Sehr steile Treppen und teilweise ohne Handlauf - nicht ideal für ältere Leute!

Die Lage ist gut, grundsätzlich ruhig, Ausstattung ist ok. Gute Info durch die Gastgeber

Wir hatten ein unerwartet ein Kellerappartement zu einem engen Innenhof, war dadurch teilweise laut, weil man die Gespräche aus den Häusern rundherum gehört hat. Die Betten in beiden Schlafzimmern stehen in einer Nische, man kann nicht von der Seite-wie üblich- ins Bett gehen. In einem der beiden SZ gibt es keine Beleuchtung beim Kopfteil. Und besonders befremdlich war, dass wir die Betten selbst beziehen mussten - was einerseits eher eigenartig ist und angesichts der Lage der Betten eher schwierig war. Im Bad gibt es keinen Abzug (auch kein Fenster): es ist alles extrem feucht, wenn nur 1 Person duscht (das Appartement ist für 4 Personen). Die Fotos auf Booking.com entsprechen leider nicht ganz der Realität- wurden offenbar mit Weitwinkel gemacht.

La terrasse avec vue sur les toits et la montagne parfait pour se poser. Le sèche linge & la machine à laver avec de la lessive à disposition. Un vrai plus :) Possibilité de laisser les bagages. Top :) Un supermarché kiwi à côté :) Draps & serviettes compris dans le tarif :)

Great location, we could walk to everything - pick ups for excursions, restaurants, Bryggen etc and there were supermarkets nearby. The apartment was clean and comfortable and nicely furnished and decorated. The blinds blocked out light at night in the bedrooms which was good. It was great being able to store luggage on our last day. Having codes to get in worked well with a group of us as we could be independent getting into and out of the apartment.

There was a problem with something beeping intermittently from above the cooker, hopefully this will be sorted before any more guests arrive.

The apartment is nice, well compartmented, well equipped and very close to the city center. Hosts were great and easy to communicate with.

The cleaning ladies missed a few things, but the hosts were great to help fix that. Some of the rooms are a bit small to fit luggages in, but the wardrobes help.

La distancia al centro estaba bien. Es una zona muy tranquila y tiene cerca un supermercado

Que la canal del agua del tejado estaba rota y cuando llovía más fuerte el ruido que producía era muy molesto y hubo dos noches que no pudimos dormir bien por lo fuerte que era incluso con la ventana cerrada. Este desperfecto no es de ahora se notaba que lo sabían y no lo han reparado

The apartment was comfortable and had a nice interiors. Location was nice, 15 mins walking distance to the old town and nice restaurants and cafes.

Service was quite poor. We got dirty dishes in dishwasher. Beds are not made . You are expected to make your own bed along with duvet covers. This is completely putting me off as it was not mentioned at time of booking or anytime before check-in. I was in different apartments in Norway also and this is not typical at all. You get long list of instructions about bedsheets along with check in codes. Our kitchen had 2 tea spoons and no other cutlery. No microwave in the kitchen , this was also something which was an issue for us as we have a toddler and we need to warm food , milk very often. There were no toiletries in the bathroom which was also something which is not typical as compared to other homestays we were in Norway. The owner was responsive but the answers were not helpful at all as everything which I asked had response on the lines that "we don't provide this or this is expected" Also you need to take out your own trash. Again this is first time I had such a stay with all these requirements. I think owners don't spend on cleaning service, they expect most of things to be done by guests themselves. I don't expect this for the price.

Toplocatie. Mooi ruim appartement en van alle gemakken voorzien met veel oog voor details voor een comfortabel en ook praktisch verblijf te hebben. Zeer schoon.

Excellent location in a quiet neighborhood! It was easy to find and the check in instructions were clear.

The curtains don’t fully block the window, especially when the sun doesn’t set.

We enjoyed the great location, within a walking distance from the center of Bergen. The apartment was modern and clean, and had all the amenities that we needed.

Emplacement proche du centre de Bergen. Appartement lumineux et moderne.

