Reviewed Sep 18, 2026備え付けの枕ではなく、フロントで貸し出している枕をお借りしましたが、枕本体とカバーに血液のような汚れがあり、交換していただきました。その時の対応はとても親切で的確でしたので大変ありがたかったのですが、問題は前回お使いになった方が、貸し出している場所に直接返してしまったと思われ、それが原因で清掃担当が枕の汚れに気づけなかったではないかと推察します。したがって、レンタルの枕を使用した方へ、使用後の枕の返し方をもう少しわかりやすい場所に表示するなど、してみてはどうでしょうか。

Reviewed Sep 15, 2026三島駅から遠くもなく、セブンイレブンが近くにあるのは嬉しい。 朝食をとる時間がなかったので、食べたかったですが、美味しそうでした。 サウナしきじに行くために、タイムズカーシェアを利用しましたが、車のステーションまで徒歩１分。雨が降っていたので近くて助かりました。 部屋はトイレ付でベッドも十分。ぐっすり眠れました。
朝食はとる時間がなかった（二日酔いのため食欲もなかった）が、珈琲を持ち帰りできると嬉しい対応ではありました。

Reviewed Sep 8, 2026A very good hotel in the center of Mishima, close to the main station. It serves as an excellent base for bus trips to the foot of Mount Fuji (Fujinomiya Trail). The room was very clean, as were the shared bathrooms on the floor. All necessary amenities were provided. Everything was clearly explained in English, including instructions on how to use the washing machine. The breakfasts were excellent!

Reviewed Aug 30, 2026仕事で三島に来た時によく利用します。部屋は狭いけど綺麗で良いです。夜は三島広小路辺りで飲み歩き、帰りはタクシーで帰ってきます。徒歩でも問題ない距離です。
前と比べて食事の質、種類が落ちた感じがしますが、物価高なのでしょうがないですね。

ベッドの高さがもう少し低いと良かった。これは、収納がないため、海外の宿泊者のためにスーツケースなどを入れるためであるとは考えられたが、テレビを見る際、申し越し低いと良いと思った。

Reviewed Apr 19, 2026On entering the lobby staff is very welcoming and there is self-help coffee and tea. Lounge is bright. What's more, there is a happy hour where some drinks are being offered. Thrown into the rate is a free breakfast with hot and cold options. Its shared facilities are clean and there is no wait for the showers. The single room itself is basic but serves well for sleep. My friends got a family room where there is a tatami space for some gathering and chats. There is a bit of a walk to JR I reckon it's like 7 mins but leave extra time for catching shinkansen as it's across the track on the other side through the station underpass.
The entrance is a bit hard to find as it's on side street but google map gives the impression that it's on main street. Nothing much really.
