Fujisan Mishima Tokyu Hotel

The beds were comfortable, location at Mishima station is very convenient and the spa on 14th floor is a massive bonus. They allow tattoos to be covered. The view of Mt Fuji from our window would have been perfect if the weather had been better. The staff were very helpful and friendly.

We had a wonderful stay and were only sorry that we booked just one night. The hotel is located right next to the train station, which was extremely convenient, with restaurants and convenience stores just around the corner. The room was spacious, clean, and very comfortable. The onsen on the 13th floor is definitely a must-try. The staff were also very friendly and welcoming.

駅から近くて本当に便利です。予約していたセミダブルのお部屋が混み合っているとのことで、ツイン山側の部屋にアップグレードしてくださいました。あいにくの曇りで富士山は見えませんでしたが、窓が大きくてブラインドもおしゃれで、ライティングやティーカップ、ポットの設置など、室内は快適でした。14階に温泉があり、疲れが癒やされます。シャワーや更衣室などの設備もわかりやすく使いやすいのがポイントです。たまたまかもしれませんが、滞在したお部屋のトイレットペーパーが富士山折りに工夫されており、ほっこりしました。また、三島に行く機会にはぜひ泊まりたいと思います。

Location is right next to Mishima train station, super convenient. They let me checked in 30 mins earlier than 3pm. There are 4 laundry machines in total, and you get to check if they're currently in use through the TV in room. However, the machines are right in front of the women & men's bath on 14F, which means even if the 2 machines on the men's side are empty, women cannot use them but have to wait for 2 machines on women's side. I hope they move the machines to a location that's accessible to everyone.

My room was on the 5th floor facing the city (not Mt Fuji), so I got disturbed by the traffic noises early in the morning. Especially the traffic light noises from the crossing is annoying. Light sleeper might want to use earplugs if you got assigned on the lower floors.

We only stayed at Fujisan Mishima Tokyo for one night while passing through, but it ended up being one of the biggest surprises of our trip. For the price, this hotel is an absolute gem. Its location right next to Mishima Station makes it incredibly convenient, especially if you're traveling around Japan by Shinkansen. We were hoping to enjoy the famous Mount Fuji views, but unfortunately the weather didn't cooperate, and it rained during our stay. Even so, I could tell why people love this hotel—the whole property is inspired by Mount Fuji, which gives it a unique charm and sense of place. What impressed me the most was the room. It was spotless, incredibly well maintained, and far better than I expected for what we paid. Everything felt fresh, comfortable, and thoughtfully designed. Even the pajamas provided by the hotel were super comfortable and made the stay feel even more relaxing. The staff was also wonderful. Everyone we encountered was friendly, welcoming, and eager to help with anything we needed. The level of service felt genuinely warm rather than scripted. Another thing worth mentioning is how quiet the hotel was. Despite being located right next to Mishima Station, we didn't hear any train noise or outside disturbances at all. We slept incredibly well. Honestly, I wish we had stayed a few more days. Between the value, the comfort, the excellent service, and the convenient location, it would have been a great base for exploring the area. Hopefully next time the weather cooperates, and we finally get to see Mount Fuji. I would definitely stay here again without hesitation.

The hotel is next to the south exit of the station, very convenient for travelers. The facility looks new and very clean. It maybe the best in Mishima. You can see the station and railway from room but there is no noise of trains. The staff are very friendly. The lobby is on the second floor while there are restaurants and coffee shop on the first floor.

When I cannot complain the space of the hotel room which is already good in Japan, I prefer it a little bigger to open luggage easier.

Really great location right next to Mishima station. Easy access to Mishima skywalk using the bus in front of the hotel. It could be Stunning view from the room to Fuji if it werent have been cloudy. Clean and spacious room (extra tatami section). We loved it!! Breakfast great with also extra view.