Les informations données dans le livret d'accueil sont erronées sur le WiFi et les poubelles. Il manque une table dans le salon. L'évier de la salle de bain était bouché.

Good location near to town and station

The rooms and space were small , difficult with luggage .

It was a nice modern place, lots of light, when it wasn’t raining. We had a few problems on our end. The staff was kind about explaining what to do to make things work.

One bedroom was set up with a bed that was as wide as the room. I had to crawl in from the bottom of the bed. It was in the photo of the room so I expected it, but if someone has mobility issues, maybe not the place to stay.

Great location and easy access using codes

No sleep on first night due to it raining. The guttering needs to be cleared as there was an overflow problem outside the bedroom window which was hitting a fence and causing a loud and continuous noise which kept us awake. I reported the issue but nothing was done so anyone staying needs to be mindful of whether it will be raining at night until the issue is fixed.

The apartment was will furnished with free WiFi, clean linen in excellent central location

The kitchen didn't have basic cutlery like teaspoons, and the bathroom was missing body wash and shampoo.

Great location! Loved being able to step out on the balcony and enjoy the view. Very comfortable for four adults and very quiet.

Bardzo dobra lokalizacja, cicha i spokojna okolica. Bardzo blisko komunikacji, sklep w zasięgu kilkunastu metrów. Kontakt z właścicielem super.

Brak sztućców. Był tylko jeden widelec, trzy łyżki i ani jednej łyżeczki .

Stairs were not easy with luggage. Need a bannister at the lower level. Angled ceilings meant lots of head bumps.

Świetna spokojna lokalizacja a zarazem blisko centrum, apartament bardzo dobrze wyposażony, na duży plus zaskoczyła nas dodatkowa toaleta w apartamencie bo w opisie jest jedna łazienka a przy takiej ilości osób jest to świetne rozwiązanie. Polecam i na pewno wrócimy :)

Comfortable and spacious

One bedroom was small with no bedside tables or lamps. Having to put on and take off bedding was a bit of a chore

Me ha gustado el tamaño y distribución de habitaciones. La localización era buena. Contaba con lavadora y secadora.

Un poco sucio. Los grifos gotean. La escobilla para limpiar el inodoro asquerosamente sucia. El pitido constante de la alarma de incendios es un poco insoportable.

Apartamento completo, confortável e suficiente para estadias pequenas. Boa localização, perto de supermercado e de um parque muito bonito! Com máquina de lavar roupa, máquina de lavar loiça e ferro. O apartamento tem escadas para baixo, mas tem janelas na mesma.

Os funcionários disponibilizam os lençóis, mas temos de ser nós a fazer a cama. Como as camas estão encostadas à parede, colocar os lençóis pode ser frustrante.

Ubicación, básicamente está en una de las mejores zonas de Bergen. Muy cerca de la estación de trenes y autobuses y cerca andando de casi cualquier zona interesante

Limpieza y falta de algo de equipamiento de menaje

We stayed in apartment 4 (top floor) for 3 nights and had an excellent experience. Apartment is light and bright with lovely views to the mountains. Kitchen was well-equipped and had everything that we needed. Quiet location, despite being near the university, and it is only a 15-min walk into the centre. If travelling from the airport, the apartment is only a 5-10 minute walk from the Bybanen/Light Rail stop called Nygard, which was super-convenient. Several supermarkets nearby and there are restaurants on Vaskerelven, so you are not obliged to walk to Bryggen to eat out and pay the higher prices over there. The hosts were very helpful and responded quickly to all messages through the site. The underfloor heating was very effective and kept us warm and toasty on wet and snowy days. The use of the luggage room after we checked out was a great bonus and was hugely appreciated so that we could enjoy our last day even more. All in all, it was a great apartment for our stay and met our needs perfectly.

