The villa was very comfortable and I loved having the pool just outside the rooom.

Un établissement hyper bruyant et mal insonorisé, les photos sont trompeuses, la piscine beaucoup moins large qu'il n'y paraît. On avait réservé 2 nuits, on est parti l lendemain matin de la première après une nuit sans pouvoir dormir en raison du bruit de la route très proche et des voisins qu'on entendait parler juste le bungalow en face. Bref un cauchemar.

Clean, appropriately sized rooms with direct pool access from the terrace. A hearty breakfast with a wide selection, plus unlimited daily juice and coffee. What really stood out, however, was the staff's exceptional kindness, helpfulness, and attentiveness. Special thanks to Ayu, Dita, and Diah at reception, as well as the young women who provided us with an unforgettable massage experience.

Accessing the hotel on foot is a bit difficult, as the sidewalks in the surrounding streets are currently under construction. However, thanks to the transfer service provided by the accommodation, we could easily get anywhere in the Sanur area.

Lovely staff, room & pool facilities. Easy to walk to the beach, shops & restaurants. We would like to mention Putri who looked after us And Sudiani & Suwi who gave us the most amazing foot massages, just what we needed after all our walking.

The road was quite loud.

We loved having the pool right outside our room! It’s a quiet, cozy place without too many people. Because it's small, the staff really looks after you, and we felt super comfortable the whole time.

Das Hotel liegt direkt an der Hauptstraße von ganz Bali- dementsprechender Lärmbelästigung Tag und Nacht. Außerdem konnte man als Fußgänger die Straße nicht überqueren… Es werden zwar Fahrräder kostenlos zur Verfügung gestellt, die aber nicht fahrtüchtig waren!!!!!

Het verblijf was heel goed, het huisje was heel schoon en word elke dag schoongemaakt. De gastvrouwen Dita en Ayu zijn heel lief en behulpzaam, als je iets nodig heb of iets wil weten over je verblijf helpen ze je heel goed! Het zwembad aan je huisje is heel relaxed en ontbijt zijn ook perfect je heb een ruim menu waar je uit kunt kiezen! Ik heb echt genoten van mij verblijf hier

Nous avons vraiment adoré passer ces trois nuits dans cet hôtel atypique et très original, exactement le genre d’endroit que nous aimons ! Notre chambre était très agréable, bien équipée et confortable. Mention spéciale à Diah et Virobi, qui nous ont très bien accueillis, toujours avec le sourire, et qui ont su nous conseiller tout au long de notre séjour. Nous sommes également très reconnaissants pour le massage balinais d’une heure qui nous a été offert. Après toutes les activités que nous avions faites, ce massage nous a fait énormément de bien, notamment au niveau du dos. Un grand merci à toute l’équipe pour cette belle expérience ! ❤️

The rooms are super nice. Beds are comfortable and fan with aircon worked great. Pool comes right to your room. Space to enjoy the sun in your little garden. Great massages. Staff were so friendly and helpful. WhatsApp was a great way to reach out to the staff for anything. T.V. In the rooms but we didn’t use it. Breakfast in our room each morning.

Although fully covered the bathroom was not fully enclosed and warm. Kitchen area was the same. It’s simple and has cooking facilities which we didn’t use. Drinking water needs to be kept cooler we didn’t drink it as it was really hot. We ordered juice instead. Probably be better to keep the drinking water in the air conditioned bedroom or have some available in glass bottles in the fridge. In saying this the rooms are good value for money.

La piscine, le petit déjeuner très bon et copieux. Le personnel adorable surtout avec mes enfants et très disponible. Le grand lit. Le massage de bienvenue et le fait de pouvoir réservé des massages jusqu'à 22h avec les enfants c'est pratique et les prix ne sont pas exorbitant comme dans certains hôtels. J'y reviendrais avec plaisir

Gorgeous layout, fab complimentary foot massage on check in, breakfast was easy and convenient. 20 mins to Sanur Harbour if you are heading over to the islands!

The walls are very thin, if you expect this, you’ll be fine! If not, bring earplugs!

This hotel is amazing! I splurged and went with obe if the villas by the pool and so happy I did. The room is so fabulous, the pool is amazing and the breakfast is delicious . Would 10/10 recommend. Also all the staff were so kind and helpful but Ayu especially was very kind and helpful to me and my friend

Très joli hôtel avec une superbe piscine. Le personnel est absolument adorable et le petit-déjeuner est très bon. Gros plus également pour les massages, vraiment top ! Chambre très confortable et magnifique. L’hôtel propose aussi des déposes gratuites dans Sanur à certains moments de la journée, ce qui est appréciable car le centre est un peu trop loin pour y aller à pied. Sinon, Grab fonctionne très bien. Nous avons également pu garder notre chambre jusqu’à 21h le jour de notre départ, avec un tarif négocié, ce qui était vraiment pratique avant de prendre notre vol. Petit bémol concernant les chambres autour de la piscine : selon leur emplacement, vous pouvez avoir des clients qui s’installent juste devant votre fenêtre. Nous étions dans la première chambre et les clients dont les chambres n’avaient pas d’accès direct à la piscine avaient tendance à s’installer devant chez nous, donc pas toujours idéal pour l’intimité.

