Prachtige ligging aan het einde van de baai, mooi zwembad, strand supergoed onderhouden. Het personeel was erg vriendelijk en behulpzaam. Boot tot aan het hotel was eenvoudig te regelen via het hotel. Degelijk restaurant.

L'arrivée en bateau à bord du pagoda ferry (même si ça secouait beaucoup)+ courte marche (5 min) sur le sable blanc jusqu'à l'hôtel. Le service 5 étoiles, l'accueil souriant, très chaleureux de l'ensemble du personnel (réception, restauration, etc.) qui a été aux petits soins durant tout notre séjour et en particulier l'aide précieuse apportée en amont, pour la réservation des billets de ferry A/R et le trajet en taxi pour rejoindre l'autre terminal de ferry au retour. Super communication, tout était parfait. Le cadre : plage superbe, propre, sable blanc et fin, encore sauvage sur sa partie nord, c'est très calme. Possibilité de louer des kayak et paddle. Le restaurant : on ne s'est pas aventurés sur l'île à la nuit tombée, on a donc diné 3 soirs de suite sur place. Large choix de plats, très bonne cuisine. On est servis rapidement. On a eu une petite déconvenue avec l'un des plats et on en a fait part à l'équipe qui a très bien géré le pb. Possibilité de louer des scooters (idéal pour parcourir l'île de long en large).

Mais, j'ai quand même été un peu déçue… Notre chambre, bien que donnant sur la plage, était finalement plutôt sommaire. Un grand bloc de béton ciré, pas très chaleureux. Le lit grinçait, l'interrupteur pour les abats-jours était loin du lit, à peine une petite tablette murale en guise de table de nuit. Pas de chaise, ni de petit bureau ou table. Seulement une grande étagère murale et une méridienne (qui a servi de repose valise!). La salle de bain était très mal éclairée, très sombre, tout en longueur, sans séparation pour les toilettes (un petit muret aurait été le bienvenu, il y a la place); il y avait bien un petit portant dans la salle de bain et des cintres mais aucune étagère pour poser ses vêtements. Pour info, la douche est en extérieur (perso, j'aime bien) mais le revers de la médaille est que c'est pas tout nickel, c'est tout le temps encombré de feuilles (saison des pluies oblige) + il y a bcp de moustiques (qui entrent dans la sdb dès que l'on ouvre la porte). Et pourquoi diable mettre une baignoire ? Question gestion de l'eau, ce n'est pas top, top. Le buffet du PDJ est très sommaire et pas du tout aux standards de ce type d'hôtel; les "viennoiseries" sont toutes molles, le café est sur son réchaud en permanence. Mais il y a la possibilité de commander à la carte l'un des 4 ou 5 menus proposés et du café (latte, capuccino, etc.) et là c'est plutôt bien. Les chaises du restaurant sont très (très) inconfortables (tout comme les transats de la plage, un peu vieillots, dont les matelas sont déchirés par endroit). Bref, on imagine que cet établissement a eu son heure de gloire mais que tout a un peu (mal) vieilli...

Tutto!! Posto tranquillo e rilassante ( a parte i bambini/ genitori che urlano) ma quello non è colpa dell’ albergo ma delle persone!!! Cibo ottimo, personale gentilissimo e disponibile per qualsiasi informazione. Pulizia e camere bellissime. sup e canoe e lettini a disposizione

The property is fairly secluded to maybe not that much to do of an evening if you are looking for something more lively.

