The staff seemed unfamiliar with basic hotel information and were unable to provide clear answers regarding parking arrangements, including whether parking was complimentary. Although the hotel facilities listed free parking, guests are actually required to pay for parking through a mobile app, which was misleading. In addition, the room rate was quite high considering the overall condition and quality of the room. The value provided did not match the price charged, making the stay less satisfactory than expected. For travelers driving to the area, I would recommend considering a homestay in Kuala Kubu Baru instead. In my experience, it offers better value, more convenient parking, and a more comfortable overall stay.

Very noisy after midnight cause of the dogs barking around. The price is a little bit pricey for a budget hotel maybe because its near to upsi. Its not suitabke for elderly because of the stairs.

I just check out but there were a person after me want to check in. They use the same room after we just check out, there will never have a plenty time to change the sheet or clean the room for staff. What if they always did this ?! Btw my sister got lot of rash full on her body after check out and having MC for a week to recovery. I got mosquito bites on my arm the night we stay too. Moreover, we went to mamak downstairs the staff’s service is bad but luckily the boss is kind

オーナーの奥様がとても親切でした。シャワーのお湯も暑いのがたっぷり出ます。Wi-Fiは遅めですがきちんとつながります。レストランやお店も近くにたくさんあるので便利。

周りの騒音が結構響きます。３階の方が静かですと言われ、面倒なので２階の部屋を選びました。やかましくて眠れないということはありませんでした。

Bilik hotel kemas dan selesa. Lokasi hotel juga sangat berdekatan dengan UPSI. Bawah hotel ada restoran mamak dan juga kedai makan yang lain. Senang tak payah pergi jauh².

Interior (color of room is so bright) and i got room no. 300 - feeling like staying at the kitchen. The wall (1/2 of the wall) covered by kitchen tiles.🤦🏼‍♀️ Strangely the floor is sticky and when you came out from toilet, the floor is so slippery!! Clearly can hear outside noise and we check out around 11:30pm that night. This is not so called budget hotel due to the price (walk in i price is rm400 for family room), but the room condition (including no refrigerator) is totally super budget hotel.

I like it when 1) the first time we stepped into the room, the aircond was turned on before we arrived so it is very pleasant temperature and cool us down a bit; 2) the amount of hangers they prodived are more than enough for us and i would say above than average hotels 3) they provided sejadah but it was hidden under the desk so we just found it out right before check out. Would have been better if put on the table.

I found it quite hard to sleep at night because of the noise coming from the restaurants nearby/located at ground floor of the hotel. A lot of people 'lepak' and hang out with friends when it is already midnight, laughing out loud and chitchating with high volume of voice among them which made us find hard time to sleep. One more we were not comfortable with the pillows as the pillow were getting shrink, inflatten and become less comfortable to sleep. Last but not least, the TV has enaough channels from kids, sport to nature and mainstream channel. But it was facing to the furniture like bro i pay the room for me to enjoy the TV not for the wardrobe to watch the TV.

Bilik selesa. Aircond sejuk sangat. Suka. Bawah hotel ada banyak kedai (7e, KK Mart, Baker's Cottage, Domino, Secret Recipe, Subway, Bask Bear) dan malam ada kedai burger. Berhampiran ada mixue. Farmasi pun ada.
