No sabría por donde empezar, quizas que la luz del apartamento no se apagaba, no habia puertas en el salon ni cocina que al ser un piso para cuatro y el sofá cama está en el salon, quita privacidad. La luz parpadeaba todo el rato, nos dijeron que iban a subir a arreglarla y no apareció nadie. Estaba bastante sucio todo. Aire acondicionado solo en el salon. Los utensilios de cocina tienes que ir a buscarlos al hall y luego dejarlos y están en un estado pésimo. Las sabanas estaban rotas y manchadas. No lo recomiendo para nada

Le personnel de la réception Koray et son ami était vraiment très gentils, accueillant, et de bon conseil.

Logement tres sale, pas de vaisselle, la salle de bain est dans un état pitoyable, la literie pas confortable. Je suis vraiment déçue de mon séjour.

Самое главное, удобное месторасположение, все близко, центр, метро, не шумно. Рядом пять мини маркетов в шаговой доступности, банкомат. Апартаменты были чистые, по требованию проводилась уборка. Все необходимые бытовые предметы были в рабочем состояние, посуду для приготовления еды все предоставляли. В апартаментах было очень тепло, есть регулятор температуры воды и отопления. Благодарим персонал, все были приветливые, по всем вопросам всегда отвечали, были на связи . Особая благодарность за поздние выселения из апартаментов. Всем рекомендуем данный отель

It was very uncomfortable and that was no blanket

De locatie is absoluut een pluspunt. Het verblijf ligt centraal, op korte afstand van Kızılay, wat het ideaal maakt om je gemakkelijk te verplaatsen. Er was iemand aanwezig aan de receptie, waardoor het inchecken en ophalen van de sleutels zeer vlot verliep. Ik had een auto gehuurd op de luchthaven en de medewerker aan de lobby heeft deze voor mij geparkeerd. Dit was bovendien gratis, wat zeker een meerwaarde is. In de directe omgeving vind je twee bakkers, een koffieshop en een A101-winkel, wat erg praktisch is voor korte verblijven. Wat ik persoonlijk enorm waardeer, is dat de mensen in de buurt diervriendelijk zijn. Dat geeft een warme en aangename sfeer aan de omgeving. Bedden waren comfortabel.

Wij verbleven met vier personen, maar er waren onvoldoende handdoeken voorzien bij aankomst. Dit zou beter afgestemd moeten worden op het aantal gasten. Daarnaast was er geen fles water, koffie of thee aanwezig in het appartement. Er stond enkel een waterkoker, maar zonder theezakjes, glazen of kartonnen bekers of suiker. Voor een verblijf in deze prijsklasse zou een minimale basisvoorziening (water en koffie/thee) toch verwacht mogen worden.

L’emplacement était bien , c’était confortable. Le personnel était très agréable !

Dairenin temizliği gerçekten çok iyiydi. İşim gereği sürekli seyahat etmek zorunda kalıyorum ve sürekli farklı yerlere gidiyorum gittiğim yetler arasında 5 yıldızlı otel temizliği vardı. Çarşaflar bile ütülüydü çok beğendim çok da güzel kokuyordu oda genişti

Odalar beklediğimden çok daha genişti. Biz 3. Katta konaklama yaptık daire temiz ve güzel hazırlanmıştı sigara kokmuyordu. Anıtkabire olan yakınlığı da şaşırttı yürüyerek gittik aynı zamanda Ankarayı da gezmiş olduk bi dahaki seferde de burayı seçeriz

Odaları geniş ve temiz, personeli yardımsever ve güleryüzlü. Şehir merkezi ve metroya çok yakın.

Resepsiyondaki hanımefendi dışında çok kötüydü. Odalar temiz değildi çarşaflar sigara kokuyordu ve havalandırılmamıştı. Çarşaflar kötü koktuğu halde değiştirilmedi yenisini istediğinizde çarşaflarının olmadığını söylediler. Ayrıca duvarlar çok ince bütün gece üst kattakiler şarkı söylediler doğru düzgün uyuyamadık. Çok zorda kalınmadıkta önermiyorum. Odaların kapıları yumrukla kırılmıştı pek güvenli bir yer olmayabilir. Ayrıca otoparkları olduğu yazıyor ama iki araçlık yerleri vardı ve araba park edecek yer bulmakta yoğun günlerde biraz zorlanabilirsiniz.

Когда то это наверное была очень хорошая гостиница. Все сделано максимально комфортно и удобно, но время свое берет и с момента запуска гостиницы, мало кто смотрел за ее состоянием. Поломаный кран, потасканая мебель, отсутствие минимального набора посуды. Больше всего удивил факт присутствия пар которые снимали номера не на сутки и более, а на час В целом все норм, если просто переночевать то ок, если отдыхать, то я бы не остановился

Konumu güzel araç parkında sorun yaşamadık oda gayet büyüktü her şey vardı sadece temizlik biraz kötüydü fiyatı uygun tam bir fiyat performans yeri biraz daha temiz olsa süper olurdu ama yinede tüm çalışanlara teşekkür ediyorum 2 günümüz sorunsuz geçti

The staff are very helpful, whatever you ask concerning the property facility, they are ready to facilitate. The kitchen is really what attracted us to this apartment hotel so we xan cook our gluten free food. The front desk staff are very friendly and welcoming. The price you pay it's worth it. I love to comeback and stay here my next visit.

