Nice and clean and very friendly staff. Very helpfull and accommodating. Nice and lively area on the weekend but situated on a quiet street close to the old river area and the station.

ホテルの内装が落ち着いたシックなもので気持ちが良かった。大浴場があり、嬉しかった。

自分の都合で訪ねたのですが、月曜日であったため、商店街がお休みが多かった。でも8月中だったので大原美術館は開館していて助かりました。ここを訪ねるのも目的の一つであったため。次回は目的地が、曜日によって訪ねることが不可能な場合があることを考慮に入れることを学びました。

駅、美観地区どちらにもちょうど良い距離で良かったです。清潔感もあり良かったです。

チェックインアウト後の荷物預かりのセキュリティ面。キャリーの人は特に問題ないが、バックパックの人とかはロッカーではくチェーンキーでセキュリティ面に不安があった。フロントで預かって欲しかったです。

Very good location in walking distance from the Kurashiki train station and only a short walk from the Kurashiki Bikan historical quarter. The hotel is situated at the end of a shopping passage which features many shops and restaurants. The common areas look very new. The room is not huge, but you have a small sitting area and can comfortably open your suitcase. The breakfast buffet was really good, lots of options especially if you enjoy some Japanese style breakfast and it is served on the top floor where you also enjoy a very good view.

A lovely hotel with friendly and welcoming staff. The location is very convenient, situated between the train station and the city’s beautiful old quarter. The breakfast was excellent, with a great variety of options to choose from.

Un hôtel tout confort proche du centre historique de Kurashiki. On a aimé la belle grande chambre, le très bon petit déjeuner buffet, les bains chauds très beaux et agréables, la possibilité de venir prendre une boisson chaude ou froide. Un excellent sejour ( et kurashiki a une très belle vielle ville !)

The location

The hotel itself is a pleasant place to stay, and overall the experience was good. However, like some other establishments, it enforces a policy that excludes guests with tattoos from using the sento. Because of this, I can only give a one-star rating — especially since this restriction is not mentioned anywhere on Booking.com. For an international hotel, this policy feels outdated. It’s 2026 — it’s time to reconsider. So either that or people keep breaking the rule.

Very nice location, right in the old town. Close to restaurants and shops. Staff friendly, room well appointed and modern. Has parking for additional cost which was handy as we had a rental car.

Sehr stilvolles Hotel mit wunderbarem Spa auf der obersten Etage. Das Frühstück bestand aus vielen fein zubereiteten Speisen, der Frühstücksraum ebenfalls in der obersten Etage bot einen herrlichen Blick bis auf die Inlandsee. Die Betten waren überaus komfortabel.

El Hotel en sí es muy bonito.

El desayuno, no es de muy buena calidad, comparado con otros hoteles de misma categoria en Japón. Si subieran un poco la calidad o los detalles. Sería un lujo alojarse. Aunque hemos estado muy bien.

最上階の入浴施設は、良かった。 市街地　アーケードがあり　雨に濡れずに出られる。

室内バスルーム　シャワーカーテンの匂いが気になった。

Die Lage ist unschlagbar! Das Hotel ist nur maximal 5 Minuten zu Fuß von der Akihabara Station entfernt und trotzdem ist es in einer sehr ruhigen Nebenstraße. Ich kann das Frühstück nicht bewerten, weil wir in Tokio immer selbst Frühstück gesucht haben. Die Ausstattung des Zimmers war auf neustem Stand. Fernseher, Klimaanlage und Bad waren modern und es war sehr sauber.

Leider konnten wir nicht bei offenem Fenster schlafen, weil wir sonst von den ersten Zügen geweckt wurden. Außerdem hält der Fahrstuhl aus Sicherheitsgründen immer bei der Rezeption, was ab einem gewissen Punkt leicht störend ist.

早餐的日式小菜選擇多，乾淨好吃包裝衛生，房間整體燈光較暗，但整體氣氛(復古)營造有感，樓上有大浴場可泡，飯店正門小巷(垂直飯店方向，非老街方向)直走3分鐘過大馬路有大超市可買水果和零食

沒拖行李的話5分鐘的確可到車站(飯店到車站南口)，但因為我剛好要從倉敷坐機場巴士，拖著28吋行李到車站北口大概要12分鐘(需要繞一下找斜坡或電梯)

Beautiful new hotel with great facilities. Close to the historical district with shopping starting right outside hotel.

Left it too late to ask for extra pillows. Japanese beds are small, should have book twin bed room for a couple used to sleeping in a king bed.

Ideal location for the station and the historical quarter. The restaurant on the top floor had panoramic views of the city below. There was a good choice of breakfast foods and the staff were friendly and considerate. The matcha latte was delicious.

I enjoyed the onsen as a great way to relax and unwind after long days of sightseeing. But it could have been enhanced by the addition of make up removers and so forth.

洗面所の照明が暗い 部屋にも鏡がないのでメイクしにくい

新しく、とても清潔で機能的。スーツケースの預け場所が設置してあってチェックイン前、後にスタッフの手を煩わせずいつでも出し入れできるのが便利だった。ドライヤーを入れる巾着袋などに倉敷デニムが使用されているなど倉敷愛が感じられた。ホテル全体が可愛らしくモダンなデザインでとても快適でした。

部屋にローション、乳液がついていなかったこと。(受付で有料で入手できる)。

Das Hotel ist sehr zentral gelegen und trotzdem ruhig. Das Zimmer war sauber und komfortabel. Das Personal war sehr freundlich und das Frühstück ausgezeichnet. Ich kann das Hotel nur weiterempfehlen.

駅から徒歩数分の便利な立地。地下道とアーケード街を通れば雨の影響は無く、飲食店も近くに多くありました。 朝食はメニューが豊富でどれも美味しかったのでつい食べ過ぎてしまいました。他には、大浴場がある点と同じフロアに フリードリンク制のビューラウンジがあったので景観を見ながら十分にリラックス出来ました。 セキュリティ面では宿泊者しか利用できないエレベーターシステムによって十分に確保されてました。

Quarto bom, com localização boa, próximo das áreas turísticas. Café e bebidas de cortesia disponíveis no 11o andar, com uma bela vista. Café da manhã muito bom. Fica relativamente próximo da estação JR, que tem um shopping anexo e um outlet com boas ofertas.

Booking.comからの予約の領収書はホテルから出すことになっていたが、チェックイン時の男性スタッフが出せないと言ってきた。 仕方なくサイトの約款を見せたところ、出してくれた。 Booking.comからの予約客への対応が雑だと感じた。 ウェルカムドリンクのジュースが少なすぎておどろいた。

Cet hôtel, tout près de la gare, est idéalement situé. Nous avons été très bien accueillis et notre chambre était plutôt grande et très bien équipée. Mention spéciale pour le personnel qui fût en tous points professionnel et agréable. La réception s'est même chargé du transfert de notre bagage vers notre etape suivante, très pratique .Le petit déjeuner est absolument excellent, très bons produits, beaucoup de choix et leur matcha latte est délicieux. Jolie vue de la salle de petit déjeuner. Merci pour ce très satisfaisant séjour

Very good standard of accomadation, far better than what we were expecting for the price paid.

Found the lighting very dark in the bathroom which made it very difficult for shaving. Also the corridors and elevator area was very dark.