L’emplacement , pagoda beach est une plage propre et très préservée ce qui n’est peas toujours le cas dans l’île. Hébergement confortable les pieds dans l’eau. Personnel sympathique, très bon restaurant , carte variée. Packet et canoë à disposition

Un buffet de petit déjeuner comme dans un hôtel économique avec petit plus 1 plat à choisir de bonne qualité. Decoration minimaliste des chambres, ce n’est pas la priorité visiblement dommage car pour le prix (100 à 130 euros par nuit) on s’attend à une belle décoration Taxi ou tuk tuk cher pour se rendre à Longset beach coeur animé de l’île

El personal fue excelente, siempre dispuestos y profesionales, resolviendo todo con amabilidad y de forma eficaz. La ubicación es de ensueño, probablemente la mejor de la isla. Las habitaciones muy cómodas y todo muy limpio. La comida del restaurante excelente y a muy buen precio. Sin duda alguna de todo nuestro viaje por Camboya este ha sido el mejor alojamiento en todos los sentidos.

The property location is 15 second walk to the sea and the beautiful beach. The staff are very attentive and caring towards the guests .

Hübsche Häuschen am saubersten und schönsten Strand von Koh Rong. Das Personal war super freundlich, hat sich um die Fährtickets gekümmert, und ich konnte unkompliziert einen Roller mieten (ist empfehlenswert, um die Insel zu erkunden).

Genug Mückenspray einpacken! Es gibt Sandfliegen.

Tranquil paradise

Nous avons passé un super séjour avec nos ados. Il n'y avait presque personne, car c'était la saison de pluie. Mais nous n' avons pas eu de pluie.

The worst part of the whole hotel for me was the restaurant. Breakfast is included in the price, but it’s very basic. There are even some options that you have to pay extra for, which is quite surprising considering how expensive the hotel is overall and how simple the breakfast is. On top of that, the quality wasn’t great either, as I got food poisoning after eating Eggs Benedict on my first morning here. The regular menu is much better than the breakfast, that’s for sure, but it still felt a bit underwhelming, and unfortunately the food didn’t agree with my stomach. And the issue is that because this hotel is so remote there aren’t really other restaurants to choose from in the area so you have to eat here. The waiters in general were absolutely lovely, but there was one guy who was quite moody — one day he would be very friendly, and the next he would be quite rude. They also need to tone down the upselling, as one staff member was so persistent that it became quite annoying after a while. Also, they need to do something about the bats living in the shrubs next to the pool, which fly over it in the evening, as well as the stray dogs that wander onto the beach and approach guests.

Koh Rong as an island is so beautiful and I believe the location of the hotel is the best . its like you are on a private island, its really heaven . we used to wakeup always after the breafast time and always offered us the free breakfast , staff are great . Food can be better but still great experience.

We had the island tour on a rainy day, and considering the uncomfortable vehicle and the fact that we didn't even complete the full 4 hours, I feel the tour was overpriced and the price should be reconsidered.

L’hôtel se composent d une 20ene de bungalows, préférer les chambres 1 à 8 au fond plus confidentielles. La plage est très belle avec son sable blanc, possibilité de louer des scooters, on recommande lonely beach et le village de Touch. Au restaurant de l hôtel commander du crabe bleu au poivre vert ainsi que des crevettes, dîner en amoureux au bord de la plage dans un grand cœur de sable au bord de l’eau m, magique. Un grand merci à tout le personnel pour son extrême gentillesse et plus particulièrement à Sambo qui nous a conseillé et s est parfaitement occupé de nous. Le personnel de l hôtel, 4 fois par mois nettoie la plage d’à côté, où les bouteilles et les déchets des pêcheurs s amoncellent. Nous avons été très sensibles à cette initiative.

We hebben een heerlijk verblijf gehad in dit hotel. Leuk ingerichte kamers op het strand. Je loopt de hele dag met je voetjes in het zand. Het eten is heerlijk, het personeel is heel vriendelijk en behulpzaam en de massages waren ook top. Het hotel ligt op een hele rustige locatie op het eiland, maar je kunt een scooter huren bij het hotel waarmee je in no time op andere plekjes en strandjes bent. Een absolute aanrader!

Plage très proche et nettoyé tous les jours et même 2 fois par jour. L'hôtel se trouve dans une des plus belle plage au sable très blanc et dans un endroit très calme.

