Reviewed Sep 12, 2026きれいだし、作りもしっかりしている。ベッドの向かいが荷物置き場なので便利。無料ドリンクサーバーがありがたい。チェックイン時にバスタオル、フェイスタオル、バスマット、使い捨てスリッパをくれる。
2泊したけど朝食は食パンとコーヒーだけだった、ちょっとガッカリ。 洗面所で髪染めしてる外国人がいた。日本語では禁止の注意書きがあったけど、英語でも書いた方が良いと思う。 ベッドに小さい物置き棚があったら更に良い。

Reviewed Sep 7, 2026El alojamiento está bien. Limpio y las instalaciones son modernas y cómodas.
Esta muy mal cuidado. Los espacios son pequeños y está muy bien diseñado pero he de aquí que todo el hotel es un gran trastero. Desde la puerta donde el nombre de hotel no puede verse ya que solo está en la alfombra escrito y estaba lleno de carros con ropa blanca. Igualmente la recepción que se ve que se han dejado de usar los artefactos del desayuno y está todo tapado con telas, unas peceras o algo así pero desarmadas. En el piso que nos tocó el pasillo estaba todo copado por cajas, bultos medio tapados con biombos caídos igual que eñ la puerta del ascensor en la entrada abajo. Nuestra habitación que debía tener una puerta plegable con cerradura no la tenia y era solo una cortina, es verdad que en los hoteles cápsulas la costumbre es tener cortinas pero cada huésped tiene un locker para dejar sus cosas, aqui no. Y la entrada de nuestra habitación tmb estaba llena de cajas o algo almacenado. Una pena porque el hotel tiene buen diseño y podria ser muy comodo aún siendo espacios pequeños pero no almacenando cajas en todos los espacios la sensación de estar en un depósito es constante. Y el desayuno, es real que está pero son literalmente dos tostadas de pan Bimbo con una mermelada de esas de los convenience store. Realmente Quizas es mejor no decir que se tiene desayuno o aclarar que es.

El colchón era demasiado duro y me costó conciliar el sueño. No lo pueden controlar pero algunos pasajeros dejaban las duchas mojadas por todos lados, fue incomodo no poder usarlas bien. Tal vez falta donde colgar las cosas

Reviewed Jul 23, 2026まずコスパが良い、朝食付きで！23時過ぎにチェックインでフロントが空いていて、丁寧な説明。フロント横のラウンジでは15時から22時までソフトドリンク提供あり、寝室階、パウダールームにシャワーあり。特に今時嬉しい共同冷蔵庫あり、朝食のトーストは厚切りでジャムは3種類、ホットコーヒー共に美味しい、寝室広く 各専用荷物置きや貴重品ボックスあり、館内清潔。 近くにコンビニや飲食店があり、最寄り駅からのアクセスも良い。
寝室の空調の音がやや大きかったが睡眠には 問題無し、しっかりと換気されてるのでしょう。

Reviewed Jul 22, 2026Tout était parfait. L'établissement se trouve à une dizaine de minutes à pied du métro. Les capsules sont spacieuses et la literie est très confortable. Il y a un grand espace pour la valise ainsi qu'une petite étagère, ce qui est très rare et constitue un vrai plus. Les toilettes et les douches sont également propres et spacieuses.

Parking: It's very challenging because no free parking and only paid parking. On the other hand, paid parking is very expensive in the daytime around this property min 400JPY/hr Eating spot: There is no separate area to have food and drink. All guests must eat and drink next to the reception with limited seating arrangement which is biggest negative side because reception is fully crowded sometime because guest eating next to reception window and some guest lined up for check-in the rooms. Also, food smell spread across reception area which is not pleasant.

Reviewed May 23, 2026Les capsules sont grandes et propres, c'est calme, l'espace commun en bas est un plus, et il y a des boissons offertes l'après-midi.
Il faisait chaud dans le dortoir et ça ne sentait pas très bon... Le matelas était assez dur. Les sols des espaces communs (douches, sanitaires) mériteraient d'être nettoyés plus souvent. L'hôtel ne devrait pas vendre le "petit déjeuner inclus" lors de la réservation car il s'agit en fait de 2 tranches de pain (limite par personne) et café ou thé, mais proposer ce service "en cadeau" lors du check-in, ainsi on serait moins déçu.

