שאין סלון נפרד (הסלון ופינת האוכל מאוחדים ) ולכן אין איזור שניתן ממש לשבת בו בערב.

Reviewed Aug 12, 2026Naprosto úžasné ubytování. Chytli jsme apartmán s nejkrásnějším výhledem na jezero a hory, balkon kolem celého apartmánu. Skvělé bylo, že apartmán měl dvě ložinice a k nim dvě koupelny, v kuchyni bylo vše, co jsme potřebovali, takže za mě není co vytknout. Komunikace s paní na jedničku, parkování přímo u ubytka, na kopci osamoceni, takže krásný klid po večerech i ráno. Všude čisto, i když některý nábytek byl postarší a moc jsme si neměli kam vybalit oblečení. Ale i tak jsme byli 100% spokojeni, doporučuji. A Sommercard, třešnička na dortu, všude jsme měli vstup zdarma.

Reviewed May 13, 2026Krásný, prostorný, skvěle vybavený a pohodlný apartmán s výhledem na jezero, posezením na balkóně. Na terase jsme i grilovali. Příjemná paní domácí, rychlá komunikace přes whatsapp. Vynikajíci lokalita, mnoho turistických cílů do 50 km (Kaprun, Krimmelské vodopády, Lichtenštejnská soutěska, Grossglocknerská vysokohorská silnice atd.)

Reviewed May 2, 2026While the room at Alpik Chalets Bohinj was comfortable and well-maintained, the overall experience was disappointing due to the service. There was a noticeable lack of staff available to assist with queries, which made even simple requests frustrating. Although we were perfectly fine paying the local taxes in cash, there was no reception available, and we were instead asked to complete an online transfer. What was surprising was that we were asked to pay an additional 25% on top, which we went ahead with to avoid further inconvenience. Our interaction with Jaka was particularly unpleasant—she came across as rude, condescending, and visibly annoyed, which unfortunately felt like it was taken out on guests. A more polite and professional approach would have made a significant difference. Hospitality plays a big role in shaping a stay, and in this case, it significantly fell short. Despite the property itself being nice, the service experience made this the worst stay during our entire trip across Austria and Slovenia. We hope the management takes this feedback seriously and works on improving guest interactions going forward.

Reviewed Jan 19, 2026كل شي فوق الوصف ، الاطلاله من الشرفه خياليه ، الشقة واسعه ونظيفه والمطبخ متوفر فيه كل شي تحتاجه ، اصحاب السكن ودودين ومتعاونين ، توفر بطاقة زيلامسي وكابرون الصيفيه ، سنتر زيلامسي قريب تقريبا ربع ساعه بالسياره وكابرون تبعد ٢٠ دقيقه تقريبا Everything is above description, the view from the balcony is fantastic, the apartment is spacious and clean and the kitchen has everything you need, the hosts are friendly and helpful, the Zell am See and Kaprun summer card is available, the center of Zell am See is close, about a quarter of an hour by car and Kaprun is about 20 minutes away

إذا ماعندك سيارة مستحيل تسكن فيه لأن السكن فوق جبل والصعود فيه صعب شوي ، اذا كنت ماتقدر تشيل الحقائب بروحك لسبب ما ترا مافيه احد يشيل معاك ومافي احد بنظف لك الشقه اخدم نفسك بنفسك ، السكن تقريبا جنك قاعد بكوخ توقع تلاقي عنكبوت او حشرات سواء في الغرف او البلكونه وهذا شي خارج إراده صاحبه السكن صعب تمنعهم في مكان نفس زيلامسي

Reviewed May 8, 2025This place was definitely a right choice for our anniversary trip We got a flat with fully equipped kitchen in a house on the top of the hill View from the balcony is just fantastic We met the host family and they were very nice and kind Room was very comfy, we had a good sleep, very quiet place Kitchen was very big and had all equipment for cooking. Shower was hot and powerful, we have literally nothing to complain about
Was not an issue for us, but I want to mention couple things to consider: Probably not possible to reach the place without car No shampoo or shower gel in bathroom, so need to bring it

The appartment was spacious, very clean and well equiped, especially the kitchen. Our kids appreciated donkeys and other animals. We had very nice time and can only recommend this place.

We had everything we needed in the room: two bathrooms, two bedrooms and a living-room and kitchen.The views towards Zell am See and the glacier were amazing. We've seen a sea of clouds above the lake, clear skies and also snowing on our last day.
Although we haven't seen our host during our stay and we couldn't get breakfast here, we managed to do shopping for everything necessary from a nearby supermarket. The road to the house feels a little bit unsafe.

Reviewed Aug 15, 2023Alpenhof Grafleiten was great experience. It has a great view of lake Zell am See, the apartment was very spacious. We were happy to buy domestic products from owners which were great (eggs, marmelade, ham). We had car so we used the opportunity to travel around and took advantage of Sommer Karte to use cable cars to Schmittenhohe or Kitzsteinhorn free of charge and had snow in summer:) Recommended!

Reviewed Apr 16, 2023A lovely chalet in a beautiful quiet location with breathtaking views. Very cosy and warm apartment with comfortable beds. Plenty of hot water for showering. Being able to look out of the window and see the Kitzsteinhorn reflecting in the Zeller See was priceless.
The kitchen worktop space is very limited and there is only the minimum of dishes and utentils provided.
