La ubicación está muy bien, las instalaciones son bonitas, tiene espacios para relajarse fuera de las habitaciones, aceptan mascotas

Si llevas mascotas, cobran $20.000 adicionales por mascota, cosa que no te dicen al hacer la reserva.

El lugar tiene potencial pero muy mal el servicio

Me cobraron una tasa para estar en Colombia desde hace más de 2 meses, el precio de la lavandería era 10 mil por kg y me cobraron 13 por kg, había cucaracha en la habitación bueno no el mejor sitio por el precio que tiene

I had to leave because on my first night I found a cockroach inside my backpack and the next morning when I opened the door another one jumped off the side of the door.

Le personnel est sympathique et à l'écoute. L'établissement est extrêmement propre. Le patio intérieur est très agréable : beaucoup de plantes, différents coins du jardin, un hamac, un jacuzzi et une salle de bain.

Ma chambre, côté rue, à côté de la porte d'entrée et de la réception, était particulièrement bruyante. Mais entre 21h30 et 5h30/6h le trafic s'interrompt et la nuit devient très calme. J'aurais apprécié avoir un miroir dans la chambre et des toilettes.

El lugar es hermoso y la gente que lo lleva te ayuda con todo. Es económico.

Está en la entrada del pueblo, todo el tráfico pesado pasa por la puerta. Prepárate para humos y ruidos.

Vielleicht sollte man die küchenbenutzung abends begrenzen. Manche schlafen schon und dann kochen noch Gäste, was sehr laut ist

No water in the shower or lock on the bathrooms door, common area isn’t great and we were told we could not talk at 9pm so not good to meet people

There was coffee and tea offered to guests at all times. The kitchen is well equipped and the fridge is sufficiently cold. The staff allowed guests to hand wash a few items and there was a good place set up for hanging clothes. It's really good value, considering Barichara's popularity as a tourist destination.

The shared bathroom and dining tables weren't exactly clean. Eg dehydrated cooked rice grains laid on the dining table for the period I was there. The hostel was on a road with a lot of traffic though there were fewer cars during the night.

Really nice hostel . The atmosphere was super friendly, and the staff went above and beyond to make sure I had everything I needed. The rooms were clean and comfortable, and the common areas were perfect for meeting fellow travelers.

Stayed in the Trip Hostel in San Gil, and like that one, was very happy with my stay. Small hostel compared to the one in San Gil. Some services like breakfast are the same, but this one lacks a pool and bar. The kitchen, however, is open to guests unlike in San Gil. The room was much bigger and offered storage space for my clothes etc. Very clean. Wifi was fast and generally reliable. It would drop for a few seconds on occasion, but very likely a problem with the service provider being in a small and rather remote town, rather than the hostel. Run by a very nice and helpful family on behalf of the owner.

Cold shower water! If my so-so Spanish understood correctly, this is a temporary issue by them having to use a water tank rather than the town's water line due to the drought.

Cute little family run hostel, everyone was so helpful and friendly and they made a great breakfast too! They also have Tv with nextflix and other tv apps too!

Everything. It’s a small family run business. The host is nice and their little girl is exceptionally cute. Easy and relaxing hostel. Although the dorm room is a bit small, i don’t have any issue at all since the common area is large for hanging around.

This hostel is situation in the heart of Barichara, walking distance to everything in the quaint, beautiful town. The room exceeded our expectations as did the staff. Really enjoyed staying with the trip monkey hostel chain and would highly recommend.

Nothing, everything was great. Awesome value for money

NOTHING...except the service from Claudia who helped us with a refund when we realized how bad the place was. We booked after staying at their very nice place in Giron which we recommend. This place in Barichara is a dump. We requested and were given a refund after seeing many very large cockroaches in our room. Hard to believe the owner would allow such conditions.

Dorm is really small, no locker. Fits the style of the cute village though.

Excelente hospitalidad

We have been one night in Barichara, to explore this sweet little place. The family running the hostel is very kind and helpful. The room was clean and cozy, there is a shared kitchen with everything you need and within 5 minutes walking you are at the parque principal.

The dorm is very small, it’s ok when there’s only 2 people but when it’s full (4 people) it’s really really small with the luggages etc

Breakfast, location, staff

Uncomfortable rooms. Sheets, towels and bathroom were clean, but rest of the room was not. The fan in the room was full of dust, the fridge was really dirty and out of service, and there was a cockroach in the room.

We have been well advised on what tondo in Barichara. The atmosphere of the place was very welcoming ans nice. The room was clean and confortable!

I had a lovely stay in Trip Monkey. Claudia the owner and her super cute daughter welcomed us and made us feel like home with a super warmful mood. The hostel is clean and practical, you get everything you need. Central location. I recommand

Nothing, maybe except the size of the dorm of 4 where I slept which is a little small but it's not a real problem for me

Claudia and her family are so warm and welcoming. My room was so comfortable and having TV with Netflix was a bonus! The kitchen has everything you need. There is a really nice atmosphere in the Hostel too.
