Het lieve personeel, de prachtige joglo, het lekkere eten en fantastische uitzicht in het restaurant.

Jammer dat ik in de joglo de weg hoorde. Andere joglo's lagen denk ik wat gunstiger.

Le personnel était très sympathique et à l'écoute. La vue, que ce soit depuis le restaurant, la chambre ou encore la piscine, était très belle. Le restaurant est très bon, les plats sont copieux et bien présentés.

Everything, just incredible! The view is outstanding, the crew are so friendly and good vibes, very pretty and confortable, 5stars! The massages are the best, really 6 stars! The massagist Rosalinda is so much professional, skilled and kind, i really loved it! You must try, is so good! Its close to the Blue Lagoon, what a incredible place to jump, slide and swim! Pure relaxation. Sure i will return.

Ein wirklich toller Rückzugsort. Das Personal war super lieb. Der Pool ist ein absoluter Traum und sehr sauber! Tolle Lage, um die Wasserfällen in der Nähe zu erkunden.

Leider war der Roller kaputt und wir konnten nicht wie erwartet einen mieten. Dafür wurden wir aber umsonst vom Personal zu einem kleinen Laden und den nächstgelegenen Wasserfällen gefahren.

This place is absolutely beautiful. The accomodation is very clean and thoughtfully furnished. The gardens and surrounding location is stunning. The staff are lovely. The massages are fantastic. The food is cheap and tasty. The infinity pool was perfect. Located within walking distance to Aling-Aling Waterfall

I only had one night here sadly. It's a bit of an effort to get to but we'll worth it. The hotel surpassed my expectations and I have just booked a return stay, for longer

L'établissement est super, le personnel est avenant, les chambres sont chouettes, la piscine superbe. Il est possible de tout faire depuis l'hôtel (restaurant, excursions) mais il est aussi possible de louer un scooter et de découvrir la région par vous même, ce que nous avons fait. Pour voir les dauphins à Lovina, je conseille Ketut (+6287861502249), c'était super. Je conseille 3 nuits.

L’hôtel quasi perdu dans la jungle! Une vue incroyable ! Très belle région. Avec de belles cascades. Au calme et moins chaud que dans le sud! L’hôtel est vraiment agréable ! Le personnel est très gentil et serviable! On est resté 3 nuits! Petit déjeuner très copieux! Vous avez le choix entre pt dej américain, pancakes ou bien balinais! On a été au resto les trois soirs! Prix vraiment correct ! Très très bons! On a vraiment passé un super séjour. Merci à toute l’équipe !

I think we have never experienced such a nice staffs and welcoming. They were very friendly and helped us with everything we needed! The hotel is placed in large beautiful garden with budha statues. There is nice big pool with amazing view as well as restaurant - having a breakfast here is a pleasure. We had even dinners here and the restaurant is great. Prices are good. Hotel is also offering number of interesting activities and atmosphere here is great, you can have very relaxing stay here :)

Nous sommes restés 2 nuits et cet hôtel est magnifique. La piscine il y a rien à dire. Nous avons demandé un service de pressing qui a été fait rapidement. La cuisine était excellente et l’ensemble du personnel était très gentils. Également les massages sont au top.

Beautiful location, attentive staff, great food and value for money

Without a doubt, the people!! A beautiful bunch of people who couldn’t do more to ensure my stay was comfortable. I loved my room close to the pool. The food was wonderful, the service attentive and kind, and the location was divine. If you love nature, and getting away from the hustle and bustle, head up to Singaraja 💟 Get a driver for the day to experience Gitgit Twin Falls, (a must!) Buddhist temple on Lake Beraton (including Koi feeding), Bali Botanic Garden (Kebun Raya Bali) and local cuisine! 💟

Facilities were great, maybe needing a little TLC. Certainly didn’t detract from all the positives!