Le gros point négatif reste cependant le bruit de la route. On a vraiment l’impression d’être dans un hôtel au bord du périphérique : la circulation est quasiment permanente. Nous comptions faire une grasse matinée avant notre long vol retour… mission assez compliquée ! Si vous avez le sommeil léger, c’est vraiment à prendre en compte.

It wasn’t a very nice walk to the beach and quite far though someone gave us a lift there.

Il personale è estremamente cortese. La struttura offre un servizio navetta per la zona di Sanur ed un massaggio di benvenuto di 15 minuti a gambe e piedi. La colazione à la carte è ottima e il cameriere non ti guarda storto se ordini più di un piatto (cosa successa spesso in altre strutture in Indonesia). Consigliati i pancake. Addirittura ho ordinato un secondo cappuccino in piscina poco dopo aver finito la colazione e mi è stato servito con il sorriso e gratuitamente. In reception ci sono anche frutta e snack gratuiti. La camera è moderna e spaziosa, il letto comodo. La struttura non è centrale, ma con Grab è possibile raggiungere Icon Mall o il centro di Sanur in pochi minuti. Accanto all'hotel c'è un ristorante vietnamita.

It was a hidden gem. What you see on the outside definitely isn’t what you see once inside. It was paradise, the gardens , the pool and the rooms were beautiful.

The only thing is that is too far from the Main Street but you can grab a cab for under $5.

Eigenlijk alles. Hele nette mooie huisjes en zeer mooi opgezet met een gmfijn zwembad. Personeel is zeer behulpzaam en vriendelijk. Heel de dag door kun je gebruik maken van gratis gezonde drankjes, sapjes en koffie.

Tout a été parfait , de l acceuil jusqu'à notre départ pour l aéroport où ils nous ont proposé si on voulait se doucher avant de partir. Tout est présent pour satisfaire le touriste. Petit déjeuner impeccable, belle piscine et le service est à la hauteur de la beauté du site. Un grand bravo

The employees here were so wonderful, especially Diah, Suwi and Martin. The beds were really comfy, facilities really clean! Highly recommend. Nice a quiet too.

The staff was awsome. Specifically Putri and Ayu. They gave us vouchers for 2 massages and it was very nice.

The location wasn't good. Beautiful hotel but expensive for what it is. I was a bit disappointed i tried to change the dates (to come earlier) but they didnt accept and it didnt look like the hotel was full or something so i dont understand why.

Leuk huisje, heerlijke ontbijtkeuzes, vriendelijk personeel, fijne bedden, goede douche.

Heel klein zwembadje, ontzettend gehorig verblijf snachts (alsof we in een tentje langs de snelweg lagen). Op de bovenverdieping was niet heel goed schoon gemaakt, daar lagen muizenkeutels naast het matras en een half verteerd musije in de hoek, maar na vermelding is dit direct opgeruimd.

Het vriendelijke personeel, goede roomservice. Ik hoefde maar wat te vragen en ze gingen het voor mij regelen. De locatie zit met de Grab zon 10 minuten van de boulevard, wat prima te doen is. Wel is lopen niet echt een optie, het grenst aan een drukke weg. Ik zelf durfde het niet aan. Bedankt Putri en Ayu voor het beantwoorden van vragen!!! En mee denken naar activiteiten die er te doen zijn in de buurt.

Echt super goede service! Hele nette kamers. De mensen staan 24/7 voor je klaar, ontbijt super lekker en veel keuze, ook koffie heel de dag te verkrijgen! Lekkere massage en spa aanwezig. Echt een aanrader! 20 minuutjes lopen vanaf het strand

Skønne bungalows. Fin pool. Ekstra services: shuttle bus til centrum, laundry service, 15min massage. Det sødeste personale, især Putri, som var virkelig hjælpsom og hjalp med diverse forespørgsler. Min søn blev syg den sidste dag og de lod os blive på værelset til han var frisk nok til at tage afsted.

Det eneste der er at sætte en finger på er beliggenheden ud til en stor vej med larm derfra døgnet rundt.

Die Poolvilla ist einfach großartig: Von der Terrasse direkt in den Pool, besser geht es nicht. Das kleine Hotel ist wunderschön angelegt, der Service ist spitze, es gibt viele kostenfreie Extras und ein tolles Frühstück. Den Spabereich können wir auch nur empfehlen. Netti und Martin ( beides weiblich) haben wunderbar massiert!

De mensen zijn enorm behulpzaam, de hele dag gratis verse sapjes, per dag 10 stuks dat je gratis mag laten wassen, enorm lekker ontbijt/roomservice of floating breakfast. Alles ziet er prachtig uit en de mensen doen er alles aan je een fijn verblijf te geven. Echt een top plek!

