La colazione era sufficente ma non come gli standard per un resort.il primo giorno non era presente il buffet ma alla carte con molte limitazioni.

Die Lage ist perfekt, die neuen und sehr gepflegten Bungalows liegen direkt am Strand, teilweise mit Meerblick. Besonders hat uns die ruhige Lage an einem wenig besuchten Strand gefallen, keine Backpacker und Jetskis. Die Kinder konnten den ganzen Tag im Pool oder am strand spielen. Das Resort hat direkten Zugang zum Wasser mit einem sehr weitläufigen eigenen Bereich mit Liegen, Schirmen und eigenen Kanus. Besonders hervorzuheben ist das sehr gastfreundschaftliche Auftreten des Personals. Uns wurden alle Wünsche erfüllt, inklusive einer fulminanten Geburtstagsfeier. Man kann den ganzen Tag Essen bestellen, die Menues reichen von Pizza bis zur einheimischen, sehr guten Küche. Für wenig Geld kann man sich Roller mieten und die Insel erkunden. Eine sehr gut geführte Anlage, die bei uns einen bleibend positiven Eindruck hinterlassen hat. Wir kommen gerne wieder!

Leider rauchen westliche Besucher auch im Restaurant, das könnte man abstellen.

Die Lage am Stand ist wunderschön. Auch die Strandliegen waren Top. Das Frühstück ist abwechslungsreich und lecker.

Wir hatten zuerst ein Bungalow der extrem gerochen hat. Positiv war eine schnelle Lösung mit Upgrade in eine anderen Bungalow. Leider hatten wir die erste Nacht kein heißes Wasser. Nach der Reparatur dann nur temporär, wir haben dies immer wieder bemängelt. Für diese Preisklasse war die Ausstattung leider nur Enttäuschend.

Notre séjour c’est parfaitement passé, l’hôtel est magnifique avec des paysages à couper le souffle. Le personnel est adorable et complètement à notre service.

Exceptional customer service and staff, reasonably priced scooter hire and tour prices, free kayak, location at one of the cleanest Pagoda beach, free room upgrade, good tasting food at restaurant, cleanliness, safety, pools and gym which could be used at next door resorts, reasonably priced happy hour drinks, free water refills.

No storage space or hangers in the room, rooms are not spacious, bathrooms could be better ( they are renovating them ), buffet breakfast was cold with minimum options and luke warm coffee stored in a dispenser ( they did serve us machine coffee a few days upon request ). Breakfast needs big improvement considering the price being charged. Bit pricey dining menu. Pools could be cleaner. We had an overall great stay but hopefully these suggestions are taken onboard for future and returning customers.

Amazing property, quiet and peaceful. Private beach. The breakfast was good but the 4 frimaggio pizza is to die for! So good. The staff even decorated my room for a special occasion. They’re so nice. I had a lovely time.

Location, hotel was fantastic.

We would have loved to do jet skiing but at about 150/180 USD per hour that was way too expensive. Considering Thai resorts starts at about 50 USD. but that wasn't the resort's fault it was through a third party.

Das personal war großartig und war sehr zuvorkommend und bemüht. Der Strand ist einmalig sowie auch die Poollandschaft. Zudem war das Personal sehr gut organisiert und hat uns alle Wünsche bestmöglich erfüllt. Zudem war es schön ruhig und perfekt für Familien. Die two room bungalows waren sehr schön.

Ein kleiner Kritikpunkt war die etwas kleine Auswahl an Speisen, vor allem an abwechslungsreichen vegetarischen Speisen hat es etwas gefehlt. Das kann auch daran gelegen haben, das low season war. Zudem war das Essen preislich etwas ambitioniert. Uns wurde aber mitgeteilt, das bereits an einer neuen Speisekarte gearbeitet wird.

