Teníamos una excursión antes del horario de desayuno y el personal nos preparó unas cajitas con el desayuno para llevar 😃. La habitación amplia y con camas muy cómodas. Fui con mi mamá y quedó fascinada con la historia del palacio y el museo.
Todo fue excelente 👌

Quarto silencioso durante a noite, mas na manhã se escuta a passagem de pessoas no corredor. O banheiro poderia ser melhor. Houve uma pequeno erro na hora do checkout e cobrança do imposto, resolvido de maneira rápida e fácil, mas um dia depois da saída da hospedagem.

Reviewed Jul 7, 2026Location in central punta is great. Charming hotel with a lot of history. Staff were very freindly. and helfpful. Nice and relaxing bar. Breakfast was very nice - the smoked salmon was fantastic.
Normally on the expensive side for lacking other facilities like a pool, but we got a deal when we arrived that was off peak season. Not always sure it could justify the price in peak season.

Located in the very city centre, it was also incredibly convenient for me. I will happily return there when I am back in Punta Arenas.

Reviewed Apr 14, 2026Séjour gâché par le VOL des notre argent pris dans nos sacs laissés dans la chambre fermée. Situation inadmissible pour un établissement de cette catégorie. De la compatissance mièvre de la part de la direction qui doit mettre en œuvre "tous ses moyens pour trouver" la personne coupable au sein du personnel... facilement identifiable grâce aux caméras dans l'hôtel. Impossible pour nous de donner mieux que 1 pour essayer de relever les qualites de l'établissement, car on nous oppose le fait de ne rien pouvoir demander et devons laisser les policiers faire leurs investigations!!! On sait ce que cela veut dire... rien ne sera fait et le coupable sera bien plus riche après notre passage. Le seul mot qui nous vient c'est le dégoût de ne pas pouvoir se sentir en sécurité. A fuir pour ne pas subir ce sentiment de viol.

Reviewed Mar 24, 2026The building is beautiful. The suites on the 3rd floor are lovely--Do NOT get the suite or a room on the second floor. Breakfast was good. The restaurant was surprisingly good, if you could laugh at the over the top descriptions. And the Location is perfect--if you bring earplugs.
We booked on Booking.com, for 2 suites shown as high ceiling large rooms. One of the suites was for friends. After our stay we found out their room had very short ceilings, a much much smaller suite (small), an odd floor plan where when you walked you you faced into the closet. We were very embarrassed at the end of the trip once we saw their room and then they saw ours. During booking there was no hint that both rooms were not the same large, high ceiling suites. Last although the location is ideal, unfortunately the local souped up cars with loud exhaust race and rev their engines every night until 2 to 3 AM making some of the rooms very noisy.

El desayuno podría ser mejor. Pocas opciones. El café no es muy bueno o no esta bien preparado. Lo mantienen en viejos termos y solo tienen un tipo de café.