Perfect place to stay in Koh Rong. Absolute haven. Easy to hire a motorbike and discover the island for ourselves. The staff were so friendly and helpful and the sunrises couldn’t be beaten!

Das Hotel liegt am Ende des traumhaften Pagoda Beach. Dadurch gib es keinen Durchgangsverkehr, was sehr angenehm ist. Am weißen Sandstrand liegen SUPs und Kanus zur kostenlosen Benutzung. Die Zimmer (Deluxe am Strand) sind sehr groß mit tollem Ausblick auf den Strand und das Meer. Angenehm ist auch die Außendusche im Bad. Das Essen ist sehr lecker und es gibt eine tolle Auswahl, auch Vegetarier werden fündig. Am Strand wurde 2x wöchentlich ein Barbecue am Strand angeboten. Das freundlich und hilfsbereite Personal spricht gut Englisch. Besonders möchte ich mich bei Ravuth und dem Manager Saron für die tolle Hilfe bedanken. Wir mussten ins Krankenhaus auf der Insel und Saron ist mitgefahren und hat uns sehr unterstützt.

Etwas mehr Beleuchtung im Bad wäre angenehm.

Paradise on earth. Impressive property, fantastic beach, and superb staff. Very attentive from the moment I made the reservation until the departue, they assisted in setting up the ferry transfers and a surprise birthday celebration. Excellent communication, I can't wait to be back in this hotel. Fanstatic experience, great breakfast, big rooms with a beautiful view, 10/10.

This place is absolutely paradise. The location is perfect, close enough to easily get to the shops and restaurants but far enough it feels private. The room itself was immaculate, clean, comfortable and opened right onto the beach. I loved the outdoor bath/shower. The services offered are very helpful too. If you want to get to long set beach, they can book it for you for $5. There's a bioluminescent tour that leaves right from the beach at the hotel for $10. They have on site massages which was amazing. There is also a restaurant and bar so if you don't want to leather resort, everything you need is there. The beach itself is absolutely stunning, and set up with comfortable chairs, shade and boats you can use. There is a pool right on the beach. There is an outdoor gym as well. The staff were incredibly welcoming with true hospitality at all times. I enjoyed my stay and was sad to leave!

The Secret Garden is beautiful! An absolute paradise. Go there if you want to relax. Also the fire show on the beach was by far the most spectacular fire show I have ever seen.

This is the most beatiful, tranquil place I've ever stayed in. Rooms are great; waking up and stepping straight onto a 'guest only' beach is amazing. Free use of kayaks and paddleboards. Staff are very helpful, very polite and friendly. Lovely place.

Somewhere to buy snacks, ice cream, sweets etc would've been nice! The resort is lovely.

The beach and relaxing atmosphere. You could see everyone around us (and us) just relaxing and enjoying the water, the view. Kayaks and SUPs free to use. They organised the private tours for us, very convenient

Absolument parfait. Nous avons passé un séjour de rêve dans cet hôtel. Tout était parfait et nous n’avons absolument rien à redire. Les chambres (nous en avons eu 2 différentes au cours de notre séjour) étaient magnifiques et spacieuses. Le restaurant est excellent et propose un large choix, la soirée barbecue avec le spectacle de feu est à faire. Le personnel a tout fait pour nous aider à organiser notre séjour sur l’île et a été de super conseils. Ils proposent des services (tour de l’île, en bateau etc) qui étaient d’une grande qualité. Le personnel est très souriant et fera tout pour que vous passiez un excellent séjour. Enfin, la plage est paradisiaque. Ayant vu d’autres plages de l’île, on peut vous dire que celle de l’hôtel est un cran au-dessus. On peut y marcher très facilement, l’eau est cristalline, les kayaks sont un vrai plus et les transats sont confortables et bien espacés. Bref, un petit coin de paradis.

