Hotel corridors carpets are old and dirty also smell musty. Also room floor was filthy. The hotel requires a complete re decoration and re furb.

1. Upon arrival, we were informed that the hotel could not provide hot water for showers. The front desk staff at night were extremely impatient. 2. The hotel did not offer any discounts for not providing hot water for showers. The front desk staff asked guests to sign a notification form or suggest they stay elsewhere, which was very irresponsible.

No hot water, and call the front desk, reply no way to change the room or any support. No refund and no response.

L'hotel è abbastanza datato con varie pecche: la finestra della nostra stanza si chiudeva male (ed eravamo a piano terra) - nella camera dei nostri amici c'era un forte odore di bruciato tipo corto circuito. Nonostante questo le camere sono spaziose e il letto comodo, colazione nella norma.

Personale al di sotto della media. Quando siamo arrivati c'era una coda infinita per il check-in con un'unica addetta alla reception, per altro molto sgarbata e incompetente. Noi abbiamo avuto il problema che la stanza ci è stata addebitata due volte e la tipa con molto menefreghismo ci ha detto che a lei non interessava (o poi risolto direttamente con booking). Ho assistito a vari episodi di totale scortesia nei confronti di ospiti che avevano prenotato ma si sono ritrovati senza stanza. Mi meraviglio di come una catena come Best Western abbia questa disorganizzazione e incompetenza alla reception.

Zwembad was niet in gebruik in verband met onderhoud! Wj hadden juist voor dit hotel gekozen omdat er een zwembad was. We waren niet geïnformeerd vooraf dat dit in onderhoud was anders hadden we alsnog voor een ander hotel gekozen. Compensatie zou dan ook echt op zijn plaats zijn!

We were disappointed with the level of guest service during our stay. Upon check-in, we were not informed that the hotel was experiencing a hot water outage, nor was there any signage at the front desk alerting guests to the issue. We only discovered the problem when we returned to the hotel later that night and found no hot water available in our room. When we contacted the front desk for assistance, the staff member, Ari, was unable to resolve the issue and responded in a manner that came across as dismissive and unprofessional. We understand that maintenance issues can arise, but we would have appreciated proactive communication at check-in and a more courteous, solution-oriented response when we raised our concern.

It was clean, and a great location for us to walk to dinner.. we liked it was central.

We had no hot water.. when we got there Saturday we had lukewarm water warm water, Sunday we had none. The staff didn’t seem very concerned about it.. plus the bed was super uncomfortable, toilet paper was like bark off a tree, and there was no urgency by the staff..

Almost everything. Very basic and outdated. I know you get what you pay for. Pool was closed for construction. No restaurant/food area in the hotel. Room lights are bright white and very in your face. Rooms and furniture need updating. Don’t know what the ‘plus’ in the hotel title is for?

Leider kann ich nichts positives zu meinem 2-tägigen Aufenthalt in diesem Hotel berichten. Es gibt nur negatives zu erzählen. Für ein Best Western Plus ist dieses Hotel eine Frechheit.

Check in war 16.00 Uhr. Wir waren eine gute Stunde früher da. An der Rezeption waren 2 Personen, welche sich miteinander am Computer unterhielten, statt sich der Kundschaft zu widmen. Ein herzliches Willkommen fehlte. Nach einer gewissen Zeit widmete sich eine Herr zu uns und meinte dann, dass wir zu früh zum einchecken seien und dass dies $ 20.00 kosten würde. Wir verließen das Hotel und kamen dann um 16.00 Uhr wieder. Bis heute hatte ich noch in keinem Hotel für das zu früh einchecken etwas bezahlen müssen. Beim einchecken mussten wir noch separat ankreuzen, ob wir Hauskeeping wünschen. Für uns sollte das selbstverständlich sein. Auch das Personal im Gang grüßte nicht. Body Wash im Zimmer fehlte. Nur Shampoo war vorhanden. Als wir das mitteilten, brach das Zimmermädchen eine Seife. Am 2. Tag wurde das Body Wash eingesetzt. Jedoch war das Shampoo leer. Beim Zimmer machen wurde dies nicht überprüft. Somit mussten wir auch dem Shamoo nachrennen. Auch Getränke Becher wurden nicht ersetzt. Am Frühstück Buffet war der Orangensaft Automat Out of Order, Man hätte ja eine Ersatz-Kanne Orangensaft hinstellen können. Der Automat Fresh Yogurt und der Automat Minute Maid war ebenfalls ausser Betrieb. Also eigentlich alles. Aber mindestens 2 Personen vom Küchenpersonal waren vor Ort, welche die aktuelle Situation nicht ernst nahmen. Das Küchenpersonal ging lieber zur Rezeption Quatschen. Für das, dass der Pool vor 3 Wochen noch geschlossen war, wegen Umbauarbeiten war der Pool sehr ungepflegt. Der Yacuzzi war viel zu kalt.

Hotel vecchiotto La receptionist che ci ha accolto e alla quale ci siamo rivolti un paio di volte era svogliata e per niente gentile. La piscina era in manutenzione e non siamo stati avvisati. Considerato che l'avevamo scelto per questo è stata una bella seccatura.

