除房間空間很大、整體舒適感很好外；這次最開心的就是房間陽台直接可以觀賞到煙火，無需與大家人擠人。

朝食付きで宿泊しました。 メニューがとても豊富でサラダも充実、沖縄ならではの料理も大変よかったです。海鮮丼が作れる切り身もありました。 朝から1時間超のモーニングをしました。 有名なジバコのコーヒーもあり満足しました。 朝からソフトクリームも食べられたので子供も大満足でした。 インフィニティプールを利用するか迷いましたが朝の開始直後だと空いていて快適です。混雑になりすぎない時間を選んでいくと良いと思います。プールの横に1ヵ所温泉につかれる仕切りがあるのでプールと交互にはいりました。 帰りにスマホを部屋に置き忘れていたのですが清掃係の方に見つけていただきフロントの方つないで連絡があるまで本当にすぐでした。お陰で駐車場から出発するまでの時間に解決できたので本当に助かりました。 １日の滞在でしたがとても良い思い出作りができました。ありがとうございました。

ホテルのカードキーを周辺の飲食店で見せるとサービスが受けられるとのことだったが、そのサービス内容が掲載のものと違っていてたこと、サービスが受けられなかったことが残念。

房間小,一晚台幣16000,也沒有很近主要熱鬧的地方(跟墾丁凱薩比的話,墾丁凱薩在同一天的價格住的房型較好,整體度假感好非常多)

ウェルカムドリンク、クッキーもおいしいし、ベランダからの景色も最高でした😊 お風呂にサウナもあり、癒されました。 プールからの景色も良いし、朝食も最高においしかったです！！初めての沖縄旅行✈️本当に素敵な時間をありがとうございました！

位置在美國村入口，對面是希爾頓。飯店有夏季活動,小朋友玩的很開心。大眾浴場男女分開,炭酸水質，泡完肌膚很滑順，浴場的咖啡牛奶好喝而且才日幣150。房間很乾淨,採光很棒，夏季的週六煙火如果面海那面應該可以看的到。員工很熱情，服務很棒

台風が接近し、周囲の飲食店が全て休みになり利用者に不安が拡がる状況で、チェックイン時の対応や食事の準備で臨機応変に対応していただき、大変ありがたかった。

部屋も館内設備も大浴場も清潔です。また、2階にコインランドリーがあるので、ある程度洗濯をして帰れるのは本当に助かります。朝食バイキングも美味しくて、一品一品丁寧に作られた味でした。スタッフの皆様も親切で、台風のせいで欠航の不安があったのでフロントに行ったら、親身に話を聞いてくれて、空室があるのでと延泊の相談にのってくださいました。このように旅のトラブルにしっかり対応してくれるホテルは本当にすばらしいです

we did not pay for breakfast here. the location was excellent.

we had to pay extra for the pool. we had friends staying somewhere else and couldn't pay for them to join us in the pool. it was a pretty expensive rate to not get to use the pool for free.

Letterlijk alles! De kamer was zo schoon en prachtig! Daarnaast was het zwembad echt geweldig. Je moest hier wel voor betalen, maar dit is elke euro waard!!

Dat het zo geweldig was. Hierdoor wilde ik niet naar huis!

