El check out es a las 11. No tenían posibilidad de late check out. Y tampoco lugar para dejar el equipaje seguro. En ese sentido, es mejor para viajes de ocio y no de trabajo.

This truly felt like a home away from home. The accommodation was cozy, spotless, and incredibly welcoming. The staff were very kind and accommodating, they even messaged us the day before our arrival to ask what time we expected to arrive, hoping they might be able to arrange an earlier check-in. For a very reasonable fee, we were also able to do a load of laundry, which was greatly appreciated during our travels. The thoughtful service and attention to detail made our stay even more enjoyable. We would happily stay here again and highly recommend it to others

Un poco cochino estuvimos 4 días 3 noches y ni siquiera cambiaron las toallas Llegamos y habían pelos en el baño

Excelente hospedaje ! El hotel es hermoso, todo en el tema del Antártico. Se nota que la dueña le pone mucho cariño para que quede lo más lindo para sus huéspedes. La habitación era muy linda, sensilla pero con mucho gusto. Las camas muy cómodas, el baño limpio y moderno. A la mañana nos esperaba un desayuno riquísimo, dulce y salado. Fueron tan amables de permitirnos dejar nuestras mochilas para pasear durante el día. 100% recomendable!

Es un hostal muy bien situado en una calle bien tranquila. Buen desayuno, habitaciones muy comfortables y muy buen trato recibido por parte del personal del hostal.

Literally 2min walk to the bus station.I arrived late in the evening,but someone was waiting for me.Warm room,which I appreciate after coming from the cold out.Comfortable huge bed,clean room,hot water.I had to leave very early for my tour and they prepared me breakfast bad to take.I recommend the place!!!

Lo que más me gustó del alojamiento fue su excelente ubicación, muy céntrica, la comodidad de la cama y la linda decoración del lugar.

Como sugerencia faltó un clóset o espacio para poder guardar la ropa más cómodamente

La cama es grande y cómoda. El personal amable y te puedes comunicar bien con ellas.

El baño no olía muy bien, y los azulejos de la ducha un poco rotos y no muy bien conservados. El tamaño de la habitación muy escaso, no podíamos abrir las maletas en el suelo.

Me gusto la calidad de atención de las personas que allí trabajan incluyendo a su dueña. El hostal es cercano a 15 minutos del centro caminando.

Wir wurden herzlich empfangen , obwohl es schon Mitternacht war . Am Morgen genossen wir ein gutes Frühstück. Alles war sauber , die Betten waren bequem.Man geht nur ca. 15 Min. Ins Zentrum.

Staff molto gentili e premurosi (check-in fuori orario, 12:30 pm, gentilissimi e senza costi aggiuntivi); colazione molto buona con extra a richiesta preparati al momento dal giovane ragazzo molto premuroso ed educato; arredamento e colori della struttura; posizione ridettò al centro, ai musei , al porto, alla Cerveceria Austral; servizio chiamata Taxi a 10.000 pesos cileni ( gradito), negozi per mangiare vicini. Bella area colazione e relax.

La mattina se si ha la sfortuna di alzarsi dopo di quelli che partono presto per fare gite,diciamo che si sentono tutti i rumori: voci , porte che si aprono e si chiudono, colazioni e cucina, le stanze non sono molto isolate acusticame. A parte questo aspetto, il quartiere e’ tranquillo e permette notti riposanti. Materasso buono e doppia scelta di cuscini. La nostra camera un po’ piccola, suggerisco qualche appendino in più alle pareti per giacche e abiti.

Excelente atención, llegamos muy tarde y nos esperaron con muy buena disposición.

la ubicación es cercana al terminal de buses y centro de la ciudad. Destaco la limpieza y silenciosa de la casa.

Al frente del hostal hay un local nocturno que mete mucha bulla. Sin embargo esto fue porque abrimos la ventana ya que la calefacción estaba muy intensa.

All the good things people said about them in the previous reviews are 100% accurate, including them very nicely packing me a lunch when I left ridiculously early to get up to Torres del Paine.

Everybody at the Hostal was super friendly and helpful. The room and the bathroom -- wonderful. The breakfast very yummy. The location is perfect as the Hostal was very close to downtown. Highly recommended! A+++++++++++

El personal un encanto, muy amables, buena disposición siempre.

La cama estan con los resortes hacia fuera y el colchón ya con los hoyos de muco uso. Deberían invitar en cambiar los colchones.

Habitaciones muy cómodas y buena calidad precio. La dueña nos ayudó con un detalle muy bueno de adelantar el desayuno.

la chambre est très petite, mal insonorisée, on a du mal à circuler à 2, encore moins pour ouvrir les valises. Le petit-déjeuner est passable servi sans lait, sans fruits et sans confiture, sans beurre.

La chambre, toute petite, offre peu de place pour le rangement. Un cintre pour 2 personnes est juste. Pas de sèche-cheveux dans la chambre. Le petit-déjeuner est très moyen : manque de fruits frais.