La non isolation des chambres, (j'avais l'impression d'avoir un éléphant au dessus ma tête). On entend les douches des étages et à côté. Le bruit provenant des gens qui font leurs lessives et qui parlent fort. Une douche à moitié cassée ne permettant pas de pouvoir utiliser le jet correctement. Des petits déjeuners médiocres et enfin la non disponibilité de la piscine.

Une expérience absolument inadmissible. L’hôtel a soigneusement omis de nous informer que la piscine et le jacuzzi étaient fermés depuis déjà quatre mois. Ce ne sont donc clairement pas des installations temporairement indisponibles, mais des services annoncés que l’hôtel savait parfaitement ne pas pouvoir proposer. Mais le pire reste à venir : aucune clé de chambre n’était disponible. Oui, aucune. À chaque fois que nous voulions retourner dans notre chambre, nous devions demander à un membre du personnel de nous accompagner pour nous ouvrir la porte. Nous avons parfois dû attendre jusqu’à 40 minutes à l’accueil simplement pour pouvoir accéder à notre propre chambre. Comme si cette organisation totalement surréaliste ne suffisait pas, le personnel était en plus désagréable et peu serviable, alors que les clients subissaient une situation dont ils n’étaient évidemment pas responsables. Entre les équipements annoncés mais fermés depuis des mois, l’impossibilité d’accéder librement à sa propre chambre et l’attitude du personnel, c’est de très loin l’une de nos pires expériences dans un hôtel. À ce niveau-là, ce n’est plus un simple problème de service : l’hôtel ne devrait tout simplement pas accepter des réservations sans informer clairement les clients de telles conditions. À éviter.

Breakfast was the only thing that we liked about this place.

The room was filthy, there were poop stains on the walls in our room, there was hair in the bathtub on the walls and all over the floor, it was only an overnight stay and we left early the next morning. It was disgusting honestly and the people at the front desk on overnight shift looked miserable and were not friendly at all.

Siamo rimasti molto delusi. Abbiamo prenotato questo alloggio con largo anticipo e lo abbiamo scelto per la piscina e la colazione. Pagando anche cifre molto alte. Al nostro arrivo però abbiamo scoperto che la piscina sarebbe stata fuori uso tutta la settimana e a colazione la maggior parte dei distributori erano anch’essi fuori uso. Inoltre il personale alle nostre lamentele è stato in grado di dirci solo che se volevamo potevano concederci la cancellazione gratuita e da soli avremmo dovuto trovarci un altro alloggio. Con modi inoltre molto scortesi.

Schon 20 Minuten vor dem Ende des Frühstücks, wurde bei allen Sachen die ausgegangen sind ein "Out of order" Schild geklebt. Dh. Es gab dann keine Säfte, keine Milch usw. .... das war sehr ärgerlich.

La propreté des chambres à revoir. Ça se voit que cet hôtel n’est jamais rafraîchit.

Kommen wir zum Zimmer: die AC war ohrenbetäubend laut der Kühlschrank brummte laut. Das Personal an der Rezeption war unfreundlich. Wir würden das Motel nicht wieder buchen und können es nicht empfehlen. Da gibt es in Page viel bessere Motels. Nie wieder

Cet hôtel est bien situé si vous faites des activités autour du Lake Powell anthelope canyon et page Tout est à 15 minutes en voiture Il y a même un grand walmart pour faire des courses très pratique avant les randonnées

En revanche la piscine de l’hôtel est en maintenance, les clés magnétiques étaient en panne depuis une semaine donc soit la porte de la chambre reste ouverte soit il faut attendre que le personnel vienne ouvrir La chambre a une vue sur le parking alors qu’on est entouré de montagnes et la Clim fait beaucoup de bruit

Our experience was unpleasant from the moment we walked into the hotel. We approached the front desk just two minutes before check-in time and politely asked if we could check in. The gentleman at reception was extremely unfriendly and told us that he “didn’t have time right now” because there was a shift change and he needed to quickly help someone else. We then stood there with all our luggage, waiting, while listening to the staff joke and chat among themselves. Eventually, another receptionist arrived, but even after about 15 minutes of us standing right in front of the desk, she did not acknowledge us, look at us, or offer to check us in. Other guests arrived after us, and she was perfectly willing to assist them immediately. When we were finally checked in, we discovered that we would not even receive room keys or key cards because their system was not working. This meant that every single time we wanted to enter our room, we had to find a staff member and ask them to let us in. Completely unacceptable and extremely inconvenient. Another major issue was the pool. I specifically chose this hotel because it advertised a swimming pool. Upon arrival, we found out that the pool was closed and under renovation. To make the situation even more absurd, the receptionist was extremely rude and made me sign a document confirming that I “UNDERSTAND” that the pool is unavailable. I am attaching a photo of that document to this review. Instead of apologizing for an advertised amenity being unavailable, the attitude made it feel as though the inconvenience was somehow the guest’s problem. This was, without a doubt, the worst hotel experience I have had in the United States, and I have stayed in many hotels across the country. Unfriendly and dismissive staff, no functioning room keys, no access to the advertised pool, and an overall complete lack of basic hospitality. I would absolutely not recommend this hotel.

