Zelo lep apartma!

This apartment was spacious, clean and had easy access to town and cable cars into the mountain (We had a car but also sometimes took the ferry across the lake to the main part of Zell am See).

There was construction next door, but we were gone most of the days anyway so it wasn't too great of a problem since the workers left at 5.

Nice windows, pretty interior lightning, cozy furniture. Amazing deal with Zell am See Summer Card. Close to the beach.

Small fridge. Broken faucet in the shower and the kitchen. Insufficient kitchen inventory (trash bags, dish soap, kitchen towel) - not ideal for everyday cooking. Sofa beds weren't very comfortable. Beautiful terrace, but old wood (caused splinters).

The location of the apartment is excellent! Next to Lake Zell am See. The apartment is stunning and comfortable with all the equipment needed for a family stay. The place provides a regional card with many free attractions and it's really worth it.Highly recommend to anyone looking for a warm and comfortable place for themselves and their family.

Sauber, super Lage, geräumig, toll ausgestattet, Vermieter der sich sehr gut kümmert.

Bardzo wygodny, świetnie wyposażony, czysty i jasny apartament. Na uwagę zasługuje piękny widok z okna na góry, bardzo duży taras oraz okna wpuszczające mnóstwo światła. Jest też miejsce parkingowe, a kontakt z właścicielem bezproblemowy. To bardzo dobra baza wypadowa nad jezioro i w góry. Mam nadzieję, że jeszcze kiedyś wrócimy w to miejsce.

Great stay! The apartment was very spacious, clean, and had a lovely terrace with a table and chairs. The included Summer Card was a huge bonus. The host was very communicative and responsive, and the location was excellent with easy access to the lake and Zell am See—the bus stop is just a 2-minute walk away. Would definitely stay again!

الموقع وسط البلده وامامه مطعمين ومخبز ، تعامل الموظفين الراقي ودرجة الامان عاليه

لا يوجد تكييف وكان هذا مزعج جدا ، لابوجد اكياس نفايات كافيه ولا يوجد مسحوق غسيل الملابس ولا يوجد خدمة تنظيف ، بعد يومين من الاقامه بدأت الحشرات تدخل الى المكان ومنها الصراصير الطائرة بكثره في الحمام ، لعدم وجود شبك على ابواب البلكونه ، ذكروا في الحجز اطلاله على البحيره وكانت الاغلى سعراً ، والحقيقه رؤية البحيره معدوم تماما حيث انها بعيده والمنازل والاشجار تحجبها، ذكر ان حديقة ثمر باخ يمكن الوصول لها مشيا على الاقدام والصدمه انه لابد من سياره

We had a wonderful stay in this apartment, ideally located by Lake Zell am See. The property is very large and spacious: we had two bedrooms, two bathrooms, and a big, comfortable living room with a terrace offering a beautiful view of the mountains. The apartment was spotless, very clean, and extremely pleasant to stay in, with high-quality equipment throughout. Nothing to complain about! We did experience a small issue with the hot water, but the host was very responsive and resolved it in less than 15 minutes, which we greatly appreciated. We are very happy with our stay and highly recommend this apartment!

Die Wohnung war hervorragend, sehr sauber und gemütlich. Wir haben den Platz im Wohnzimmer sehr genossen, vor allem die Kinder. Der Balkon war sehr schön und die Aussicht vom Wohnzimmer ist einfach atemberaubend. Der Gastgeber war sehr freundlich und hat dafür gesorgt, dass es uns an nichts fehlte. Ich kann diese Unterkunft jedem wärmstens empfehlen, der einen Aufenthalt in Zell am See plant.

Wszystko idealnie. Duży salon, duże sypialnie, dobrze wyposażona kuchnia. Dużo miejsc parkingowych, możliwość zaparkowania w garażu. Popołudniu dostępna sauna. Na pewno tam wrócimy.