Es war ziemlich warm in den Schlafsälen und die Temperatur der Klimaanlage lies sich leider nicht ändern. Das Frühstück ist zwar kostenlos, aber leider dementsprechend simple gehalten. Es gibt lediglich Toast mit Marnelade oder Schokolade, ein paar Vitamine wären hier nicht schlecht.

Reviewed May 16, 2026Séjour très agréable au sein de l’Hotel The Rock. Le personnel était très accueillant et toujours serviable durant tout le séjour. Les lieux étaient propres et bien entretenus, ce qui est vraiment appréciable. Très bon rapport qualité/prix également. L’hôtel est bien situé, proche des transports en commun et à quelques minutes de plusieurs konbinis, ce qui est très pratique au quotidien. Je recommande sans hésiter pour un séjour à Osaka 😊

Reviewed May 16, 2026Instalaciones muy limpias (tanto los baños comunes como las habitaciones). Camas cómodas, con espacio suficiente enfrente para dejar tus pertenencias. Tienen todo tipo de amenities (gel, champú, acondicionador, crema limpiadora, algodones, plancha del pelo…). El desayuno consiste en café/té y un par de tostadas con mantequilla/chocolate/mermelada, pero a 2 mins caminando hay un 7/11 donde puedes comprar lo que necesites. Disponen de neveras para almacenar la comida. La ubicación es muy buena, a 10mins caminando del metro y apenas a 20 caminando de Dotonbori.

Reviewed May 13, 2026Bardzo dobrze wyposażony hotel. Dobrze i wygodnie zorganizowane kapsuły, wygodny materac, dość szeroko, łatwo podłączyć urządzenia do ładowania. Dodatkowo przy kapsule miejsce na walizkę, półka na rzeczy, wieszaki oraz sejf. Świetna łazienka z kabinami prysznicowymi, umywalkami oraz toaletką z kosmetykami i suszarkami. Niestety brakuje w hotelu pokoju wypoczynkowego dla gości, a kilka stolików przy recepcji nie oferuje wygody i prywatności (jedna kanapa przy stolikach) - dodatkowo drzwi wejściowe otwierane przez gości powodują przeciąg i zimno (przy brzydkiej pogodzie).
Jak wspomniałam brakuje sali, w której można by spokojnie wypocząć lub popracować bez otwieranych drzwi wejściowych, przeciągu i hałasu. Bardzo duży minus stanowią śniadania - chociaż trudno ten posiłek tak nazwać. Hotel oferuje 2 (dokładnie dwie!) kromki chleba, 1 masełko i 1 dżemik! Spotkała mnie też nieprzyjemność, gdy nie znając zasady, w pierwszy dzień wzięłam 3 kromki chleba - pracownica hotelu podeszła do mnie, nakrzyczała na mnie po japońsku (nie znam języka) a następnie ręką zabrała mi z talerza kromkę chleba i wrzuciła ją z powrotem do koszyka z chlebem! Byłam w szoku!

1人で二段ベッドの部屋を予約したのですが 下の段が使えませんと言われて、1人なのでそれはいいのですが部屋に入ってみると下の段の壊れているベッドの木の一部やらマットレスやらがくつろぐ部分にドーンと置かれており、まずそれを地力でどかさないと部屋に入れないことにびっくりしました。他の部屋などに移動させておくことはできなかったのか？とゆうかするべきだと思います。

Reviewed May 10, 2026The location is great, is near Donbori and there are great restaurants around. It is also near the railway station.
The facilities were not 100% clean or sanitized. The shower rooms had a moisty smell (I actually saw mold in both shower rooms) and there was always a bit of trash on the floors. Also the rooms had an unpleasant smell.

Reviewed May 7, 2026Cet hostel est certainement le meilleur que j’ai eu l’occasion de visiter. La literie est confortable, les salles de bains et sanitaires sont propres et à chaque étage. Les savons/shampooing mis à disposition sont de bonne qualité. Le personnel est sympathique. Bref rien à redire, le séjour était parfait

Reviewed May 6, 2026Hotelli oli todella siisti ja mukava! Sain jättää matkalaukut odottamaan hotellille ennen check-in aikaa joka auttoi minua todella paljon.
Matkalaukuille ei ollut omaa lokeroa, jossa ne olisivat lukkojen takana, vaan jokaiselle oli oma suht pieni kassakaappi minne pystyi jättämään tärkeät pienet tavarat. Isot tavarat piti jättää oman kapselin eteen sille suunnatulle avoimelle lokerolle.
