Everything was perfect for us except for the service at the front desk. When we arrived at the hotel, the woman at reception told us that the room we had booked—a room with one king bed—was not available, and that we would have to take a room with two queen beds instead. I explained that this was not what we had reserved and asked to speak with the manager. She told me that the manager was not available, but then, surprisingly, she suddenly managed to find a king room for us.

Reviewed Sep 13, 2026horseshoe bend도 근처에 있고 호텔로 깨끗하고 아주 좋았다. 주변에 음식점도 많아 선택의 여지가 많았다. 체크인 시 무료로 사과도 먹을 수 있어 좋았고 아침도 간단하지만 좋았다. 오렌지 쥬스도 아주 훌륭했다. 냉장고도 크고 각종의 커피와 전자 렌지가 있어 준비해간 햇반도 먹을 수 있어 좋았다. 또 엔탈롭 캐년도 20분 거리에 있어 매우 편했다.
주변 지도가 준비 해두면 좋을 뻔했다.

La climatisation ne se règle pas et est glaciale. Je suis tombée malade. Pas de micro-ondes au petit déjeuner et pas de lait chaud. Piscine très froide. Pas beaucoup de places assises au petit-déjeuner.

La piscina está bien, cierran bastante tarde, y con el calor que suele hacer en Arizona se agradece mucho un bañito. El desayuno de cortesía es el mismo que en todos los hoteles (en ninguno te ponen bacon) y es correcto. Las habitaciones son grandes.

Very good breakfast even for an European: fruits, warm sandwiches which we could compose by ourselves, porridge, granola, fruits, waffles. Coffee, tea, lemonade and water available in the lobby all day long. Super clean and very friendly & helpful staff. View to Page landmarks even without booking the room with a view. I will definitely come back!

Kinderen die erg veel herrie maakten en proberende de spullen in de gym te slopen.

Laundry situation chaotic - broken machine/ families utilising multiple machines - suggest a booking system or installation of more machines. Check-in wasn't great, staff member took a phone call from another guest in the middle of our check-in and only one member of staff on the desk resulting in a long queue/ wait.

Nous avons été assez déçus par notre séjour, surtout pour un Hilton que nous avons l’habitude de fréquenter. Plusieurs éléments manquaient dans la chambre et nous avons dû les demander à plusieurs reprises. L’espace dédié au petit déjeuner est assez petit et la propreté laisse malheureusement à désirer. Lors d’une pause dans l’après-midi, nous avons constaté que les tables et le sol n’avaient pas été nettoyées après le petit déjeuner. Il y avait beaucoup de mouches. Enfin, nous avons trouvé le personnel peu chaleureux C’est dommage, car nous attendions un niveau de service plus conforme à nos précédentes expériences chez Hilton.

More chaise lounges by the pool and more shaded areas around it. Replace the carpet in the room with tiles - the carpet is worn and with people coming in from parks it’s not so clean.

Frigo et congélateur, cafetière. Lit très confortable. Possibilité de faire machine et sèche-linge dans l’hotel. Piscine sympa. Très bon petit déjeuner bien complet.

En ouvrant notre canapé lit (le second lit) il n’y avait ni draps, ni couette de fait. C’est à nous de le faire ?? Et le pire reste toute la saleté qu’il y avait des tonnes de miettes de gâteaux, des cheveux… Le personnel est mauvais

La colazione non è molto variegata. Il personale educato ma non accogliente.

Il water non scaricava bene. Il condizionatore era direzionato esattamente davanti al letto e il getto durante la notte può risultare fastidioso. Colazione poco variegata.

Avevamo prenotato una stanza per tre. Arrivati, c’era un latto matrimoniale fatto e un divano senza che fosse adibito a letto. Segnalando il disservizio, il personale non ci ha supportato ed abbiamo dovuto farci il letto da sole. Per la pulizia e cambio biancheria, al check-in nessuno ci aveva informato che fosse su richiesta. Ci siamo trovate con una stanza sporca e senza asciugamani puliti. Dopo averlo segnalato, siamo riusciti ad avere gli asciugamani puliti ma per la pulizia della stanza non sono intervenuti. Sebbene la posizione fosse ottima, staff assolutamente inadeguato ed incapace di ascoltare le esigenze del cliente. Posto assolutamente sconsigliato

1,5 Std Wartezeit auf das Zimmer. Klimaanlage war defekt, wurde aber repariert. Das Zimmer war nicht für 3 Personen vorbereitet und so mussten wir das Bett selbst machen. Eine versprochene Ermäßigung wurde nicht gegeben.

L agencement de la salle du petit déjeuner qui est peu pratique quand il y a du monde.
