Aménagement minimaliste, impersonnel et sans goût. Nous étions dans l’appartement du deuxième étage avec deux chambres et il y avait juste un divan mais pas de salon pour discuter à quatre. Équipement insuffisant : pas de machine à café, pas de sèche-cheveux Les photos ne correspondent pas Aucune vue.

Einmalige Lage! Sehr hilfsbereite Damen an der Rezeption. Geräumiges Zimmer mit kl. Kühlschrank, Wasserkocher, Schreibtisch, Ablagemöglichkeiten u. gutes Badezimmer. Sicherer Parkplatz in der Nähe.

Unser Zimmer war sehr dunkel, das einzige Fenster zwischen Liftschacht und Hauswand.

The location is fantastic, right in the centre of beautiful Parma, which is a gorgeous, small city. The property was spotlessly clean and our room was a decent size, had a kettle and mini fridge in a dedicated kitchenette area. I really appreciate a hotel room with a kettle so this appealed to me. There is no food on the premises however we found a great cafe on the main street, 2 mins walk away for breakfast.

This might have been particular to our room but the bed was pretty average and the pillows absolutely terrible. The facilities in the kitchenette were well-used and a bit outdated. EG. kettle did not auto shut off, which I thought could be dangerous if you weren’t watching.

Die Lage ist top - besser geht es nicht. Der Wagen konnte sicher in einem nahen Innenhof geparkt werden. Die nette Dame vom Empfang hat uns begleitet, was sehr angenehm war weil die vielen Einbahnstrassen doch eine Herausforderung sein können. Wir hatten ohne Frühstück gebucht, es gibt diverse Cafes in der Nähe wo man seinen Cafe mit Croissant bekommen kann.

Le check out durant un marathon de la ville. Impossible d’obtenir un taxi pour le transport à l’heure du check out. Cette information aurait du être partager au moment de confirmer l’heure requis pour quitter lors du check in (j’aurais changer mes plan, plutôt que de manquer mon train!!)

Palazzo Dalla Rosa Prati is an amazing property. It has a great location in the center. Our apartment was huge, clean, beautifully decorated and so comfortable. The staff was outstanding. We were running very late due to traffic issue and Aileen stayed late to help us with checking in and parking. We were exhausted so having someone there to assist made a huge difference. A++++ all around!

Todo ! La ubicación es maravillosa ! Frente al duomo.. está ubicado en un palacio, increíble. Es grande espacioso perfecto La atención de la recepción, encantadores . Y el desayuno un 7, en un café cercano . Con carta libre, delicioso.

Apartment we stayed had an AC that made random noises that woke us up at night even when turned off. Bedding and furnitures need upgrade. Perhaps the rooms in the main buildings are better, but the apartment we stayed were not suitable for two couples (four adults) to share, since there is only one small bathroom. (I think the apartment is best suitable for a family with young children)...

Reception was very helpful. Location is perfect. The apartment was lovely, comfortable and charming.

Past reception, our room was off a picturesque patio and was decorated in a Parma provincial style, with antique prints and paintings. It immediately switched me into vacation mode. Stepping out of the hotel, you're looking out onto the main square with the beautiful Duomo and Baptistry (don't miss it!). Cafés and a bookshop on the same street. The neighbors where the hotel's parking lot is called the hotel to say we'd left our weird hybrid electric rental car on... very kind of them, as we had a flight the next day! And the staff were all very helpful and friendly--we'd stay there again for sure!

Fabulous location next to Duomo with easy access to many restaurants. The parking lot was just a short distance away. The staff were very pleasant, informative and accommodating. The room was beautifully and tastefully decorated while maintaining a sense of the past elegance of the palazzo. Room was clean, bed was comfortable, and water pressure was great. There was air conditioning and an elevator!

Le personnel était très bien, mais la jeune fille ne comprenait pas pour le parking elle ne savait pas donc il a fallu attendre assez longtemps pour savoir qu’il y avait un parking à proximité. Nous avons été obligé de garé la voiture dans l’après-midi à plus de 900 m de l’hôtel, ensuite nous sommes revenus à l’hôtel à pied et là l’autre personne nous a dit qu’il y avait le parking à proximité, donc obligé d’aller rechercher la voiture, ça nous a fait presque 4 km avec les allers-retours, donc nous avons vite mangé et nous avons été nous coucher tellement on était fatigués. Donc Parme a été très vite visité. Tout ça, parce que la jeune fille n’était pas compétente

Property in a very central location next to the Cathedral and a beautiful building itself! The staff were immensely friendly and helpful and we were given a free upgrade which was amazing. We originally booked a room but were essentially given an entire apartment which was very exciting for us as a young couple. Properly felt very secure, towels and toiletries were provided. Would not hesitate to recommend and should we come back to Parma we will definitely stay again!

Super Lage mitten im Zentrum. Wir sind als Familie zu sechst gereist und hatten ein Apartment mit sehr großzügigen Zimmern im schönen Ambiente, sehr sauber und mit sehr bequemen Betten. De locatie was geweldig en het hotel ontzettend charmant en mooi. Echt geweldig! Een ruime suite, met keuken. Een prachtige entree, ontzettend vriendelijk personeel, het rook er heerlijk naar de geur van Comfort Zone en een AAA-locatie. Een absolute aanrader!

Heerlijk voor mij dat er een bad aanwezig was, maar jammer voor mijn man dat hij moest douchen onder een kleine douchekop in het bad… maar ik begrijp dat dit een uitdaging is om aan te passen in oude Italiaanse panden :-), dus niet heel erg!

