The large pool and hot tub. Very clean facility.

The room was clean and comfy, the breakfast was good and we enjoyed the hot tub. Liked that they are pet friendly.

The room was a bit narrow, my husband and I had to move around the room to get by each other. Being pet friendly I was a little concerned that the 2 minutes of barking my 10 lb dog did while we were getting some things from our car was complained about and we were immediately notified. You might assume a little bit of dog noise in the middle of the afternoon.

The hotel had reservations for a boys’ baseball team(s) and they spread them out in rooms on every floor instead of just the lower one. So we had lots of noise up and down the hallways and above us with yelling, jumping on beds and doors slamming all weekend. I don’t know if it was because of the team, the pool “room” was very dark, they didn’t have all the lights on and the water in the pool was murky and the temperature was extremely cold making it very uncomfortable and we didn’t linger. Breakfast was included, but mediocre at best. They only serve eggs, sausage and potatoes (which ran out halfway thru our stay-on a long weekend) and so they substituted with beans. Considering the price, this isn’t a great selection for hot offerings. They also had a bread/bagel area and waffle station along with coffee/hot water. The rooms are also VERY small, there’s no where to put a stroller and if you’re in a wheel chair or have a walker, it would most likely not fit around the beds.

The shower heads lack pressure I have a hard time showering I can’t imagine how my wife is able to wash her hair.Rooms are pricey!

We have stayed here before and gave it a very high rating. This time, one of the beds wasn’t at all comfortable! You just kept falling into the middle of the mattress Then there was an iron in the room but no ironing board! I went to the front desk and the receptionist found me one but it was broken Also no sugar or cream or stir stick for coffee

I still love this property. Just disappointed in the bed mostly and an ironing board would have been great

The room was spacious and very clean. The breakfast was delicious. Easy access from the highway.

The pool deck was not cleaned. There was clumps of hair and piles of grass… Dirty Band-Aids.& pieces of baby diapers and used Kleenex all over . There were no pool towels even after I asked none were provided. They had little babies in the hot tub as well as young children who thought it was funny to pee in it.

Rooms were very comfortable and quiet. Breakfast was very good. Lots of parking. Elevators were a bit dirty and the rooms could use a fresh coat of paint.

well if i’m being honest walked into my room and found crumbs all over the bench by the window and from there i noticed how poorly the room was truly cleaned

Rooms were very clean and we had no issues with noise. Parking was good. Did not use the amenities ie pool . We were given a free breakfast which we were not at all impressed with very low score. Staff and overall atmosphere was very good. In terms of value was a little price but that life right now everything is expensive.

You can hear the people above us when they walked across the floor which seemed all the time during the night...very loud, plus a dog was barking in a room around us and was annoying

The walls are too thin you can hear everyone outside and the people walking on top of you. The mattress and the pillows are really not comfortable. We did not sleep at all.

Cigarette butts all over the exterior, room had flies and floors uneven. Bathroom very tiny and towels were thin and only a couple of them.

Very dirty, the front entrance was littered with cigarette butts. The faucet in the bathroom sink had pink scum around it and there was mold around the bath tub

A bit cold in swimming pool

As a hockey family we basically live in hotel rooms every winter. I’ve never seen a bathroom this dirty. I was horrified by the state of the bathroom. This much dirt build up is unexplainable, especially when it is supposed to be clean after each stay. Worst i’ve seen so far!!

What an enjoyable time, the staff was excellent, they understood our needs and where quick to oblige. The breakfast was hot and delicious with many choices. The pool was clean and a great temperature for swimming. In fact the entire hotel was clean and inviting. Would definitely stay here again.

Booked on expedia as it was a little cheaper than the hotel website. Room was large, queen bed and couch, fridge and kitchen area. Rainfall shower. Check in was super easy. Pool was warm, hot tub was great. Pool area was clean and stocked with towels. Breakfast was great. Could make waffles, cereals, bagels, scrambled eggs, bacon, sausage, tea, coffee and juice. Comveniantly located near shopping and restaurants. Was our first stay and we will be back for sure!!

I always have a great stay here, check in is always fast and easy. The property is located near everything we need. I love it when it's quiet and we have a good chance of getting the pool and hot tub to ourselves. Breakfast is okay, no complaints.

This location is conveniently situated near shops and restaurants. I love that I have an option to charge my vehicle very close by (walking distance). I stay here every time I come to Sudbury for work as it is always clean, staff is very nice and the breakfast is always great. Highly recommend!

Clean quiet hotel with a really nice pool.

Microtel is where I stay any time I am in Sudbury. The rates are reasonable, and the facility is well-situated to get about the city with ease. The facility itself is clean, well-staffed, safe, and has dog-friendly accommodations. Any time I have stayed here I have been treated kindly and with great service.

Noise from people walking on floor above our room. Shower was very dangerously slippery, had to ask for non slip mat from front desk (mats should be in rooms that have showers only) There is no indication as to when cleaning staff are making rooms. We left our room at 9:40 am and returned at 2:00 pm and room was still not made.

Les chambres sont très petites, la propriété laisse à désirer, les jets du spa ne fonctionnaient pas, l'évier de la salle de bain était bloqué, le jets de douche coulait à peine, les cages d'escaliers étaient très sale et je ne crois pas qu'un hôtel acceptant les animaux devraient mettre du tapis dans leur chambre

very small rooms, not much room for the playpen for the baby. The walls are also very thin... you heard running/stomping all day and night from the floor above. Staff were good, but just a little unprofessional at times.

Breakfast was bland but good, beds were comfortable.

It was very dirty. Splatter on walls, hair all over the beds and shower, sink wouldn’t drain, fire alarm not attached to ceiling. Requested room change, second room was under construction and smelt like plaster and must.

Location was great

The mattress I slept on needs replacing. It was so worn making the mattress L shaped. I am a stomach sleeper, so my back was killing me, I barely slept. I had to sleep at the opposite end of the mattress, which helped a bit. I am reluctant to stay here again for fear of getting that room again.

The staff were extremely helpful. I needed a stool for the shower because I have mobility issues and it was at my door before I got to it.

The shower at one time had a built in shower and you could tell it had come away from the wall and had to be repaired. The repair was not very nice and unfortunately took away from the overall quality of the room.
