Abholung der Schlüsselkarte umständlich organisiert. Sehr kühles Ambiente der Inneneinrichtung. Keine Kaffeemaschine.

Ligging is perfect en zeer ruim appartement. Check in is op 500 meter wandelen.

Zeer gehorig doordat de isolatie van de ramen niet geweldig is, die bovendien behoorlijk vuil zijn. We verbleven in nummer 706. Het straatlawaai in de ochtend is zonder oorstoppen niet om aan te horen. In de woonkamer was de zetel maar half toegeklapt. In de ijskast stond een geopende fles drinken van de vorige gasten. De dampkap plakt een beetje van het vet. Den zetel in de slaapruimte is behoorlijk vuil. Er is niets voorzien om af te wassen.

Ho prenotato la camera per 3 adulti, ma il terzo letto era piccolo e scomodo. Non adatto certamente ad un adulto. Nel bagno non era funzionante il sistema di aerazione.

L'appartamento è all'interno di un edificio storico in pieno centro. Una volta usciti dal portone ci si trova immersi nella piacevole atmosfera del centro storico di Parma. Tutto è incredibilmente a portata di mano: il Battistero, la Cattedrale, la Pilotta..... L'appartamento è estremamente moderno e di buon gusto. Complimenti all'Interior Designer che ha seguito i lavori di ristrutturazione ( pochi anni fa direi ) !

Ottima posizione, appartamento con tutte le comodità e ben organizzato. Personale gentile e comodissimo l'uso della card per tutte le porte e portoni. Condizionatori perfetti e connessione internet veloce e molto stabile.

La mancanza di una macchina per il caffè a capsule o cialde e, nonostante la presenza di una cucina, l'assenza di detersivo, spugnetta o altro accessorio per sfruttarla (ovviamente posate, bicchieri, piatti e pentole presenti).

La habitación y baño eran muy amplias, con cocina y living room. Ubicación muy central, a pesar de eso, sin ruidos callejeros. Restaurants, bares y todo tipo de negocios a un paso al igual que los lugares típicos turísticos. Bar Cavour a la vuelta con prosciutto y Parmesano excepcionales! Volvería a ese alojamiento

Location was great. Two tv was also very good.

Aircon performance was very poor. It was so hot inside and aircon wasn't capable to reduce the temperature. Bed for kid was not comfortable at all, actually was bad.

Super Lage, zentral und ruhig im alten Postgebäude. Ein-und Auschecken im nahe gelegenen Novohotel war ideal. Unterbringung unserer Fahrräder im abgeschlossenen Innenhof war super.

In der gut ausgestatteten Küchenzeile fehlte ein Geschirrtuch.

Die Lage der Wohnung ist toll, direkt im Zentrum von Parma. Es gibt zwei Klimaanlagen, die man einzeln regulieren kann, und einen Safe und ein großes Badezimmer oben. Betten waren bequem, Ausziehsofa unten. Eingang über einen Hof, es gibt einen Fahrstuhl. Anmelden muss man sich vorher im Novotel am Bahnhof, problemlos. Parken kann man im guten öffentlichen Parkhaus nahebei, nicht eng, gut waren die Tipps zum Parkhaus im Netz, dass man auf die Kameras achten und an hellen Orten parken soll.

Die Fotos vermitteln einen anderen Eindruck, sehr ordentlich, aber nicht ganz so schick wie auf den Fotos und etwas lieblos eingerichtet. Tür war schwer zu schließen. Es gab nur eine einzige Decke (für zwei Betten und drei Personen), nur ein großes Laken zum Zudecken im Doppelbett. Geschirrtücher und Spülmittel fehlten.

Appartamenti molto belli e ben forniti, in pieno centro. Pulizia ottima.

Un po' macchinoso il meccanismo di check in albergo (a 10 minuti dal residence), anche perché gli appartamenti si trovano in una ZTL in cui non si può mai entrare. Forse la proprietà dovrebbe chiedere al Comune di avere dei permessi almeno per scaricare le valigie

The apartment had high ceiling, was equipped simply, functional, nice and simple.

