Hotel bien ubicado, limpio, con buenas instalaciones y personal amable.

El horario de las comidas está muy enfocado al turista extranjero.

El hotel es estupendo, el personal increíble, una mención especial a Virginia, la camarera de nuestro piso. La ubicación es tranquila y perfecta para ir en familia. Repetiremos sin dudarlo.

Haría especial mención a dos cosas que además afectaban al personal. La primera era que en la zona de terraza del bar de la piscina había unos árboles que soltaban unos pequeñísimos pinchos, finos como pelos, que se clavaban en la piel y la ropa y era horrible el picor. Los camareros lo sufrían a diario, clavándose en las manos. Si yo pasé varias horas con picores por estar un pequeño rato no quiero imaginar como acabaran ellos después de su turno. La segunda cosa, también en el bar de la piscina, el lugar donde tenían las botellas de alcohol estaba infestada de avispas y abejas y los camareros tenían que lidiar con los insectos cada vez que preparaban una copa. Me pareció muy peligroso para su salud, especialmente si alguno pudiera ser alérgico a la picadura de estos insectos.

Die Aufzüge sind in die Jahre gekommen. Für eine so große Hotelanlage waren die Aufzüge sehr klein und zwischendurch wackelig. Laute Gegend - Nachts spielte Musik

Boas instalações, tudo em boas condições e limpo, quartos confortáveis. Perto da praia.

A piscina fecha cedo às 18.30h. O Jantar também acaba muito cedo só até às 21h e assim que são 21h os empregados da cozinha vêm automaticamente tirar comida para eles. Parece que nos estão a expulsar. Acho que podiam esperar até as pessoas terminarem. Houve um dia em que um Sr. da cozinha veio buscar sobremesas por volta 8h.40 min até fiquei um pouco confuso a achar que já tinha passado a hora e tinha que sair.

Todo en general. La comida estaba bien, el trato de los camareros y demas trabajadores excelente.

El horario de la cena, que termina a las 21:00. Aunque el publico era mayoritariamente extranjero, pondria el horario de cena hasta las 21:30.

Clean with excellent facilities. Entertainment team were excellent and made our stay.

Just returned from another great holiday here. So many positives which is the reason we return every year. The hotel is clean and modern, located just a few minutes walk from the beach and main street with lots of bars and shops, and the staff are friendly. The rooms are comfortable and spacious with nice options like a pillow menu and a form to select preferred cleaning times. Plenty of storage space. We were grateful to have requested a room in a specific part of the hotel and been given it. The pool area has plenty of sunbeds with no morning rush to reserve them (some are still available mid morning). There are parasols between every 2 sunbeds (they are fixed though and can't be moved so if you're in a family/group of an odd number and are sharing with another family/group it can be awkward if one wants it up for shade but the other wants the sun). Inflatables and balls are allowed in the pool and although there were lots being used the pool never felt too full or crowded. The pool bar snacks which we used for lunch are very good with choices of sandwiches, burgers, pizza, chips, nachos, nuggets, onion rings, fruit and icecreams. The main restaurant food was also good overall at breakfast and evenings. The alcoholic drinks on all inclusive are not branded but were good. It was nice to have the option to sit at the outdoor bar at the front of the hotel as well as around the pool bar. My reasons for not giving a rating of 5 are: - There is only a small area under a canopy for eating lunch at the pool bar which is shaded and people are constantly smoking there which is unpleasant. Separate shaded smoking and non smoking areas would be fairer for those who do not want to breathe in others' smoke. - The queuing system at the pool bar is frustrating. You have to queue in 3 separate queues for drinks, snacks/food or icecreams. So if you want to get a drink, an icecream and a slice of pizza you have to queue 3 times, only to be served by the same staff 3 times separately. Doing this repeatedly over a week becomes annoying. - The food in the main restaurant at evening meals between 8 and 9 when we liked to eat was not replenished often enough, or sometimes not at all (e.g. joints of meat which are sliced by the chef, some of the nicer cakes or strawberries for the chocolate fountain) meaning guests who liked to eat later didn't get the same choice as those who ate earlier. Overall this is a very good hotel where we've always had lovely holidays and will continue to return.

Beautiful hotel,very clean,staff very friendly.Food was great.Our cleaning lady Eliawa was extremely friendly.The barman George(l belive that is the English name) worked very hard and always had time for a chat. POOL was very good.Went as adult family of 9 and everyone had a fabulous time.Well done to all the staff.