Temizlik olarak temiz olduğu söylenemez. Ailem ile birlikte konakladık. 5+1 kişi rezervasyon yaptırmamıza rağmen 2 adet havlu vardı. Banyo temiz değildi. Oda büyük ve yeterli idi ancak yeterli miktarda ekstra battaniye vs yoktu. Terlik vs hiç bir şey yoktu odada mutfak var ancak mutfak gereçleride yoktu.

The hotel staff were very helpful and accommodating. The area the hotel is in has many attractions, including an amazing park (independence park) great for families.

The location of the suite was very good, but all the equipment was very old and broken.The bathroom shower was broken and the towel was torn and old.We stayed for three days, they did not come for cleaning once and it was bad.

Smell of smoke in the halls, and a little bit in the room, although it was bearable. There is a kitchen, but nothing in it. No pans, plates, glasses, nothing.

The check-in was really easy. The person at desk helped get a quick parking and got us situated in our room despite 6 person in our party really quickly as well. Rooms were done nicely and pretty clean. WiFi was fairly decent as well. Overall, our 2 nights were very uneventful. Very satisfied. Will definitely come back to Butik 24.

Beklediğim oda verilmedi ve ödediğim fiyat soruldu. Ona göre bir oda verildi. Temizliği iyiydi. Mobilyalar eski yatak sorunsuzdu. Oda kapısı içeriden kilitlenemiyor. Temizlik standart idi.

Service is so awful and the place is so dirty ad i had reserved the place for two adults ppl and there is no enough blankets and i asked them to gave me more blankets many times and they said okay but no one gavel me any thing and it was so cold there Its really bad service and bad place and i will not book any places from booking . Very bad experience with no locks on outside doors, unmanageable heating (lived in 27C degree) (asked the reception, and they didn't respond). No cutlery at all, even no water bottle. No soap and shampoo... nothing at all.

Don’t book this property as it barely has walls and beds, no more amenities. There is no air conditioning system and if you open the windows, it is very noisy (a car is passing every 20-30 seconds) and you feel like sleeping/being on the street.

Lors de notre arrivee a lhotel notre reservation n'a pas etait prise en compte ont sest retrouves a minuit avec un enfant et pas d'hébergement !!! Hotel non familiale plus de passe !! On nous a reloges dans un appartement dégueulasse couchage pour 4 alors que nous avions réservé pour 6 . Nous demandons un dédommagement. Nenvoyez plus personnes la bas

Oda ve çevre sessiz di Haziran sonu gittik bunalmadık. Demirbaşlar biraz hırpalanmıştı. Parası na göre uygun bir seçim.

Rooms are very dirty and the hotel is noisy, staff talking in the reception and speak loudly which makes the guests awake all night until 3:00 AM

Having to cancel my credit cards, having to go to the police, and spending the night finding a new hotel. So much fun!!! AVOID THIS PLACE... YOUR BELONGINGS ARE SAFER UNDER THE BRIDGE!

Where do I start? The property was dirty and the toilet was full of pee. We requested a new room (slightly better). Second night the property decided to rent OUR ROOM to someone else. that someone else decided to have a party in our room... WITH ALL OUR STUFF, CARDS, DOCUMENTS, in the room. The room was left with drinks around the place, smell of smoke, and SEMEN ON THE BED! the solution presented by the property was to smile and say "it is ok". ABSOLUTE SHOCK!!! I had to cancel all cards and report all documents to the tourist police in case someone cloned the documents/cards. After 1 hour waiting the manager showed up to tell me that they made a mistake but told me that a solution would be to go back to booking.com and "to go cry to them". WOW

Host was kind and helpful. She provided some equipments for kitchen to us. Flat was big and modern.

Fridge was dirty, cleaning was not great. On booking it is written that there is washing machine, but there was not.

Accommodation was great. Good location, it is literally in the centre - any transportation is available. Apartment was comfortable, has all the amenities. Also it was pretty cold weather outside, so they turned on the heating. Perfect value for the price.

The room we were given was infested with bed bugs. Both beds and even the couch was covered in them. We woke up in the middle of the night covered in bites, took pictures of the bed bugs on the bed as well as our bites, and then found that the clothes we left on the couch were also covered in them, including a pair of Versace jeans. I was horrified to also see bed bugs in my backpack which I had left in the middle of the room away from anything, thinking it would be safe. We spent 2 hours cleaning out all of our bags at 3am in the morning, right before our red eye flight. When we confronted the hotel manager, the three people working at the front laughed in my girlfriend’s face. It was extremely disrespectful. We demanded some form of compensation, they didn’t even offer to refund us the price of our stay there. We told them we would file a complaint with Booking and make a police report as well.