While we only stayed one night at Fujisan Mishima Tokyu Hotel, it was a charming experience. Fortuitously, our room had a spectacular view of Mt Fuji, which was augmented by an enchanting window seat! We stayed at three hotels while visiting Japan, and this was the only one that had the vanity outside the bathroom, which I understand to be common in traditional Japanese inns. We found the staff, food, linens, bed, and cleanliness to have met or exceeded or expectations. Would stay at the hotel again if the occasion ever arose.

В этом отеле мы забронировали два номера для нашей семьи при перемещении из Киото в Хаконе. Отель превзошел наши ожидания. Нас встретили вежливые любезные администраторы, они помогли оставить на некоторое время наши рюкзаки до заселения, так как мы прибыли рано. Мы смогли посетить MOA Museum of Art до которого легко добраться. В отеле чисто, уютно, все сделано со вкусом, великолепный дизайн, брендовая косметика. Номера нам достались с видом на город, но термальная купальня с видом на Фудзи очень нас впечатлила. Завтрак в отеле разнообразный, вкусный, особенно рыба на гриле, которую повар готовил при нас. В отеле создана атмосфера хорошего отдыха и отличного настроения. Искренние слова благодарности от нашей семьи.

Near Mishima station so the location is so convenient. Such a comfortable place, with beautiful views of Mt. Fuji from the hot spring spa. The breakfast buffet is Japanese and Western style cuisines, so delicious. Perfectly clean everywhere and excellent service.

Right by the train, nice facilities and super kind staff

The location, almost connected to the Station, is great. This was my third or fourth stay. The view of Mt. Fuji from the room is beautiful. I really like the lounge wear (作務衣・samue) that the hotel provides. I really like their bathing facilities that are located on the top floor with an outside bath/roten-buro. The Kyomaru restaurant (not run by the hotel) in the same building as the hotel is quite good. They provide Unagi prepared in both Kanto and Kansai style.

They seem to be getting a lot more inbound traffic, and it is getting quite difficult to find decent pricing and availability on short notice. The pricing in yen feels quite expensive but when paid in US$ seems reasonable. (a problem for locals) I would love to have the inbound visitors enjoy themselves but did not enjoy their constant loud talking during my (should have been) quiet bath time. The Japanese need to figure out better ways to communicate our traditional ways and manners so that they can be understood and hopefully followed.

A tall modern unassuming hotel conveniently adjacent to the south entrance of Mishima Station. Inside, a superior hotel with a wonderful onsen with views directly to Fuji-san. I was lucky enough to have a room also with a direct view of Fuji-san.

Minor things only, air-conditioning instructions in English would have been good (though a staff member cheerfully fixed it for me), and it would have been nice to have windows that could open.

We spent one night here on a tour, so not much time to use all the facilities. Well located for train station and if your room is on the train side you’ll have a view of the iconic Mt Fuji 😊. No bar, so if you’re on a group tour, no where to meet with others for a drink etc. No gym. Like all Japanese hotels, spotlessly clean with very polite staff. No fault of the hotel, but it was in Mishima, which was our least favoured place on our tour - industrial; not well maintained; uncomfortable walking at night.

Beautiful view from the hotel rooms, if you get one of the more premium rooms you can even see Mount Fuji on a clear day. Everything was very well maintained and the view of the onsen is beautiful! Only downside of the outdoor onsen is that when you are inside the bath the view is blocked. You can only see it when you are standing outside the bath. Overall excellent hotel and great location.

Mother and I stayed here on a trip to visit family. Hotel is beautiful, clean and updated. We stayed in an upper floor room and had an amazing view of Mt Fuji. Onsen facilities were excellent. Highly recommend.

We stayed one night in this hotel on our Japanese tour. The room was quite small with no wardrobe and It had a small toilet . The breakfast was sufficient with cooked Western and Japanese food. Our room had a superb view of Mt.Fuji. Overall, it was well located but the room was less comfortable than other places where we had stayed.

