Einzig das Online-Check-In und -Check-Out bedarf noch der Verfeinerung. Aber alles in Kürze zur Zufriedenheit aller geregelt.

Room was a bit small for the length of our stay, but it was clean and mostly well appointed. We could have used some silverware though.

Hotel check-in. Ich habe das Hotel über die Plattform Booking.com gebucht und bereits bezahlt. Bei meiner Ankunft im Hotel wurde mir jedoch mitgeteilt, dass das Hotel die Zahlung in seinem System nicht sehen könne und mir deshalb kein Zimmer zur Verfügung stellen könne. Ich musste etwa eineinhalb Stunden warten, damit man meinen Check-in durchführen konnte. Letztendlich war dies jedoch nicht möglich, und man sagte mir, dass man mich leider nicht einchecken könne. Am Ende musste ich das Zimmer vor Ort noch einmal bezahlen. Erst danach wurde ich im Hotel eingecheckt und konnte mein Zimmer beziehen. Eine sehr enttäuschende Erfahrung – insbesondere, da sich das Ganze um 2 Uhr nachts ereignet hat.

Very convenient location to the conference centre, easy to get there by bus. Nice walks around the area as well..Very pleasant neighbourhood. The room is clean and just nice for 1 person.

Przyjemny pokój z podstawowym wyposażeniem kuchni. Bardzo wygodne łóżko. W hotelu wszystkie konieczne udogodnienia - w tym pralnia i prasowalnia. Mikro siłownia i miejsce do wypoczynku w lobby. Parking z wystarczającą liczbą miejsc. Miła obsługa.

Niestety mieliśmy pokój z oknem na budowę - nie wina hotelu, ale w godzinach pracy robotników wypocząć się nie dało. W pokoju przydałoby się drugie krzesło. Łazienka i pokój połączone lustrem - w momencie zapalania się światła w łazience, świeci również w pokoju.

Nel complesso il soggiorno è stato discreto, ma ci sono diversi aspetti da migliorare. La colazione è di buona qualità, ma poco varia e non particolarmente ricca. La scelta del salato è piuttosto limitata e, una volta terminata la frutta, non è stata rifornita.

la pulizia delle camere lascia a desiderare: le camere e la biancheria non vengono cambiati tutti i giorni e questo, sinceramente, non mi permette di dare un voto positivo. Inoltre, ho trovato anche un piccolo insetto in camera, un’esperienza sicuramente poco piacevole.

The room was clean, well organized, and the available space was used efficiently. Overall, the room was adequate and functional. I cannot find anything else to add as things that I like!

Unfortunately, there were several things I was not satisfied with. The two beds were placed right next to each other, and they were not particularly comfortable. Also, the room was not cleaned daily, but only once a week, which I found inconvenient. In addition, fresh towels were not provided unless requested, so we had to ask for them.

Apartmán byl dostatečně prostorný, zařízený prostě, ne vše zcela fungovalo. Za dobu 4 nocí strávených v hotelu nám nikdo neuklidil, ale možná to tak mělo být. Místo je velmi klidné a pro pobyt s pejsem ideální. Pejsek v hotelu nikomu nevadil, okolí je na procházky optimální. V noci bylo ticho, dobře se spalo. Postele byly komfortní. Snídaně taková běžná, káva nic moc. Blízko na autobus do Messe.

Snad by se tam dalo trošku uklidit v průběhu pobytu, měli jsme tam pak od pejska trošku prachu na zemi a věci na uklízení tam nebyly k dispozici. Nefungovali zásuvky, varná konvice je vyhodila. Nefungovala myčka, nešly jí zavřít dveře.

Theamenities were limited for a business stay, as the iron was only available in the shared laundry facility.

Im Zimmer war dauerhaft ein unangenehmer/muffiger Geruch obwohl es sauber war. Das Frühstück hat recht wenig Auswahl im Vergleich zu anderen Hotels in der selben Klasse.