This is a charming, beautiful property with excellent staff that helped us through out our stay. Everything was well done and thoughtful. It was a joy to stay here.

I was a solo traveler so I was surprised that they “upgraded” me to a three bedroom apartment. It was a waste of space and actually a little creepy to be staying alone in the third floor of a poorly lit separate building. It would have been an interesting choice if I had been staying with someone or staying more than one night.

Location is excellent, the staff is very friendly and helpful, the building itself has a history to it and it was fantastic staying at the heart of Parma where everything is within walking distance. The apartment was modern and well-equipped. We visited during a heat wave, and it was great to have a well-working air-conditioning in all the bedrooms.

The pictures at booking showed multiple suits and apartments so it was somewhat misleading to get a flat we did not see at the booking. The induction stove was quite a nuisance to deal with.

THIS is the style that is my favorite in Italy! Old school elegance. Not uptight ridiculously expensive, but effortless grace in keeping an old building old, but up to date. The pictures give a very accurate representation. In an amazing location, the surreally empty immense square in front of the main Duomo. Some excellent restaurants nearby.

I dont have any complaints…some people might find the bathroom a little cramped, but its not extreme.

The location was amazing. Parking availability was great. Rooms were large and clean. Amenities were appreciated.

Hotel molto bello situato in un palazzo storico nella piazza del duomo. Abbiamo ottenuto un upgrade e ci è stata data una suite veramente bella, spaziosa e confortevole. Abbiamo parcheggiato nel loro parcheggio privato a 24 euro al giorno. Staff molto disponibile. Peccato essere rimasti una sola notte.

A perfect hotel experience. The room was so beautiful it was just a joy to be in the room. The location was perfect next door to the Babtistry. The staff are perfect , kind, accommodating cheerful helpful.

The bedrooms are fairly bright, even with the blinds closed. We all found the beds rather uncomfortable and didn't sleep well, but we couldn't pinpoint what the cause was.

Right beside the baptistery & cathedral, you cannot get any better than that! & since you’re checked in inside the historical town, that will allow you to bring your car & park in the area. Bonus, they allow us to park inside the courtyard of the hotel, so convenient! We went to the restaurant recommended by the hotel just right across it, & it’s excellent!

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The suite was immaculate, the location was absolutely perfect and Megan provided impeccable service and recommendations! We loved our stay and will return!

De ligging maar zeker ook de sfeer in het authentieke, antieke Palazzo. Stijlvol ingericht in een mix van tradities en design. Daarnaast ontzettend vriendelijke receptie die ook de ontheffing voor de ZTL voor je regelt Daarnaast kun je ontbijt regelen in vlakbij gelegen bar Cavour. Ook dat was prima!

We stayed here for three nights in June, the location is perfect, opposite the Duomo and the Baptistry. The room was enormous and had a little kitchenette with a hob and basic cooking stuff if you should need it. The hotel is very quiet and there is excellent soundproofing from what little street noise there is. Breakfast is a little different, served in a room in a cafeteria reached from the courtyard of the hotel. In common with most Italian hotel breakfasts it’s basic but we were cheerfully served with eggs, toast, and even avacado on toast on request. There is a pleasant pavement bar/restaurant next door, and some excellent restaurants in the next street. Parma itself is a beautiful laid back city and this place makes you feel a real part of it.

The building is beautiful, the location is very good and Paula was lovely.

Purtroppo nell'appartamento da 6 persone c'è un solo bagno, questo per me è impensabile e terribile. Vuol dire organizzarsi perché chiaramente in 6 fare la doccia e prepararsi dopo una giornata in città diventa lunga.

La posizione è perfetta, a fianco del battistero, nel mezzo della città. La soluzione del parcheggio è perfetta, e vicinissima

It's in the perfect location, couldn't be more central! It's a beautiful old building and great value. We loved it for a 2 night stop over!

The historic vibe of the room (we had a family suite for the 3 of us). The location in the center of the main historic landmarks. Many restaurants very near the hotel. While there was a busy/touristy vibe during the day, we had a room facing the inner courtyard and it was very quiet. The parking was in a nearby locked courtyard which was great. The staff was very friendly and super helpful.

The location is surrounded by one-way streets. Some are one way only during the day and Google maps didn't seem to know that. But we managed to get there in the end - so more of a Google Maps problem than a Hotel problem.

The location is exceptional. You can walk almost anywhere, including the station, which is what we did. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful and really went the extra mile.

Hervorzuheben ist die Lage des Hotels direkt neben dem Baptisterium und Dom mitten in der Altstadt. In der direkten Umgebung eine große Auswahl an Cafés zum Frühstück und Restaurants und Bars. Wichtig, da das Hotel kein Frühstück anbietet. Unser Zimmer war groß, Fenster zum Innenhof, auch im Bad. Ein kleine Küchenzeile ist vorhanden. Das Bett war etwas hart. Die Sauberkeit des Zimmers war makellos, die Atmosphäre wohnlich. Die Zimmer sind leicht mit dem Aufzug zu erreichen. Für die Zufahrt in die verkehrsberuhigte Zone gibt das Hotel eine gut verständliche Beschreibung. Der abgeschlossene Parkplatz liegt etwa 50 m entfernt. Die Straßenverhältnisse sind etwas beengt, aber möglich zu befahren. Check-in und -out waren einfach und schnell. Bei der Ankunft wurde uns beim Gepäck geholfen und alles gut erklärt. Preis-Leistung sind in Ordnung. Wir waren 3 Nächte dort, dafür bestens geeignet und wäre wieder unsere Wahl.
