We had breakfast in town. I did not realize it was included with the room fee. While the dinner menu was appealing to me my partner preferred to eat out.

The dinner menu was expensive. It was a bit confusing to enter the parking lot from the GPS directions.

Well located. Very nice staff easy check in.

Poor customer service, charged for two nights. Stayed for one night. Staff just kept insinuating it was an issue with booking.com

Great spot, quiet enough at night, staff were very friendly. Room was good size with an excellent shower, all mod cons provided. The onsite restaurant and bar is very, very nice, good food, service and even live music.

Convenient, great bathroom, spacious room. The restaurant wasn’t open for dinner when we were there but there was a steakhouse right next door that was excellent!

The hotel staff were nice and check-in and check-out was smooth and easy. The room was clean, the beds were comfortable and I didn't hear our neighbors.

The hotel shared parking with other businesses so it was difficult to find a spot close to the hotel. The shower water pressure wasn't great.

The price for one night

It's a clean, bright, welcoming space and it's located beside or near several great restaurants, so once you arrive, you don't need to go anywhere else. The rooms are beautifully appointed and thoughtfully designed. The bathroom is fantastic - I love the shower, and the vanity mirror.

Really nothing, although I didn't love the restaurant - it was not a warm, inviting space though I'm sure the food is good. But as the space itself didn't appeal to me, I went elsewhere.

They were very welcoming to us with our small dog. Locations had places to eat very nearby. Lots of free parking

Breakfast included was expensive. Pet fee for our little dog to stay was really ridiculous at $50/night.

Clean, spacious room with all of the amenities that you would expect. Friendly staff at front desk and dining room. This hotel is not “tired” like many of the others in the area.

More hooks or towel bars in bathroom to hang up damp towels.

L'hôtel est bien mais nous avions plus d'attentes, si on doit retourner nous allons essayer un autre hôtel. Pour le dernier hôtel construit dans le coin, on s'attendait à quelque chose de plus neuf.

Wow! the price was way to much for one night / not good

What breakfast? For $633.00, to get a continental breakfast would have been a plus! Instead, each time I’ve stayed here, i’ve been disappointed! Nothing, not even a muffin each morning and coffee available only for 4 hours! How freaking cheap are you for the money we just spent to stay there! I had a meal, one plate of pasta, zilch, nothing else and I paid $38 bucks plus a tip for the great server we had! Music was supposed to be background music, can’t even speak to my friends at the table for my meal, the singer was way too loud! Couldn't even make out what the server was saying! First time staying with you, in summer of ‘25, i had a Manager come to my door at 11am to see why I wasn't out of my room! In my 75 years of life, and a few trips around the world, also up in the Arctic, i have never had a manager come and knock at my door at 11am to see why I am not out of the room yet! I was shocked and embarrassed! I was alone in the room, my luggage at the door ready to leave and a manager escorting me out of the hotel! What the heck is that all about! I don't drink, or smoke, no noise, alone, never had a guest visit me or nothing and someone knocking at my door at 11am to tell me my time was up! Wow! Just wow! I left at 11:05! Escorted out the door by her! Then this morning, (in Sudbury for my DIL’s celebration life), I get a knock at 10:00 am and this deaf cleaning lady knocks at my door, and yells out loud non verbal, and it doesn't take me long to figure out she cannot speak, but why do that? Why come to my door one hour before checkout time and cannot ask what she wants or needs? My door clearly had the tag on it, do not disturb, why would she do that one hour before and then no one can explain what she wants or why she did that! We left at 10:30 ish! Breakfast was had at Tim Horton’s! I will never stay there again! No decent parking either! My husband has a disabled tag, but nowhere to park our SUV,not even a regular one!

No available coffee 24/7 like other hotels! Getting escorted out at 11:01, getting disturbed at 10:00 by cleaning lady but unable to request verbally or written why she did that! Still in shock! No muffin, continental breakfast for the $315 i just spent for EACH night I spent with you! No thank you! Never again!

The friendly staff & how clean everything was. From the moment you walk in, you feel relaxed.

The price was pretty high especially when the restaurant and pool were both closed during our stay.

The room was wonderful along with the staff. We had dinner and breakfast at the hotel restaurant which was very good!

As there was Keg restaurant and other businesses close by the parking was very limited and we had a hard time finding a parking spot!

I really thought the staff were great...especially the concierge who checked me in and the waitress Joanne at their restaurant

I did not like booking.com because i had cancelled this stay but you did not cancel it...so i landed up having a double booking.....but luckily Hilton Garden Inn staff were wonderful and fixed the double booking for me....so kudos to them and shame on you.....i will not be using booking.com ever again.

Pool a bit small

Staff, cleanliness, conscience store good in the lobby, pillows, bed, everything was just perfect!

Only thing I would say is that I’m a very light sleeper and you can hear a pin drop outside of the room since there are no white noise mechanics in the room ‘ie the bathroom fan or heater/cooler fan are very quiet which I’m sure was something that was well thought out and perfect for most … so it wasn’t a great sleep since I could hear doors opening and closing … other then that I couldn’t ask for more! Will definitely be back but with a white noise machine lol

I stayed here for business in January and decided to have friends join me for dinner at the restaurant on a Friday night. The live music was awesome, food was amazing, great vibe, friendly hotel staff and the room was immaculate. This hotel exceeds expectations in all categories. Special thanks to Kyle and Lisa for their hospitality.

Location, modern rooms and beautiful bathrooms. Very clean

We were put in a room in the middle of a bunch of hockey families. They were quite loud until well after midnight. The doors opening and closing were very loud. I would have appreciated being asked if we wanted to be placed away from the hockey families

The bathroom door is barn style and at one end of the door, when closed, it has a crack so essentially everyone could see you.

This was an awesome stay! I get to come back later in the week and I'm looking forward to it! Great hotel! Kind Services! Spacious rooms, with great beds and water pressure! The food and service at the restaurant are top notch too! I think this is the best HIlton Garden Inn I've seen!

Room was not dark enough in the morning. Tap water had no pressure. Charging for bottled water when we paid a high price for the room. Over priced drinks at the lobby bar.

The room was clean , and the staff very pleasant. However you could smell cigarette smoke from the smoking area located directly below the window. At one time on Saturday afternoon someone had taken the lid off the “ butt” container and it was full and burning. The sliding bathroom door was ridiculous. There was a half inch gap on each side of the door and the occupant could be clearly seen and heard. No privacy.

The restaurant was fantabulous! Service amazing! Great stay- cation for the weekend. Close to everything you could need or want.

This was a training I was leading over several days on site. The support from the staff was responsive and supportive. The restaurant and bar was top notch with each meal whether lunch or dinner, all incredible. The staff were always super friendly and anticipating your needs. Shout out to Vicky who runs excellent teams on two shifts! The rooms are the Hilton experience with every detail covered and a freshen up each day, if you want. The only complaint is the pillows! Let’s step up our game in this department Hilton!