Reservé un apartamento DELUXE y nos dieron una habitación doble. Reclamé y me dijeron que LAS FOTOS DE BOOKING NUNCA COINCIDEN CON LO QUE ELLOS TE DAN DESPUÉS. Me cambiaron a una habitación un poco más grande. He reclamado la diferencia que pagué y el Hotel se ha negado y BOOKING me ha dado 50€ de “compensación”, para gastar por supuesto en un hotel con ellos pero claro , el dinero que me gasté en comer y cenar fuera no está pagado…la habitación tiene microondas, y 2 tazas ,solo eso, no se puede cocinar, ningún utensilio…

Dostaliśmy pokój inny niż na zdjęciach (inny układ i wyposażenie) od strony budowy na sąsiedniej posesji. Dopiero po 2 dniach zaproponowano zmianę na pokój zamawiany ze zdjęć. Śniadania - czasem brakowało miejsca i niemal codziennie kończyły się produkty i potrawy i już nie były uzupełniane.

Schone appartement, alles aanwezig. Parkeren voor € 12,00 per dag extra in de garage. Sleutel kamer en toegang garage gaan digitaal.

Residence molto moderno, con appartamenti dotati di tutto il necessario per un buon soggiorno. Abbiamo anche ricevuto un upgrade gratuito dato che le foto fornite da booking erano fuorvianti rispetto a quanto poi abbiamo trovato nell'appartamento. Lo staff è cordiale e disponibile.

La struttura in sè non ha nulla che non va, il mio voto sarebbe stato più alto. Purtroppo però una delle sere siamo stati svegliati poco dopo mezzanotte da un allarme antincendio. Molti ospiti, inclusi noi, si sono precipitati fuori mentre arrivavano i vigili del fuoco, l'emergenza è rientrata nel giro di mezz'ora. Durante l'emergenza, però, nessun membro dello staff si è premurato di darci alcuna indicazione su cosa fosse successo, nè tranquillizzarci, nè fare una conta di chi fosse presente e chi fosse rimasto dentro. Essere costretti a fuggire nel cuore della notte lasciando in stanza i propi effetti personali, non è un'esperienza piacevole; ciò nonostante nessuno dell'albergo si è palesato o ci ha fornito la minima spiegazione o indicazione. Poteva essere successo di tutto, ma a noi, lasciati per strada ad aspettare, nessuno ha detto nulla. Rientrati in hotel col permesso dei vigili del fuoco, lo staff si è comportato come se nulla fosse mai accaduto e, a richiesta di spiegazioni, il giorno dopo ci è stato detto che era un falso allarme. Diciamo che non è in un albergo del genere che vorrei essere durante una vera emergenza.

Het hotel ligt in een eind van de binnenstad van München maar die is snel te bereiken per S Bahn. De kamers zijn heel comfortabel, goed geoutilleerd -- het flesje afwasmiddel is zó cute dat ik het heb gejat ;-) -- en stijlvol vormgegeven. De douche is fantastisch en het ontbijt is uitstekend, met veel vers fruit, verse groenten en hummus. (Alleen de eieren waren te hardgekookt.) De receptie is 24/7 bezet en behulpzaam. Heel handig zijn ook de wasmachines. Wat ik bovendien sympathiek vond is dat het hotel ook onderdak biedt aan bouwvakkers, die in de buurt werkzaam zijn: hun aanwezigheid voegt wat 'couleur locale' toe.

Het uitzicht (ik had een kamer aan de buitenkant) is bepaald niet romantisch: een parkeerplaats. Dat is niet erg, maar ik miste vitrage -- om in m'n blootje te kunnen rondlopen zonder een exhibitionist te lijken. Onder het onderlaken lag, zo te voelen, een matrasbeschermer. Dat is natuurlijk hygiënisch maar het voelde soms een beetje zweterig.

Zeer ruime appartement kamer. Tv in kamer deed het niet. Medewerker Otmane kwam kijken en regelde andere kamer. Ook daar zelfde probleem. Wederom andere kamer. Hier functioneerde alles. Hr Otmane was vriendelijk, correct, geduldig en zeer behulpzaam!

Er werd geen toeristische info over München en omgeving gegeven.