Einfach alles. In diesem Hotel lebt man im Paradies. Sowohl was den Service und das Hotel an sich angeht als auch die Umgebung und der Strand des Hotels. Jetzt weiß ich, dass das Paradies wirklich existiert :D

Es gibt rein gar nix zu beanstanden

Deluxe Double Room Beachfront: only about 8 of this type of accommodation at the resort, the view was just stunning. The bungalow was clean and offered enough space for us to unpack and enjoy our 3 days there. Enjoyed our meals: the service was a little slow at times but maybe I just need to be a little more patient – it is a place for you to totally unwind after all! There are around 5 or 6 other resorts between The Secret Garden and the pier so because this resort is furthest away, it offers the most privacy. You really felt you were on a little paradise island.

Le cadre est paradisiaque. La plaque est extrêmement propre et grande. Les transats sont espacés les uns des autres. Le petit déjeuner est très bon et il y a beaucoup de choix.

Nous nous sentons enfermé lorsque nous nous douchons ( la douche est à l'extérieur entre 4 murs ). La carte de restaurants est trop grande et il y a des plats non maîtrisés (par exemple : le lime juce est sans saveur alors que c'est un incontournable du Cambodge).

Très beau séjour. La plage est exceptionnelle et très propres ( par rapport à d’autres plages visités …). Les chambres avec vue mer sont magnifiques. L’hôtel est bien équipé (jeux, livres, salle de sport) et le personnel est très agréable. Une très belle expérience

Dans l’ensemble, le séjour était correct, mais je reste un peu mitigé. Au vu du prix payé, je m’attendais à une cuisine de meilleure qualité : les plats étaient corrects, mais pas vraiment mémorables ni à la hauteur du rapport qualité-prix. L’hôtel est également un peu excentré du centre, ce qui oblige à louer un scooter ou à réserver un tuk-tuk pour se déplacer. Les trajets sur l’île étant assez chers, on se retrouve finalement souvent à manger sur place.

Unique place. Quiet, elegant. Exceptionally clean both in the rooms and on the beach. The staff constantly collects leaves, cleans the environment, sifts the sand so that not a single stone remains. The food was excellent, beautifully presented. The staff is extremely helpful and kind. 100% recommended.

El hotel es el mejor situado de pagoda beach, con arena blanca, un paraíso. La amabilidad de todo el personal, la calidad de la comida. Y muy limpio. La habitación es muy cómoda y las vistas maravillosas con el mar enfrente y las tumbonas. El baño exterior me encantó...

El mobiliario de la habitación es sencillo, convenía una actualización. Así le pondría un 10.

Das Hotel liegt am schönsten Strand der Insel Koh Rong. Der private Strand ist traumhaft und schön angelegt, stabile Holzliegen mit guten Auflagen stehen in großzügigem Abstand zueinander. Der Pool war sauber und es gab auch dort genügend Liegen. Das Frühstück war für uns sehr gut,es gab ein Buffet mit frischem Obst,Müsli,Gebäck,Saft etc., und dann konnte man sich noch a la carte etwas dazu auswählen. Auch das Mittag-und Abendessen hat uns sehr geschmeckt,preislich wie überall auf der Insel zwar etwas höher angesetzt, aber immer frisch und geschmacklich toll. Hervorzuheben ist das Personal, sie waren alle so freundlich und nett,sie sind uns in den fünf Tagen unseres Aufenthaltes richtig ans Herz gewachsen.

Das wirklich einzige,was uns gar nicht gefallen hat,waren die Zimmer. Wir waren in einem beachfront-Zimmer und in einem gardenview-Zimmer untergebracht, und beide waren wirklich sehr abgewohnt. Sie müssten sehr dringend renoviert und gestrichen und einiges an Inventar erneuert werden. Sehr schade,und für diesen Preis auch nicht wirklich passend.

Herrliche Lage am Ende eines wunderschönen Sandstrandes. Sehr schöner Bungalow direkt am Meer.
