Puri Mesari Hotel

Erg vriendelijke mensen en mooi hotel. Fijne kamer en mooi zwembad. Lekker rustig en heerlijk ontbijt. Zeker een aanrader.

De douchekop kwam weinig water uit en verder ging het mis met de fietsenverhuur (lekke band en het duurde heel lang voordat ik eindelijk met een taxi opgehaald werd). Vanuit het hotel deden ze echt hun best om het allemaal op te lossen, maar de man die de verhuur voor het hotel doet is gewoon niet al te best. Ik zou de fietsen ergens anders huren.

Homey and welcoming with a beautiful garden and because of the set up quiet too. The staff is super kind and helpful and their nasi goreng breakfast is great. The driver who they work with regularly, Dode, also is my favourite driver in Bali.

Super fijn hotel, fijne kamer, tuin verzorgd, goed restaurant. Aardig personeel. Ligging is buiten Sanur, dat is het enige wat onhandig is.

The friendly staff immediately made us feel at home. Thank you especially the front desk capably managed by Linda and Resti, and all the others who made our short stay very pleasant. The room was spacious and clean, the pool was inviting... next time we will stay longer!

The room is big. I really love the cleanliness of the facility and room. I think this is the cleanest of all other Hotel I stayed in Bali.

A little problem with toilet.

It has a really nice swimming pool and the staff are very friendly and helpful. We had an issue with the AC in our room and although they couldn't entirely fix it, they did their best in the circumstances (I think the AC unit needed to be fully replaced) and offered us another room for one night. It is located in a quiet area and there was no traffic or road noise. For the price it was good value for money.

It is a little bit of a walk to the main area with restaurants and other facilities in Sanur. Some of the facilities are getting a little old and could do with renewal (very old AC system in our room).

der Hotelmanager war super - das erste Zimmer hatte einige Mängel -er war sehr bemüht und dann hatten wir ein gutes Zimmer erhalten

Gem of a place close to the beach. Beautiful ambience, impeccably clean, delightful staff. The pool is inviting and the gardens immaculate. There is absolutely nothing to fault about this place. I’ve spent 8 days here and would happily spend 8 more!

It was very peaceful, pool was lovely, the beds were so comfy and the bathroom had a bath and shower. Also a short 10 minutes walk to the beach and loads of nice restaurants around. I would recommend Sala, Lava, baby monkey, all about 15 minute walk. Also close to loads of spas I visited leha leha and crystenlina spa which are 20 minutes walk. If you are looking for a private driver I would highly recommend Sila’s Bali car, he took me to Tegenungan waterfall which was only a 40 minutes away and told me a lot about Bali traditions and culture.

Some of the loungers round the pool didn’t get the sun the entire day but the beach is like a 10 minutes walk away. if you don’t fancy that then the Byrd house beach club also only 10 minutes drive away.

Quiet location down a leafy street with minimal traffic. The staff are exceptionally nice and always friendly and helpful. I was there on my own, but never felt alone. My room was very spacious and clean.I will definitely stay again

Przecudowna obsługa!!! Piekne miejsce, położone w bardzo dobrym miejscu, blisko do sklepów, kantoru itd a jednocześnie trochę na uboczu, ciche, spokojne. Przepyszne posiłki, śniadania kilka opcji do wyboru. W pokojach czysto, ogromne i wygodne łóżka. Wszystko na ogromny plus :)

-Muy silencioso, no escuché ningún ruido prácticamente -Muy bonito el hotel, con piscina y pequeños laguitos rodeando cada habitación. -Estaba muy cerca de la playa y del paseo marítimo , a unos 8' andando. Muy recomendable para pasear por ahí y cenar. -Muy buena atención por el personal -Camas cómodas y muy grandes.

Pequeños detalles como una silla rota en el reposabrazos, una papelera del baño muy sucia, no ponen toalla de mano, solo una de baño, tienes que pedirla así como papel higiénico. No son cosas importantes pero creo que se pueden mejorar. El desayuno y comida del restaurante no fueron lo esperado.

Die Mitarbeitenden im Puri Mesari Hotel sind unglaublich freundlich, herzlich und zuvorkommend. Wir haben uns so wohl gefühlt und es war schön zu sehen, wie jeder so liebevoll mit unserer kleinen Tochter umgegangen ist. Jeder hat ihr ein Lächeln auf das Gesicht gezaubert und sie jedem dort auch. Das Hotel ist wunderschön, das Essen im eigenen Restaurant ist lecker und preiswert. Unser Zimmer lag direkt am Pool (hatten darum vorher gebeten, dass wir in den Pool hüpfen können, wenn unsere Tochter ihren Mittagsschlaf macht). Der Pool ist groß, die Anlage ist schön und sauber. Alle kümmern sich mit viel Liebe darum. Unser Zimmer hatte ein großes Bett, ein großes Bad (offen/outdoor) - ja es gab Mücken, aber die haben uns nicht gestört und viele waren es auch nicht - und wurde jeden Tag sauber gemacht. Da die Zimmer im Innenhof liegen, war es so ruhig nachts. Wir haben sogar kostenlos ein Babybett bekommen. Wir waren eine Woche in Sanur und hatten eine wundervolle und entspannte Zeit im Puri Mesari. Es gibt einen Laundryservice, einen Fahrrad- und Rollerverleih. Bei all unseren Fragen wurde uns sofort geholfen, wir haben gute Tipps bekommen und unsere kleine Tochter wurde herzlich verwöhnt. Danke für den unvergesslichen Start in unsere Elternzeit auf Bali. Die Strecke zum Zentrum ist schon ein gutes Stück, aber mit Roller oder Fahrrad oder Taxi super machbar.