They coordinate everything from the piers depending on your departure schedule and make transportation and accommodations super easy. Huge shoutout to Dimitri, Eric, and the entire crew for their warm hospitality and welcoming energy. They truly made us feel at home. The resort itself is beautiful, clean, and surrounded by stunning scenery. Guests can even use the kayaks for free, which makes exploring the area even more fun. If you need transportation around the island, scooter motorbikes are available for about $15, and Tuk Tuk rides are around $10 per trip. We also loved meeting great people during our stay — the atmosphere here naturally brings travelers together. Just keep in mind that there are no TVs or telephones in the rooms, so communication is mainly through WhatsApp or Telegram, which honestly helped us disconnect and enjoy the experience even more. Another huge plus: the resort accommodated me with the speedboat transfer, which I personally preferred because I get seasick. That level of care and flexibility meant a lot. The resort also has a few affiliated resorts in the surrounding area, giving you even more options to explore and enjoy different vibes around the island. I’ll actually be launching my own channel soon exploring Cambodia, and this was definitely one of the highlights of the trip. Do your research before visiting, but if you’re looking for beautiful beaches, friendly people, and an unforgettable island experience, this place is absolutely worth it!

Сделали апгрейд. Просто отличная комната с видом,все удобно ,есть выбор кондиционер.либо вентилятор. Постельные принадлежности очень хорошего качества! Все продумано для удобства,вплоть до аксессуаров,хорошие завтраки,очень чисто на всех локациях,персонал вежливый, менеджер Дмитрий,очень внимательный,помогал а решении всех вопросов! Мы очень довольны! Вернемся обязательно!

Wir fanden das Frühstück gut. Der Strand war auch schön. Sehr nett waren die Mitarbeiter.

In der Preisklasse hätte ich mir eine Abholung vom Pier gewünscht. Ohne das Hotel zu verantworten müssen wir an dieser Stelle bemerken, dass der Fährbetrieb die Hölle ist= Stimmung ganz unten bevor der Urlaub eigentlich losging. Die TUK T'UK Maffffia will für jeden kleinen Transport 15 $ haben, sogar per Kopf 5$, habe ich so noch nicht erlebt. Also Pier zum Hotel 15$ und zurück ebenso. Die Zimmer hatten nicht 48m², damit werde ich mich noch mit Booking.com auseinandersetzen. Das Hotel fand ich überpreist, so eigentlich die ganze Insel. Leute fahrt nach Spanien, Italien oder sonstwo und nicht 9000km auf eine Insel in Kambodscha mit Müll überall und braunem Duschwasser. Die Insel hat auch kaum etwas zu bieten. Motorroller mieten ratet mal: ja 15 $ pro Tag. Wir kommen sicher nicht wieder

The beach access is a huge plus, and the area is impressively quiet. What really made the stay, though, was the service. The staff are professional and actually helpful without being overbearing. We especially appreciated the woman at reception who made sure our trip to the resort was seamless. It's the small details and the overall professionalism that really stand out here.

The rooms were clean and the hotel and beach are beautiful. Air conditioning worked well. The food was good, prices reasonable. Staff very friendly and helpful.

The water out of the faucets was yellow-ish and smelled metallic, as if rust got into the water supply. Service in the restaurant was a bit slow. The breakfast buffet options were very limited. Nothing horrible, I would still consider staying here again.

Beach Resort is Beautiful and Stunning Location with a very relaxing atmosphere. The staff are always very polite and always willing to help out. Food was great and some good bbq at night. After swimming and relaxing on the beach, we would have a night swim in the pool. They also offered paddle boards you can use for free. Bungalows are spacious with hot showers and in the morning we had buffet breakfast which we never skipped. If you want tranquility and away from busier areas of the island. This is the place you go.

Distance can be an issue if you're looking to socialise a lot more. But the place has a few bars anyways so not big issue. Can always hire a tuktuk which the resort will request for you.

A note regarding the front-row bungalow apartments: Unfortunately, the bungalows in the first row appear to be quite worn and heavily used. This is visible in elements such as surface damage, signs of rust on structural beams, and roofing that seems unevenly finished or covered with materials that do not match the overall standard of the resort. Considering that the property presents itself as a premium resort, these details give an impression of cost-cutting in materials and maintenance, which affects the overall perception of quality. This is an area that would definitely benefit from refurbishment to better align with the otherwise high standard of the resort.