It is worth highlighting the steep staircases (2 flights to top floor), just so that you are prepared for this if you bring heavy luggage or have any mobility issues. Also be ready for very steep and uneven stairs to access the basement luggage store. We travelled light, so it was not a problem for us. Some reviewers have been unhappy about having to make up their beds on arrival. We found this a quick and easy process: all towels and linens were clean and ironed, and we did not mind doing this.

Wszystko tak jak w opisie. Wygodne łóżka. Mieszkanie przystosowane dla 4 osób. Cała kuchnia dobrze wyposażona. Plus za bardzo dobry kontakt z właścicielem. Zabrakło nam suszarki - od razu została dowieziona.

Koselig og rent og delikat leilighet i rolig strøk. Det var deilige senger og svært god ventilasjon. Kontaktpersonen var vennlig, fleksibel og fulgte oss opp på en ypperlig måte.

It's near shops and restaurants. The area is clean and pleasant. Easy access into the apartment with the codes given. Instructions are very clear. Hosts are very accommodating, changing our apartment to ground floor. They r very fast in responding to our enquiries. A lot of cups and plates. Clean and comfortable apartment especially the living room.

We wished there was a microwave which would have been very helpful. There were not enough cutlery. Only 2 spoons in the dishwasher. The 2nd room was a bit cramped and not suitable for senior citizens as we had to climb in and out of beds from the end of the beds.

Location was great! Very close to the city center. It was quite easy to unlock the apartment as we were given clean instructions on how to unlock our apartment. When we entered, the apartment was really clean! The hosts were very quick to respond to questions, which made for an easier stay!

Our stay was lovely, but I would suggest the following improvements: 1) It would have been nice to have 2 pillows per person. The pillows given were quite soft/flat, and a second pillow would have made for a more comfortable sleep 2) It would have been nice if we were given cleaning products (such as a universal disinfectant to clean table surfaces etc). 3) The instructions for the temperature were very unclear, and hence, we were unable to change the temperature

Well furnished and fitted out basement apartment. The place had everything we needed. Comfortable beds and a good bathroom and shower. Quiet residential street.

Works we’re going on in the courtyard the apartment looked out on. Needs bedside lights and charging points mounted on the walls as no room for bedside tables in the narrow bedrooms.

Apartamento muy nuevo y cuidado. Todo está muy limpio y dispone de supermercados cerca con horarios amplios.

La ducha no era del todo estanca (nos ha sucedido también en otros alojamientos de la zona). Y hemos echado de menos disponer de un microondas.

Veldig sentralt. Lett å sjekke inn, og veldig bra med kodelås både på ytterdør og innerdør sidan vi var 4 stk på tur i lag.

Ruimte en locatie. Je loopt zo Bergen in.

Enige opmerking is dat je kan laden lossen en dan moet parkeren in een garage verderop.

Great arrangement for 2-4 people with two double rooms and a kitchen/leisure area.

There is missing a table inside if you plan to cook and eat. Shower gel would have been nice. Beds were very soft, in case you don’t like it.

Lovely spacious apartment. Comfortable beds and clean. Great location and very peaceful at night.

Very nice apartment with new furniture, spacious and bright. The host was helpful and brought a child chair and a crib after we asked on WhatsApp.

A couple of pans more would have been helpful for preparing some meals. You have to make the beds when you arrive.

Het was warm in huis, ramen moesten open en er was veel lawaai ‘s nachts van meeuwen en muziek van buren. We hadden oordoppen nodig om te slapen.

Mold around shower in bathroom. Easy to trip and stub your toes on a buckled floor board that was raised. Slow response from hosts. No freezer.

Central location close to all the major attractions

Very steep stairs up to the apartment, the first set with no handrails. Blackout blind in one of the bedrooms was broken.

The location was good, just a short walk down-hill to the harbour and fish market. The lounge/kitchen area although small was clean and comfortable - the shower was good too. Useful also to have a washing machine.

Both bedrooms were very small with no room for a beside table. The courtyard area outside the lounge needs cleaning up and could be made more attractive with wall flowers and or pot plants for example.