El desayuno

El hostal es muy cómodo y bonito, tal como se muestra en las fotos. Nos permitieron usar la cocina para la once, lo que fue un gran plus, y todas las habitaciones estaban calentitas, ideal para descansar bien. La amabilidad de Patricia y Ivette se destaca.Como recomendación, sería excelente que contaran con secador de pelo, pero en general todo estuvo perfecto. ¡Muy recomendable!

Lo cálido del lugar

Nos costó un poco coincidir con la recepcionista el día que llegamos, pero no fue mucho rato el que tuvimos que esperar.

Limpio, temperatura muy agradable. Cama cómoda, mucha agua sale de la ducha y caliente.

Me hizo falta mas luz en el dormitorio. Personalmente me gusta la luz fría.

El lugar es super céntrico, muy limpio y ordenado todo, el personal muy amable y servicial en todo momento.

La cercanía a varios lugares, también la tranquilidad

Cuando llegamos la habitación estaba fría, nos tuvieron que cambiar. También el aseo no era de lo mejor, al segundo día por la tarde me preguntaron si queríamos aseo en la habitación ( para mi era obvio ) Tuvimos que comprar papel higiénico dado que solo lo cambiaron una vez.

The staff were knowledgeable and friendly. Some spoke better English than others, but still very accommodating. Breakfast was good with yoghurt, granola, cake and either ham and cheese toastie or eggs.

The bed was too soft for our liking and it was on wheels and had no headboard. The dog barking outside was not continuous but was loud when he did bark and he was right outside our window.

The staff were very friendly and helpful. Patricia helped a lot with information to our last minute visit to the Magdalena Island. The hostel is very comfortable and clean. It is also located close to the city center and a walking distance from most of the relevant places.

The staff was welcoming, and the cozy room featured a very comfortable bed. For guests planning travel by bus, it is 1 block from the Bus Fernandez station. It is an easy 10 minute walk to the restaurant district.

My room was on the first floor next to an ally, and I could smell garbage apparently stored there. Also, the shower stall and curtain had visible mildew. Since it is a hostal, I was not suprised to hear snoring from a nearby room.

Cleaningness could improve, and the air freshness in the room as well. Also the room is quite small.

Reception was very nice. Gave us cups for water without even asking. Not much of an area for cooking FYI. There is a fridge though. Private room with private bath. The bath is huge!! And nicer than I expected. Towels provided. There was also a small closet area in our room. The breakfast set up was great!! We got asked what time we wanted breakfast and fruit / juice was set up at the table when we came down. There were also eggs or ham cheese sandwich offered. Reception does close at 11pm (23:00) but they messaged and asked when we would be arriving. Free luggage storage also. Would definitely recommend and stay again .

It's tucked away and can be hard to find. The location is ok. ~10 minute walk from Bus Sur station, but there's not much around it.

Friendly staff accommodated us with a late check-in and prepared a box lunch to go since we had an early checkout. Rooms were clean, cozy, and comfortable.

Very friendly staff. Great communication prior to my arrival and even during the stay. Lovely breakfast, and prepared a boxed lunch for a fee for an excursion. The room was great, warm and very comfortable. Id definitely stay here again.

Clean, welcoming hostel. We had a private queen room. Breakfast was nice, and when we left earlier than breakfast they made us a box lunch (ham/cheese sandwich, granola bar, juice). Staff was all very friendly. Distance is walkable, but not "right in the middle" but you can get most places within 15 min walk.

Very clean, comfortable and cozy feel. A short walk from the bus sur and buses Fernández terminals. A quiet location where we felt safe and well cared for by the staff. The beds were very comfortable and the breakfast was delicious!

Not enough space to open our suitcases in the room so it was a tight squeeze to pack and unpack.

The staff was attentive and kind.

The cleaning was deficient: hairs from previous clients in the bed, a lot of dust in the room and the floor. We though this might be a mistake. We requested to change the sheets and clean the room. However, they gave us clean sheets and we did our own bed, but the room the second night of our stay was still dirty.

The wifi fails on the first stay, but on the second it worked well. Comfortable room, good bathroom and Netflix, Youtube. Breakfast is simple but complete. Shopping and dining on foot.

Room was hot and window opened into a driveway so was noisy with people coming in to park at night however once they were all in it was quiet.

The receptionist, Karen (apologies if wrong spelling) was friendly and helpful in giving recommendations and helping us book a taxi. The shower and bed were comfortable. The place was clean and well decorated. Secure place.

The size of breakfast could be a bit larger and offer milk - a small thing, overall wonderful stay.

Everything was great! Good breakfast, comfortable bed and room, location very close to the city center, the staff is really nice… very good experience. It’s a very walkable city, but if you want to even shorten your arrival time, Buses Fernandez terminal is “just around the corner”, while the other ones are 10+ minutes walk. Or of course, a quick taxi or Uber.
