Reviewed Sep 9, 2026The free entertainment in the lobby was a major highlight for unwinding at the end of the day. Also good since the rooms are small. The staff was so nice and helpful. You really get to know them with the set up. The iron/steam room was amazing! We need this at more hotels. 2 blocks from train station which was an easy and safe walk. And a 20 minute ride to old town Munich. The housekeeper tucked in our child’s stuffy’s one day and she thought that was great.
Small rooms so enjoy the lobby. No closet but can ask for a wardrobe/clothing rack and hangers.

Preis zu hoch. Keine (!) Ablageflächen für Bekleidung, nur zwei Wandhaken einer davon herausgerissen. Bei diesem Preis ist das zu wenig. Raucherecke des Personals unter den Gästezimmern - sorgt morgens für gute Stimmung.

Reviewed Aug 25, 2026Absolutely loved my stay! Super cozy rooms, stylish lobby, and amazing staff—Eleonora at the front desk was especially standout! Food and coffee were great, and getting to the city center or train stations is super straightforward from here. Aside from the room carpet needing a slightly better vacuum, everything was clean, and the check-in gift was such a nice surprise. Will definitely book again next time!
Just that the room carpet needed a slightly better hoovering. Other than that, everything was perfect!

De bedden lagen alsof er al iemand in doorgezakt was. Dat was niet zo fijn, ook de hoeslakens gaan al snel van de matrassen af en kom je op het matras zelf te liggen. Niet zo heel fris! Badkamer erg klein maar wel schoon!

Direkt nach der Ankunft im Zimmer wurde penetrant geklopft. Mir wurde fälschlicherweise unterstellt, ich hätte nicht gezahlt, obwohl die Buchung komplett über Booking.com abgewickelt war. Das Personal versuchte mehrfach, interne Unstimmigkeiten bezüglich der Booking-Tarife auf mich abzuwälzen und verlangte, ich solle mich darum kümmern. Selbst nach Vorzeigen des Abbuchungsbelegs wurde ich weiter belästigt, sogar beim Check-out ging das Thema von vorne los. Massive Verletzung der Privatsphäre: Jeden Tag wurde an meiner Tür geklopft, obwohl ich nur meine Ruhe wollte. Der Höhepunkt: Am Abreisetag (Check-out bis 12:00 Uhr) schloss das Personal um 10:02 Uhr einfach meine Zimmertür auf und stand im Raum, während ich noch im Bett lag obwohl ich vorher laut „Nein!“ gerufen hatte. Das Zimmer hatte schätzungsweise 18 °C und dauerhaften Zugluftstrom. Die Klimaanlage ließ sich nicht richtig ausschalten. Auf Nachfrage hieß es nur, man solle das Fenster aufmachen, um Wärme reinzulassen. Erst am zweiten Abend wurde es halbwegs erträglich. Defekte Services & schlechtes Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis: Die angebotenen kostenlosen Getränke (Wasser/Saft zu bestimmten Zeiten) funktionierten nicht. Für diesen völlig überhöhten Preis bekommt man hier absolut keinen Service, sondern nur Ärgernis. Nie wieder!

Reviewed Aug 2, 2026Das Frühstück ist TOP sehr viel Auswahl und sehr schön angerichtet das ganze. Die Mitarbeiter waren sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Danke nochmals das wir das Zimmer im letzten Stock hatten. Vielen Dank und weiter so. :-)
Mir hat wirklich alles gefallen, das Frühstück ist sehr gut und die Auswahl ist TOP. Das einzige Manko ist das Bügeleisen im 4 Stock es funktioniert nicht richtig wie es sollte. ansonsten ein TOP Hotel und die Lage Perfekt, da wir auf das Greenfield Festival waren. Danke

Reviewed Jul 17, 2026Das Personal war sehr freundlich u. hilfsbereit. Das Zimmer war sauber, mit einer Klimaanlage ausgestattet und wir konnten auf der Matratze ausgezeichnet schlafen. Das Frühstücksbuffet war ausreichend vielfältig im Angebot. Man kann bis abends 22 Uhr im Hotel auch sehr gut essen, wobei die Karte eine tolle Abwechslung bietet. Man kann die S-Bahnstation Riem zu Fuß in 10-15 min erreichen, wobei es auch eine Bus-Haltestelle direkt vorm Hotel gibt. So ist man recht zügig in der Innenstadt.

