Hotel Santa Maria Playa

Очень понравилось расположение отеля. Пляж находится совсем рядом. Особенно хочется отметить большой, широкий и длинный песчаный пляж — это, безусловно, огромный плюс. В пешей доступности также есть магазины, супермаркеты и множество ресторанов. Автобусная остановка тоже расположена недалеко. Однозначно, отличное местоположение — это большое преимущество отеля. Питание в целом тоже было достаточно хорошим и разнообразным. Меню менялось, выбор блюд был неплохой, поэтому каждый мог найти что-то на свой вкус.

Номера очень простые и маленькие размеру. Давно требуют ремонта. Также мне не понравилось, что во время ужина ресторан не предоставляет гостям обычную питьевую воду. Её необходимо покупать отдельно, при этом маленькая бутылка объёмом 270 мл стоит 2,50 €. Я не против того, чтобы другие напитки, такие как минеральная вода, соки или Coca-Cola, были платными, но, на мой взгляд, обычная питьевая вода должна быть доступна гостям бесплатно, например, в графинах. В остальном существенных минусов я не заметила.

L’hôtel était très propre et le personnel était très gentil. Il est très bien situé à 5 min de la plage et il se situe directement à côté de tout les commerces. Le petit déjeuner est correct, il y a du choix.

L’insonorisation de la chambre. On entend tout ce qu’il se passe à côté. Je conseil de prendre uniquement le petit déjeuner et non la demi-pension car il n’y a pas beaucoup de choix le soir et personnellement j’ai trouvé moyen.

Tout était parfait, la chambre nous avons très bien dormi, les lits très confortables, propreté exemplaire tout au long de la semaine. Le petit déjeuner une merveille avec un grand buffet et un large choix entre le sucré et salé. La piscine au rez-de-chaussée un bonheur. Le personnel professionnel et sympathique, une mention spéciale à Marcos le barman.

Rien tout était parfait.

Hotel czysty, bardzo dobre śniadania zlokalizowane w hotelu kilka kroków obok, doskonała lokalizacja

Obsługa rozpoczynała sprzątanie pokoi bardzo wcześnie przez co od 7/8 rano było słychać dźwięki odkurzacza i przesuwanych mebli, jeśli ktoś chce pospać dłużej może to być minus. W naszym pokoju z balkonu był widok na ścianę budynku obok przez co korzystaliśmy z niego tylko do wysuszenia ręczników oraz pokój był dość ciemny.

Hűtő egyáltalán nem volt a szobában, ágyon a matrac sajnos nem volt annyira kényelmes, fürdőben az ajtó rányílt a zuhanyzóra, így az ajtó teljesen kiázott volt

La limpieza, la amplitud de la habitación, el baño estaba muy bien y limpio el personal muy amable, tenía piscina y desayuno pero nosotros no estuvimos, estuvimos genial

La cama no era muy cómoda pero por lo demás estaba todo genial

Elhelyezkedès, a part ès sètálló utca közel volt. A szàlloda tiszta. Check out után lehetősèg van zuhanyozni egy kijelölt benti alagsori helyisègben.

Rendkívül hangos volt, a jobb oldali szárnyban kaptunk helyet, ahol a szoba közvetlenül a lèpcsőházból nyílt. Minden egyes zörrenès, lift nyikorgás hallatszott. A szoba fűrèszporos tapètával volt borítva mindenhol, a bútorok elavultak(kerekes ágyak). A kèpeken sokkal jobban nèzett ki. A luggage room nem zárható, oda bárki bemehet a szállón belül. Wifi gyenge, szobàkból alig elèrhető ès elavult feltörhető http protokollt használ. Reggeli a szomszèd szállóban(modernebbnek nèzett ki a közös helyisègekben), egyhangú reggelivel ès tömegnyomorral, ajánlott 8:30ig lejutni, külön hideg ès meleg reggelis helyisègek.

We booked this hotel for an extremely low price, and for what we paid, the value was honestly excellent. The breakfast was the biggest surprise very abundant, with a great selection of fruit, salads, cold meats, cheeses, sandwiches, croissants and many other options. It was much better than we expected for this price. The room was simple and a little old-fashioned, but clean and functional. The beds were very comfortable, the bathroom worked well, and overall the accommodation provided everything we needed for a short stay.