We stayed at the hotel for a week, and honestly, we didn’t even realize how quickly the time passed. Even though we explored the entire island, the best sea and beach were definitely at the hotel. It truly feels like a complete holiday resort—they take care of everything for you. The food at the hotel was very good, and during happy hour, drinks are very reasonably priced. The cocktails, in particular, are delicious. Erik , xom and dimitry thank you so much all of them. I would 100% recommend this hotel.

L’emplacement, face à la mer, a 13 minutes de long set beach. La chambre très spacieuse. L’accès aux 2 piscines, la possibilité d’utiliser les canoës et les planches de paddle gratuitement. Le personnels très souriant.

L’eau des toilettes est jaune mais ce n’est pas grave, en revanche l’eau de la douche/ robinet à un goût rouillée. J’ai eu des serviettes déchirées malheureusement.

Lovely hotel , nice clean rooms. Staff are amazing especially the ones that work out in that heat 🥵. Pool is beautiful and so is the beach. The food menu is quite pricey however if your stay includes breakfast it very good. The location is beautiful but if you want to go out and about I recommend you hire scooters.

My only concern was the lack of rubbish bins available around the beach area. Constant plastic and other objects from the ocean and lazy arsed guests leaving it behind. Found myself on occasions going around picking it up. Just needs a few signs asking people politely to look after this fabulous beach and a few rubbish bins around the beach area.

This is not called The One Resort for no reason… this literally is the one 🤍 From the moment you arrive, you feel how exclusive this place is. The setting is unreal — white sand, turquoise crystal-clear water, and sandbanks stretching out into the sea that make it feel like your own private paradise. The sea is so calm it honestly feels like a lake… completely still, clean, and peaceful. I’ve never stayed somewhere that makes you switch off this easily. It’s pure relaxation — no noise, no chaos, just calm energy all around you. Everything here is just effortless. The vibe, the atmosphere, the way the whole place flows… it’s perfection. The staff are incredible. The reception team go above and beyond to help with anything you need, always with such ease and kindness. You genuinely feel taken care of the entire time. And the cleaning team? 10/10. Everything is spotless, fresh, and maintained to such a high standard — it really doesn’t go unnoticed. It’s rare to find somewhere that gets absolutely everything right, but this place does. It’s not just beautiful, it feels special. For en fantastisk plass. Hvis du skal til Koh Rong vil jeg absolutt anbefale The One resort. Kjempe service, alle ansatte var utrolig hjelpsomme og hyggelige. Spesielt Ah Coca ❤️🙏 hun ordnet og fikset alt for oss! Rommene var fine, stranden var nydelig.

The staff were all very friendly. The whole place is very well maintained (the pool, lobby, beach) there is free kayaks and stand up paddle boards for us to use. You don't have to go far out into the beach to see fish, crabs and sea urchins.

The resort is a bit of a walk from the pier. My room was infested with ants. The water from the tap and shower is yellow, from the well. I didn't feel safe rinsing my mouth with it. The shower is in the middle of the bathroom with no walls, so the whole bathroom floor is wet after. Our heat pump stuggled to get cold enough, but that could also be because it was too hot outside. When ordering dinner, they didn't give us cutlery and we had to ask for it. Wanting some ice with our drinks costs an extra $2 usd, but that $2 is only one cup of ice and not a bucket.

Super schöner und sauberer Strand, sehr ruhig. Toller Pool. Bungalow mit Glasfront wo man von außen nicht ins Zimmer schauen kann, man wacht bei Sonnenaufgang auf und sieht vom Bett aus den Sonnenaufgang, gigantisch. Leckeres Frühstück. Sehr leckere Cocktails. Personal sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Uns hat die ruhige und entspannte Atmosphäre sehr gut gefallen. Wir hoffen dass dies so bleibt. Wir werden wieder kommen.