Kahvaltısı yetersiz. Haşlanmış yumurta yok en basiti, ekmekler çok iyi değil, özellikle Almanya için. Temizlik için bir gece önce haber vermeniz gerekiyor.

Reviewed Jul 3, 2026For anyone who is unfamiliar with the Moxy brand, it can be pretty barebones for room amenities, but that’s how they keep their nightly rates so low for guests. It really is a great value here what you get for your money. Stayed here a few nights to get acclimated to the time zone just before a work conference. There was a music festival ongoing down the street so the crowd was an interesting mix of people. The room AC was quite nice and cold which is really nice when you are staying in town for a late June heat wave. This hotel was running a fun fitness challenge for Sundays only - show them you walked 10,000 steps and you get a free beverage from the bar.

Reviewed Jun 3, 2026I cannot say enough good things about Moxy Munich Messe. To start, the staff was outstanding. Everyone that we encountered during our 15 day stay was super friendly and very helpful. The hotel is super clean and located a short walk to the Riem S Bahn. From the Riem station, it takes around 15 minutes to get to the Marienplatz. There is a bar and restaurant with a great selection of food and beer. The restaurant stops serving food at 10:00 PM and the bar stays open all night. We stayed in a family room and found the room very spacious with everything we would need in a hotel room. I would highly recommend this hotel. It did not disappoint.

Szczególne podziękowania kierujemy do pani Sary, której życzliwość, profesjonalizm i zaangażowanie sprawiły, że nasz wyjazd był naprawdę wyjątkowy. Pokoje były czyste, przytulne i bardzo wygodne. Z całego serca polecamy to miejsce każdemu, kto ceni wysoką jakość usług i świetną atmosferę.

Reviewed May 26, 2026Ich war zu kurz da, um das beurteilen zu können. Einen Punkt gibt es für das Bemühen des Personals und die kostenfreie Stornierung.
Durch Entscheidung wird ab 1. Mai die Heizung von der Heizoption auf Kühlen umgestellt. Im Zimmer waren es 17 Grad, so ist es voreingestellt, (draußen 5 Grad Tiefstemperatur, so dass auch das Lüften keine Option war) was zum Schlafen OK wäre, aber wir wollten 5 Tage bleiben und insofern uns auch im Zimmer aufhalten, dafür war es zu kalt. Ein Umstellen durch das Personal ist nicht möglich!! Leider gab es wegen der Umstände, um 23:30 Uhr noch ein Zimmer zu suchen und das Hotel zu wechseln keinerlei Entschädigung, noch nicht mal ein Getränk während der Onlinesuche an der Rezeption.

Reviewed Mar 17, 2026Paid less than EUR 60. For that, we got free parking, a welcome drink, a nice quiet room that was pristinely clean, a cup of coffee and a late check-out. And all of that with a smile from check-in to check-out. If that isn't great value for money, I don't konw what is. There isn't much to be said about the Moxy rooms as they are pretty much standard in any Moxy. Small, clean and everything you need for a one night stay. WLAN works, bath is well equipped and - most important - the hotel is located on a quiet street so you get a good nights sleep. Will certainly return.

Reviewed Feb 24, 2026I stay at Moxy hotels around the world at least three times per year and usually enjoy the brand. However, this was my first time at Moxy Munich Messe, and unfortunately, it was very disappointing. When we arrived, the toilet seat was dirty, which immediately gave a bad first impression. The conditioner in the shower was empty, and there were towels prepared for only one person even though we were two guests. I understand and support sustainability policies, including not cleaning the room every day. However, basic amenities should still be replenished. During our stay, toiletries were not refilled, and we had to repeatedly ask for items that should have been provided automatically. Additionally, the towels were very small and not sufficient for two people. Overall, this stay did not meet the usual Moxy standards I am accustomed to, and I left feeling very disappointed.