Unfortunately, our room was in a poor location, overlooking the pool and the restaurant of another hotel. There was very loud music and entertainment in the evenings, which made it difficult to relax. Guests staying in a different part of the hotel may have a much quieter experience. There was also a noticeable smell coming from the bathroom, possibly from the pipes or sewage system. It was not unbearable, but it was unpleasant. The surrounding area itself does not have much character, and there are many more beautiful and interesting places to stay around Mallorca. However, for travellers with a car who want an affordable, clean place to sleep, enjoy an excellent breakfast and explore the island during the day, this hotel is a very good option and worth the price.

Tolle Lage, 5 Gehminuten zum Strand, 1 Gehminute zur Einkaufsstraße mit Bars und Restaurants. Parkplätze vor der Haustür oder in unmittelbarer Nähe. Personal war sehr freundlich. Ruhiger Pool mit Bar. Preisleistung war gut. Für ein Pärchen-Trip ist das Hotel sehr zu empfehlen.

Keinen Kühlschrank auf dem Zimmer, was bei den sommerlichen Temperaturen eine Herausforderung war. Zum Frühstück muss man in das Schwesterhotel rüberlaufen. Zum Frühstück treffen 3 Hotels aufeinander, demnach sah auch der Frühstücksraum und das Büffet aus (völlig überfüllt). Das Hotel ist extrem hellhörig, morgens hätte man meinen können, dass das Zimmerreinigungspersonal am renovieren ist.

Par contre , un petit détail très important c’est qu’il n’y avait pas de réfrigérateur dans la chambre. Ce qui m’a vraiment étonné sutout dans un pays très chaud! Et c’est bien dommage

L'emplacement, le personnel très agréable, le service du petit déjeuner, le service de ménage. Aucun point négatif ! Ca fait déjà 2 fois que je viens et tout est toujours parfait !

Все прошло замечательно! Номер был чистый, просторный и очень комфортный, в нем было все необходимое для приятного отдыха. Завтраки понравились — вкусные, свежие и с хорошим выбором блюд. Бассейн чистый, ухоженный, отлично подходил для отдыха после насыщенного дня

Location was good, close to the sea and all facilities. Also good breakfasts

Room was missing fridge, kettle, glasses. We were expecting this items as it was in all rooms we been before even for much less price. Also there are no noise isolation, was too loud to rest, and we had strong smell from washroom and smoking smell in the room and corridor, it was unpleasant. Water pressure was annoying too and we didn't have enough soap and gel, so we had to buy it

2 points négatifs : -le bruit, entre la piste de karting à côté et les femmes de chambre qui aspirent des 8h du matin les nuits sont courtes -pas d’eau à table le soir lors de la demi pension, obligé de payer pour toutes les boissons même pour l’eau, et bizarrement les bouteilles sont déjà toutes ouvertes lorsqu’ils nous les amènent… dommage que l’eau ne soit pas inclu

El balcón daba a una terraza

La verdad una maravilla el hotel, súper bien ubicado cerca de l playa y de muchos bares y restaurantes. Súper limpio. La habitación era amplia. Las camas muy cómodas. El baño re limpio y la ducha salía súper bien! Tenía un balcón con tender y mesa y sillas súper cómodo. El personal un 10. Nos atendieron muy amorosamente, hasta nos dieron una pava eléctrica para el mate! El desayuno es espectacular! La pileta es re linda y limpia!

El desayuno es muy bueno, buena variedad de comida, tanto caliente como fría.

La insoniracion era lamentable, se escuchaba todo y desde las 7 de la mañana se escuchaban los ruidos de la limpieza y los ronquidos en otras habitaciones. Tuvimos que pedir un cambio nada mas llegar porque nos pusieron en una habitación de la planta baja que olía muchísimo a cloro y humedad. Tampoco nos gustó que para ir a desayunar tenias que cambiarte a otro edificio.