Expérience très décevante. Wi-Fi quasiment inexistant, petit-déjeuner catastrophique avec 4 machines sur 5 en panne et presque plus rien à disposition. Personnel peu aimable. Le pompon : les cartes des chambres ne fonctionnaient pas, nous obligeant à faire la queue à l’accueil à chaque fois pour pouvoir rentrer dans notre chambre. Nous avions choisi cet hôtel pour ses équipements, dont la piscine, mais cette dernière était en maintenance pour une durée inconnue... Très fâcheux quand il fait 43°C !!

Il personale dello staff è assolutamente scortese. Ci hanno assegnato una camera dove la doccia non funzionava e le pulizie non erano state fatte a dovere. In seguito le nostre lamentele ci hanno cambiato camera con una dove quantomeno i servizi essenziali erano garantiti. La camera che ci hanno assegnato era più spaziosa di quella prenotata.

The room was not so clean and was also old. Pool out of order. Breakfast very poor.

The staff was so friendly and accommodating, a real treat to interact with. He helped us get a room that was close to an outdoor space for our dogs so we wouldn't have to worry about bringing them all the way through the lobby and out to the grass. The room was clean, smelled fresh, and the bed was very comfortable. The property is within walking distance of several great restaurants and a brewery which we really enjoyed.

The pool was closed which was a bit of a bummer and it could have been better reflected in the price, but otherwise it was a great stay and didn't keep us from enjoying ourselves.

Mi spiace dare un punteggio molto basso ma ci sono state una serie di problematiche che non ci consentono di fare altrimenti 1) come sottolineato da più ospiti la piscina è in totale ristrutturazione; cosa che si sa però solo al check in 2) la cosa più grave è che ci hanno cancellato la seconda notte per una perdita d'acqua della struttura (che ok va bene) lasciandoci praticamente senza assistenza perché la prenotazione era con booking A parte l'assenza di comunicazione perché l'abbiamo scoperto rientrando per pure fortuna prima in hotel abbiamo dovuto lasciare la stanza alla velocità della luce senza avere un altro.posto dove andare. Quindi abbiamo prenotato un'altra stanza a nostre spese! Possiamo capire che possano verificarsi le emergenze( ci mancherebbe!) il problema è la gestione delle emergenze e l'assistenza ai clienti. Inoltre ho cercato il giorno stesso e il seguente di contattarli perché nella fretta abbiamo scordato una cosa in stanza e non abbiamo avuto nessuna risposta.

Hotel is clean and smart. The breakfast was good.

Disappointed to find the pool closed for refurbishment. There were workmen digging a hole with a pneumatic drill outside our room. Fortunately we made early starts so it did not bother us too much.

О закрытом бассейне в +40 по цельсию мы узнали только по прибытии в отель. За три дня нам ни разу не убрали номер и не поменяли полотенца

De ligging , ruime kamer en het ontbijt

Zwembad was blijkbaar na maanden renovatie nog altijd niet open. Terwijl je wel hetzelfde betaald.

Besonders positiv hervorzuheben sind das sehr gute Frühstück sowie die gute Lage des Hotels.

.Obwohl die Unterkunft bereits seit einem 3/4 Jahr gebucht war und vor unserer Anreise auch Kontakt mit dem Hotel bestand, wurden wir erst beim Check-in darüber informiert, dass der Pool nicht nutzbar ist. Das große Loch im Pool dürfte jedoch schon deutlich länger bestanden haben und hätte den Gästen frühzeitig mitgeteilt werden müssen. Zu allem Überfluss war auch das Laufband im Fitnessraum defekt und die Betten wirkten nicht frisch bezogen. Insgesamt entsprach der Zustand des Hotels leider nicht unseren Erwartungen. Unter diesen Umständen fällt es schwer, eine positive Bewertung abzugeben.

piscine en attente de réparation depuis plusieurs mois La directrice qui nous dit que nous avons payé à booking et pas à son hôtel .le petit déjeuner minable pour un Best western plus avec des ruptures sur tout pendant les 2 jours de notre séjour. A Fuire.

Lage sehr gut. Frühstück ok aber schon sehr früh am Morgen gab es nicht genug, zum Jogurth.

Der Pool war, ist und bleibt kaputt. Keine Meldung im Voraus, obwohl ich noch hätte stornieren können. Es war extrem heiß und eine Erfrischung und Liegepause war erwünscht. Das Hotel informierte über sämtliche unnützliche Dinge, jedoch nicht so etwas. Der Pool war ein Kriterium bei meiner Buchung. Der Preis war relativ intensiv, jedoch keine finanzielle Erstattung. Das Personal war nicht sehr freundlich.

Pool seit über drei Monaten defekt. Steht auf der Homepage aber eben nicht bei booking. Storno war nicht mehr möglich. Das ist Mist.

La proximité du big John

La piscine en travaux et nous n avons pas été prévenus sinon nous aurions changé d hôtel. La piscine était essentielle à notre reservation !!! Le petit dej était en nette baisse par rapport à notre dernière venue il y a 3 ans ,manque de fruits , de bacon, de Nutella, fruit frais pressés......
