Amazing staff, they go above and beyond to make you feel valued. Great place to disconnect, spend a few days in the quiet side of Ubud.

If I have to, Not much in the close surroundings other than a supermarket and a cafe. Gym can be improved.

The breakfast was horrible. There was barely any options of anything to eat and everything was finished and not being topped up. Not close to being a 5 star hotel quality.

The location was perfect, 20 mins out of town, peaceful and idyllic. The yoga and Pilates classes were excellent, and the massage sublime. The cooking class fun and the staff was attentive, friendly and welcoming. Highly recommend and would come back again

방이 넓어서 쉬기에 적절했으며 부지가 잘 가꾸어져 있어 부지 내부만 돌아다녀도 한적하게 쉴 수 있었습니다. 주변도 조용한 편이에요. 특히나 저는 짱구에 있다 온거라 이 곳의 고요함이 큰 장점이라 생각했습니다. 짐은 체크인/체크아웃 시 모두 포터서비스 무료로 해주십니다. 직원들도 아주 친절합니다. 한국인은 1팀 봤는데 조식 때나 요가 프로그램 정도나 마주칠 수 있을 정도이고 private한 구조로 이루어져 있기 때문에 왠만하면 돌아다니면서 거의 겹칠 일이 없습니다. 수영장은 총 3개가 있는데, 수심이 얕은 곳 (약 0.8M, 1.2M) 두 개와 성인용 풀 1개가 있습니다. 호텔 내에서 수영하는 거 좋아하시면 이게 좀 아쉬우실 수 있습니다. 호텔 내의 프로그램도 아주 다양해서 즐기기 좋았습니다. 주문식 아침식사와 차와 약간의 샐러드, 과일 정도를 갖춘 작은 규모의 뷔페가 있습니다. 식당 규모는 크지 않은 편이지만 조식 시간이 11시까지로 여유 있기 때문에 붐비거나 하지는 않습니다. 주문식은 인도네시안 식이나 Western으로 먹을 수 있습니다. 베지테리안 옵션도 있습니다. 몽키 포레스트 근처 코코마트까지 무료 셔틀이 있습니다. 점심시간, 저녁시간 제외하고는 1시간 단위에요. 호텔에서 도보 1분 거리에 편의점이 있어서 간단한 것은 여기서 구매할 수 있습니다. 외부에는 지역 특성상 모기나 날벌레가 조금 있긴 한데 객실 내에 모기 기피제와 훈증기, 뿌리는 살충제가 구비되어 있어서 지내는 동안 불편함은 전혀 없었습니다. 침대에 모기장도 있기 때문이 필요하면 내려서 쓰시면 됩니다.

욕실이 해바라기 샤워인 점이 아쉬웠습니다. 아쉬운대로 욕조에는 샤워기가 있기 때문에 전 주로 그걸 사용했습니다. 한국분들은 보통 많이 챙기시는 거 럽디바 썸어퓨 등등. 수질이 괜찮은 편이었습니다. 2박 머물면서 거의 마지막날에나 살짝 변하는 도였어요. 위치가 우붓 시내와 아주 가깝진 않습니다. 빠르면 30분 막히면 4~50분 걸립니다. 그래서 호텔 내의 스파를 이용하고 싶었는데 예약이 항상 다 차있어서 그 점이 아쉬웠습니다. 저녁 요가 프로그램은 시간이 너무 일러서 (17시) 시내 일정하고 시간 맞춰 들어오기 애매한 시간이라 아쉬웠습니다.

Where to start? Our stay in Nyuh was absolutely incredible in every way. Starting with the lovely, kind and special staff. They called us by name every day and were extremely attentive and welcoming every single time. The hotel itself is absolutely beautiful, very discrete and jungl-y which makes it very special and beautiful to walk around. The location is about 9km from the Ubud center which is pretty close and the hotel has a daily shuttle multiple times a day which was super convenient and useful. We really enjoyed staying a little further from the center as it’s more chaotic so it was nice to feel separated from it. Special mention to Dendi and Novik during breakfast - they make the best eggs and coffees and we woke up looking forward to be at breakfast and have a chat with them. All the staff was extremely nice and made our stay very memorable. Our room was beautiful and huge and super comfy and all the activities they offer were very insightful and healing. We really really loved our stay and missed it as soon as we left. We’ll be back!!

Il nostro soggiorno a Ubud è stato semplicemente perfetto sotto ogni punto di vista. La camera era fantastica: spaziosa, curata nei minimi dettagli e immersa in un'atmosfera davvero suggestiva. I servizi offerti dalla struttura sono stati impeccabili, di altissima qualità e pensati per garantire il massimo del comfort e del relax. Un plauso speciale va a tutto lo staff: il personale è stato straordinariamente gentile, premuroso e sempre sorridente. Hanno avuto un’attenzione fantastica nei confronti del nostro bambino, facendoci sentire accolti e coccolati come in famiglia fin dal primo momento. Anche la cucina ci ha conquistati: cibo squisito, piatti freschi e preparati con cura eccezionale. Consiglio vivamente questa struttura a chiunque desideri vivere un'esperienza speciale a Ubud, ideale sia per le coppie che per le famiglie!

Relaxing boutique resort tucked away near Ubud. Spacious rooms which open out into the pool and gardens. Very relaxing. Staff were welcoming and professional. Enjoyed the atmosphere of the resort.

Only comment is that it was remote, not much around the resor. But they did provide a shuttle into Uud.