Wir hatten das Appartment mit 1 Schlafzimmer. Der Besitzer war sehr freundlich, hat uns gleich noch ein Bett bezogen, weil mein älterer Sohn auch für eine Nacht da war. Bei der Heimfahrt hat mir der Besitzer noch Starthilfe geleistet, da wegen der Kälte mein Auto nicht ansprang. Sehr hilfsbereit. Vielen lieben Dank dafür.

الشقة نظيفة وواسعة ومتوفر فيها تقريبا جميع الضروريات البلوكة حلوة وواسعة والقعدة فيها حلوة ، متوفر باركنق مجاني ، بجانب الشقة بقالة .. والأهم المكان جدًا أمن والدخول للمبنى بمفتاح خاص فقط للسكان .. يبعد عن سنتر زيلامسي أقل من 10 دقايق بالسيارة وأنصح بالسكن فيه ،، جميع مستلزمات المطبخ متوفرة للطبخ + غسالة مواعين + صابون للغسالة + صابون للي حاب يغسل المواعين يدوي + يوجد غسالة ملابس مشتركة واستخدامها مجاني للي حاجزين الشقة بلغني عنها صاحب السكن لكن للأمانه ما استخدمتها + يوجد بطاقة زيلامسي الصيفية + تسجيل الدخول جدًا سهل وما أخذ وقت وسويته أون لاين قبلها بيوم أبعثولي بالأيميل + تعامل صاحب الشقة جدا محترم وودود وخدوم ولما وصلنا شرح لنا كل شي بالشقة وشنو متوفر وسألنا إذا عندنا أي استفسارات .

فقط ملاحظة بسيطة كان في داخل المكرويف طبق أكل قديم لم يتم إزالته قد يكون من المؤجر السابق وما انتبه عليه صاحب الشقة .. لكن للأمانه ما يعتبر شي كبير وسلبي

The apartment is near the lake and has amazing views of mountains from the balcony.😍 Kitchen is equipt with apl you need for cooking. They have laundry room and sauna. I would like to commend Ingo for being always there attend our needs and queries. Plus point is having a Kaprun Card! We'll sure be back again

A brilliant location in Thumersbach, easy to find, easy to park. Ingo was a warm and welcoming host and was there to show us into our apartment. The apartment itself was spacious, light and airy and very comfortable. There is a small supermarket virtually next door and a pleasant cafe just across the small square. Within a 20 minute walk/5 minute drive is the excellent Seecamp restaurant which is highly recommended. It’s an easy drive to get to the cable cars to go to the mountain or the glacier. We highly recommend Appartement Haus Sonne.

الشقة جميلة جدا بعيده عن ازعاج السنتر ومقابلة لبحيرة زيلامسي نظيفة وتوفر بطاقات زيلامسي يوجد بها دورتين مياه أكرمكم الله لها اطلاله جميلة المضيف متجاوب جدا ويرد على جميع الاسفسارات وفيها الامان عالي مايفتح باب العماره إلا بمفتاح شقتك توفر مواقف مجانية عزل الشقق جيد حجم الصالة ممتاز يوجد فيها كنب يتحول إلى سرير يشيل شخصين كانت الشقة كافية لست اشخاص

The apartment is very big with two bathrooms and a big kitchen. The parking location is very close. The check in was quick and the host was very helpful by providing all the necessary information regarding the house amenities and nearest best supermarkets

I would recommend to add espresso coffee machine for capsules.

The apartment was located near Zell am See, and had a supermarket and a small coffee shop just in front of the house. The apartment was clean and spacious. The kitchen was well equipped. However, more pots and pans would be great because we cook in the apartment.

Es ist super wenn man einen Spielplatz macht. Es gibt genug Platz für einen Spielplatz für Kinder.

Beautiful apartments with beautiful views. All the amenities needed for a family. You receive the Zell Am See Kaprun summer card which grants you free entry to many attractions. Host was very friendly and communicative.

