Absolutely loved this B&B ❤️ Everyone was amazing, very welcoming and helpful. Breakfast was downstairs in a cute little caffe and everything was delicious. I would definitely recommend staying here!!!

Loved everything

The couple who run it are the nicest people .. very kind and helpful . It was our third visit . I would not stay anywhere else . It’s perfect for the night before your Rome flight .. you would not believe the breakfast.. Kai does an amazing job and there is so much variety . No other hotel competes with that breakfast .

There isn’t an elevator so with heavy bags perhaps difficult but everything else is perfect ..

The hosts were friendly, the shuttle to/from the airport was easy, and the room was clean and comfortable. The breakfast was unbelievable and is worth getting up early for!

Our hosts were wonderful in every way! They accommodated an early check in (small fee), directed us where to find the shuttle to Rome and organized a shuttle ride to the airport. Also the breakfast was amazing!!!

The hospitality was excellent the owner sent as to an unforgettable restaurant and the breakfast at the hotel was a miracle

All staff (and owners) were kind, friendly, courteous and accommodating to make my visit the most comfortable possible. The entire hotel was clean and pristine with premium linens, cold beverages and thoughtful toiletries available for your stay. After about a 15 minute walk toward the city center, I stumbled upon the Oasi Beach Resort (where this hotel has a reserved beach space for it's patrons) and spent a few hours by the water. The shuttle service available to the airport the next morning was quick, easy and convenient. Staying here was perfect for my last night in Rome. Grazie !

Perfect place to stay overnight to catch an early morning flight, hardly 10 minutes from the FCO airport! Great warmth and hospitality as well and clean rooms!

Place was quite a surprise. You wouldn't expect a airport motel to be that nice - the room was spacious and clean, with things that even larger scale hotel rooms don't usually offer. The best part was the staff - especially Tiziana that was the best. Also breakfast was superb and the airport shuttle was convenient. Location is good for Fiumicino- don't expect much in the city but the center is within walking distance.

It did bother us that early checkin was not possible without paying extra fee, especially when the checkin is only at 4:30 PM. We came around 12:30PM and it was super hot, and we had to burn 4 hours until checkin.

It had a shuttle to take us to the airport. It was a somewhat short walk to the beach. The room was good.

Air conditioner rattled all night and kept us awake. The shower was in need of repair.

Beautiful little inn, very close to the airport with optional shuttle service. Gorgeous room with plenty of amenities—including a fridge full of beverages. And plenty of places to grab dinner within walking distance.

We are so happy to have started and ended our first trip to Italy staying at the Rome Airport Inn. Tiziana greeted us at the front desk with a friendly smile, sweet demeanor, and was above and beyond accommodating. The room was clean, beautiful and comfortable. The delicious breakfast is a refreshing start to any day. We would highly recommend staying here.

I didn’t expect much for an airport stay, but I was genuinely impressed. The service was exceptional from start to finish. Everything was very clean, comfortable, and welcoming. Marco and Alessandra were incredibly kind and attentive, helping me solve a couple of unexpected problems during my stay. They even drove me to the airport, which I truly appreciated. I felt well taken care of, and the whole experience was reliable, comfortable, and stress-free.

Breakfast was amazing and well worth the extra charge! The room was clean and comfortable. Mini fridge was stocked with some free water bottles, soda and juice which was a nice touch. The staff was very friendly and personable. The little black dog was adorable. 🥰 Table tennis and foosball in the back. Shuttle ride to the airport (by one of the owners) was great! Made for a lovely last night in Italy before a morning flight.

Being a small, family run inn, the property is like a large house with a center spiral staircase. There may be stairs required to get to your room. Would be tough for anyone with accessibility challenges. Most restaurants and the beach are a 10-20 walk from the inn.

Rome Airport Inn was the perfect place for us to stay overnight for a flight out early the next morning. The beautiful courtyard with flowers and the peaceful quiet was wonderful. The host was so personable and welcoming. Comfortable room with everything we needed. We highly recommend!

Everything. They are friendly, the place is spotless and they are incredibly accommodating. I THOUGHT that I was going to have a problem and they fixed it before it became a true issue!

So full transparency: before I arrived from Honolulu, it looked like there might be a hurdle. This hotel took care of it so fast that I was stunned. All I ever care about is good service and comfortable surroundings. 10/10. The staff is wonderful. The breakfast is amazing. The room is spotless and the location divine. I really, truly cannot wait to come back. You will not be disappointed.

This was a nice little place near the airport. The staff was very accommodating with our flight delays, and the breakfast was the best of our stay in Italy. Has a shuttle, quick, safe drive to the airport.

The Owners!!! What truly lovely and splendid people! They made us feel so welcome and accommodated our every need. As we were utterly exhausted after a rather difficult journey, it was lovely just to “complete our ablutions” and collapse!!! Unfortunately we had to miss the spectacular breakfast that they offer! I was very sad…. When Marco took us to FCO in the morning, we both admired the beautiful Terrace, which made us wish that we could have stayed longer!

Nice small hotel not too far from the airport. Great for a short stay. Staff were lovely and the breakfast was amazing! We were able to walk to the bus port to get a bus to the regional train station that took us down to the cruise port.