Dobrá lokalita s dostupnosťou do centra vlakom. Možnosť parkovať v garáži, aj keď sa tam moje auto so strešným boxom nezmestilo (max. výška do 2m). Priestranná izba s kuchynkou.

Online check-in na stránke nefungoval, museli sme robiť check-in cez tablet na recepcii. Posteľné matrace boli príliš mäkké. V kuchynke by sa hodilo viac príborov a tanierov. V izbe bolo trochu viac prachu. Chýbali potreby na upratovanie v izbe a kúpelni (handra, metla, čistiace prostriedky). Malý výber na raňajkách. Mali sme 2 izby vedľa seba spojené dverami, ale ani po 3 prosbách na otvorenie nám neboli otvorené, pritom nám recepčná hovorila, že ich technik otvoril.

Klimaanlage kühlt nicht ausreichend, die Betten waren bequem ,aber durch die Schutzfolie wird der Körper immer heißer und man fühlt sich wie in einer Klinik.

Le petit-déjeuner pourrait être amélioré. Il serait appréciable d'ajouter davantage d'options végétaliennes (vegan) afin de répondre aux différents régimes alimentaires.

Die Unterkunft war sauber und man hatte alles, was man brauchte. Selbst Besteck, ein Kühlschrank und eine Mikrowelle gab es.

Wir hatten leider nicht genügend Handtücher bei unserem 2. Aufenthalt.

Hotel an sich super

Besteck in einem Apartment und auch Geschirr muss seit Neustem SELBST mitgebracht werden. Feueralarm mitsamt Großeinsatz ging mitten in der Nacht los, keinerlei Informationen oder Hilfe durch Personal, weder nachts noch am nächsten Morgen gab es hierzu Informationen oder eine Entschuldigung. Auch eine Durchsage oder Ähnliches ist nicht erfolgt. Erholungseffekt gleich Null, Schlaf gleich Null Zudem haben wir im Austausch mit anderen Gästen mit Behinderungen/Einschränkungen erfahren, dass diesen nicht geholfen wurde. Im Ernstfall eine Katastrophe.

Das Frühstück war lecker und die Handtücher waren hochwertig. Die Möglichkeit Wäsche zu waschen und zu trocknen war auch hilfreich.

Die Sauberkeit, die Lage, ein sehr schönes Hotel für ein Zwischenstopp

Wir sind als Familie mit zwei Kindern angereist, bei der Anreise um 23.00 Uhr war die Dame an der Rezeption extrem unfreundlich! Sie versuchte uns zu überzeugen, dass wir im falschen Hotel angekommen sind, nur weil sie unsere Buchung von sogar zwei Studios in ihrem System nicht finden konnte. Das hat dann 40 min gedauert, bis diese Dame uns überhaupt die Zimmer eingeteilt hat, und dann auch noch nicht wie ich gebucht habe, ein Studio Deluxe und ein normales Studio, bekommen haben wir dann einfach zwei normale Studios! Einfach leider nur enttäuschend, und die Managerin war am nächsten Tag wegen Meatings überhaupt nicht zu erreichen, um diese Angelegenheit dann noch einfach vor Ort zu besprechen und zu klären

es wird nur mehr alle 7 Tage gereinigt, das personal weiß nicht welches zimmerwelche kategorie hat, welches zimer wie ausgerichtet ist. wir sind 3 mal überiedelt. Auf der Rückseite des Hotels ist eine unglaublich laute Baustelle die auch am Samstag arbeitet. Diese Zimmer müssten extrem verbilligt abgegben werden. Bezüglich Reinigung war das Personal nicht im geringsten kompromissbereit. unglaublich! eigentlich wäre es super weil die zimmer eben auch kühlschrank habe aber die Erfahrung mit dem Großteil der Mitarbeiter ist unglaublich. Service ist hier einfach nicht existent

Enostaven check-in, ker je na recepciji vedno nekdo prisoten. Delujoča klima, ki se da ponoči nastaviti na minimalno glasnost. Čisto. Zatemnitev na oknih. Ponoči zelo mirno. Mikrovalovna pečica in grelnik vode. Prostoren hladilnik.