Die Lage des Hotels ist sehr gut, direkt an einem kleinen Park gelegen. Zum Strand durchquert man diesen und ist nach ca. 3 Minuten am feinsandigen Strand. Die Zimmer sind auch sehr groß und sauber und für Familien hervorragend geeignet. Die Poolanlage ist super, Planschbecken und ausreichend großer Pool. Das Personal war auch wirklich sehr freundlich, alle haben sich sehr gut auf die Kinder eingelassen.

Das Essen war insgesamt ganz gut, Fleisch und Fisch hätten aber ein bisschen besser gewürzt sein können.

What a fabulous hotel. Rooms ready on arrival. Very clean hotel. Rooms are huge with lots of storage space. We were given a suite which is massive. Lovely Seaview. 2 mins from beach , which is fabulous tho sunbeds are hard to get so you do really need to reserve these with a towel!! The pool is big and plenty of space to play ball. No need to reserve sunbeds by pool as always get one. Restaurant fantastic,lots of choice at breakfast, lunch and dinner. The restaurant is set up in booths of say 8 tables or so, so you feel like you are in a restaurant as opposed to a canteen as with other AI I've stayed in. Snack bar is great, lots of choice, burgers, pizza, chips, baguette, nachos, yoghurt, cakes! Slush, icecreams! Animation team are good and not pushy at all. ALL the staff are very friendly and helpful especially barman Jorges. Reception are helpful. Drinks are nice, wine, sangria and beer very good. Lots of shops and restaurants on the doorstep. Fab resort and fantastic hotel. Definitely would come back here.

Hotel muy familiar, está muy preparado para los niños. Desayuno y cena variada y producto d buena calidad.

Soggiorno ideale per famiglie con bambini. Stanze ampie e pulite, piscina e parco giochi per bambini. Staff divertente e non invadente. Cibo buono e vario. Servizio all inclusive eccezionale, frutta fresca, yogurt, gelati, panini in ogni momento. Consigliato!

Location great, pool area great but restaurant not so good. Although it is open 6.30 to 9 in the evening, if you went in after 8 pm you find that dishes were not being replenished . The quality of the food, ok n our opinion, was not 4 star, 3 at best Staff were working under intense pressure and were always polite and friendly, but it was not a relaxing atmosphere.

Hotelul este localizat aproape de mare și de magazine. În zona sunt cateva locuri de parcare fara taxa . Camerele sunt foarte curate și mari . Este liniște noaptea ( dinspre est) .

Pe holurile hotelului nu este ventilație și astfel era foarte cald și neaerisit. Mobilierul și parchetul din camera este vechi, are un ușor iz de umezeală ce persistă tot timpul , clar necesită o schimbare. Ușa de la balcon nu are nicio plasă contra insectelor. Personalul de la recepție nu a fost atent la solicitarea noastră cu privire la aerul foarte cald și îmbâcsit de pe holuri , chiar ne-a răspuns obraznic . Micul dejun este același în fiecare dimineață și oricum nu este suficient de variat .

Just returned from 11 night stay , both myself and my wife loved it , staff were very pleasant and very helpful at all times of day . Pool area immaculately cleaned and swimming pool water quality was great . Room was excellent and cleaned to high level every day without fault . I’m gluten intolerant and they prepared me a gluten free meal every night , also plenty of sweets to have and starters , breakfast was excellent. Staff were so helpful with my food intolerance, they couldn’t do enough , unfortunately didn’t get there names but they all know who they were thank you so much for making myself and my wife so welcome . Tolle Poolanlage, insbesondere auch der Baby-Pool (nur 35 cm tief und beschattet, hinter den 2 Duschen gibt es zudem Spielsachen, die alle verwenden dürfen). Das Essen war gut, am besten ist jeweils der live zubereitete (bei der Kaffeemaschine) - manchmal ein besonderes Dessert, manchmal eine Hauptspeise usw. Das Animationsteam ist super freundlich und humorvoll.

Das Hotel richtet sich unter anderem an Familien mit Kindern. Unsere eineinhalbjährige Tochter kann zwar alleine schlafen, benötigt aber "Einschlafhilfe", weshalb wir ein Element vom Schlafsofa mit Leintüchern umwickelt und neben das Schlafsofa auf den frischgeputzten Boden gelegt haben. Nach 2 Tagen wurden wir zur Rezeption zitiert, wo uns mitgeteilt worden sei, dass das nicht ginge - aus hygienischen Gründen. Die Putzfrau müsse jeden Tag den ganzen Boden wischen und das einzelne Polsterelement störe. Das empfinden wir als sehr unflexibel. Alle Eltern wissen, wie dankbar man ist, wenn das eigene Kind gut schläft. Das Argument mit der Hygiene überzeugt nicht, wir haben das Element ja auf den sauberen Boden gelegt und es ist absurd, wenn die Putzfrau sodann täglich auch darunter (wo überhaupt kein Schmutz hinkommen kann) wischen müsste.

