Отель в хорошем расположении. Все рядом, улицы с кафе, торговые зоны, можно выходить гулять и заходить в отель. Персонал хороший. Есть семейные номера ,что очень нам понравилось. Цена приемлемая.

Отельчик не новый, но на свою цену ,все хорошо. Единственное , ванная комната сильно пахла. ( то ли канализация в душе, то ли задохнувшийся запах). Но мы останавливались на 1 ночь, поэтому не обращали на это внимания. А так спасибо ,все было хорошо.

Staff attitude was never welcoming. Staff is expected to meet guests with a smiling face, but that was not the case in this hotel.

La ubicación. Es un hotel para dejar las cosas y explorar la ciudad. El desayuno también está bien.

Es una pena porque, a pesar de que la habitación era grande, el baño estaba sucio como la terraza. También había un olor insoportable del baño. Olía mucho a tabaco pese a que no se puede fumar y había restos de ceniza en la pared. Es verdad que eso no es "culpa" del hotel pero pueden hacer una gestión mejor a la hora de llamar la atención a la gente que fuma. Tampoco había cortinas que quitasen la luz del todo y se veía mucha luz por la noche de la calle.

Ужасный вид из она на крышу и слабо работал кондиционер. Забрали ключи от машины чтобы переставлять если мешать буде, а утром эти ключи валялись в корзиночке и никого рядом. Забирай кто хочет.

La camera era leggermente piccola ma buona per due persone

La habitación: tamaño para 4 personas perfectamente, muy limpia y cómoda. El personal muy amable (recepción, limpieza, camareros) y dispuesto a ayudar en lo que hemos necesitado por un problema que teníamos con un transporte a otra ciudad llamando a la compañía correspondiente.

El desayuno no tenía café porque no funcionaba la máquina y sólo había la opción de leche en polvo y al no tener leche el desayuno para los niños no tenía opciones.

Ar condicionado nao funcionava ! E o desjejum so possui comida regional . Não ha opções de bolo, frutas, pães. Parece um almoço logo pela manhã, o que para nós ocidentais é estranho . Muito barulho a noite também.

L'établissement a besoin de travaux et rafraîchissement. İl n'y a presque pas de passage pour passer entre le lit et le mur. Les fenêtres se ferment mal ce qui est un danger pour les enfants.

Super noisy neighberhood. Music from the street was heard until late hours. The bathroom was simply dirty.

The hotel was nice, it had a good breakfast, and the location was good. It was great for our overnight stay, close to Anitkabir.

In general, the hotel and the room were clean, but unfortunately, the air conditioning grill was dirty and full of dust!

We had a great time at this hotel and felt right at home. They left us a wallet with documents in a taxi and the hotel took care of everything for us. They brought everything back to the hotel within an hour. We are very grateful.

Znakomite położenie hotelu. Blisko centrum, w pobliżu stacji metra i postoju taksówek, jednocześnie w bardzo spokojnej uliczce z dobrymi restauracjami. Wielkie uznanie dla personelu hotelu. Wsztscy byli bardzo uczynni. Bez problemów przedłużyłem pobyt o jeden dzień oraz zaparkowałem samochód w podziemny parkingu na czas pobytu poza Ankarą. Ogromnym atutem hotelu jest bezpłatny parking. Na koniec muszę wspomnieć o śniadaniach. Są rewelacyjne! Znam Turcję od wielu lat. Nigdzie nie było takiej różnorodności potraw.

Słabo działająca klimatyzacja. Zależy to jednak od pokoju. W niektórych wszystko było w porządku. Drugim problemem była kapiąca z sufitu woda w łazience.

Отель находился примерно в двухстах метрах от площади КЫЗЫЛАЙ и был расположен в очень удобном месте. Он был рядом со всеми остановками общественного транспорта, автобусными остановками и метро. Завтрак был очень хорошим, а чистота — на высоком уровне.

Что касается персонала, то на завтраке работали мужчина средних лет и молодой человек в очках. Оба были неприветливыми: здороваешься с ними, а они даже не отвечают на приветствие. В целом, за исключением двух сотрудников — девушки на стойке регистрации и молодого человека на ресепшене, — остальной персонал отеля показался мне неприветливым. С ними здороваешься, а они не отвечают. Поэтому, кроме этих двух сотрудников, персонал отеля мне совсем не понравился. В нашем номере был телевизор старой модели. Это был не Smart TV, у него не было доступа к интернету. Он показывал только турецкие телеканалы, что создавало определённые неудобства, так как во время отдыха невозможно было пользоваться интернет-функциями на телевизоре. Никаких дополнительных функций у телевизора не было.

