Friendly staff, great pools, in American Village

The staff were exceptionally kind and attentive, especially toward families with children. The pool was also very family-friendly and easy to enjoy with a young child. I do hope the hotel pays a little more attention to room cleanliness and maintenance, as there was an old smell coming from the carpet and sofa. The Japanese room-service menu was also less satisfying than the Western options and could be improved. Overall, we had a pleasant stay and would be happy to visit again, hoping to see these improvements next time.

Perfect location - just a short walk to the American Village. The room and facilities were fantastic and staff were lovely.

人員的服務態度，真的完全超過100分，很親切也很即時，沒有因為語言隔閡而產生問題。 原先有請飯店幫忙叫計程車，但因時間過於匆忙改成Uber，飯店人員還協助去電給餐廳表示我們遇到困難導致會延誤訂位時間，請餐廳協助延長等候時間。

Very clean, comfortable beds and spacious rooms. The staff was respectful, helpful and really nice. They responded very quickly to my emails once I landed and arranged a taxi within minutes for me to get to the hotel from the airport. The food was good. The location is great, only few minute walk from American village which has tones of restaurants. You can rent a bike just in front of the hotel or everything is walking distance. Had access to beach towels in a bag for me to take to the beach as there is only pools at the hotel.

No beach access close by and also no shuttle from the airport.

Wow, what a hotel! Loved everything about this place in Chatan located within a short stroll of the American village. Super fun vibe. Comfy rooms with sea views, nice indoor and outdoor pools. The breakfast was sensational!!!

Nothing- just wished I stayed a few nights, not just one. Seems to be a better location than Naha.

Location was fantastic!

We only stayed there one night and paid for the buffet breakfast, we ended up missing out on the breakfast as there was a queue and we needed to get to the airport for a flight. Maybe our fault, but never had to queue for a breakfast before and we travel a lot.

윗층 방에서 너무 시끄럽게 뛰고 놀아서 중간에 잠을 깸.. 방음이 부족한듯. 12월에는 야외 수영장 미운영(온수로라도 운영했으면 좋았을 듯)

위치가 바로 해변산책로, 국제거리, 편의점 카페 식당 등 도보로 갈 수 있어 좋았습니다. 주차도 무료, 침구류도 깨끗하고, 코인세탁기, 실내수영장도 있습니다. 직원들도 친절해서 다음에 오키나와 가면 또 가고싶네요. 조식은 굳이 안했는데 잘한 선택같아요~

실내나 실외에 자쿠지처럼 따뜻한 물 수영장이 있으면 더 좋을 것 같아요!

Die Aussicht vom Balkon war der Hammer. Absolut empfehlenswert. Das Personal war immer freundlich. Das Zimmer war sehr groß für japanische Verhältnisse. Das American Village ist gleich nebenan. Der Strand ist auch in ca. 5 min. zu Fuß erreichbar. Allerdings gibt es dort nur um die 8-10 Sonnenschirme.

Am Frühstücksbuffet gab es immer im zwei Tage Rhythmus, das selbe. Man konnte sich ein Omelette zubereiten lassen. Dies war aber leider immer zu flüssig, so dass das halbe Omelette auf dem Teller schwimmt. Im Badezimmer ist das WC separat. Allerdings waren auf der Wand braune Flecken, das hätte man auch mal streichen können. Die Klopapierhalterung war locker. Bei der Dusche war die Halterung für den Duschkopf locker. Es gab ne Badewanne allerdings war das Shampoo fest gemacht, so dass man in die Badewanne bei einem Vollbad kein Shampoo einlassen konnte. Ich war eine Woche dort. Von innen an der Tür waren seit einer Woche die selben Finger und Handabdrücke. Ich weiß die Zimmermädchen haben wenig Zeit für die Zimmer aber man kann doch erwarten, dass man einmal in der Woche wenigstens die Türe von innen abwischen. Zum Flughafen bin ich mit dem Airport Bus gefahren der hat auch vor dem Hotel angehalten. Auf dem Weg zum Flughafen haben wir auch andere Hotels angefahren. An allen anderen Hotels, die nach mir kamen, stand immer ein Hotel Mitarbeiter mit draußen und hat die Gäste verabschiedet. Leider war das im Hilton Hotel nicht der Fall was ich sehr schade finde. Ich bin mit sehr hohen Erwartungen angereist und wurde leider bitter enttäuscht. Für mich hat es sich leider nicht gelohnt, einen so hohen Preis zu zahlen.

Highly recommend for anyone visiting Okinawa, Japan. Plenty of eating abd shopping options plus entertainment. Everything is in walking distance, even the beach. The staff is kind and very accommodating to all your needs.

아메리칸 빌리지까지 걸어서 5분이면 도착합니다. 조용하고 맛집도 가까이 있어서 위치가 너무 좋았습니다. 수영장은 더블트리 바이 힐튼의 수영장도 함께 사용 가능합니다 이그젝룸으로 업그레이드 해주셔서 더욱 좋았습니다

It was a great experience. Close to the beach and American Village. You walk along the sea wall, watch the summer fireworks from your balcony, and enjoy their vast and diverse breakfast buffet. We enjoyed staying here and the staff was wonderful. They answered all of our questions and were so kind from our check in to our late room service deliveries to our check out.

AWESOME STAY!!!

The Hilton was fantastic. This area of Okinawa is very easy to get around. Lots of buses for getting out and around other places in Okinawa. This was an anniversary trip and I was able to work with the hotel in advance to setup the room with various decorations to surprise my wife. They went above and beyond what I had expected. The staff at the Hilton are simply fantastic. We have traveled to Okinawa before and we will again. I would 100% stay at the Hilton again. Thanks to the entire staff that helped me surprise my wife on our special day.

Everything was good. It was our first time and they gave us a free room upgrade. They even allowed us an early check in and gave us a fever patch upon realizing that our toddler was sick without us asking. You could ask for a thermometer from the front desk and also rent a stroller. Breakfast was also fantastic, with the attentive service staff offering me decaf coffee when she noticed I was pregnant. Overall a wonderful stay with no complaints at all. My toddler recovered promptly with some medicine and could explore American Village with us.

Nice hotel.

The Hilton Okinawa Chatan Resort is the best hotel to stay at in Chatan. You get what you pay for and they are worth every penny. Only caveat is the apps on the room TV, your sign on only lasts while you watch on the app. If you turn off the TV or pause the app for too long, or leave it to watch Japanese TV, you will have to sign back in. Has to do with security I was told, Not a big deal just watch Youtube or Netflix on your laptop, iPad, or iPhone.

Will definitely stay again if I visit.