Nobenega pribora, krožnika ali posodice. Parkiranje v garaži za doplačilo 12 eur.

Pokój bardzo fajny, czysty. Obiekt ma blisko przystanki komunikacji miejskiej (różnego rodzaju), co ułatwia transport do miasta. Blisko znajduje się supermarket.

Śniadania bardzo ubogie, mały wybór.

Ich war sehr zufrieden. Alles war sehr sauber und modern eingerichtet. Die Zimmer waren schön gestaltet und sehr komfortabel.

ヨーロッパを車で旅行する道中に利用しました。駐車場も広くて、セキュリティ対策が完璧でしたので、とても安心でした。部屋はとても清潔で快適でした。朝食の種類も豊富で、味も最高でした。

Location - 7 minutes walk to the closest train stop, 20 minutes train ride away from Munich Central. There is only a breakfast restaurant in the hotel but there is a small snack bar in the hotel and restaurants within walking distance. Hotel is catered to all types of groups. Room is clean and I kept it clean even though it was cleaned every 7 days.

While I liked the hotel facing the terrace, it could get noisy at night with people hanging out and talking loudly in the terrace. On Friday night, there was a group of people in the terrace until late 2am / 3am.

Appartement-hotel was gelegen in een rustige omgeving, dichtbij het station. Ruime kamer met goede airco.

De hoeveelheid bestek in de la (alleen 2 lepels) is erg mager.

The receptionist was very nice. She went above and beyond. I think her name was Caroline.

The air-conditioning has a limit. It could have been a little cooler in the room. (I was there in the summer and it was exceptionally hot during that summer)

Jammern auf hohem Niveau: Wir hatten kein Frühstück gebucht und uns morgens einen Kaffee bestellt. Am Abreisetag (Sonntag) hiess es dann: Keine Bohnen mehr, Kaffe nur beim / mit Frühstück. Dann gab es eben keinen…

Das Personal ist unfassbar nett und hilfsbereit, das Zimmer und das Hotel an sich allgemein sehr ordentlich.

Einfach alles, gute Lage mit Bus Verbindung direkt vor der Tür. Angestellte und Kunden waren alle sehr freundlich, die Zimmer super geschnitten sauber und ordentlich. Bin einfach nur begeistert, falls ich wieder mal nach München fahren sollte, werde ich nur noch hierher kommen.

We had a very pleasant stay! We booked 4 rooms, and all of them were modern, spacious, and extremely clean. The staff was very attentive and welcoming, and the breakfast was great, with everything you could possibly need to start the day. Parking was also excellent and very convenient. Overall, it offers great value for money and highly recommended !

A minor note: 2 of our rooms were located at the back of the hotel facing a construction site with some noise starting early in the morning. Since we were leaving early every day, it didn't bother us much.

Pas de seconde chaise dans une chambre double, certains couverts manquaient. Tarif du petit déjeuner un peu cher pour ce qui est proposé. Hôtel n accepte pas les paiements en espèces même si vous voulez juste un petit café.

The beds were very comfortable, the room was very clean, and the hotel was modern and well maintained. We also appreciated the friendly and helpful staff.

The only downside was the TV in the room. It only displayed the hotel’s own information, so it was not possible to watch regular TV channels, movies, TV series, or football.

Sehr freundliches Personal. Gute Anbindung an die öffentlichen Verkehrsmittel. Alles top sauber.

Unser Zimmer lag leider direkt an einer Großbaustelle was die Ruhe etwas gestört hat.

Die Unterkunft war sauber und ordentlich. Das Frühstück war auch top.

Was uns gar nicht gefallen hat, war das man vom Bett aus in das Badezimmer schauen konnte. Bei Paaren ist das vielleicht noch in Ordnung, wir waren jedoch als Freunde dort und da muss man nicht sehen wie der andere aufs Klo geht oder sich beim duschen beobachten. An dem ersten Abend war das Personal nachts an der Rezeption nicht gerade freundlich und hilfsbereit sondern eher gelangweilt weil die Türe zum kleinen Einkaufs Shop nicht mehr ging. Es wäre bei längerer Anreise auch sehr informativ zu erwähnen das dort derzeit eine Baustelle ist und es unter der Woche zu großem Lärm kommt. Es gibt leider auch keine Rollos nur Vorhänge mit dem das Zimmer sich leider nicht komplett verdunkeln lässt. Blöd fanden wir auch , das es keine gratis Parkplätze gab sondern nur mit Ticket für 12 € pro Tag.