Mi habitación daba a la calle y a la noche el local de enfrente tuvo música muy fuerte hasta las 2 de la mañana, lo cual no me dejó dormir. Esto fue los dias de semana lunes y martes.

Не приветливые люди в ресепшен. Никто не здоровается . Особенно хочу выразить свое недовольство и попросить начальство отеля предпринять меры по отношению к сотруднику ресепшена Гекхану (Gokhan). Он агрессивный, грубый, не умеет общаться с клиентами . Первый день в Анкаре и первое впечатление о людях этой страны было испорчено именно им . Повторно не вернусь в этот отель из за них. Положительные стороны это разнообразный и вкусный завтрак.

I have visited this hotel since 2019. It's a 3star hotel and good for its value. Rooms are clean, staff is friendly. The location is the best. The breakfast became better. Its quite various. But I would like to advise to remove deep-fried meals such as potato, because they are bad for health. Actually, I don't understand why almost all Turkish hotels serve French fries for breakfast. It's really harmful for health.

It's noisy in the evenings because of the bar with a loud music nearby, but loud stops till 0.00 and closed windows can save ))

The rooms were spacious, comfortable, and very clean. A special thank you to Özgür at the reception for his kindness and professionalism. When we noticed that the fridge in our room was not working, he arranged a replacement in less than 30 minutes. Throughout our stay, every request was handled quickly and efficiently. Vétuste mais surtout bruyant (restaurant en face de l'hôtel avec musique portes et fenêtres ouvertes jusqu'à 3h du matin).

Unbearable noise, broken AC, and smoke coming through the vents. First of all, the listing lies about having air conditioning—the AC was completely turned off and did not function at all. The ventilation grates and AC units were also covered in a thick layer of dust. To make matters worse, heavy cigarette smoke from neighboring rooms kept coming directly into my room through the vents. I couldn't even open the window to get fresh air because there are venues nearby blasting extremely loud music until 2:00 AM every single night. The music echoes so loudly that the walls vibrate, making it impossible to sleep even with everything closed.

Lipsa loc parcare autocar, cu toate ca hotelu oferă loc parcare gratuit, însă pentru autocar nu specifica nimic. Mai multă atenție la curățenie (urme de mucegai in baie, parchetul prins in șuruburi).

Breakfast was good. The hotel was clean. Location is good.

Every night there was very loud music from neighborhood cafe or club because of which I couldn't sleep normally during my Ankara visit. That loud "music" almost made me nervous. From evening till about 2:00 AM. If it is fixed, the hotel can get another star 🌟. But I cannot say whether other guests living in other rooms heard that "music".

Es un hotel de paso, los espacios son reducidos, el baño muy pequeño, pero para quedarse una noche está bien. De pronto demasiado calor en las habitaciones, solo se soluciona abriendo la ventana

I liked that it was close to everything we wanted to see. Location was nice although very loud music from surrounding music clubs.

I stayed with a friend from the Netherlands and left 1 day early. After leaving, the receptionist had the audacity to act like a creep towards my friend and asked if my friend could take him to the Netherlands and that since my friend’s friend was gone, she needed a friend to accompany her. I don’t appreciate the unprofessional and unnecessary conversations. People’s gaze and implied sentences felt very uncomfortable.

Ubicación muy cómoda y estratégica. Muy buen desayuno. Café, té, botellitas de agua para cada uno de los huéspedes. Muy buena relación precio-calidad. El personal muy amable y servicial.

The location was great and was close to the facilities that we needed. The staff was very nice and they helped us with everything we asked and answered all our questions.

Unfortunately, the breakfast was very bad and there was a problem with a room. We checked in to a room and the lights went out, the staff helped us to change the room but in the both rooms the bathrooms were VERY small (one bathroom was too small and you couldn't reach the sink to wash your hands, the other was small too and the door to the bathroom didn't closed).

The beds were one next to the other and we could barely walk. The staff was very rude and not even look at you when you arrive.

Este a doua oara cand ne cazam la acest hotel. Micul dejun este foarte bogat cu specialitati turcesti. Camera a fost curata. Hotelul este amplasat in partea centrala si era inconjurat de magazine si restaurante.