Very well laid out and attractive property. Staff v friendly. Comfortable beds and v quiet. Not right by the beach but 5 min shady walk.

Only small things. Menu a bit limited. If u have a g/f room be aware the path is right outside.

The area has beautiful garden. Big swimming pool. The location is close to the beach (I'm not sure whether it's for swimming). Many places around to eat. The bathroom was big. The room had a balcony. AC was working properly.

Every night cockroaches were visiting my room. In particular, the garbage bin as the door gap is big. The bed mattress is like a brick. The shower head was not working properly. No water was provided in the room. You need to go to the restaurant to pour yourself some water. No small towels. I am happy I didn't take breakfast as the restaurant looks like a canteen facing a swimming pool. All my breakfasts I had in a restaurant of other hotel with a nice sitting area. Some staff were acting a bit strange. Once I checked in a lady accompanied me to the room and was telling me briefly about the hotel and facilitaties. For some reason, she was not looking in my eye or face. I honestly thought she was blind. One day, I dropped my wallet in a nearby spa in other hotel so I asked our receptionist to call the police as I thought I lost it on our property. Well, she called everywhere but the police. Trying to get rid of me to not damage hotel's reputation. Overall, for the price I paid in Sanur, I was expecting a more pleasant stay.

The property is close to the beach and bicycle ride to town. It’s quiet and staff are lovely

Air conditioning didn’t work, however I was moved to another room. My first room didn’t have a private balcony and was on the second floor. I much preferred the lower level room looking onto the pond with private sitting area.

The staff were really lovely and welcoming, the room had everything we needed, the pool was great to relax in, and it was a nice bonus having pushbikes available to rent.

The room had a musty smell, likely from condensation. The outdoor bathroom tended to attract cockroaches, and the built-in bidet didn’t feel very clean. Being on the ground floor, we kept our clothes on a rack in the bathroom, but something seemed to leak onto them, leaving an unpleasant smell.

For surfers the location is perfect. A 5 min walk to Mesarati Beach, where the boats leave. Down there are restaurants and one convinient store with reasonable pricing.

If you like your privacy, this is tricky. I thought i had booked a room on the second level, but I received one on the first level. This is the one with outside bathroom (and yes, the neighbouring houses do have windows), the room has windows to every side, which could be nice, if that didnt mean, literally everyone passing or sitting on their veranda can look in. I had my curtains shut at all times, which made it not do nice. Also, they could have filled up the complimentary water jar before. But the later wasn't an issue. But if you don't mind the privacy issue, the hotel is just fine.

Le lieu est tranquille, bien isolé du bruit de la rue, le décor de la cour est magnifique. Chaque bungalow est isolé des autres, il y a des petits bassins avec des poissons et des plantes partout. La piscine est très agréable. La chambre est très confortable.

C’est à une dizaine de minutes de la plage et des commerces interessants, en même temps cela permet d’être isolé des bruits de la rue.

The staff and room was amazing. Plenty of room and loved the lounge for such a long stay. Spent a lot of time in my room on Netflix and reading due to the rain but I was after a quiet relaxing hotel to completely chill without a lot of tourist traffic and noise. Pool was large and clean, restaurant had great food. Internet excellent beds are very firm but linen fresh and clean and good quality

The outside bathroom was really inconvenient. Tons of mosquitoes due I expect to the rainy season. Unable to use the toilet or shower comfortably even with coils and plug in mosquito zapper. Bath had a bad leak between the bath and sink, overnight it became very wet and dangerous.

Leuke, groene tuin met vijvers. Grote kamers. Aardig en behulpzaam personeel.

Beddengoed vast schoon maar met de nodige vlekken (dat vind ik persoonlijk echt niet zo fijn). Gebeurt vaak in Bali, ik zou het wassen of vervangen. Is een beetje vergane glorie maar prijs is ook niet zo hoog.

Fantastic stay at Puri Mesari, staff were very kind and attentive, nothing was too much trouble. Room was clean and tidy, loved the outdoor bathroom, beautiful swimming and tranquil gardens and ponds. Highly recommend.

Friendly and helpful staff. Quiet and peaceful neighborhood just a 5-minute walk from the beach. The bed was large and comfortable, the bathroom spacious, and the pool area was excellent, surrounded by a well-kept garden full of greenery. Bonus points for the kitchen staff, who went out of their way to prepare custom tofu dishes for us.

The restaurant menu has limited vegetarian options by default, but luckily the staff made an effort to accommodate us.

Property was well maintained and clean.

Perfekte Lage, sehr ruhig und sehr freundliches, hilfsbereites Personal. Das Essen war hervorragend! Fahrräder können sehr günstig gemietet werden. Für Ausflüge kann über die Reception ein Fahrer gebucht werden - preislich und Service weise absolut empfehlenswert!

This is a lovely property with a nice swimming pool and outdoor area. The room and bathroom were both spacious and the airconditioner worked well. The staff were all great! There are water filling stations in the reception area as well as downstairs in the restaurant, thus eliminating the need for plastic bottles. It was very quiet at night, which was great.

There are a lot of stairs which was not an issue for us, but wouldn't be suitable for someone with mobility issues. The bathroom was open air and there were heaps of mosquitoes which took every opportunity to get into the room. Mosquito nets over the beds would be great for a good nights sleep. It's quite far from the Sanur action, but if you like walking, or hire a scooter, this won't be an issue :-)

Heerlijk rustig, maar heel dichtbij het strand. Bijzonder vriendelijk en behulpzaam personeel. We missen de ontbijtjes, want die waren super goed! Ook prima diners!

De airco deed het niet zo goed, maar toen we dat zeiden kregen we gelijk een andere kamer.