Very nice property, staff were lovely and super helpful. Area was quiet and location was great, bus stop across the road and a station about a 5 minute walk away. Really close to a big shopping centre, only 5-10 minutes on the bus. The room was lovely, bed was very comfortable. The lobby had a big tv that we watched the World Cup on with other guests, great vibe. Outdoor seating area was also really nice.

Only downside is the hob didn’t work, not sure if it was user error but we weren’t that desperate for it so didn’t bother asking for help, and definitely not a deal breaker. Staff would’ve definitely helped if we’d asked.

Lage und Sauberkeit waren OK. Ansonsten fällt mir nicht viel gutes ein.

Das 7 Monate zuvor gebuchte Zimmer war unter fadenscheinigen Ausreden plötzlich nicht mehr verfügbar, eine Zimmer ohne die Inhalte wegen denen wir das Hotel gebucht hatten wurde uns angeboten.

Das Zimmer war für 2 Personen ausreichend und gut.

Matratzen viel viel zu weich man fiel fast runter, Frühstück war kaum eine Chance auf Semmeln, wir wurden direkt beim check in darum gebeten im Zimmer zu frühstücken da es voll ist. (Wir haben im März gebucht) 🤭. Eine Küche war im Zimmer leider nur ohne Geschirr u Besteck nutzlos. Handtücher war für 1 Person da aber nicht für 2. Der Vorhang der Dusche dürfte auch mal gewechselt werden denn der schimmelte schon enorm

Alles war sauber, die Betten waren bequem, man kam gut mit der Bahn in die Stadt und es war ruhig. Das Frühstück war für den Preis auch gut, es fehlte nichts.

Es gab viele Silberfische. Die tun zwar nichts, aber im Bett ist es wirklich nicht schön.

Pokój był czysty i komfortowy, personel był miły i pomocny, a zameldowanie przebiegło szybko i bez problemów. Dobra lokalizacja oraz spokojna okolica były dodatkowym atutem.

Nie mam większych zastrzeżeń. Pobyt przebiegł zgodnie z oczekiwaniami.

التكييف ضعيف والغرفه حاره نوعا ما الافطار جدا بسيط ويتكرر كل يوم ،موقعه في منطفه منعزله ويبعده 28 دق مشي عن مول الريم

الغرف واسعه وفيه مطبخ صغير ونظيف ،يبعد 5 دقايق عن محطه القطار ،الخدمه ذاتيه يوجد غساله ملابس ومكوى ف اللوبي ، مناسب للإقامة يوم او يومين

I stayed at this hotel on a business trip, and it had everything I needed. Everything was great, except that I could see what was going on in other hotel rooms from my window—and vice versa—so I had to keep the curtains closed the whole time.

It may not be such a big drawback, but still, since I stayed at the hotel during the IFAT trade show, it was horribly overpriced.

La atención por parte del personal fue de 0. Me aloje en el hotel porque había perdido mi vuelo y era de las pocos lugares donde poder hospedarme, llego al hotel y eran incapaces de encontrar mi reserva, la cuál ya estaba pagada, finalmente después de 30 minutos de espera, me dieron la habitación. El buffet para el desayuno, comienza a las 6:30, pero al explicarles que tenía que salir a las 6:00 para poder coger mi siguiente vuelo, les rogué que me pusieran un picnic para desayunar, puesto que el desayuno ya lo tenia pagado. En el baño me salieron varias arañas. La cama de matrimonio son 2 camas juntas.

Parkgarage dazu gebucht. Bezahlt und als ich das Auto laden wollte waren alle Stationen außer Betrieb. Hotelpersonal meinte am Samstag das der Haustechniker erst Montag wieder kommt. War echt doof!