De rust en het prachtige uitzicht en de tuin. Het personeel is bijzonder attent en behulpzaam. Wij kregen een kamer die aan de weg lag en hadden last van de brommers die daar rijden. Toen wij naar een andere kamer vroegen kregen we een upgrade naar een (nog) grotere kamer bij de weg vandaan. Heerlijk geslapen! Neem een massage, echt een aanrader.

De kaart in het restaurant. Wanneer je een aantal dagen verblijft is de kaart niet zo uitgebreid. De menu's van de kaart zijn overigens heerlijk!

Бассейн очень хлорированный. Перед выселением, сломал лейку от душа. Подошёл к ресепшену и озвучил данную ситуацию. Один из персонала на ресепшене, озвучил сумму в 400.000 IDR за лейку) наверное подумал - заработаю денег на прощание. Сошлись на 100.000 IDR. Не очень приятная ситуация, думаю могли бы и простить данный инцидент, так как лейка еле дышала и кажется ждала своего часа,а я помог ей).

Notre passage dans cet établissement a été bref puisque nous n’y avons séjourné qu’une seule nuit, mais nous avons beaucoup apprécié notre séjour. La chambre était confortable, bien qu’un peu vieillissante. Le personnel était très sympathique et accueillant tout au long de notre passage. Le cadre est superbe et très agréable, parfait pour se détendre.

Heerlijk rustige plek vlak bij de Aling Aling waterval. Prachtig uitzicht, heerlijk zwembad, voldoende ligbedden, erg vriendelijk personeel. Eten in het restaurant met een schitterend uitzicht. Prima ontbijt. Je kunt ook je lunch bijvoorbeeld bij de pool laten bezorgen. Heb veel baantjes kunnen trekken in het zwembad, heerlijk groot. Beneden mijn bungalow had ik een een loungeplekje en een koelkastje.

De klamboe zou gewassen moeten worden, erg stoffig en daardoor benauwd ‘s nachts. Heb het de 2e nacht open gelaten. Douchen met de douchekop in je hand vind ik persoonlijk niet prettig. Ruimte boven in d walmde wel krap. Er is niet veel in de buurt, maar het restaurant heeft goed eten en veel keuze, dus voor mij was het geen probleem.

The panoramic views and the staff. The grounds were so pretty.

We loved everything about this place! It is beautiful and serene, and the staff is unbelievably attentive and friendly. They go out of their way to please their guests. The food is amazing, and so inexpensive that we thought we were misunderstanding the conversion rate. Through the hotel we booked a massage (Rosa was phenomenal!) and waterfall tour that includes Blue lagoon. I also took an extremely fun, private basket weaving "class" with Rosa (the same lovely young woman who gave the excellent massage) and I'm going home with a beautiful basket. I do recommend sitting at the pool and watching the sunrise at least one day. I wish we had more time there. By the time we left, the staff had made us feel like family.

The room could use more outlets. Except for the bathroom, the only outlets in the room were being used by lamps. I recommend packing a converter with multiple plug-in spots.

Locatie met uitzicht over de vallei, huisjes in Balinese stijl, zeer vriendelijke medewerkers en een goed restaurant. Helemaal top.

Onze voorkeur gaat uit naar een aparte douche. De badkamer was vrij eenvoudig en de douche bevond zich in het bad.

Absolutely stunning hotel, an amazing place to stay at. It you're visiting Bali its definitely worth going to the north for the beaituful views. Felt like a piece of paradise. Extremely relaxing, with very kind and attentive staff. Would definitely suggest a massage in the Balinese rainforest, I had Rosa and I have never been so relaxed

This resort is situated on a beautiful gorge with a magnificent view. That alone makes it special. But the entire layout, the rooms, and the large pool are also beautiful. We had a beautiful, very large traditional room, a "joglo" (traditional Javanese house) with stunning wood carvings everywhere, right on the gorge (beautiful views again) near the pool and the restaurant. Fantastic! Little sitting area inside as well on the terrace outside. The bed was a large king-size and very comfortable. The spacious bathroom could use a makeover, but was perfectly functional. I have nothing but good things to say about the staff; all very sweet, friendly, and helpful people! The restaurant offers a (not too extensive) menu, and the food was excellent. With a better, more extensive wine selection it would be absolutely perfect. This resort is highly recommended.