The only thing is little bit inconvenient that if you are with the car you cannot drive is restricted access- you can have a transfer at the check in but not on check out… is not a long distance but with luggage is not a pleasant walk. The staff, I think was a girl in training- she didn’t offered a proper information.

Emplacement idéal en plein centre historique. A deux minutes de tout, monument, musées et restaurants. Appartement spacieux et fonctionnel bien qu’un peu froid dans un immeuble historique.

Il faut s’enregistrer au Novotel de la gare A savoir l’immeuble est situé en ZTL mais le parking payant est à 5 minutes

Объективно это одно из лучших мест проживания в моей жизни. Месторасположение великолепно! Буквально в 300 метрах кафедральная площадь старого города, рядом с домом парковая зона и дворцовый комплекс с музеями. В шаговой доступности отличные магазины и достойный паркинг. В 30 метрах от входа в наше здание расположено прекрасное заведение "Poldo Panini", которое работает с самого утра и всегда радует вкусной и недорогой едой и отличным капуччино. Сам номер был чистым и в нём было очень комфортно и отдыхать и работать.

Всё было отлично!

Ich habe bis heute keine Rechnung erhalten, obwohl ich zweimal nachgefragt habe. Das sollte automatisch gehen. jetzt kann ich keine nachricht mehr an die schicken. Da es über booking.com laufen muss ist es kompliziert. nichts für geschäftsreisende.

Everything. 10/10 it was so clean, really cold air conditioning upstairs and downstairs. Little balcony great for drying wet laundry. Very modern and big spacious apartment. Lift to the room makes it super accessible. Crisp and fresh white sheets and gorgeous big shower with great water pressure. Would come back to Parma to stay here again.

Only minor note is we could hear the people in the room next to us walking up and down the stairs, sometimes loudly coming home late from a night out.

Lage war top. Sehr komfortable Wohnung mit viel Platz. Schöne Dusche und schön großes Schlafzimmer. Zum Entspannen und Runterkommen sehr gut. Sehr große und bequeme Betten.

Schriftliche Kommunikation manchmal schleppend (manchmal wurden meine Fragen nicht beantwortet). Sehr gute Ausstattung, aber es fehlte ein Schwamm, Geschirrtuch und Spülmittel - da frage ich mich wie das Geschirr und Besteck auch von anderen Kurzurlaubern abgewischt wird und ob dies überhaupt hygienisch passiert. Ca eine Stunde vor Check Out wurde bereits bei uns an der Tür geklopft um zu fragen, wann wir denn auschecken. Auf den Bildern wurde ein anderes Zimmer abgebildet.

The apartment has an excellent location and perfect spaces. The bathroom shower is very spacious. The bedroom is also spacious and the bed was comfortable. It is also not directly on a main street, so it is silent.

Htjela sam da napravim doručak, tiganj je star i izgreban, za ovakav smještaj posudje ne bi smjelo da bude oštećeno.

La struttura è molto accogliente. Ed in posizione molto comoda per visitare il centro di Parma. Staff molto disponibile e professionale.

Purtroppo non abbiamo trovato parcheggio disponibile nella struttura. Unica pecca.

Das Appartment ist sehr modern, ruhig, gross und an bester Lage mitten im Zentrum von Parma. Das Parkhaus Toschi ist ca. 10 Minuten von der Unterkunft entfernt. Wir wollten einen Tag früher anreisen als gebucht, und das war problemlos möglich. Die Reception für die Unterkunft befindet sich im Novotel. Dort wurden wir freundlich empfangen und das vorzeitige Check-In vorbereitet, ganz unkompliziert. Im Zimmer gibt es einen grossen Schrank, ein Möbel mit Schubladen sowie unzählige Ablagemöglichkeiten in einem Raumteiler. Die Zimmer werden täglich gereinigt und es gibt täglich frische Frotteewäsche. Eine kleine Küche ist vorhanden.

Kitchen facilities limited - no kitchen cleaning equipment provided originally (although when we specifically asked the staff were very helpful and provided a dishcloth, t towel and washing up liquid) Interior design of room very clinical and windows high so no view you could see.