Breakfast: This hotel has the BEST breakfast buffet we ever had. We loved waking up & heading there every morning & having the best breakfast meals; so many options, so much fresh food, so much variety. Its honestly on-par with american luxury buffets. It gave such a great start to our days and made our vacation so great. Room: The room is small, its not as large as the pics seem. For 2 people like us then prepare to feel a bit cramped. But honestly after the 1st day you get used to it. Bed: the bed is very firm which is really common in japan. Takes time to get used to, very good for your back & posture. The pillows were not good, they were filled with like beans it felt like. Somehow we still fell asleep immediately and got the best rest of our lives. View: Good, not a clear oceanview because down the street is a hilton but we still saw the ocean. The best view is from the 8th floor where the rooftop pool and bar are located. If you want to use the pool you need to pay but if you just want to enjoy the view then ask the staff and they'll let you in for free. Btw using the pool is worth it if the weather is good because you get the best sunset view. Wifi worked just fine, no issues. Location: The location is perfect. Private connecting door to a Lawsons. Right outside theres a high-quality sushi revolving sushi. Connected to a covered walkway to protect from the rain. Actually this hotel is connected to covered walkway that lets you explore most of American Village without getting caught in the rain. Its genius. Even still - both exits of the hotel have umbrellas for hotel guests to borrow. Lots of izakayas & bars nearby, coffee shops, cafes, etc. The closest beach is Sunset Beach - a 5 min walk. Its a nice relaxing beach. Housekeeping : every morning gave us fresh towels & water without us asking. This was amazing. Hotel lobby also has free 24/7 water + juice + snacks.

The hotel is in very good location and very clean, the breakfast was various and good quality. We liked the japanese style breakfast but you can find also western dishes as well. They provide mineral water to the room every day.

It’s surprising that for swimming pool is extra pay, also communication before arrival was not quick, the staff responded to my request after calling to the hotel. Pillows should be more comfortable.

It was a great location, amazing views and incredible room offerings. We managed to upgrade to a gold suite and wow it was incredible. Excellent hotel all round and they think of everything a customer may need.

枕頭太扁了 此次不幸遇到水管有問題導致沒有冷水 在一天的行程後回房才發現的 希望下次若有此種狀況 可以主動告知 寫一封信也好 並且主動告知房客處理方法 而不是讓房客們乾等 也很謝謝飯店在協調下願意給我們更換房間

Leider konnten die Koffer nicht spontan von Hotel aus zum nächsten versendet werden.

L'hôtel est très bien situé et le personnel très accueillant ! Le buffet est pour tout le monde (autant japonais qu'européen )

Nous avons demandé pour pouvoir avoir une baignoire privée car nous étions tatoués ( et donc ne pouvions pas aller dans les bains publics) et je ne pense pas que ça vaille la peine de payer un supplément pour cela car elle n'a rien d'extraordinaire

아메리칸 빌리지 중심에 위치해 접근성이 최고입니다. 식당이나 쇼핑몰까지 모두 걸어갈 수 있어 차를 두고 편하게 다녔습니다. 룸 컨디션은 매우 청결하게 관리되어 있었고, 무료 주차 덕분에 렌터카 이동도 수월했습니다. 조식 또한 오키나와 현지 음식을 포함해 구성이 아주 알차서 매일 아침이 즐거웠네요. 대가족 여행 숙소로 강력 추천합니다

가로막힌 뷰: 호텔 바로 앞에 힐튼 호텔이 크게 자리 잡고 있어 기대했던 오션뷰가 가려지는 점은 아쉽습니다. 불편한 동선: 제가 머문 프리미어 동은 메인 건물과 분리되어 있어, 조식을 먹으러 가거나 대욕장을 이용할 때 매번 건물 밖으로 나가 이동해야 하는 번거로움이 있습니다. 비가 오거나 아이가 있는 경우 조금 더 불편할 수 있습니다. 외관 디자인: 세련된 최신식 리조트 느낌보다는 다소 투박하고 올드한 외관 디자인이 개인적으로는 조금 아쉬웠네요.

Rooftop swimming pool isn’t free of charge.

Breakfast was amazing. The size of our room was fantastic. I loved the foot bath and the staff was very helpful and friendly. The highlight for me was the breakfast buffet.

The mattresses were a too hard for my taste and comfort.

員工親切且熱心助人，尤其是會說中文的仲里先生，提供我們相當暖心的接待。整個飯店氛圍相當好，房間整潔、大小也很棒，地點是最完美的，樓下甚至有Lawson，徒步就可以到達美國村中心。希望能繼續保持品質，一定會推薦友人前往。
