hebben een geweldig verblijf gehad en raden dit hotel 100% aan als je niet in het drukke centrum van Ubud wilt verblijven.

That the room was facing the street and it's difficult to sleep due to the noise from the street, motorbikes, cars. Since the door doesn't fully close you can hear pretty much everything

Reviewed Apr 8, 2026We loved the pool and the pool area, the restaurant and the breakfast, the cocktails, the spa, and the staff. They catered to all our needs and were super friendly.
The AC in our room didn’t always work properly, so it was sometimes a bit hot. The one in the other room worked perfectly. A bit far from Ubud city center, it took us 20 min with the taxi - which was ok for us.

Мы чувствовали себя очень комфортно благодаря удобным кроватям и ежедневной уборке как в номере, так и на территории. Отличный бассейн и замечательные управляющие виллой сделали наш отдых незабываемым. Мы успели пожить в двух разных домах этих хозяев и остались очень довольны. С радостью порекомендуем это место своим друзьям и близким, а в следующий раз вернемся сюда. Удачи вам и всего самого лучшего!

Reviewed Mar 24, 2026The property was amazing, the staff incredible. Always over deliver, and so helpful. I really enjoyed staying there and definitely coming back again.
Everything was amazing except a smell coming from the toilet that was a bit intense. But I’m sure it can be fixed.

Everything good maybe they would arrange some meditation or sound healing ritual for Nyepi day.