"إقامتي في هذه الشقة القريبة من بحيرة زيلامسي كانت بمثابة حلم! الشقة نفسها تحفة فنية، بموقعها الساحر، الإطلالات الخلابة على البحيرة، والأثاث العصري الأنيق الذي يجمع بين الفخامة والراحة. الخدمات كانت ممتازة، والشقة مجهزة بكل ما يلزم لإقامة مثالية. العائلة المستضيفة كانت ودودة ومتعاونة بشكل لا يُضاهى، وشعرت بترحيب حار جعلني أشعر وكأنني في بيتي. قرب الشقة من الخدمات وحديقة ثمر باخ أضاف للتجربة تميزًا لا يُنسى. شقة حديثة ومتكاملة، أوصي بها بشدة لمن يبحث عن إقامة فاخرة وساحرة في زيلامسي!"

We took the three bedroom apartment and it was specious, the kitchen was fully equipped with everything you need. We were on the third floor but there is an elevator. The host was attentive, answered quickly to whatever we needed. There is a small grocery store near by and I was pleasantly surprised to see that there is a small bakery inside. The apartment is in a small city, comfortable to travel from to daily activities around Kaprun and Zell am see and it provides the Kaprun summer card which really helped a lot. It's only 5 minutes walk to the beach of Lake Zell Am See and the entrance to the beach and pool was free with the summer card. I highly recommend the place :)

Location is very close to lake and centre of Zell am see. The property had a lift and provides zell am see summer card. The apartment is well kept and kitchen had all equipments need for cooking and cleaning except a dish soap. The owner was very cooperative and kind.

Needs better cleaning, but I think it is because the season is very busy so there is little time to clean

The apartments are located in a quiet part of Zell am See - Thumersbach. Right next door, about eight steps from the entrance, is a small grocery store, and opposite the apartment is a café. A few steps away is the beach and the boat stop for crossing the lake, which you can use anytime (in summer) with the Zell am See Kaprun summer card (which you will receive at your accommodation). The apartment is well equipped and unusually spacious. Absolutely incredible beautiful view from the balcony. Parking was also not a problem. There is a good restaurant nearby if you don't feel like going to the center of Zell am See. Everything you need for a wonderful vacation. Beautiful surroundings, lots of options for hiking. We would love to come back!

Sehr netter Vermieter, der immer gleich auf unsere Anfragen reagiert hat. Tiefgarage war sehr gut. Wir hatten viel Regen und konnten immer trocken ein- und aussteigen. Das Haus hatte einen Aufzug. Kleiner Lebensmittelladen gleich nebenan und mehrere Möglichkeiten zum Essen fußläufig in 1-10 Minuten Entfernung. Auch der See fußläufig erreichbar, hübscher kleiner Ort.

Prostorné, čisté ubytování v centru městečka, úžasný výhled na okolní hory a jezero.

Es war eine sehr schöne Unterkunft und auch sauber. Man hat auch einen schönen Blick auf die Berge. Unmittelbar daneben gibt es ein kleines Einkaufslädchen wo man auch früh seine Brötchen her bekommt. Und zum See/Bad war man zu Fuss in ca. 10 Minuten da.

Nachteil an dem Einkaufslädchen ist leider das ab früh um vier da die Anlieferungen statt finden und man dadurch leider nicht mehr richtig schlafen konnte.

I would recomend this to anyone wanting to stay in Zell am See. We wanted a premium experience and that’s exactly what we got.

En dejlig stor lejlighed med balkon og smuk udsigt til bjergene. Der er alt, hvad man skal bruge og endda mulighed for at vaske tøj. Gode parkeringsmuligheder. Der er mulighed for de mest nødvendige indkøb lige ved siden af lejligheden og kun 5 minutters gang ned til søen og søbadet. Dejligt stille område - de fleste turister er på den anden side af søen, hvor der også er butikker og restauranter. En kæmpe fordel med det inkluderede sommer- og transportkort, der bl.a. giver gratis transport i Salzburgområdet samt gratis adgang til flere lifter og søbadene. En meget venlig og hjælpsom vært.