Breakfast = A+ Very good breakfast was made and served on the table when I went to eat in the morning. I mentioned I would take breakfast around 7:30 when I went it was served perfectly. Best staff I have seen all across my Italy travel. Very accommodating and Hotel pickup/drop off is very reasonably priced. (~25 Euros) Old Wild West which is near pier is walking distance with good view and very reasonably priced food where I felt lot of other restaurants prices were designed to rip off tourists if you aren't careful. Don't forget to try Lenci Gelato which is near this Old Wild West restaurant.

Nothing about this place was bad. If you are looking for big rooms (600+ sqft) or plan to spend most of the day inside the Hotel then I suggest you look for something else. It doesn't affect me as my plan was to travel and not spend the whole day in hotel.

The owner was amazing. So welcoming and helpful. I got sick and she gave me medicine I needed! The inn is lovely, with a beautiful garden and potted plants everywhere. And the breakfast was spectacular!

If you want to go to the pizza place everyone mentioned in the reviews, make a reservation ahead of time! We went and they were fully booked.

ביום שבת בערב (אחרי השעה 5PM) הזמנו דרך בוקינג חדר למחרת היום. באותה העת היו מספר חדרים פנויים. מסתבר בדיעבד שטעינו בהקלדה והחדר הוזמן בטעות ממש לאותו היום. למחרת ביום ראשון, קיבלנו הודעה עם שאלה מדוע לא הגענו ורק אז הבנו שטעינו בהקלדת התאריך. ביקשנו להזיז ליום ראשון בערב (היעו חדרים פנויים) המלון התעקש לחייב אותנו במחיר מלא למרות שלא הגענו- דרש מחיר מלא על החדר ליום למחרת ולא הסכים אפילו לעשות הנחה.

This family-owned boutique hotel served us very well during an overnight stay at Fiumicino Airport. The owner picked us up at the airport in her own shuttle van and we enjoyed a quiet, clean and comfortable room. The cherry on top was an excellent breakfast the next morning that was remarkably diverse for a smaller hotel such as this. A friendly cook made omelettes or other dishes to order. The owner then shuttled us back to the airport in the morning. You could not ask for better service.

WOW......what a hidden GEM, better than the brand names I normally stay at in Europe. This couple ensures a beautiful and restful stay in the lovely Inn. It is immaculate and has everything you need for a very enjoyable and quiet stay. It is very close to FCO airport and they do offer an easy shuttle to the airport. Service was Great ! And at a great value too. The rooms and linens are very nice as well.

No elevator We had 2 heavy suitcases that we had to carry to the 2nd floor Also , they have a shuttle back and forth to the terminal - but it cost 25euro each direction Finally, the shuttle pickup is not specified pre booking . You have to call them to find out .

AMAZING STAFF and a beautiful little oasis near the airport! We had been in regular communication with the staff at the Rome Airport Inn. They went above and beyond to shuttle us back and forth to the airport at off hours. Sadly, we had a quick turn and only stayed one night. The hotel was a short 10-12 minute shuttle ride from the airport. It was safely gated, charming outdoor seating area with games. Easy check-in. They room was clean, bright, and a lovely remodeled bathroom with lots of spa goodies on the counter. I'm pretty sure they offered spa amenities, but we were not there long enough to take advantage of anything they had to offer. Great value and the best staff ever! If you are looking for "close to the airport" this is a great choice and more.

A lovely property, perfect treat for the night before our flight home. The hosts are kind and helpful with recommendations and the property and the room were charming and very clean. We walked to the beach for a last dinner with a sunset and enjoyed the huge breakfast provided as an option. The shuttle service is perfect. Highly recommend

The Rome Airport Inn is a quaint little gem about 10-15 minutes from the airport. They have a shuttle service which makes it very convenient. The proprietors are a very lovely couple ready to service your needs as are the staff. We were only there for one night and very disappointed that we left too early to enjoy the beautiful home cooked breakfast spread. Thank you for a relaxing final night on our Italian vacation.

I loved that it felt like I was at someone's home. The bed was very comfortable and the towels were the absolute best I've ever experienced in a hotel! The hosts were super friendly and accommodating. The breakfast was exceptional...the best we had while in Italy.

I didn't care for the fragrances in the inn, as I'm very sensitive to synthetic fragrances and chemicals.

This was a beautiful place to stay and the staff made us feel cared for like family. We walked to the beach area and enjoyed a fabulous dinner. We paid €25 for the airport shuttle and it was seamless for our departing flight.

What a fantastic find the Guet House was a perfect location for the Airport. The owners made us feel right at home, they even live in the house. The home cooked breakfast was delicious. I would call it a Boutique hotel. Can't find a better place to stay in Rome!

We stayed at this family run inn after our cruise. This is a beautiful homey inn with a beautiful yard to relax in. The room was spotless and had a lovely balcony on which to enjoy some fresh air and read a book. There are many special touches in the room to make your stay enjoyable! We enjoyed walking to and discovering the water harbor in Fiumicino. Fantastic location! We recommend staying at this lovely inn!
