Generally comfortable beds and stylish rooms for the price, but issues include noise from doors/corridor, some worn or hard beds, and at least one major booking/room-type mismatch.

Rooms are comfortable with direct pool access but noted to be slightly small.

Rooms are spacious and some have pool or balcony views, but complaints include uncomfortable mattresses, older furnishings, slippery shower-over-bath layouts and limited accessibility.

Mixed reports: several guests explicitly reported dirty rooms or that rooms were not cleaned, while others said rooms were clean — overall cleanliness is inconsistent.

Staff are described as friendly and helpful, with exceptional service noted.

Mixed but generally positive: several guests praise helpful/wonderful staff and convenient taxi service to airport, though a few noted grumpy desk staff on arrival.

Mixed feedback: some praise breakfast and meals as good value, while others explicitly say the breakfast is not recommended.

Weaker area: breakfast is often noted positively, but several strong negative reports about the restaurant (poor quality, early closing times) and at least one report of food poisoning reduce this score.

Breakfast options were described as not fantastic, leading to some disappointment.

Frequent comments that breakfast is ordinary or cold and restaurant condition is lacking; however, nearby food options are convenient and good.

Good amenities such as a popular pool and (often) airport transfer; however some guests report inconsistent transfer availability, poor laundry, limited TV/Wi‑Fi.

Good amenities for a quick stay: pool widely praised and transfers often included; however the gym had broken equipment and some limitations (e.g., only one umbrella in a room).

Amenities include a rooftop pool and a free water station, which are appreciated.

Pool is a strong positive (poolside rooms, good pool), but there are issues: limited sunbeds/parasols, missing extra pool towels, and occasional early pool closure.

Many guests note good value for a short stay or layover, with satisfactory meals and overall expectations met for the price.

Many guests called this a great value for an overnight stay by the airport, though a few reported price discrepancies and unexpected extra charges.

Value for money is considered okay but breakfast is underwhelming compared to expectations.

Perceived as generally fair for a short overnight stay (some call it cheap), but some guests felt it was expensive relative to nearby options or that breakfast didn’t justify its price.