Suite excelente, grande e confortável para a família. Hotel bonito, área da piscina muito boa e mesmo perto da praia a uma distância de 2 min a pé. Estivemos em regime de meia pensão, compensa, comida com muito boa confecção ao jantar.

Bom pequeno-almoco no geral com variedade, mas falta fruta natural (tinha muito pouca e tinham muita fruta enlatada) e nenhum sumo natural

Just returned from a week with the family at this hotel HOTEL: Very good hotel that has nice rooms and amenities and is very clean. LOCATION: Great location close to the beach, front and local shops and bars etc. STAFF: The staff were very good indeed and very friendly and professional ENTERTAINMENT : Good entertainment team and in general the acts were very good. FOOD: Excellent food with good selection.

En sentido general todo..

Nos gustó todo, todo perfecto, desde la llegada en recepción nos ayudaron y explicaron todo, la habitación perfecta y los niños felices de tener un dulce encima de su cama, detalles muy bonitos. En el comedor todo el mundo sonriente y dispuestos siempre a todo, el desayuno no faltaba nada, la cena un poco menos completa pero bien. Los animadores geniales con los niños sobretodo Adri y Víctor son unos craks. Repetiremos sin dudarlo.

Unser Zimmer lag direkt über dem Fahrradverleih und die haben kurz vor 7 mit ihren Vorbereitungen angefangen was relativ laut war. Bei All-in wäre eine bessere Auswahl beim Essen an der Pool Bar wünschenswert.

Todo, el personal hace que tu estancia será magnífica, destacar en recepción a Beatriz e Ildy, en restaurante Álvaro, Emilio, Belinda, todo el equipo es maravilloso aunque coincidimos más con ellos por lo que recuerdo más sus nombres pero es un Staff maravilloso ¡Felicidades! El restaurante-buffet siempre tenía muchas alternativas y la calidad es excelente! La ubicación es excelente a escasos metros de la playa cala millior que es preciosa, el atardecer es de los más bonitos que se pueden ver

Overall, a great hotel. The staff were friendly, and everything was clean and tidy. The location is perfect for the beach, and having a sea view room made the stay even better. It’s also a great hotel for families with young children. Plenty of room around the pool. The beach is beautiful long sandy beach, lovely for little ones to play! As a coeliac/gluten free, I was really impressed with how accommodating the hotel was. If you ask in advance, they can arrange gluten-free options such as chocolate croissants, plain croissants, and baguettes for breakfast. I’d especially like to thank the restaurant manager, who kindly showed me which foods I could eat each evening and was happy to prepare dishes like pasta, pizza, and paella safely on request. A big thank you as well to one of the waitresses (I’m sorry I didn’t catch her name) with long dark hair, who made sure I always had gluten-free baguettes and croissants and that they were prepared properly. She was incredibly helpful throughout our stay and even assisted us early in the morning before our 7am coach transfer. Thank you all for making our stay so comfortable and stress-free.

Hotel in a good spot, Nice atmophere. Room was quite nice, bathroom was clean, but dingy, eg the shower floor and water retention cill dark and grubby looking. Could hear voices from ajoing rooms. Hotel service was exelent, as was all the food. Ths staff were all very attentive and eager to help at all times. The hotel Best is a nice hotel. I have stayed at more luxurious hotels but that does not allways mean one has a better holliday. I enjoyed my week as a guest at the hotel Best .

L'hôtel m'a agréablement surpris. Il est magnifique et dynamique, et propose une multitude d'activités. J'ai adoré. Je ferai tout mon possible pour y retourner chaque année pendant les vacances de Pâques..

J'ai constaté qu'il manquait certaines informations qui mériteraient d'être améliorées, comme par exemple mentionner que l'hôtel met des jouets de plage à disposition et que le matelas peut être échangé s'il ne convient pas au client. Ce sont des attentions appréciables qui contribuent grandement à la satisfaction du client. Les produits de bain (shampoing et gel douche) pourraient également être améliorés.