Great location ten minute walk from station. Spacious duplex, comfy bed, good aircon. Felt very safe going back to apartment at night. Right round the corner from all the bars and restaurants. Great value for a two night stay. Super easy check in at Novotel Hotel right by station which is much easier that navigating self check in. Parma is a stunning city and easy access to other beautiful places like Modena.

A small thing, lack of essentials like tea towels. Only two small pillows so had to improvise.

Δεν μας δήλωσαν στο σύστημα του δήμου να μπορούμε να μπούμε με το αυτοκίνητο στην περιοχή ZTL- Zona a Traffico Limitato. Με αποτέλεσμα να πάρουμε πρόστιμο 100€! Αρχικά πήγαμε στην ρεσεψιόν που ήταν σε άλλο ξενοδοχείο!! Δεν μας είχαν ενημερώσει ότι δεν μας έχουν δηλώσει απλά μας παρέπεμψαν στα γραφεία εξυπηρέτησης πελατών του δήμου. Εκεί μας είπαν ότι το συγκεκριμένο ξενοδοχείο αρνείται να συνεργαστεί και δεν δηλώνει (παράτυπα) τους πελάτες του στην πλατφόρμα! Πληρώσαμε 15€ να σβήσουμε το πρόστιμο και χάσαμε 2 μισή ώρες από το ταξίδι μας συν την ταλαιπωρία! Απαράδεκτοι για ένα τόσο καλό ξενοδοχείο!

L’accoglienza non è stata delle migliori, arriva in automatico un messaggio che chiede la carta di credito come caparra per l’appartamento, nel messaggio non c’è assolutamente scritto che la carta deve essere fisica e le receptionist non sanno qual’e la differenza tra una carta di credito e una di debito. Mi è stato detto che avevano assolutamente bisogno di una carta di CREDITO fisica per la pre autorizzazioni, di carta di CREDITO ne avevo una e non fisica solo su Apple Pay.. in realtà bastava un semplice bancomat.. non ci è stato indicato come raggiungere l’appartamento arrivati al parcheggio, qualche indicazione sarebbe stata utile e ben gradita oltre al fatto che nessuno si è scusato per l’incomprensione della carta.. non è “le regole non le faccio io” ma è “mi scuso perché non sono stata abbastanza chiara e non ci siamo capiti” se pago una notte 180€ mi aspetto cortesia e gentilezza. Anche perché obiettivamente chiedevo una soluzione alternativa e nessuno si è preoccupato di trovarne una.. fino a che non ho chiesto in autonomia “ma un semplice bancomat non va bene?”

Die Lage ist toll, man ist mittendrin im Leben. Zum Parkhaus sind es keine 10 Minuten zu Fuss. Die beiden Appartements waren sehr sauber und es wurden sogar die Betten gemacht - das hatten wir nicht erwartet. Unsere beiden Appartements lagen einander gegenüber. Ideal für uns als Familie.

Leider war das kleinere statt das grosse Appartement für 3 Personen vorbereitet. So waren 3 Personen sehr gedrängt untergebracht, obwohl das grössere von uns gebuchte Appartement sogar ein zweites Zimmer mit Schlafsofa hatte. Ausserdem gab es im kleineren Zimmer stets einen etwas unangenehmen Geruch. Zum Glück erlaubte es das Wetter, dass wir die Fenster geöffnet lassen konnten, so ging es.

Great location and spacious room.

It is super strange to have a full kitchen and not provide any way to clean. Staff told us that they dont provide dish-soap or cloths and we had to purchase our own. Pretty unhygienic for the kitchenware which I assume was not cleaned with soap. The air-conditioning is only activated if you specifically ask them to, otherwise it is locked. Our keycard stopped working and we had to sit in the hallway for 20 minutes while the staff walked the 600m to the apartment. Frustrating and no apology.

A total lack of shower gel, shampoo in the shower and no washing up liquid or even anything to wash a cup with (not something I’d bring for a 2 night stay).

We have stayed here several times. It’s a great location and a beautiful appartment