Es gibt nichts zu beanstanden. Nur die Matratze war nicht so bequem, etwas hart und durchgelegen

Bousculades au petit-déjeuner, beaucoup de mets partaient très vite et n'étaient pas toujours remplacés. Les bungalows ont été construits à la va-vite et le nôtre manquait un peu de charme (béton brut), mais telle est la réalité d'une île qui change à vue d'œil et ne cesse de se développer, pas toujours dans le bon sens.

L’emplacement est idéal avec une vue paradisiaque, j’ai beaucoup apprécié l’accueil et la gentillesse de l’équipe. Le bungalow était très spacieux et propre. Piscine, plage, sac, chapeau, parapluie, paddle etc à disposition, tout était top.

Trovate alcune macchie sulle lenzuola in fase di ingresso in camera e (almeno per quanto ci riguarda) il nostro alloggio avrebbe bisogno di un “lieve” restyling. Inoltre devo segnalare che inizialmente (in fase di prenotazione), avevo richiesto e prenotato una sistemazione vista mare; all’arrivo in struttura ci hanno sistemato in una camera (nuova, bellissima) in ultima fila e lontana dal mare (la “vista mare” non c’era affatto). Inoltre c’era un evidente problema di privacy (l’ingresso in camera era attraverso una unica vetrata, peraltro non “oscurata”. Chiunque al passaggio poteva guardare quello che succedeva in camera nostra). Aggiungo che il wc non funzionava. Abbiamo segnalato subito queste problematiche al personale che si è attivato immediatamente per la sostituzione della camera con altra soluzione; ci è stato affidato un bungalow (terza fila) che certamente ha risolto il problema “privacy” (i vetri erano oscurati, e il wc era funzionante), ma che comunque non soddisfava la mia richiesta iniziale di “vista mare”. Chiaramente ci siamo accontentati (l’alloggio era più che dignitoso) e abbiamo molto apprezzato l’impegno del personale nel cercare soluzioni che (quanto possibile), soddisfacessero le nostre richieste.

Voor´t eerst worden er geen afsluitingen geplaatst tussen de verschillende resorts!wat een super idee,zo lijkt de omgeving sereen en open. Er zijn 2 zwembaden, er is een gevarieerd inbegrepen ontbijt. Geweldige behulpzame en vriendelijk personeel. Goeie airco, goeie bedden en lakens, mooi en nieuw meubilair. De rust (afhankelijk van de nationaliteit gasten) . Het is iets duurder maar dat heb je ervoor over. Ideaal voor kinderen,met een speelhoek.

Niks op aan te merken. Iedereen doet zijn uiterste best om gasten te verwelkomen en hun een zalige tijd te bezorgen.

La propreté laissait à désirer. Le logement était plutôt vétuste. Gros point noir concernant la climatisation et la salle de bain qui est à revoir. Aucun service de navette n’est proposé depuis le port vers l’hôtel et inversement alors que le complexe est excentré. Il vous faudra compter 5$ par personne et par déplacement pour un Tuktuk.

Très bon petit déjeuner et localisation au top Plage très belle et propre Mais les hébergements manquent d’espace et de mise à jour. Ils sont vieillots.

La douche qui n’est pas délimitée dans la salle de bain. On se douche collé aux toilettes. Manque de clim dans la seconde chambre dans le bungalow vue sur mer. Il y a uniquement un ventilateur …

Il comportamento nel conto di chek out . Perche avendo noleggiato il motorino x tre gg . E non aver fatto nessun incidente . Hanno pensato di staccare un pezzo davanti di plastica e fotografarlo nel momento che il motorino era fermo . Volevano 65 dollari . Dopo che ci siamo impuntati e visionato il motorino. Siamo andati in reception . E ci hanno rimborsato i dollari che avevamo pagato in più. E sono andato dal motorino di nascosto ed era aggiustato . Sono tranelli che fanno loro ,in hotel per prendersi dei soldi . Vasta dire che chiamino la Police. E tutto si tranquillizza . Attenzione a questi tranelli .

Todo perfecto! Habitaciones nuevas y amplias, desayuno buffet con diferentes opciones cada día, playa y piscina siempre limpias y ordenadas, servicio impecable y siempre sonrientes. Ideal para familias!