الاستقبال والمعامله راقيه واخلاقهم رائعه الفلا جيده جدا مع المسبح فقط العيب الحمامات للسباحة خارج الغرفه ومكشوفه من أعلى وطلبت منهم وضع غطاء أعلى حمام السباحه فاستجابوا فورا وكذلك الطعام جيد جدا وطلبت منهم فقط استخدام زيت الزيتون والطعام الحلال وكانوا ايجابيين بمعنى الكلمه يريدون الراحه لنا بكل امانه يستحق الزياره مرة اخرى

The pool villa was very uncomfortably designed. The bathroom was out of the room and kitchen was far from the room. The location of the property is not good

The rooms, setup and facilities. Staff were well accommodating. Even provided breakfast on the go while we checked out to catch an early flight.

Breakfast options were limited. Long walks from the reception to the rooms. Location is far from the city. Any place would take a minimum of 30-40 minutes.

Location and road is bad. Villa design is old and outdated furniture and outdoor shower. Rocky muddy floor you might step over rocks or mud , not safe especially for children. Outside seating and furniture is old and dirty.

The property is very congested. Found pricy compared to other properties in Bali.

Very spacious rooms! Very nice pools and the location was good for a quick 10 mins drive to shopping and restaurants.

Directly around the resort, i didnt get to check it out because i would rather drive but bikes where available to roam around if you wanted.

The gym was not very good. The power points could not take my plugs and the adapters provided by the hotel did not work for appliances like hair dryers

We are a family from Barcelona travelling with our two daughters, and we had a wonderful stay at Nyubud Spa Bali. The hotel has a beautiful, peaceful and carefully maintained atmosphere, and the staff were absolutely lovely, attentive and professional. The facilities are beautiful, the service is excellent and the spa is fantastic. Our villa deserves a special mention. It was beautiful, comfortable and had every detail we could have wished for. Everything was carefully thought out to make our stay relaxing and enjoyable, and we truly felt at home. A special mention to Dendi and Nengah from the restaurant, who were incredibly kind, friendly and attentive throughout our stay. They made every meal even more enjoyable with their wonderful service and warm smiles. We would also like to give a special mention to the reception team, who were always welcoming, helpful and professional, making us feel very well looked after from the moment we arrived. As a family travelling with our two teenage daughters, we truly appreciated the warm and welcoming atmosphere of the hotel. We felt very comfortable throughout our stay. We highly recommend Nyubud Spa Bali and would definitely love to come back!

Nous avons aimé la beauté de l’établissement, au milieu de la végétation, des piscines. Le personnel était aux petits soins, souriant et agréable.

Nous n’avons pas aimé la disposition des chambres, tout était transparent pour une famille ce n’est pas idéal. Les chambres étaient un peu petites. L’hôtel est un peu éloigné d’Ubud (40 min en voiture avec le traffic)

الجاكوزي لا يعمل اول مشكلة صادفتها من اول يوم بسبب الماء الساخن لا يكفي فقط المضخة القوية تعمل نصيحة لا تحجز مع جاكوزي المسبح بشكل عام مناسب للفيلا لكن صغير ممكن استخدام لدقايق بعدها تمل بشكل عام بعد المنتجع عن الطريق ويوجد بعض الوعورة بالطريق ممكن يزيد عليك أجرة السيارات لكن كما قلت سابقا اذا انت شخص لا تتحرك كثيرا فهاد المنتجع ممتاز انا مخطط كنت لعدة برامج لهاد السبب ما كتير استفدت من خدمات المنتجع لصراحة هاد الشي أثر على تجربتي ممكن تاخد ايا شي قريب من جميع الفعاليات وبسعر ارخص بكتير اذا حابب تتحرك كتير

Great amenities and activities. Room was fantastic. General decor/design was stunning. Pools were good. Spa was nice. Good food options at the restaurant. Lovely and helpful staff, carried our bags to and from the room to lobby for check in/out. Overall very peaceful and relaxing in a beautiful resort.

Hand soap sometimes not refilled, conditioner was bad and watery (left my hair very dry), no handheld shower head (only on the bathtub), no curtain on the toilet door (could have been more private), slow dinner service, the resort is a maze and poor signage made it difficult to find rooms, lobby or other areas.

Everything was incredible!

A magnificent setting featuring several pools surrounded by stunning greenery. A dream breakfast—very hearty, with a wide range of sweet and savory options. The staff were truly lovely. A shuttle runs to the center (Coco Market) several times a day, making it very convenient. We initially stayed in a suite, but the setting was so wonderful that we extended our stay and rented one of their villas with a private pool. We even had a floating breakfast in the pool—it was a dream. We plan to return to this villa very soon. A dream stay where I felt like I had a second family, thanks to the delightful atmosphere and the kind, attentive staff. There was a cozy library near the waterfall and traditional houses surrounded by fish. The flowers and vegetation were stunning and inspiring. The setting was soothing, and seeing squirrels in the palm trees during breakfast was so cute. I highly recommend this hotel.

Le cadre absolument merveilleux avec cette nature luxuriante. Le personnel est si gentil et très attentif à nos besoins. Le petit déjeuner est vraiment généreux, car en plus du buffet, nous pouvons commander des assiettes délicieuses.

Un petit bémol pour l'accessibilité aux familles. Il y a beaucoup de marches et je ne recommanderai pas forcément cet endroit avec des enfants en bas âge.