Egy kis negatívum hogy vekonyak a falak és hallani a szomszéd szobában mit beszélnek, plusz a folyosóról a mozgást is. De ez mindenhol szinte ilyen, így elfogadható ez is.

Wszystko przebiegło w jak najlepszym porządku. Bardzo dobre śniadania, a obsługa była bardzo pomocna i profesjonalna. Polecam z całego serca!

Wszystko było super! Jedyny minus to brak lodówki w pokoju.

In realtà non ho niente di così negativo da segnalare secondo le mie esigenze mi sono trovata bene posizione buona abb. Vicino al mare e alle vie principali x poter cenare bere e trovare movimento serale e tanti negozi bar alimentari la zona è molto bella ben servita il lungomare pure bello ben curato mare spettacolare spiaggia ampia sia libera che con lettini a pagamento

Ecco se posso dire una nota negativa camera un po' piccola ma tanto io ero sempre fuori quindi irrilevante trovo molto comodo e interessante il piccolo stendino sul balcone x poter asciugare costumi

L'emplacement était parfait. 200 mètres de la très belle plage rien à dire. C'était assez calme car hors saison donc agréable et le personnel était sympa. Presque personne dans la piscine. Petit déjeuner avec beaucoup de choix.

Mal insonorisé. On entend les femmes de ménage de 8h du matin bien comme il faut (heureusement je me lève tôt). Pas la peine de réserver un lit double ils en ont pas. J'ai fait la demande 3 mois en avance, la moitié de l'hôtel était vide et j'ai fini quand même avec 2 lits simples. Je n'ai pas compris également, que la piscine fermait à 18h! Sûrement pour faire des économies du personnel.

Nagyon közel volt mindenhez, bőséges és finom volt a reggeli. A személyzet nagyon kedves és figyelmes.

Nagyon hangosak voltak a szomszédaink, a szoba falain teljesen áthallottuk a beszélgetést, nevetést mindent. Az erkély is szinte majdnem egybe volt így nem nagyon tudtunk kint nyugodtan beszélgetni.

Remek szálloda recepció külön kiemelném segítőkész,a séf reggelinél páratlan, tiszta rendezett takaritás is rendben,a szobánk csendes volt . Nagyon kellemesen és elégedetten jöttünk haza .Már most visszavágyunk!🙂👍

Trabalhadores muito simpáticos e pequeno almoço muito completo. Os quartos são limpos, os chuveiro funcionam muito bem e as camas são confortáveis. O hotel fica a 1 min da praia, tem piscina, mesa de bilhar e ping pong. Recomendo :)

Os secadores de cabelo não funcionam por muito tempo. Depois de usar por uns minutos desligam por causa do calor.

The hotel itself was in a perfect location very central, the hotel was spotless and the housekeepers were always friendly. The receptionists were all very kind and helpful. The bar staff were also very friendly. The pool was well maintained. The rooms were comfortable. You are also allowed to use the sister hotel (La Santa Maria) facilities for example evening entertainment & tennis facilities.

The one disadvantage of this hotel is the thin walls. We could hear loud coughing and snoring each night from the room next door which was a nuisance. Another issue was the noise of the housekeepers. They started early in the morning and we would be woken up to loud banging and crashing. There is also no fridge in the rooms this was a major letdown as you were unable to keep drinks cool which is essential in the heat.

The breakfast was nice.

The beds were extremely uncomfortable, the noise was appalling! Was hair in the bathroom and not once during our stay was our room cleaned they just remade the beds. The coach dropped us off to the sister hotel and then once we got picked up to go back to the airport we got verbally abused by the coach driver for not standing outside the right hotel. And also nothing was at this hotel, entertainment and food was in their sister hotel.

El personal muy atento, la limpieza excelente, la comodidad de la cama. Las habitaciones tienen aire acondicionado cosas que se cuando aprieta el calor.

Proximidad a la playa que deseaba.

Pelos en las sábanas limpias, vistas a un edificio, poca luz, desayuno pobre y servicio de limpieza deplorable que entra a la habitación a las 9 de la mañana cuando aún dormíamos.