Nothing- favourite stay in Bali so far and we visit a lot.

Mooie tuin, ruime Joglo kamer (douchen in bad) met uitzicht en naast het zwembad. Aapjes door de tuin. Ontbijten met prachtig uitzicht over de vallei. Vriendelijk en heel behulpzaam personeel. Hebben de tour dolfijnen spotten met een privé boot in Lovina keurig voor ons geregeld. Onze kapitein ging gelukkig niet achter de horde andere boten aan en wij zagen rustig dolfijnen langs de boot zwemmen. Hebben gegeten in het Maha Hills Resort, 5 minuten verder per taxi. Goed restaurant met infinity pool en prachtig uitzicht. Het Maha Hills haalt je op verzoek op.

Het is een leuk hotel maar geen 5*.

Tatsächlich eine der schönsten Orte, an denen ich bisher gewesen bin. Wunderschöner Garten, ringsum eindrucksvolle Natur und sehr leckeres Essen im Restaurant. Alle Mitarbeiter von besonderer Herzlichkeit, entspannt und hilfsbereit.

This has been the most magical stay of our lives. We spent the last 10 days at Shanti Natural Panorama Hotel, and from the moment we arrived, we were met with nothing but warmth, love, and genuine care. The staff have been absolutely incredible throughout our entire stay beautifully kind, considerate, and unbelievably accommodating on every level. We were treated more like family than guests, and that made all the difference. Nothing ever felt like too much trouble, and everything we needed was looked after with such ease and thoughtfulness. The peace and tranquility of this place is something truly special. Being surrounded by such lush, natural beauty in the heart of North Bali brought a level of calm and grounding we didn’t even realise we needed. For our very first stay in Bali, we genuinely feel blessed to have experienced this place. There is so much to do and explore in the area, and the hotel made everything seamless for us. All we had to do was relax, be present, and soak it all in. This is a place we will absolutely return to, without question. If you are coming to North Bali, do not miss this hidden gem. It’s not just a stay - it’s an experience that stays with you.

There is so much about Shanti that makes a guest feel like they are in a very special place. I spent Christmas here. The staff went to a lot of effort putting up decorations, arranging a Christmas menu and Balinese traditional Dancing and music. I really enjoyed the fantastic views across the valley from the restaurant as I ate my meals, which was so relaxing and peaceful. The food is great, and I enjoyed both the traditional Balinese dishes and the more Western options. Everything about Shanti lives up to its name, which means 'peaceful'. The staff are wonderful, always friendly, and nothing is too much trouble. They go out of their way to make sure that your stay is what you want it to be. They arrange tours, drivers, and make great suggestions about places to see to experience the local culture. I don't think I have ever stayed in a hotel in such a beautiful and peaceful setting. I really like that the hotel offered massages, which were really great. Rosa looked after me during my stay, and I would highly recommend her for massages.

There is absolutely nothing that I didn't like

Everything. I seriously have 0 complains. The view and the setup of this resort is magnificent. We also got upgrade to a better villa for free!

Loved the nature around us and close to elephant safaris

The Internet was the worst and my boyfriend got food poisoning. I thought it was from the chicken he ate but the next day I had fish and was getting sick within 15 mins. Worst food poisoning ever and they didn't care at all. I wonder how many more got sick in this place...

beautiful hotel in a beautiful setting. gardens are wonderfully maintained and cared for - it feels like you are staying in a tropical botanical garden. rooms are spacious and like palace bedrooms - four poster beds, lovely verandahs with great outlook. The staff are attentive and friendly and the food and drinks delicious and great value and service. the dining area especially has stunning views across the valleys and hills and its a short easy walk to a wonderful waterfall