Als ik 1 nadeel zou moeten noemen is t dat je soms t verkeer goed hoort

Los trabajadores muy amables, nos recibieron con un zumo de naranja de bienvenida y nos guardaron las maletas. Nuestra habitación estuvo preparada 1hora y media antes del check-in y nos ayudaron pidiendo un taxi para el día siguiente poder llegar al puerto de Sanur

We didnt stay long enough

Un très belle piscine ainsi qu’une belle chambre. Tout était propre et soignée. Le petit déjeuner était succulent. Et les personnels étaient très gentils et attentionnés.

Il aurait peut-être fallu mettre un rideau sur la petite fenêtre juste au dessus de la porte, car même avec un masque de sommeil, la lumière nous a réveillé.

Parfait pour 2 nuits

Our one-night stay was perfect. We arrived on a flight from NZ at 1am, and didn't get to the accommodation until around 3am. There was still someone there to meet us and to make sure we had everything we needed. We had great sleeps in the comfortable rooms, and it was such a pleasure to wake in daylight and to sit in the most beautiful setting by the pool and to eat our first delicious and beautifully presented breakfast in Bali. It was the perfect location for us too - being close to the airport and the ferry terminal. We are just sorry we didn't have time to explore the surrounds more.

It can be a bit noisy with children in the pool before 8am.

Breakfast had variety it was ok, pool was refreshing but too small. The day spa had lovely massage people.

Customer Service from front desk was woeful. They ignored my husband often never greeted us at all. The place we came from was full of smiles and kindness. We ended up checking out early and leaving to go back to our original hotel. Wouldn't recommend your hotel/Villa to any of of friends family or colleagues. The photos online did not look like what we walked into and we were missing amenities that pour premier room was supposed to have. A few of the male staff were friendly to us. This was not relaxing for us at all and no cocktails or even cold bintang was terrible. Your idea of a coffee bar was misleading. All smoke and mirrors.

De ligging is idd aan een drukke weg. Enerzijds zit je snel op de plaatsen waar je wil zijn. Anderzijds heb je wel de nadelen van de drukke weg. Ons stoorde het niet.

The staff were so friendly and attentive We visited the spa on each day of our stay and had the best massages from Nety & Kumara who were so lovely also. Big thanks to Ayu and Putri who were so friendly and accommodating. We hope to return one day and highly recommend others chose Abian Kumpula for their Sanur stay.

The pool was awesome! Nice big fridge and bed was comfy.

They charged me an extra $80 AUD on arrival because I paid by card. Had I known this I would have ensured I had enough cash. Absolutely appalled by this. No bottled water available, not even to purchase.

Hele leuke kamers, wij hadden een kamer direct aan zwembad. Ziet er uit zoals de foto's. De ligging vonden wij alleen verschrikkelijk. Aan een drukke vierbaansweg waar de hele dag verkeer over raast. Je hebt dus geen rust in het hotel.

De ligging was voor ons een afknapper, we zijn naar 1 nacht naar een ander hotel gegaan.

Not much. If I’m honest it was more like a youth hostel than anything else. There were some good free offers at hotel. But pictures don’t match the quality

The smell in the bathroom was off putting. The staff were slow to respond on what’s app or msgs just went ignored. Staff were friendly and helpful but most didn’t speak English.

We only stayed for 1 night before heading to Gilli T. Only 10 mins to the port which was great. Nice pool, our 5 year old loved it.

A bit noisy over night. No food or drinks seemed to be available at the resort which was fine as there was a great Restaurant across the street.

It's a cute little hotel with a pool and some food options.

The location is not the best and it is quite noisy. You hear very clearly both the traffic and your neighbors even if you close the door to your room. The rooms are quite dark and even with the lights on at night is was a bit difficult to read. Also, if you are looking to be close to the beach, maybe this is not the best location for you and you do need to get a ride.

I Fell terrible to say the place is fine.but it’s by the worst street in sanur like really busy you can’t even walk down the road it’s so dangerous and I’m fit and healthy and I was scared.1 night fine but if your planning a vacation please don’t.The pictures look nice and the staff also nice but you will be let down by location

I was initially concerned about the mixed reviews I had read but there was no need to worry. Abian Klumpu Villa was great for the price. Location was fine. Small and personable villas. Staff were so friendly and accommodating. The manager and staff checked with us every day to see that we didn’t need anything additional. Bed was extremely comfortable. In fact we woke so refreshed from our sleep every morning. Pool was lovely. Breakfast was included in the price, plentiful and delicious, so many options to choose from, could have breakfast in the room, floating breakfast or in the small dining area. Quiet villa, some bypass noise but nothing that didn’t impact our stay. Occasional noise from local roosters but got used to this after first night. Massages were excellent (I had several). A short car ride into main part of Sanur, sometimes the free shuttle service was available other times the friendly staff booked a Grab car $3.20 AUD (cheap!) Thanks to all at Abian Klumpu for making our stay so enjoyable.

Towels could be updated, they were very soft but quite old. Would have liked a hand towel and face cloths. Would have liked more hooks to hang towels and clothing or at least a clothes airer.