It was in an ideal location, near the station for the Shinkansen or local trains and had everything that you need. Comfortable beds, good facilities, nice lounge wear (you can buy at reception), nice, although small onsen, would have a great view of mount Fuji if no clouds. 15 mins walk from Mishima Taisha. Near to places to eat. Didn't have breakfast so can't comment on that. Staff actually checked you in not like other hotels where you have to use a machine.

La situation géographique, directement collé à la gare, très pratique. De nombreux restaurants à proximité, super. La chambre que nous avons eu (chambre d'angle) était très grande, belle et moderne avec une baie vitrée gigantesque sur 2 côtés et vue sur le Mont Fuji !

Un kit adapateur pour prise japonaise/européenne aurait été top dans la chambre, même si la réception nous en a prêté un.

Fantastic Location - Bus stop and Shinkansen stop just 25 meters away and to Cherry on the cake - Green Lady to welcome you ( Starbucks ) and an Indian restaurant around 100 meter from the hotel . Perfect place to stay and if lucky get the Mount fuji view and you can open eyes and see the Fuji san if blessed. Atmosphere is awesome and good .Japanese hospitality is amazing too .

清潔で静かで快適に過ごせました。飲食店もいくつか入っているので助かりました。朝食の干物が美味しかったです。

富士山側の部屋では無かったことと、朝食時の席もパネルで区切られて景色が見えない席に通されてがっかりでした。ビジネス出張ではなく、一人旅なのでせめて景色見ながら食事したかったです。

Breakfast was good and had nice variety including traditional Japanese options. Another highlight We had a wonderful view of Mt Fuji and one of our most magical moments was seeing the sun set behind the mountains with Mt Fuji next to it while soaking in the outdoor onsen on the top floor.

The onsen and sauna was so nice and beautiful on the rooftop, with views on Mt. Fuji. The room was beautifully designed and very comfortable and clean. Staff was very friendly and helpful. This was by far our best hotel in our entire Japan trip. Thank you very much.

Everything was perfect. Maybe it could be useful to get some information on what one can do in Mishima, as the skywalk that we went to was a bit dissapointing.

チェックインより早く到着しましたが、快く荷物を預かってくださり周辺のお散歩マップもいただき、散策を楽しめました。 朝食も富士山を眺めながらいただきました。 立地条件もよく、三島の旅を満喫することができました。

駅前の商業施設直結。大浴場からは富士山が綺麗に見えるので朝風呂がおすすめ。朝ごはんが美味しい。焼き魚美味しかった。

商業施設からエスカレーターで上がったら入り口があることが分からなくて、遠回りしてしまった。案内をわかりやすくしてほしい。 駐車場が満車だった。もう少し台数が多いと助かる。

這次入住高樓層、面向富士山景的房間，非常滿意這次的住宿，窗外景色很美。早餐很豐富、多元。已經是我第二次入住了，一切都很好。交通也很方便，樓下就有公車站可以直接搭去河口湖。

Easy to find and good location for us - great Fuji views

I only stayed here for 1 night. I was impressed by the reception from the front desk staff, particularly from Shun. She spoke good English. She went out of her way to sort out the parking ticket issue for us. And when I had difficulty in operating the washing machine, she showed up to solve the problem for me. The hotel is right next to the train station. I had difficulty in finding the main entrance where we could park our car to drop off our luggage. The street that was right outside the main entrance was for buses only. I made a mistake to turn into the bus only entrance. Later. I found out that the hotel parking and entrance was further down the road. There weren't many parking. So do check in early, if you want a parking spot. The room was very comfortable and clean. I used there laundry. From the TV, I could see when the washing and drying was done. Very convenient. I like the outdoor onsen. Apparently during the daytime, one could see Mount Fuji. But I only had the chance to use it at night. The city light was also nice and I could see the Shinkansen arriving and departing from the station Breakfast buffet had a good spread of Japanese and western food and drinks I would stay here again .
