綺麗でしたー寝るだけだったら全然ありー

wifiが悪かった。

设计很合理。住宿区很方便。

顶头卫生间浴缸塞子塞不进，无法使用。走累了想泡个澡。有点失望。

とにかく綺麗、カプセル広いです！上段でしたが、テーブルもあって書き物もできました。 フロアごとに飲食できるスペースと冷蔵庫があってよかったです。

トイレ横の洗面台スペースでドライヤーをしますが、そこにドアはありません。なので、カプセルブースのほうまでドライヤーの音は聞こえました。特に早朝や夜中、気になる人は気になるかもしれません。

Location is ok but busy

I had quite an uncomfortable stay here - it feels like the staff is watching your every single move and waiting to tell you off in any way possible..

スタッフの方々がとても親切で、サービスがいきとどいてました。 また、施設が定期的に清掃を行われ、清潔さが保たれているのも、とてもよかったです。 機会があれば、移転後も利用したいと思いました。

乾燥機が少し埃っぽかったので、その点はちょっと残念でした。 室内がちょっとだけ暑かったです。

Staff were super great and rooms were bigger than the typical capsule size, TV was a nice addition too. The location is great because it was a one minute walk away dotonbori and had tons of amazing food nearby.

The mattress was a little bit thin so when I would turn to sleep sometimes I could feel the ground, pillows were great though

The property was very clean and well presented. The staff were helpful and friendly on the desk. Great value for money and a lovely large capsule. The lounge space was also comfortable and pleasant to use for food and drinks.

The mattresses were a little thin and hard. There was no water dispenser in the hotel which most other hotels and capsule hotels have.

The facility was very clean and I felt like the capsules had sufficient privacy.

Thought very modern and clean, it felt almost too sanitized. It didn't feel like the communal spaces were meant to have people in them.

Good extras provided by the property including a nice face mask. Everything was very clean and the quiet rules meant I wasn’t disturbed at night.

The top bunks are quite difficult to get into with a very thin mattress.

水回り、部屋全部きれいでしたー！ 寝巻きやバスタオル類や、メイク落としや化粧水乳液あるので、手ぶらで泊まれちゃうと思います！ コインランドリーもありました！

うーん、敷布団が硬かった。

The staff were incredibly helpful, polite and nice. I had a dental emergency and one of the staff luckily recommended me an amazing dentist close by. She was even kind enough to talk on the phone for me, explain my problem and make sure that I was getting the right help.

Local limpo e organizado, staff atencioso! Os banheiros limpos e com muitas opções de cosmeticos. Na cabine tem uma mesinha q me ajudou muito a me organizar! Excelente localização!

本來以為跟上次一樣跟陌生人上下舖，沒想到居然有單獨隔間的！最優秀的都是飯店裡的各種設備，會附必需品甚至睡衣，入住感覺超好！

施設が綺麗！掃除も行き届いている。利用者の民度も良いのか、シャワー室や洗面台も不快感なく使えて良かった。ロケーションも良いので大阪市内動きやすい。

ドライヤーの調子が良くない物があった。

Clean rooms

Hotel Atarayo Osaka is exceptional with its price that has a high cost-performance ratio. I chose the male-only capsule room for my two-night stay in Osaka. The room is wonderfully clean and it has a narrow cabinet with clothes rack - something I didn't expect when I booked the room - and the bed sheet as well as the pillow was very comfy! In addition, they would provide you with a basket with pyjamas and towels (you need to return upon check-out) that I consider a plus for a backpacker. Their shower rooms are of high quality - I don't need to keep pressing the shower bar for the water to come out. Other bonus points would be the bright common area with seemingly new kitchen equipment.

The air circulation was not so good to me. It felt too cold in the walking aisle of the capsule rooms, but the air became easily stagnated inside those rooms- fortunately the room temperature was still acceptable after a while. The capsule room doesn't have a door, but a plastic curtain that rolls from top to bottom to separate the inside from the aisle, and I think it's this curtain that prevented the air from flowing properly. A little nuisance in the end was the elevator card. You had to hand it in to the receptionists every time when you went out - a issue of safety I understand, but it did bother me sometimes; I could have just used the emergency staircase after all.

The location is absolutely strategic; it's within walking distance to Shinsaibashi, with plenty of local eateries and convenience stores nearby. I also highly appreciated that they provided fresh towels, pajamas, and amenities every single day.

The only minor downside is that there is no drinking water dispenser for cold water, only a hot water dispenser is available

The mat on the floor was so uncomfortable, I booked 3 nights (nonrefundable) and left after night one and went to a different hotel.

The best hotel overall in Japan, couldnt recommend anything else. In every aspect it was the best i have ever had. Exceptional service.

Room was like a university dorm room with a closet and desk. I got a bag with towels. PJ. Slippers. Facemask. The room, toilets, showers and sinks were very clean. Very comfortable stay. Great location. My first time trying a capsule hotel in Japan. Will try again. Good experience. Very good value.

The mattress was a little on the thin/hard side for my liking, however I had no aches or pains waking up so perhaps good to sleep on a bit harder surface.

Clean, modern, quiet. They provide lots of free amenities to ensure smooth stay. Location is great, easy to travel to main attractions. I stayed in a bigger capsule with additional space and it was perfect mix. Would come again.

Tot estava molt net, les diferents zones estaven ben separades i no et molestaves amb les altres persones. La localitazació estava molt bé, prop d’estacions de metro i del centre.

狭くても充分な設備が整っていて、キレイで清潔。シャワーやパウダールームもキレイで利用しやすい。タオルやナイトウェアも付いているので、荷物を少なくできて便利。立地もいい。

我訂的是女性膠囊單人間，除了空調比較悶熱以外，其他整體都很好，有共用吹風機、冰箱、微波爐、熱水、保養用品、衛浴用品、卸妝、牙刷。很方便。單人間也有電視跟密碼鎖衣櫃，選擇下舖電話非常方便。只夠一個大行李箱攤開放走道整理，所以下舖可以坐床上整理。上鋪可能會不便。走路不用5分鐘就是心齋橋商店街末尾了。

空調有點悶熱，因為無窗戶也辦法散熱，但我是怕熱體質，別人吹冷氣喊冷我不冷的那種。所以不代表全部人感受

The rooms are very spacious and well equipped with everything needed for a comfortable stay. The location is also convenient, close to major tourist attractions.

However, the mattress is not very comfortable. There is also a rather strange atmosphere within the establishment. At reception, a man wearing glasses who did not appear to be of Japanese origin made me feel very uncomfortable. He kept staring at me constantly and watching my every move, which was quite unsettling, especially considering that many women stay here alone. The staff in general are not particularly friendly.

Metroya 5 dk, alısveris caddesine 3 dk, dotonbori’ye 15 dk asırı iyiydi konumu. 24 saat acık olan hem 7 eleven’ın hem de lawson’ın ortasında ve ayrıca etrafında daha bi suru guzel mekan var. Tertemiz bi konaklama deneyimi yasadım. kapsul oda bekledigimden genisti baya bi yasam alanı var icerde cok cok begendim. Ortak alan dısında sessiz bir hostel bu cok iyi, ortak alanda bilgisayarımı rahat kullandım. Normalde 1 gece kalscaktım fakat uzatarak 5 gece kaldım hatta keske daha uzun kalsaydım dedim. Tekrar geldigimde yine burda kalırım dusunmeden. Fiyat performans cok ustundeydi.
