Lokasi hotel juga strategik kerana terdapat pelbagai pilihan tempat makan, kedai serbaneka dan kemudahan lain yang boleh dikunjungi dengan hanya berjalan kaki. Bilik juga bersih dan selesa untuk penginapan yang singkat.affordable price a
Walau bagaimanapun, saya mencadangkan agar pihak hotel memaklumkan dengan lebih jelas di laman web atau semasa proses tempahan mengenai kemudahan yang dikongsi bersama. Sebagai contoh, hanya terdapat satu seterika yang disediakan di lobi untuk kegunaan semua pelanggan, dan kemudahan penapis air panas dan sejuk juga ditempatkan di kawasan lobi, bukannya di dalam bilik. Reviewed Jun 25, 2026The staff was nice by accommodate us to check in first before paid the deposit in cash. We don't have cash during the check in and able to pay later once withdraw the money. My sister only need to pay RM5 for early check in. The room was big enough for my family and I. We able to get the room at ground level. This a plus point especially there was no lift at the hotel. Great for my mom. There are near by DIY laundry which is great for us as well.

Bad experience on the first day of check-in. It was raining heavily and there was a leak from the ceiling, so we had to move to another hotel. The cost of the replacement hotel was covered by the owner. However, the new hotel had no TV access and was of lower value than the hotel we originally booked. Unfortunately, we did not receive any refund for the difference in price.

This room has no windows, and the bathroom does not have an exhaust fan. The bathroom door is also difficult to open and close. Due to the air pressure inside the unit, opening or closing the bathroom door causes the bedroom door to shake and make loud noises, which can be quite unsettling and uncomfortable.

Reviewed May 20, 2026A humble hotel that's super near to UPSI. I truly enjoyed my stay there. I didn't need to worry in finding places to eat and restaurants were available within the hotel area. Staffs were friendly, room was comfortable and well ventilated. Thank you for the hospitality.

The place was clean, and honestly, I’m not trying to be racist here, but at first I thought the hotel was managed by Malays people, turns out it was run by Indians. So I would say, it was actually quite good. The room and the service were nice, and the room itself looked pretty decent for the price. Other than that, everything else was okay. The booking process and check-in/check-out were very easy and convenient. The facilities were decent too, towels and soap were provided, while the iron and Coway water dispenser were outside the room. The area can feel a bit dark and slightly scary if you come back or go out late at night, but overall it was still a good stay.
My only issue was that the staff felt a bit pushy at first. I had already informed them that I might arrive late for check-in. I’ve also never received messages like that before from other hotels saying the booking would be automatically cancelled if I didn’t respond between 12 PM to 6 PM on the same day. Since I already paid for the room, if I didn’t show up, I would be the one losing money, not them. So I didn’t really understand the issue there.
